Just picked up a CCW bike and brought it back to Vermont. I love the bike. In addition, the CCW team was impressively hands-in and supportive in helping me; the company is growing and does not yet have a dealer where I live. That meant I had lots of questions and needed help with paperwork, etc. They were great. CCW's competitive advantage is its design. It sources from Asia and selects parts so that the bikes can be maintained by riders and be affordable. I looked at the Honda 300F - another nice bike- but it could not compete with CCW's design. Highly recommended.

I absolute love their motorcycles. I own 2 now and they've been nothing but dependable rides for me. CCW's support staff is by far the best and most responsive I've ever dealt with. Can't say enough great things about these guys!!

I've had normal maintenance and common problems such as clutch cable breaking but mine is almost 6 years old. Imo great bikes especially for the price. If there is an issue CCW and Pit go out of their way to correct it. They have second to none customer service. I say two thumbs way up. Owner since 2011 and well over 12k miles speaks volumes. I'll get another one for sure.

Had to purchase a new gas tank from CCW, the transaction was very fast and easy and they were very nice and helpful. They even hooked me up with priority shipping to help get the tank to me quickly during the holidays. I will definitely be back. Thank you Cleveland CycleWerks I love my Heist!
