Lexus is the luxury vehicle division of the Japanese automaker Toyota. The Lexus brand is marketed in more than 90 countries and territories worldwide and is Japan's largest selling make of premium cars. It has ranked among the 10 largest Japanese global brands in market value. Lexus is headquartered in Nagoya, Japan.

The Lexus RC is offered with three different engines—a turbo inline-four and two naturally aspirated V-6s—but none of them provide thrilling performance. Instead, the RC is content to coddle its occupants with a plush ride and a comfortable cabin with space for two. Active safety features, such as automated emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, are standard, but smartphone integration via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto is unavailable. The RC is simply outclassed by more modern rivals that offer heftier helpings of both style and substance.

I have a 2013 350 Lexus with 43477 miles on my car. Sensor went out on the car, brought it to the dealership to get repair and what they told me I just could not believe what they said and the amount the dealership want me to pay. My car is still under factory warranty. Have anybody else had this problem with their factory warranty?

I own my 4th Lexus car which is a 2020 new 250h UX Lexus model. Ever since the car was delivered to me I am complaining about a strange noise coming from the Runflex tires the car has. The dealer would not accept the complaints nor change the tires and my general very good experience with the previous Lexus cars I owned is now completely different and the ride is just not enjoyable to say the least!!

The Lexus hybrid is really no-brid. It rarely uses electric power but is constantly charging. The first 100 feet under 10 mph will be EV power. That’s all folks! It saves NO gas, and the engine is extremely underpowered.

The engine needed replacement in my 2002 Lexus ES300 at 100,000 miles. Lexus replaced it. At 121,000 miles, the engine needed replacement again and Lexus refused to replace it even though I showed them evidence that the oil was changed every 5,000 miles. I got $1500 for the car as is.

Horrible customer service. Their sales are not competent enough to know their products. They finalized a deal with us and changed their minds because they found out they didn't have the car. They penalized us because they made a mistake. We even shook hand on this deal.

Lexus has sedans, SUVs and also little sportsters. I bought a sedan specifically the Lexus ES. It's the perfect size sedan and it's the cheapest of their sedans, but it was not cheap at all. Tax tags and out the door at $45,000. I love it though. Everything in the dash is touch or talk controlled. There were a lot of expensive packages I could have added to my car such as rims, speakers, stereo, leather, etc. but I kept it modest because I wanted to get out under $50,000. The back can fit 3 people, the front can fit 2, so five people total. Even 3 adults can fit comfortably across the back seat and probably can fit 2 car seats.

In March 2016 I had a blowout on my way to Florida with my 2010 Lexus. A near tragedy since I had to pull off onto a very narrow shoulder of the road with semis passing at 70 miles per hours. Two months later my tire dealer told me two my tires Bridgestone Turanza with less than 20,000 were in need of replacement. When I purchased this certified pre-owned Lexus from Lexus of Englewood NJ, I was informed that all 5 tires were new. In 35 years I have not had tires that have worn out in less than 35-40,000 miles. As a result I contacted the manager of pre-owned sales at Lexus of Englewood and told him I did not believe the tires had been replaced at the time of my purchase of the vehicle. He promised to look into the matter and get back to me. That was in May 2016. I have heard nothing. I next wrote to Lexus Customer Service with the same complaint in June 2016 but have heard nothing from them. Finally, I wrote to Jeff Bracken, Group Vice President and General Manager of the Lexus Division, with the same complaint and requested the courtesy of a reply. That was in late June and I have received no response.

I have a 2004 Lexus IS300 with interior in near mint condition. Years ago I started experiencing a problem with the dashboard. It was sticky and wiping it down stripped away the paint. I contacted Lexus customer service and they scheduled me an appointment with my local dealer (Tri-County Lexus of little falls New Jersey) for an inspection. The dealer took pictures and sent them to corporate. A week later I contacted Lexus customer service and to my surprise they refused to fix the problem. I argued with them and they offered me a $250.00 credit for the inconvenience. Till this day I have yet to use the credit. A year ago I contact my local dealer for a quote on my dashboard and they advised me to wait. They said that Lexus/Toyota is aware of the problem and they will be sending out recall notices. I waited but never got a notice. Later I realized that a recall was issued for the melting dash but it did not include the IS300. I recently contacted my local dealer again for a quote. I asked them what they recommend I do, either I have my dash pulled out and repainted or I buy a new dash. The service advisor did not recommend I have the dash repainted, saying that the paint will eventually come off - that I'm better off buying a new dash. I asked "What if I buy a new dash and I run into the same problem I'm having now?" He did not have a answer for me. He's said that he will call me back. Till this day I have yet to receive a callback. I've called several times and every time I call I'm told that I will get a callback. I am very disappointed with Lexus/Toyota. I am unsatisfied with the service they provided. I feel that all of this could have been avoided if Lexus/Toyota had just included the IS300 in the recall. This experience will definitely influence my business with Lexus/Toyota in the future.

This brand of car has been one of the most reliable vehicles I've ever purchased. The car has all the Bells and whistles. Fully loaded and electronic features way ahead of time. This car has been the most reliable car in the maintenance has been the most. Also, this car can cover receivers with all the ladies. Passenger airbag, heated seats, black luxury reclining chairs and DVD players in the back for the comfort of the kids as well as adults. I would highly recommend this car (Lexus ls400) to anyone and I would purchased this car again.

I've upgraded the rating because the dealership decided to replace the water pump with a new one. It was not honored under the powertrain warranty; however, done as a "good will gesture". The whole ordeal was terribly stressful but I'm thankful I have a new water pump. I still think Lexus needs to work on Customer Service.
