I really enjoy my car. It is really wonderful, works well, and gets everything done. It was quite easy to pick out. Buick is wonderful because they care about their customers and will help you find the car that meets all of your needs. I have a radio, television, and air bags in the front and back seats of my car. These came with a family plan that was no extra charge, just for safety. I found this to be really awesome and convenient since I have children and am generally transporting kids from school and such so it helps. Also, I got an upgraded sunroof for the summertime and it works amazing! It opens automatically with a small button that I have in the drivers seat so I dont have to fiddle with the roof while I am driving when I am in need of fresh air. And I love that this car has so much room and space for my family, kids, and even friends of friends of friends! Everyone can fit and we can carpool.

I was very happy with my purchase of my Buick. It has a variety features that were pleasing to me. Great mileage, interior, tires and great on gas. The Buick was a blue color, four door car, great rims, black interior leather with great stereo and speaker system, not loud, or clanky, no rust. Overall a great lasting car. Its upgrade included the very best of technology, everything is computerized and functions at its best at all given times. At least six passengers can ride in my vehicle. We all fit nice and comfortable and have enough seat room and seat belts for every passenger.

My Buick has great passenger room and trunk space. I had ample room to get laid and you could easily fit 4 bodies in the trunk and plenty of leg room also. Wasnt a fan on the bench seat. It had the premium stereo, the acoustics were great. I was surprised at how good it sounded and liked it. It was great. I ended up with the Buick as the result of necessity. I didnt seek it out thinking it would help me score some tale. I didnt personalize anything. I suppose I couldve gone to a dealership and seen if there was any way we could help make the car not look like it was owned by someone named Gladys. They only make a few and I would like for Buick to make a real comeback. They are a high end automaker who has watched their sales dwindle for years. Its time for a rebirth.

I bought a 2003 Buick LeSabre from Faulkner Ford in Quakertown. It had 74,000 miles on it and I thought it would be a good used car. I didnt drive it right away due to car insurance problems. We took it on vacation and the air conditioner worked until we reached our destination. I couldnt take it in for service due to my work schedule. Once I took it in, they told me that the air compressor was cracked and leaked out all the freon. I believe they knew about this repair when they sold me the car. The repair is going to cost between $500 and $800. I looked around and cant afford to fix it since it was financed. I believe it was a deceptive deal. They sold the car advertising that it had air conditioning when in reality it didnt. I was furious. I talked to the service department and also the sales manager trying to get them to do the repair. I have a warranty but of course, it doesnt cover those repairs.

I was in search of a good sized SUV and decided on the Buick Encore. Perfect size for what I wanted and needed. Good on gas and a comfortable ride. I live in a cold weather state and the option of heated seat and steering wheel made this choice simple for me. It offered ample leg room as well as comfortable seat belt fitting. Since this was my first time actually purchasing a car I went with various updates. I picked forward collision alert, Bose surround system, lane departure warning, rear vision camera, memory seat, and remote vehicle starter. I am single but I have more than enough room to fit my nieces, nephews, and younger cousins. It does not seem like it from the outside but the interior is very roomy which adds to a comfortable fit for all.

Buick had a wide selection of styles to choose from, whether you are looking for a small fuel efficient compact car or a roomy SUV with towing capabilities. Their body style maintains a long standard classic feel while staying trendy with the latest features. Basic stock options are available, but there is a wide selection of upgrades available too. Deciding between fabric or leather interior, power or manual windows and locks, cruise control isnt going to be easy with the large selection of upgrades they offer. Additionally, Buick offers a wide variety of passenger capacity with their vehicles. Whether you need something small for just you or a large vehicle to transport the soccer team, you can find it with Buick.

I purchased a 2018 Regal TourX in August of 2018. On December 8th while parked the car was hit from behind. My hatch was damaged. That week the dealership requested parts. We received a call from the dealership stating that A new hatch was not available and there was no known date for delivery of the part. They asked if I wanted to have them bump out the dents and do a body and paint repair. I said no, it was a brand new car. I wanted the new part. I didn’t want to deal with corrosion down the road. The first of January the dealership called and suggested we escalate our problem to Buick Customer Service. We did. It took 2 weeks to speak to someone at customer service. She stated she would called me back within 3 business days. She didn’t. After 5 days I started calling her. I could not reach her. I left several messages over the next week and finally heard from a ‘Senior Care representative. She took the details again and said she would call me back in two days. She did not. After 3 I started calling her and leaving messages. I finally spoke with her after a few days and told her that I wanted to talk with someone higher up the chain than her. She said I could not speak with that person directly but she could. She said she would speak to him and then follow up with me within two business days. She did not. I called her and left messages. I finally spoke to her yesterday and she had this follow up information for me: the Manager she spoke with said I had been offered a repair at the dealership that was adequate and I chose not to take it. Because of that and the fact that this is not a warranty issue it’s not a high priority for Buick and they would not release a part from production for the repair. The part is on backorder indefinitely. We’ve owned 7 Buicks in the course of our marriage as well as 5 Pontiacs and a few Chevys. We build vehicles for the emergency rescue vehicle market. I can not imagine delivering a message like that to any customer. Buick, I am so disappointed in you.

