I drive an Acura MDX 2016, great car, and we are a family of Acura obsession. I met with an accident the first week of August 2021 and today it is December 9th, 2021. My car is at the body shop to date since Acura failed to supply the parts for repair (every time the date gets pushed for another month). I have called Acura customer support asking to speak to a supervisor for the past four months. Every time, I was told they were too busy or unavailable (are they unavailable or cowardly behavior by refusing the answer escalated concerns?). Requested for a follow-up phone call NOT an email. However, all I received was scripted generic mail for every call I made. Finally, today spoke to the supervisor, explained all the detail and all I hear is sorry. Now, I have paid over $9000 on rental. The only solution I have received is sorry from Acura. I would refer to Acura's supervisor’s customer service as a meaning of worst customer experience in the dictionary.

I leased my Audi Q5 on February 2021. For the last month and a half my car has been at the dealership 3 times due to it not starting consistently. Several alarm lights also showed upon the dash along with the engine light. Due to all of this I did not feel confident driving, so I notified the person who took care of my lease. This has been the worst customer service I have received in a dealership. Both Audi headquarters and the dealership neglected to do anything to remedy the situation. The only thing they offered was to attempt to sell me another car which of course, entails paying more money. On top of that in order to end the lease early I was being asked to pay more money as if I had caused the problem in the first place. Audi did not attempt to compensate me for all of the issues that popped up nor did they help me to lend a car as I awarded results. Absolute worst dealership and worst customer service (Audi South Orlando). Completely washed their hands and tried to shift the burden onto me. Very careless and neglectful. Don’t waste your time and your money with Audi.

I got a brand new 2022 X5 on Dec 22, 2021. After just 1000km drive, the engine light turned on and my car has been in dealership since 5 days ago. Such a frustrating experience with BMW. Perhaps other German competitors are more reliable. I wish I had not gotten a car from BMW.

I am driving a 1992 Buick that is undoubtedly one of the finest cars ever made in America. My older brother, an engineer, worked for GM for many years. He's the source of some of my information, the fact that with proper preventive maintenance, this vehicle is as powerful today as it was when it was produced.

Consumer alert: If you buy a new Cadillac there will be some GM locations that will not work on Warranty items. I was told today by Cadillac, the hopes of going full electric by 2025 and because of this, some GM dealerships are not required to work on Cadillacs if it is covered by warranty. I was not told this before buying and actually was told that any GM dealership would accept the Cadillac. The nearest Cadillac dealership is over 40 miles one way.

I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado brand new. The touch screen radio quit working. Doesn't respond to touch. Also it does things on its own like blaring the radio full blast, calling people tick tick tick pushing its own buttons. It's caused me a few times a severe scare almost driving off the road because out of nowhere the Radio goes full blast!!! I only have 36,000 miles on it and warranty is over. How convenient. The transmission from day one slips, seems like it's not going to shift and hard shifts enough to jolt ya! I am really upset with this vehicle. I've learned my uncle has a 2016 Z style Colorado and his is doing the same exact thing. My cousin's Impala radio does the same thing. It doesn't work! There should be a recall on these items and I can't understand why there isn't yet. What do we as owners have to do?

Chrysler Automobile Reviews:

I purchased a 2015 FIAT 500e a couple of years ago. I am now the third owner of the vehicle, and ever since I purchased the vehicle I have been having multiple problems with it. First, the 12V battery went out, so I purchased a new battery. Secondly while making a right-hand turn all the lights suddenly came on, the ABS light, the RBS light, the ECS light, and then a Red Turtle would appear and the car would slow down and stop.I towed the car to the dealership for repairs @ Larry H Miller Chrysler Dodge Fiat on Havana in Colorado. They did an ECU scan on the car and said that the HV battery under the car is bad, and wouldn't take a charge, which will need to be replaced. I doubted the notion because the battery charges for me every day and the battery was at 90% when I brought the vehicle in for service, but since the car was under warranty for the HV battery the dealership was able to complete the replacement at no charge, and the only service charge was for scanning the computer. After changing out the HV batteries the lights were still present and they said that it was from the vehicle speed sensor and I needed to get both the rear speed sensors replaced. I doubted this notion as well because before I brought the vehicle in for service I changed out all four-speed sensors, but their explanation was aftermarket speed sensors are not good and they can fail out of the box. I decide to take the car home and change out the speed sensors myself if that was the case. I changed it before so I can do it again if it was actually bad. I didn't get but halfway home and the Red Turtle came back and the car stopped. I couldn't start the vehicle or do anything at this point but at least I was able to place the car in neutral and push it out of traffic.I called the dealership and told them what had happened and they said I needed to get it towed back in so they can replace the speed sensors because that was probably the problem causing the vehicle to stop. I paid out of pocket and got the vehicle towed back in for service again. After they changed out the speed sensors the problem still remained no change and no fix, back to square one. The car has now been at the dealership for a month now, and still no solution. The next option was to try and change out the ABS module to see if that was causing the issue. I agreed to the repair, and after the replacement of the ABS module the lights all went away according to the service writer, but now the car cannot be driven above 50 miles otherwise the Red Turtle comes on and the car slows to a stop. They towed the car back to the shop and did a re-scan on the ECU module again. This time it shows up as the power inverter module, which is the reason the car cannot go above 50 miles an hour. I was quoted $6000 dollars if I wanted this part replaced and for the repair.Keep in mind I am still paying for the purchase of the vehicle and now $6000 for repair on top of that to get this vehicle running and the part replaced, I can't afford that! So I went online and did some research myself and searched if there were any recalls on the vehicle pertaining to this issue in the past. Unfortunately, there were back in 2016 the vehicle had a power inverter module recall on the vehicle which was taken care of by the previous owner and replaced. So I decided to contact Chrysler Fiat Customer Service to see if they can help, either reduce the cost for the repair or help with anything basically so I can get the car back to use again. I was given a case #** and was assigned to a Case Manager named "Jerry". Jerry was very hard to get a hold of and not very helpful at all to start with. The tone and the attitude coming from Jerry while speaking with him was basically "this is not our problem but yours". After speaking with Jerry for a while and letting him know my frustration, he basically said did everything in his power to NOT HELP and in the end said the inverter is out of warranty and I can't help you. What???? This is how you treat customers? After giving him every detail I could about what's going on and that this vehicle is now a paperweight since I can't drive it and still paying for it, he said he will call the Dealership where the car is being serviced and see if he can do something, and he did mention several times that most likely it'll be a waste of time because there's nothing he can do. Really!!!...again...WOW!!!! Great customer service.Three weeks has gone by and still no word from Jerry. I tried calling several times for an update, but keep getting pushed to a voicemail. Even the Service writer "Chris **" in the service department has tried multiple times to get a hold of him or another Case Manager and nothing. I finally received an email today from Jerry, stating he would like a callback to discuss the Fiat 500e being serviced. I spoke with Jerry and basically gave me the same story as before "I talked to my manager and there's nothing we can do to help you". WOW!! I am really shocked. Way to stand behind your product!!! No reason as to why the only thing he can say was "we can't help you!"Well, with that being said, I guess there is no more for me to say except I am no longer purchasing anything from Chrysler, Fiat or Dodge because of the poor customer service and satisfaction provided or should I say not provided. The minimal support they can give is at least knock down the price for the repair so I can afford it, but all I get is "sorry there is nothing I can do to help you!"It has now been 2 months to the day that the car is in service. I texted Chris ** the service writer and told him the situation and he basically agreed with me on the poor customer service I was provided by Chrysler Customer Service and with Jerry. I know there are other vehicles in service at the same dealership for the same reason, and I'm sure Chrysler does not want to assist for whatever reason that isn't helping us customers. My understanding is, and with any dealership if there are several vehicles being serviced for the same exact problem doesn't that raise a Red Flag to say we need another recall or we need to get an Engineer involved to figure out the problem? He wouldn't even give Chris a reason or an explanation on why they couldn't help. I proceeded to tell Chris I will pick up the vehicle tomorrow and try somehow to get it repaired somewhere else for lesser the cost or get rid of the vehicle all together probably the ladder most likely.Chris ** the service writer has been on top of his game the whole time...he has been keeping me updated as the vehicle is being repaired and also trying everything he can to assist with the repair of the vehicle, and definitely awesome service on his end. I just wish he didn't have to work for a company that doesn't give two cents about their customers. Again....never will I purchase another vehicle that has any affiliation with Chrysler.