Buick had some great options in the car including power steering windows and brakes solid am/fm stereo and cassette as well as safety features which could come in handy. It has bucket seats with room for three more passengers in the back. It has good leg room and seatbelts for everyone.

Buick Lesabre, Buick SUV, Buick LaCrosse are all mid to full-sized luxury vehicles. V6 engine and considered an old lady car, but still a luxury vehicle with power everything. I drove to the grocery store this morning. All of 2 miles. Then to the drug store. Total round trip, 4 miles. I came home, put the car in the garage. I had to go into the garage to put something away and the fan was running from the engine. I thought that was strange as the car wasnt even hot. It shut off so I thought it was ok. About 5 minutes later, I went back into the garage and once again the fan started again! I opened the car door and my inside fan was blowing at high speed. I came in the house, got my car keys and locked the car. Now it isnt turning on. It concerns me as I know most cars a fan will run after you have turned it off but never have I seen a cars fan turn back on. Anyone have this issue?

Buick have lots of different models to choose from, from SUVs to smaller cars and all are quality vehicles. Ive bought Buick my entire adult life. The car has a very sleek look. Ive even had some people argue with me about it being a Buick. They truly stand out among other cars and I couldnt be happier with the way it looks. The power windows and Bluetooth capability is a huge bonus. As a businessman who is on the way home a lot it allows me to continue discussing things while Im on the road. It seats 5 people comfortably. I recently took a road trip for work with some coworkers and we all traveled comfortably in the car.

We are NOT off to a good start with Buick! My wife just purchased a brand new Buick Encore, and her A/C failed completely on the first day of ownership! Ironically, one of the reasons we went with Buick was because of the supposed excellent reliability of the brand, as indicated by what we read on the internet (J.D. Powers, etc.). The car was brought to the dealership, where they are looking at it as I type. I hope we didnt get a lemon! Time will tell...

I purchased my 2021 Buick Encore on 7/29/21 with only a few miles on it. In less than 2 months, I have paint chipping off the hood of the vehicle. I went to the dealership who said that it must be rocks or maybe I hit something. I drove the same route to and from work for the last 3 years in my previous vehicle, a BMW 328i and never had problems like this. Also the last area that has begun chipping off started after the Encore was washed and while I was wiping the water off with a soft towel. The paint just began chipping off. The dealership stated to me on 9/22/21 that they werent sure if it would be covered under the warranty. Unbelievable! I chose to purchase a GM product due to my dad being a retired GM employee and my sister a 36-year employee of GM. If they do not do something about this issue, I will never purchase another GM product.

This is a very smooth ride with little to no outside noise. I love the stereo with Boise speakers. The double moon roof is awesome. The heated and cooled seats with the heated steering wheel were what really sold me on it. It comes with plenty of leg room for my grandsons that are all tall basketball and football players. I have the Enclave with a 3rd row seat. It gets good gas mileage.

I have taken my Buick Regal turbo 2011 in for repairs 19 times. The serpentine belt is squeaking again so that will be 20 times. I also have a suspension light on which they report will be a 1000 dollar repair. The lemon law gave me a small amount of cash but I think Buick should have replaced this car. It all started with 2000 miles on it. It also had a cracked turbo which needed to be replaced. The dealership has been rude and horrible. I will never buy a GM product again.

I have a 2008 Buick Enclave, which I thought was the perfect mid-size SUV for my 3 children and I. Needing more space, I traded in a more reliable vehicle in order to purchase it. However, my vehicle has caused me nothing but grief and $$$. Today 6/2/15 I took it to the dealer again at Fremont Buick because my air conditioner stopped working about 3 weeks ago (I live in the place with the drought, California). I first reported hearing a hissing noise last December and was told that nothing was wrong, but they did say that I needed to replace my rack & pinion and that the right axle was leaking. I spent $1,000.00 on that repair. Come March, before a road trip to Southern CA from Northern CA, I took my vehicle in again to ensure that all was well (it would feel like the car wanted to cut off at random times and the hissing noise still was happening). I was told again that the boot axle was leaking and also to replace the same rack and pinion. Umm, I just had that repaired 3 months ago?! They assured me that it was under warranty and fixed it again, now for free claiming that it must have been a defective part sent. They also told me that my timing cover needed to be replaced and was leaking. I did not elect to have that work done and didnt even understand what that meant since they said I could indeed drive to San Diego fine. Now for todays repairs needed: Timing cover plus water pump (leaking) $3,200.00, rear evaporator (leaking) $1,140.00 and power steering rack $2,079.00 for a grand total of $6,419.00. I still owe about $12,000 on the car! I just sat at work fighting back the tears... What a waste of money? In addition, I kept all services/maintenance up to date and none of this is my fault. Its not even normal wear and tear on models from the last decade according to an outside mechanic. I did purchase my car certified pre-owned from the Chevrolet GM dealership. So I decide to google for recalls... none! Google for complaints/issues with Buick Enclave and I see that tons of owners are having the same 3 issues that I am having with my vehicle. Im sure that GM is aware but for us we all simply have lemons. I work hard for my money and am a divorced mother of 3... THIS IS UNFAIR!!! SOMEONE HELP ME. I cant afford $7,000.00 in repairs for a faulty design that is not my own fault. I called GM and was transferred to the rudest senior advisor who I then ended up complaining on to a different supervisor. Guess the rep that I was transferred to is beyond annoyed with us whining customers calling daily with our gripes about safety & expensive repairs. PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P. Today I paid $160.00 which was the fee for them to tell me what was wrong. As an adult woman, standing there paying at the cashier holding my three-year-old daughters hand, tears began to fall from my eyes. These are truly widespread issues and GM is doing nothing about it. In addition, there has been no media coverage whatsoever. They have to be exposed, for these vehicles are leaving entire families unsafe!