Dodge Automobile Reviews:

I would've been a first time Dodge owner if it weren't for this miserable hellhole. I had thought about owning a Challenger Scat Pack for years, so this month I decided 2021 would be the year I'd make it happen. I worked with a "salesman" called Taylor "Red." In all our face-to-face interactions, he seemed completely uninterested in doing business with me, probably because I look young and mentioned I had test driven cars from other brands. Anyways, to make a long story short, I went for a one-hour test drive to make sure this was definitely the car I wanted. When I got back from the test drive, the first thing Red asked is why I didn't answer my phone. I guess it didn't occur to him that I'd be focused on the test drive, not my phone. At this point he seemed downright irate. It was evident that he didn't take me seriously as a customer, but I figured he could at least answer a question I had about some powertrain settings in Uconnect. He asked me to show him what I was talking about, so we went out to the car. Red and I got into the car. This is where the experience nose-dived directly into the ground. I showed him the settings I had a question about, and I commented on braking performance and he became belligerent. He proceeded to repeatedly call me a reckless driver (my driving record is perfect) and berated me over the car's break-in period requirement, the details of which I was not informed of at all. It's ignorant and irresponsible to assume I know. I didn't do anything crazy with the car, nor did I drive far, but Red acted as though the car was totaled. Unbelievable. The experience was incredibly uncomfortable and humiliating. He treated me like a child. Unforgivable and unacceptable. Guy, I'm probably older than you.I have never in my entire life been treated so poorly. After Red's meltdown he had the unmitigated gall to say, in the most unenthusiastic and annoyed tone, let us know when you're interested to buy and stormed back inside. Are you ** serious? From what corner of hell did you find this miserable creature, Rairdon? Do you think this is acceptable? You seem to since other people have had similar problems with Red and other staff members. It's 2021. Enough of the sleazy, pushy, and rude used car salesmen tactics of the 80's. It's costing you and Dodge business. Stop. Think.I left immediately after. I felt horrible for the rest of the day. Red, you do not speak to a customer like this. Ever. Period. You are bad at your job. Your emotional outburst cost you my business, future customers, and now your and your employer's reputation are irreparably damaged. I'm definitely reconsidering Dodge now. I'm only interested in doing business with companies that respect me and want my business.

I have my Ford Raptor in the service dept for the cam phase issue which is a recall. I get the notice when my truck is out of the warranty, so guess what, Ford will not cover the cost, but to add to this injury they don't have parts available for this recall. My truck has been sitting in a Ford Service Dept for 2 months waiting on these phasers, with no eta. on parts, and no assistance. Ford may look good but they do not stand behind the product, Chevy will definitely be my next choice.

Honda Automobile Reviews:

I purchased a new, 2022 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition just a little over two weeks ago. When my vehicle was less than two weeks old, with under 500kms it began throwing warning lights. The awd stopped working and my heater shut down entirely (in minus 30 weather). I was getting a total of eight different warning lights and I couldn't move my electric seats to be able to drive safely. Once I got my vehicle home it would no longer start. I figured no big deal, my vehicle hasn't even gone through its first tank of gas, Honda has a great reputation and will take care of me. I have never been so wrong about a manufacturer and have never felt so unappreciated as a customer. It took days to even get my vehicle towed. I've now spent the past five days on the phone talking with over a dozen different people. Every person I spoke with said it was a different department or person's responsibility. Literally just passing the buck back and forth between Honda Customer Relations, Honda Roadside Assistance and the dealership. I even had my call "dropped" at one point. After being juggled around for days I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor at Honda Customer Relations. Customer relations told me that supervisors don't speak on the phone with customers. I thought I must have misheard what I was being told. I can buy a forty dollar watch from China and get a supervisor on the phone but not for a new vehicle? I spent 60k on a vehicle two weeks ago (though I haven't actually been able to drive it for nearly half the duration of ownership) and Honda Canada doesn't even value me enough as a customer to allow me to speak to someone above the person answering the phone. I was told the only way I would be able to speak to a supervisor is if I was injured or if my vehicle injured someone else. They're lucky that I was able to pilot my heater less vehicle from a near laying position back to my house without injuring someone. I however, was not so lucky, as apparently an accident is the only way that you rate high enough to speak to someone with an answer other than we don't take care of that or it's someone else's responsibility. That's what it ultimately comes down to...caring. Honda obviously no longer cares if its customers are safe or remotely satisfied. My vehicle is sitting at the dealership 170kms away from my home, after it broke down due to no fault of my own. Not my fault but my problem. Honda's suggestion was either rent a vehicle on my dollar or talk to my insurance company about getting a rental. Honda Canada, as you have made blatantly clear at this point, your (technically my, though I don't actually have possession) malfunctioning, unsafe vehicle has become solely my problem after I signed on the dotted line. I however, will never buy another Honda and I will let everyone who will hear it know that Honda no longer stands behind their product and definitely not their customer. This has been unequivocally the worst buying experience I've had to date. I'm sitting here in utter disbelief, sick to my stomach trying to figure out how to get my new vehicle back home. I recommend that if you're shopping for a new vehicle that you don't just assume that Honda still stands for reliability and customer service as I had. Look into the customer complaints, class action lawsuits and you'll likely figure out that Honda has adopted the money first, customer last stance that so many manufacturers are moving towards. Let my expensive mistake guide you away from a company that no longer embodies what used to be synonymous with Honda...Trust. You'll pay the Honda premium, they'll pocket your dollars, take your trust, crumple it up and toss it along side you into the trash. I may not speak for all your customers but I think all those you've tossed aside would agree...We aren't asking for better.. we're demanding it!