There is nothing to complain about the 2005 Buick Century. Its a good looking 4-door sedan with seats that are comfortable. It rides smooth too. The car has always been dependable and ready to go when I am. Maintenance is minimal and has safe airbags. Bought new tires 1 year ago. It also starts readily in 30 below 0 weather. Moreover, it has a sleek appearance, black interior, electric seats and windows, and color tan. It has very roomy trunk space that is more than adequate. Can open trunk from inside as well. Lastly, heater and air conditioning work excellent.

My 2011 Buick LaCrosse was the first (and last) Buick I have owned. The car
My 2011 Buick LaCrosse was the first (and last) Buick I have owned. The car is really attractive (on the surface) but has been a nightmare of mechanical and technical issues since the first day. On the day I picked it up it was raining really heavily and the windshield kept fogging up so badly that I couldnt see where I was going. Come to find out there was a recall on this, but the dealer didnt fix it before delivering the car. Within a week the drivers seat started to make this loud squeaking sound whenever I drove around a corner. After a half dozen attempts the seat has still never been fixed. Then the engine light started coming one every few weeks. This was supposed to be because of some software issue, but everything they fixed it never lasted and a few weeks later the light was back on. After 4 trips to the dealer it was finally resolved... I think. The transmission slips whenever I take off going up a hill, the front end has never been aligned correctly and the car drifts to the left, the paint is peeling off the rear bumper sensors, the transmissions makes a whining sound every time it shifts from 3rd to 4th gear and the list goes on and on. The dealer has been completely worthless in trying to fix any of these issues. Buick sent their regional manager down to my dealer to tell me the drivers seat squeaks because Im too fat. I weigh 195lbs which is not skinny, but Ive seen the other people who drive Buicks and they are not skinny either. Buicks customer service line has been completely worthless as well. Their solution was to offer me free oil changes for the life of my car... Wow! How about standing behind the car and fixing the problems? Ive been a lifelong GM customer (mostly Chevrolet) but have to say after this experience I dont think Ill make that mistake again.

I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal CXL literally 73 days ago. It only had 56,000 miles and came with power train warranty. After acceleration issues on the highway I have been informed that I should also have a manufacturers warranty on the vehicle. It spent about a week in the service department at the dealership. I purchased it at for a cosmetic piece, they agreed to fix when I purchased it. During that time they were supposed to inspect my current problem which was that the check engine light came on while on the highway and I could not fully accelerate. Their conclusion was that they could find nothing wrong. So about 24 hours later on my trip back on the highway, the check engine light went back on again. Not only could I not fully accelerate, I could not get the vehicle to go into gear at all. The gear shift would blink when I put it into drive but would not go. I had to get towed to the dealership which I had to pay $100.00 for. And now after getting my vehicle back yesterday afternoon (after two weeks) and being told it was a system update that needed to be done and all was well, I found myself once again on the highway with a check engine light and not able to fully accelerate. I was able to coast home obviously under the speed limit but I have called the dealership where I bought the vehicle and tried two different 800 numbers that I have and cannot find anyone jumping out of their seats to try and fix my car. Needless to say I am displeased and concerned. I just want my vehicle running correctly and safely and want to feel good about this purchase. And I would love some assistance in making this happen!!!

I purchased a brand new 2021 Buick Encore GX AWD just back in February 27th, 2021 with 12 miles on it at signing. As of May 14th, 2021 it has been at the Belleville, IL Cardinal Buick dealership shop due to a check engine light that occurred that day. After 5 days theyve yet to call me to tell me whats going on nor how long it will take to fix or replace. I only drove 960 miles and filled the tank twice since I got it. The car upon starting made a rumbly sound shaking the left side of the car violently and the check engine light went on immediately after. Not to mention the car was sounding like a 20 year old car a few weeks prior to that but no light ever went on for that reason. I never even had that car running above 3,000rpm so its not like I was abusing it.I figure it was just because its a 3 cylinder. It sounds like a rattling can after starting it. Way too loud for a new car. I noticed there was a bolt missing on the turbo block which when I checked to see if anything liquid was leaking under the hood from the rumble. The shocks and struts are terrible, too. You go over a slight asphalt repair in the road at 10 miles per hour and youre glad you got a seat belt on. Imagine what its like on the highway. They also sold me one with a flawed paint job with poorly done spot touch ups. Theres a huge scratch that looks like some moron scratched it with a key or snow scrapper by the driver-side rear window and a huge notch by the hood like a mechanic dropped a tool on it. Why a mechanic would be under the hood of an unpurchased car with 12 miles on it is something to wonder. Makes me think some previous test driver messed it up and they tried to fix it.I didnt see any of this when I test drove it due to the dealership holding us hostage there for 8 hours with our credit credentials. By the time we actually got to test drive, it was already getting dark. This is a common theme for this dealership I later found out. I asked if they could give me a replacement when I took it in to have it looked at and they said they cant because its already financed. Translation: We know we sold you trash, that we tried to mask a previously damaged car as new that we failed to report to carfax or authorities, and were not taking it back because that admits guilt and we can be legally liable and subject to possible civil or criminal charges punishable by fines or imprisonment. They didnt even give me a loaner car while its being in their shop.Im stuck paying $25,000 on this overpriced garbage thanks to the useless Lemon Law of Illinois because it has to break a certain number of times in a 12 month period. New cars shouldnt be failing at all...period. If it breaks early on that means somebody at the factory didnt do something right and theres obviously more problems lying in wait soon due to lack of quality control. I dont want it back. I only made two payments on it and it failed. I dont trust any of their products or dealerships now. Maybe I can sell it to an art museum if Im stuck with it. Experience Buick...The Trash of the Future...Today now showing at the St. Louis Art Museum.

The cars I have shopped for seem to have some nice upscale features such as high quality speakers, leather seats, rear view cameras (some) and the seats are pretty easy to adjust. My 2012 Buick Verano at around 15,000 miles makes a noise when it shifts from park to drive and reaches 10 mph. I have had the part replaced once, the dealer and GM will not replace it again. I am supposed to live with this sound my car makes daily. They told me its the ABS sensor and its supposed to make that noise. Its not the clicking noise that I was told the sensor was supposed to make, it clunks like the transmission is having trouble with the first shift. I could not sell this car on my own while its making this noise, they refuse to replace. Why should I be expected to drive a car, still under warranty, while it makes this clunking noise daily? At the time the car was purchased, my mother needed a car that was easy to get in and out of with limited mobility. It has been reliable, comfortable transportation for 9 years. The bench front seat has been especially welcome when driving with two small dogs. Ive never owned an American car that has lasted so long. However, there is a switch for the heater and air conditioner that corrodes from condensation. The entire dashboard needed to be removed to replace it. We bought the 2006 Buick Lucerne CXL 2.5 Years ago @ Taylor Automotive in Martin, TN. We drove it down the road for a test drive. I drove, didnt drive very far, possible 3 miles. The Car drove sorta good. We bought it. That Sunday night drove it to work, we worked 3rd shift. The Monday morning got in the car, it would not go into reverse. So, I put it back into park and got the rpms up. Then put the car into reverse. It went in gear. The next day Tuesday got the tires rotated. The car had new tires on it. The guy at Melvins Tire in Murray, KY said, Bobby these wheels are bent. So, I called Jermany @ Taylor Automotive. And told them. They replaced 2 wheels. Then later on I found out the car had the wrong battery on it. I emailed Jermany and told him. I Also took pictures and got on GMs website and called GM to confirm if it had the wrong battery on it. Jermany told me that it was the right battery but later on he retracted his words and told me the battery would be there Tuesday. Then the car kept on not going into gear, so I called GM and they told me to take it to the dealer. So, I did.Taylor Automotive said there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Which 2.5 years now it still doesnt go into gear right away. The dealer told me that the new Buicks did the same. I have a 1977 Chevy Nova, it will go into gear in any position. I bought one other wheel because Taylors would not replace it. There is still one more wheel which is bent. They are 17 wheels. I have it documented @ GM that all this is true. I will never buy a GM product. I am going to send one of the bent wheels to GM CEO so he knows what kind of the cars that Taylor Automotive is selling, being a GM dealership. I have more for later.

I purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave with 35,000 miles on it a year and a half ago. First 3 months I had it the transmission went and needed new brakes. Its been in dealership 2 more times with a squeaking noise that steering wheel makes. Both times I was told it was fine. Now its back at the dealership because it suddenly wouldnt start. When I finally got it started a message appeared stating that engine only has half power. Not to mention that as you are slowing down from a speed of about 50 mph the front end feels like it is skipping. Guess I will be told that is nothing either. Each time I am without my vehicle for days. Guess I should have kept my Honda Pilot.

I have a 1998 Buick Regal GS. Ive owned it for 10 years. There was a recall to address a valve cover gasket that allowed oil to leak on to hot exhaust causing fires. The gasket was fixed. The car continues to leak oil onto the exhaust and the catalytic converter. Also the car cuts out when the turn signal is used. It restarts. But when it cuts out, power steering and brakes are inoperative. Many Buicks and GM vehicles do the same according to the NHTSA complaints. Why is there no recall? This is why people buy Japanese. We were told not to park the car in the garage or close to the house.

I own a 1998 Buick Skylark. The vehicle had 24,000 miles on it when I purchased it. It now has 117,000 miles on it. Two years ago, while I was driving the car, it just stopped on me. I was told that a camshaft was broken and that it would be easier to have the engine replaced instead of trying to fix the camshaft. I kept the vehicle maintained on a regular basis. I replaced at least 3 water pumps, 3 intake manifold gaskets, 2 EGR Valves, as well as other repairs. I didnt find out about the Dex-Cool recall until 2009 when the car stopped running. This explains why I had to replace water pumps, intake gaskets, and EGR valves so frequently. Is there any help for people like myself who cant afford to keep sinking money into cars in which the Dex-Cool product caused other problems?I am without an automobile. I had the vehicle towed to a repair shop to have an engine installed but finding an engine with low mileage is next to impossible. The cost for a used engine with over 200,000 miles was $1,700. A rebuilt engine will cost $2,800. The blue book value of the vehicle is around $1,900 if its in excellent condition. The junk yard will probably give me about $100. The body of the car is in excellent condition. I have looked for used vehicles in the $1,500 to 3,000 price range and the mileage is considerably higher than the mileage on my vehicle or the vehicles history in general is in question or both.