Jaguar Automobile Reviews:

August 12, 2021 I purchased a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace 35t, with 51,496 miles on it, in May of 2020 from Jaguar Land Rover Downtown Salt Lake in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am a first-time owner of a Jaguar and was excited about my new vehicle. I met with a salesman by the name of Jake who assisted me with my purchase. At the time of the sale, I was explained that the Jaguar warranty was bumper to bumper. That this was good for the next 2 years or 100,000 miles, whichever came first. The warranty covered repairs, and oil changes on the vehicle.June 24, 2020, I notified Jake of some issues I was having, one of them being that the daylight headlight was out. I made an appointment for July 15, 2020, with the service team and took the vehicle in to get fixed. August 7, 2020, I took my vehicle back in to be serviced again. On November 10, 2020, made an appointment for November 20, 2020, to be serviced on again. In December 2020 we went to a wedding and on the drive to and from the wedding the car started overheating. It was cold outside, snowing, there wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. That same month I started having problems with the window control panel on the driver side. I was having a hard time getting an appointment made where I could also get a loaner. This problem continued to happen, and I tried to document when I could. I do have a picture of the overheating issue dated March 2020. It was hard to take pictures and video the occurrences, as I was usually driving and didn’t want to get into an accident. On June 11, 2021, I was able to get the Jaguar in to be serviced. I was taking it in for the window panel to be serviced, the overheating issue to be looked at and the other daylight headlight to be replaced. It had gone out on the other side now. At this time the Jaguar had 62,000 miles on it. The service center said my warranty was not going to cover the same as it did before because it had over 60,000 miles on it now. I explained to them what the salesman had told me at the time of purchase and that this was contradicting to what he told me. After speaking with their manager and seeing that another customer was told the same thing, they said they would cover the service. I got my car back on June 23, 2021.On June 29, 2021, my car started overheating and the AC stopped working. I reached out to the service center and explained to them it wasn’t fixed. I dropped it off on July 6, 2021. They kept my car but said they couldn’t get it to duplicate the problem. Nothing was fixed and I picked up my car on July 13, 2021. They had it for 8 days.On July 22, 2021, my car was overheating, and the AC stopped working. I messaged the service center. I provided pictures and videos. They said they could not get me in and were all booked and would get back to me when they could. I reached out again on August 3rd as my car was overheating and the AC would stop working. August 7th, I reached out again, experiencing problems still. I did drop it off on August 7th.As of now, August 12, 2021 my car is still sitting at the service center and I don’t have a loaner. I will never purchase a Jaguar again, I have had nothing but problems and the overheating issue is not being resolved. I would not recommend Jaguar to my family or friends unless they want to expect problems. I have had the car for a little over a year and have put around 13,000 miles on it. I do not plan on keeping it but trading it in for another vehicle that is more reliable. The last correspondence I received from the service center was that my case has been referred to Jaguar corporate to help get it resolved. Ideally, I would like to return the vehicle and get my money back. I no longer want to keep the car as I anticipate it will cause me future problems. I need a reliable vehicle for me and my family. This has been a huge inconvenience for us, and I use it to drive to and from work and take my kids to school.