I purchased a 2015 Encore in 2016. I took it in for regular service at the dealer from which I purchased the car. Didnt have any problems with it until this year. We were taking a cross country trip to Albuquerque. On 6/23, we were about an hour out of Albuquerque when there was suddenly a loud noise coming from the engine. I immediately took it off cruise control and the noise stopped. I reengaged cruise control and the noise started again. So I disengaged cruise and every time I tried to accelerate, that noise started again. I took the car to the dealer the next day, and was told that the turbocharger was gone. Then the bad news got worse. They told me there were no spare turbochargers in the country. They put it on national backorder and couldnt tell me when one would be available. After nearly a week, the dealer told me that they had made arrangements for a one-way rental which I would have to turn in when I got back home. They also told me that I could then rent another car until mine got fixed, and then they would ship it to me here in Maryland. They also told me I could submit the rental car bill to GM and MAYBE they would pay it. I decided to buy a new car instead, primarily because I had no idea how long I would be driving a rental car and there was no guarantee that GM would pay the bill. Now my brand new 2019 Encore is in the shop with a broken charge air plate. No idea how long it will take to get the part. Meanwhile Im in another rental. What happened to quality control??

I bought a 2010 Buick LaCrosse from Ewing Buick Plano, TX on 12/29/2010 off the showroom floor. Not being told that this car was in an accident totaling $5600.00 on 10/09/2009 on the right side of the car, 2 doors and front fender was replaced. I have located the body shop manager that was there at the time and he remembers the car and what happened to it. The owner of Ewing Buick loaned this car to his housekeeper to clean his house and his mother’s house at the time. She was in an alleyway and a homeowner came out of his driveway not seeing her and hit the LaCrosse on the passenger side. The car was repaired at Ewing Buick and then back out on showroom floor to sell. When I walked into Ewing Buick on 12/29/10 to buy a car, Rosemary was my sales representative, a very nice person. She did tell us, my husband and me, that the car had a dent on the front bumper, but it was fixed so they would take off a $1000.00 for that. Also, she had Randy, the finance officer, to come in and tell me about the dent on the bumper also. I guess to make sure I was aware of it. My husband and I both said that Rosemary told us about it. I asked how it happened and the excuse given to us was that the car was being cleaned up and the porter did not realize he had hit the post. My husband and I did not think anything about it because they fixed the bumper. But this is a far cry from the wreck that really happened on 10/09/2009 that we were not told about. We found all this out because I was in an accident on 10/20/2011 this year. I was pinned inside this car for 45 minutes because the doors would not unlock. I had to be cut out of this car with the jaws of live. After I got out of the car everyone was surprised the air bags did not come out on the driver’s seat. I had the car taken to Ewing Buick for repairs because that is where I bought it from. About 3 weeks into fixing the car, we got a call from our insurance company telling us this car was in another wreck on 10/ 2009 we told them no because we had bought this car off the show room floor on 12/29/2009. Allstate pulled the VIN and said that it was in another wreck totaling $5600.00. My accident cost about $ 7700.00, replacing 2 doors and back fender on the left side of the car. I went to Ewing Buick on 12/28/2011 to talk to them about the wreck on 10/09/2009 and the General Manager was rude and said that they did tell me and my husband about the wreck. So I am now asking for General Motors to look into this dealership and how it is being run. They did not tell us about the wreck in 2009. I have now contacted Rosemary and she is willing to help us and tell that we were not told about this wreck at anytime. Also, I have Michael, the ex body shop manager, to tell everything about this car also. All I want is for Ewing Buick to make this right. I will get a lawyer if I need to and I will also have Channel 8 and 5 to do a little more on looking into this also if I need to. We are coming to them because we have always bought their cars and would want to continue.

I dont trust car dealer mechanics. I dont recommend LaCrosses and their phony warranties. A rat ate my wires - yeah right! I’m not satisfied! I called everybody in the corporate branches - no one helped me! I also like to mention that if you’re a tall or big person, dont buy LaCrosse as youll hit your head and knees. Looks are deceiving. The Buick Skylark is like a sedan and sports car blend. Buick has been in business for many decades. I myself prefer the classic Buicks however the new styles are just as elegant. Buicks are conservatory priced and easily outclass more expensive car manufacturers. Buicks are classic sedans. The Skylark is a 2 door hard body sedan and is fast as a rocket on 4 wheels. For the passenger’s capacity, there are six seatbelts but you better hope everyone is very, very thin otherwise the driver will not have any elbow space to turn the steering wheel without breaking the ribs of whoever is unlucky enough to be riding in the front center seat. I would definitely recommend Buick to my children and grandchildren.

I have a fairly large family and the Rendezvous offered the space that we needed to travel comfortably. With 3 kids space is important. One important feature that I like is it easily accessible for my husband and I to use because hes taller than I am and the seats are just comfortably for both of us. I purchased my 2012 Buick Verano when Buick introduced the new series in 2012. It was fairly loaded with many options and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed that car. However I did have several manufacturer issues. In the first 2 years I had to 1. Force dealership to replace windshield because there was literally a full hand print within the windshield (during manufacturing someone touched either the glass or the safety plastic thats inside before glass was finished or fused together. It was right in my line of sight. Dealership went round and round finally they admitted they could see the issue and agreed to replace under warranty. 2. Rear window replaced. A strip in the heating element stopped working. Dealership had nerve to ask me if I could live with it... REALLY?? Its unset warranty of course I want it replaced. The factory paint job was sub par. I didnt realize it at first but it became obvious quickly. The bottom part of rear wheel wells behind where you catch ask the runoff and splash from tires started fading right away. Hood, bumper, roof all chipped way too easily... Regardless of these things I loved the Verano. It was totaled in an accident in 2015. I immediately bought a 2015 Verano. This one was way better, loved the build in wifi/ 4G LTE. It also came with advanced safety features and improved touchscreen infotainment.Only had 1 flaw that I didnt even realize. When I had it at a different dealership for oil change, I was going to buy touch up paint. The service manager was looking at my car and noticed few spots not quite right. Turned out after they flew someone from their GM headquarters out to Portland Oregon. He confirmed that my car was one of a select batch that had defective paint jobs. So they put me in a loaner for almost 3 weeks and my Verano had to be completely repainted. Since they contract that out, I was lucky enough to get a way better paint job than manufacturer. So as of just 2 months ago I finally got the car I always wanted but its usually way too expensive for my taste lol. I saw a 2014 Buick LaCrosse fully loaded and a premium pearl diamond paint job heads up display. This car was $47, 000 brand new. It was a one owner lease and had incredibly low miles on it. It still looked and smelled new. They were selling it for $21.000. I didnt hesitate I knew it wouldnt last long.. So far Im in heaven with my LaCrosse. I really cant find anything wrong with it. Its powerful, very quiet, feels sporty as well as elegant and comfortable... FINGERS CROSSED! So, obviously Ive had opportunity to change brands but I really do like Buick. I had never driven or owned one before 2012. Unless Buick introduces another great model I really want. I may most likely change to a different look and feel. I hope this helps anyone with questions or doubts.

They make lots of other models, but nothing can hold a candle to the Roadmaster... I had to go to Lincoln to find one almost as good as the Roadmaster. The car was elegantly styled, with comfortable seats, power steering, power brakes, a headliner that was firmly anchored to the ceiling of the car, front and rear defoggers, and heated rear window plates that would quickly melt ice and snow. The 8 cylinder engine had more than enough power to tackle the steep mountain roads, even in the Tetons. Also, the audio system was superb and an upgrade would have been a waste of money. Although rated as a 6 passenger vehicle, the nice middle arm that folded down in front made it essentially a 5 passenger vehicle... but 6 guys of my build (6 ft. and 350 lbs) could easily fit.

Been fighting Buick for 4 months to get them to reimburse me for known fuel system issues just because I didn’t take to Buick dealer (I don’t trust the Buick dealership in the town where the car wouldn’t start). Ridiculous how bad the communication has been! Family has been loyal Buick family for over 60 years but we will never own another Buick and we will discourage any family members or friends from ever purchasing a Buick!

I just purchased a 1995 Lesabre for basically nothing so I cant complain much, but the problems Im facing is about 5 minutes after I first crank the car, it suddenly dies. It cranks right back up but the Security light comes on and about ten minutes after that, the engine light comes up. It seems to run better after the engine light comes on, which I figured is the computer trying to correct something that is wrong. Other than that the steering is super noisy, which is expected out of a 20 year old car. I love the way the car rides, its super smooth and runs great other than the problems Ive listed. The car is a 3800 with around 220k miles on it.

I purchased a 2010 Buick Lacrosse in July of 2010 and since I have bought it I have spent over $5000.00 in repairs in addition to warranty repairs that were covered. My check engine light came on and I was given a list of codes that were causing the problem. I fixed all recommended issues, only to have the light come on again a day later. I was given the run around about how that one light controls hundreds of components and that the dealership would fix it. The next day I was given the bogus excuse that because the area where my tank was located had been dented that I needed to replace the fuel tank reservoir because that was causing the problem. I took my car to a non GM dealer and was told it was something going on with my engine. I took my car back only to be told that it was my timing chain after I raised all kinds of hell about the erroneous diagnostics. After that repair, maybe a month later my car starts overheating and I was told that it was my water pump and that was going to be an additional $1200! I am so sick of this car that it is pathetic! I thought about trading the car in towards the purchase of another but with all the invested money on repairs, I feel like Im losing! I would never buy another Buick. I own a Lexus and BMW and have never had these kinds of problems. I love the body style and luxury of the car but the mechanical issues are too much for me. It seems that the quality of these parts are sub-par and below industry standards, just listen out for all the recalls that GM lists every month seems like! Imagine the other numerous issues that get swept under the rug only to be footed by the consumers. GM will lose a lot of its potential customer base with these mechanical concerns because anyone that asks about the performance of my car gets an earful thats surely able to deter them from buying one!