Jeep Automobile Reviews:

Berthod Motors in Glenwood Springs, CO and its corporate affiliates left my wife and I stranded for the holidays. After having paid out of pocket for a PCM replacement on our Jeep Grand Cherokee that also fried our battery and alternator last December, my Jeep began exhibiting the same issues as before at the beginning of this December. The PCM failed and fried a battery. I contacted Berthod Motors only to be told that while the part was still under warranty, it would be 2 weeks before a mechanic could even look at our vehicle to assess if it was truly the PCM that had failed again. Without option, we booked an appointment.I had our Jeep towed to Berthod the night before our scheduled appointment. The day of the appointment came and went with 0 contact from the dealership, although I had tried to call and left multiple messages. I had been left with no idea that the vehicle had even made it to the dealership. I was finally contacted by the service manager the following day saying that it was in fact a PCM failure, but due to not having one in stock, it would be another week before the repair would be made. It has now been 2 weeks with no end in sight. After once again not being contacted by Berthod Motors with an update to the status of the repair, I stopped in and was informed that the PCM is on backorder. The EARLIEST that the part could be available is mid January, 6 weeks after the vehicle broke down due to a faulty part being installed by Jeep. I was told by Jason, the service manager, that his hands were tied as far as not being able to make the repair any quicker or providing a rental car in between. Jason directed me to Jeep's direct customer service to see if they could be any help. I contacted Jeeps Corporate customer service line on Monday of this week. I explained my wife and I’s situation to the representative and while she was very kind, she informed me that she would have to escalate the situation and that she didn’t have the resources to actually help. It took another 48 hours for a different representative to call. Without hesitation the representative told my wife and I that there isn’t even a chance that Jeep would be willing to help us with a rental car and we would be so lucky to get the replacement PCM any quicker than what we were quoted from Berthod. This will be my wife and I’s last vehicle from General Motors. My wife, a teacher, has been a huge fan of Jeep since she has had her driver’s license. She has personally financed over 5 different models of Jeep Cherokees since our marriage. Already last week she suggested that we move over to a more dependable brand such as Toyota after this debacle. As a plumber in this valley, I could never stay in business, let alone stay employed if this is how I treated my clients. I would never think of or have the audacity to install a faulty part in a client's home and then leave them without water or heat after the part failed. Regardless of backordered parts. This has truly been one of the worst examples of customer care that I have seen in my life. This review will be updated as the situation progresses.

This review is specific to Kia's roadside service. I've been very happy with my Kia vehicle. When I found myself needing a tow on a weekend night, Triple A phone wait times were 30+ minutes, but Kia's roadside service responded right away. Apparently my policy had expired, but I said that I was willing to pay so that we could expedite this process and get me to a shop before it closed. At this time it was a bit before 7pm and the service center closed at 9pm, so I figured this wouldn't be a problem. Oh, how young and naive I was.First of all, after I hung up the phone with the representative, it took over an hour for some reason just for the Kia dispatch service to connect me with a towing service. I contacted an agent twice through the online chat system during this time and was both times given some generic message about how "they're working as fast as they can" and "your service is very important to us." I'd like to add that I'm in a major city, so it's not like there's a shortage of tow companies around. THEN when they finally assigned me a tow company, I was told that my ETA for the tow truck to arrive was 45-60 minutes. Well, wouldn't you know it -- an hour goes by, and still no tow truck. This time I reach out to the tow truck company directly. He tells me that the driver "got tied up" with other tows but is now -- only just now! -- on his way over to me. Another hour goes by. Still no tow truck. Seattle's big, but not that big. At this point the Kia service center is very, very closed. It takes another half hour just for the tow truck to arrive. During this time, Kia roadside assistance checks in a couple times -- once through a phone representative, and twice by text -- but each time when I tell them the tow truck still hasn't arrived, all they do is offer banal apologies and tell me my service matters. I understand that Kia roadside assistance only had so much control over the terrible tow truck company I was assigned. However, ultimately I ended up waiting over three and a half hours just for a simple tow job -- in the dark, by myself, in a part of town I didn't know well -- and Kia did nothing to help with this aside from offer meaningless phrases. No apology discount on service at their center, no attempt to find a faster tow service, nothing. I'll just stick with triple A next time; despite the initial long wait to speak with an agent, I've never had such a ridiculous experience actually getting service from them.