Just purchased our 2015 Verano with 26k miles. After driving for a few days I noticed when it shifts into 2nd gear car shudders and shakes. No lemon law on used cars. We purchased this car from a Toyota dealer. As the story goes. AS IS. It has a warranty from Buick but I have a sick feeling this is not going to go well... 16k spent on the car and now Im stuck taking it to hope it can be fixed. Meanwhile my reliable car is gone so now Im going to have to rent a car... I will update when I find out what Im told. Anyone else have a shake, shudder feeling when driving?

I have owned and driven Buicks most of my life (77 years old), I have had more problems with my present car, 2008 Buick Lucerne, than all of my other Buicks combined. I had problems with lane departure system twice, door lock twice, recall and disconnection of heated washer system, door handle came loose and almost lost it, rear window wont operate, lane departure system started working once in a while and then stopped working at all. I have always believed in buying American, but I dont think I can buy another Buick. I bought this car at Everett Buick GMC in Bryant, AR. The VIN # is **.

I bought my 2002 Buick Rendezvous in 2006. It had 43,000 miles on it. Not bad for a four-year-old car, or so I thought. The guy who sold it to me said it was their second car and did not use it much. I later think that he did not use it because it is not worth it! Within a month of purchasing the car, the drivers side window went out. I had that replaced, no biggie, I understand there are costs with cars. Then a year later, the air conditioner went out. I live in California and with temps over 100 degrees in the summer, my small children and I need air. The repair was just under $1,000. That repair lasted a year and a half. The air went out again. However, shortly after the air went out, so did the engine! To have the heads replaced, it was $3,500. I contacted Buick directly at that time and got the Oh, well, sorry you are having problems, but thats not our problem response. In paying for the engine work, I could not afford the work on the air again. So, I have been without air and just try to drive as little as possible when it gets hot outside.I get my regular oil changes and took it in for that last week and was told I have an oil leak now. There goes another $500 dollars. Well, that is what they quoted me. I need a few weeks to come up with the extra cash. But once they get under the hood, we will see how much more they find. If I could stop paying for repairs long enough to save a little money, I would definitely be using it for a down payment on a non GM vehicle! But GM has made it practically impossible. I have since read about recalls that Buick has had over the years on this car. However, I have never been contacted over a single one of them! The car is now 10 years old and only has 112,000 miles on it. The reason, because it spends more time broken than it does running. Highly unhappy with Buick, I will never buy one again and will make sure my children do not either!

These cars should be took off the market. I paid 17000 for this 2009 Buick Lucerne, low mileage, but had not made 3 payments and this? Relay box burning, could catch vehicle on fire. I will not let my grandchildren ride in my car. Buick needs to take all of these vehicles off the road, and the car company they bought it from needs to offer them another vehicle so no one can be burnt up!

First of all, we were lied to by the sales person. The dealership in Cleveland, TN. We were informed I could get a sunroof installed for $695.00. We chose the Buick Verano we have because of that fact. There was another Buick Verano at the dealership we would have chosen had we known the actual cost of the sunroof was DOUBLE what the sales lady told us. The dealership owner refused to honor this and she had no concern for her employees lying to us. Her overall presentation was not a good one at all. I forwarded my concern to BUICK and GM without any success whatsoever. ABOUT THE CAR. This is not buyers remorse. The car has a HORRIBLE odor inside that air freshener does not work on. The side windows fog up except on warm sunny days. The steering wheel radio channel changer does not function. The automatic climate control only works for the air conditioning. You can feel the car change every gear upon take off and slowing down. The passenger seat sometimes slides when the car is moving - it doesnt seem to lock into position very well. The back windshield needs a wiper because of the slant. Dust and rain obstruct the rear view at times. I had such high hopes. I am 48 years old and I have only owned two new cars in my lifetime thus far. The first was a Chevrolet Cavalier which eventually got repossessed because I had to spend so much money to keep it running. I only had it for 2 years before they took it. I was 22 years old then. The car was under warranty but the things that kept tearing up were not I was told by the dealership. Now another GM product with liars and what I feel to be a terrible car. Fortunately I dont have a car payment and it cannot be repossessed this time. I gave this car to my cousin to drive and I now own a new Honda Accord that I really like. I am PRO AMERICAN and bought a Buick for that fact and for the first time in my life I am ashamed to be an American because our businesses have no morals. From the dealership to the company. How they stay in business I will never know. However, I can promise you that my partner and I will never buy another GM product.

Buick offers a variety of sleek yet safe luxury vehicles that are guaranteed to leave you with leg room and trunk space, even in the smallest sedans. This car can hold up to six people comfortably because there is a secret seat between the driver and the passenger. You could fit three car seats in the back, though it would leave you limited room for diaper bags. This car has a modern design that is not too flashy. It is equipped with radio and cruise controls on the steering wheel, so you never have to take your eyes off the road, and a day/night sensor for the rear view mirror so that glare is less of a problem. You can upgrade and customize to include a moonroof, driver memory key sets, and a variety of other comfort features including radio and interior fabric, as well as screens and gps.

For the past 8 months, I have only been able to drive my Buick for 2 weeks at a time without having serious issues. The engine light will come on and I get the following error messages: reduced engine power, max speed 32 mph, traction control off, service StabiliTrak. The first time this happened, I was on the interstate driving 75 mph! Since the end of July, I have had my car in for service multiple times at several different service centers. It has now been at Todd Wenzel Dealership in Davison, MI since January 6th (today is March 22nd), with no diagnosis. Today I was told they cannot diagnose it until the vehicle gets worse and that I should drive it until another symptom develops! They said since they cannot replicate the problem, they dont deem the car unsafe to drive.I have kept records that detail the issues I have been having and the attempts that have been made to fix it. If I did not still owe $12,000 I would have gotten rid of this car by now. I have been told: Total customer satisfaction is important at Buick. If this is truly the case, then Buick/GM should step up and make this right: either figure out the problem and fix it, or give me a replacement vehicle worth what I still owe. This is just not ok and I am at my wits end.

From color to design, each one is a little bit different which made it hard to choose. But I finally did and I love my choice. Buick offers many options from window tint to wheels and rims. There is protective coat on the paint and special stuff to prevent stains inside. It is roomy, has good gas mileage, nice interior and I love the storage area. There is enough room for the whole family as well as baggage and stroller. It is able to fit 7 people total. It’s amazing because I have two kids and I am married so I can also take other kids with me if needed and have plenty of room without squishing people.

The glass exploded into my car, landing on the front seat, mid row seat and on the dashboard. The lady behind me witnessed the whole thing. Let me start by saying that up until now I have enjoyed my Enclave, and was looking forward to buying a newer model but after today I will never buy a Buick again. I got in my car Christmas Eve to go to work and found my headlight pointing down only casting light 10 feet in front of the vehicle. I called the dealership and made an appointment only to find out the entire headlight assembly needs to be replaced at a cost of $1753.00 that’s right almost 2 thousand dollars for one headlight, so I called corporate saying in so many words, Sorry youre on your own.You would think that a part as expensive as a new transmission might have the warranty cover such a ridiculously expensive part as long as the drivetrain. Alas no. So of course not knowing if the other one is going to go in six months I would not in good conscience ever recommend buying this vehicle due to the cost of just maintaining it’s drivability. Save your money buy the Acura with more power and reliability just for your own peace of mind when a headlight on the vehicle can put you in the poor house.

We got a used car from Billion in Bozeman, MT and we asked them to fix the door locks. They said all they had to do was put a fuse in. But when we could not get them to work from two month, we had someone check it out. It was found that the fuse was not working. When they pulled out the fuse, it was a 20-amp fuse and not a 15-amp fuse. We tired a new fuse, and it blew it out as soon as we hit the button. Then we took the car to Beaverhead Motors in Dillon, MT and they check it out more and found the wiring was all melted together. I purchased a brand new 2016 Buick Encore end of August. I had issues with the car when driving under 40 mph where it would appear to cut out or shift hard. I had researched and found where other people had the issue and it went away a few thousand miles. Then in November at 3500 miles, it happened going down the highway at 50 mph and threw me forward in the car. Then once coming to a stop, I was unable to move in reverse, it made an awful sound and would not move. It would still go in drive but again cut out heavily. The car was towed to the dealer for repair.I am now told that the tool needed to repair my transmission was just ordered last week, over two weeks of having my car, that the tool would not be received until the end of December or first part of January. I am disappointed that GM would not approve for a complete transmission replacement as opposed to repair. I purchased the car loaded with every feature and I am most upset how long I am being deprived from the car.

Update 11/21/2019:
Update 11/21/2019: I did reach out again to GM and again they denied any help. I firmly believe that if word gets out , they did mine, that there will be others banging on their doors with legal representationI was very professional and nice ,I stated ,and not even a percentage ,their response ,we are not changing our decision. Whats upsetting is that this is a known issue. Original review:I ordered a 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL AWD, it is a loaded vehicle, almost every option, it has and always will be garaged, maintained by buick, it is always clean and washed, waxed, and maintained, looks like brand new. In and out, in early June of 2019, I noticed paint coming off my vehicle in flakes, I luckily have a close friend who has a auto body shop near me, he saw it and was totally surprised to see paint flaking off the vehicle on the left side rear roof area and on the right side rear defroster glass body channel area, the rear glass had to be removed for repaint, headlines dropped, and repaired as necessary, its like new, since the auto body shop my friend owns is very professional.I reached out to General Motors with pictures and a estimate, they denied any repairs due its age, and not even a percentage, buick offered and gave me $100.00 as a service voucher. The vehicle has received many compliments on how it looks and drives, this is my vehicle, my last vehicle, and I maintain it like new. The repairs actually came to $2400.00Funny thing is that it is white, and GM had a problem then on white and silver cars due to the paint flaking off due to improper application of primer, and Mary T Barra had buick executive office reach out to me, which they never did, I reached out to her, and she appeared to read a pre scripted letter on paint, little does she know, I have been around cars for a long time, from Chevrolet, Ford and I recently retired from a BMW dealership after 19.5 years and she is telling me how it is, the problem is, general motors offered nothing, not even a percentage on something that they knew and know was a problem.