I am currently leasing a car from Lexus, and I am moving from one state to another. I tried to contact Lexus customer service for the instructions I should follow to complete the registration. Based on their misleading instructions, I have been to the DMV 3 times, wasted three days, and so far, I got nothing done. The customer service gave me different instructions every time and was always 100% sure about the incorrect instructions they gave me. They also insisted that the DMV told me the wrong instructions, but it is the DMV that will get the title registered. I called them the 4th time today, and they finally got some instructions kind of consistent with the DMV. But they kept telling me to provide them some documents via Fax and no emails... I have to say, this car will be my last Lexus.

After 15 months, nine times in the shop and 45 days without my car, my brand new 2019 Navigator has FINALLY been deemed a lemon. The transmission was slipping and the engine was burning oil. Lincoln told the dealership to put oil in the car and give it back to me!!! Lincoln refused to replace the engine as well as the transmission. Sadly, I absolutely loved my Navigator. It had all the bells and whistles you could ever want but mechanically the car was junk. Please don’t fall into the same trap we did. These are beautiful luxury cars but they are horrible and Lincoln’s customer service is by far worse than the vehicle they built. There is no customer service whatsoever! It was a horrible experience and I’m glad it is finally over. We are one and done for any Lincoln product in the future. As we went through this process we have discovered several other people that have had the same problem.

My car front control arm had a total failure in which the ring holding the ball joint on the front passenger side snapped the approximately 1 inch solid metal, This happened while driving. My car slammed to a halt, my tire disconnected and rotated 90 degrees. I have owned many older Classic Vehicles, and this is the first time I have seen this without a full side on collision. I called Mazda Canada, and got told the Car was out of warranty. As a result of there not being a recall on this part I am on my own. Damaged caused was Control Arm, Ball Joint, Front and Rear Bushings as well as a new axle need. You have to love being taken advantage of. This was my first Mazda purchase, and my last.

Be careful buying Mercedes in Luxembourg. They have one of the worse services in the world. I was asking to fix speaker for 2 years, but they continue convincing me that everything is ok. And when warranty is expired they admitted that speaker should be changed. Be more assertive to avoid manipulations in this service. Almost no one is speaking English. Can easily forgot to call you about appointment.

Mitsubishi Automobile Reviews:

I am having a problem with my brand new 2022 Mitsubishi outlander less than 6 months of owning. Last friday December 03/2021 my wife drove her car normally to a parking garage building in Kitchener Ontario, she left her car for approximately one hour and when she return the car won't start. It wasn't even cranking the engine and not releasing the electronic parking brakes, all the lights, radio and everything else were working. The car got an error message on the dash and service light was on. We called the roadside assistance and got our car removed after 5 hours of waiting to our closest dealer since the tow that was sent to us couldn't handle the car weight. We dropped the car at Kitchener dealer very late around 2am.Next day on saturday December 04/2021 we drove to the Kitchener dealer to drop off the keys and explain the problem and for our surprise they said we shouldn't have dropped the car on their parking lot during the night because they were having some theft issues in their dealer and they couldn't be responsible for my vehicle if we left it there. We then called the Cambridge dealer and asked if they could have our car there to check what was wrong with the car and they said ok. We contacted the Mitsubishi roadside assistance again to request a new tow for the Cambridge dealer and for our surprise the roadside assistance asked us to pay for the tow because customer service wasn't working saturday and they couldn't pay for it.When the car was moved to the Cambridge dealer we asked them if they had a car that we could use while our car was being fixed but they didn't have any car to lend us and we had to rent a car and pay from our pocket. To summarize we bought a new car to avoid having headache and having the benefits of roadside assistance and warranty, but we had to pay for the tow truck from our pockets, we are paying for our lease and we can't use the car and we are paying for a rental car too. If I have a regret is to have bought a Mitsubishi vehicle.

I bought a brand new car on 2020. After 1-2 weeks there was problem on aircon of car the dealers still couldn't fix that, after that there was a problem on the seat of car still couldn't fix. Now the paint started to fade on the car. It's just been 1 year and went to fix the car for about 10-12 times but still same. Doesn't feels like a brand new car. Worst car I ever had. Never ever gonna buy Nissan cars again.

I've been driving a 2014 Ram Crew Cab (Tradesman) for 10 months. I've done the maintenance and filled the fluids, but had to have Radiator, Cap, Hoses, 6 spark plugs, 2 ignition coils replaced. Then Starter, then Radiator cooling fan. Now the engine is "blown" after driving 12000 city miles! Something smells foul.

We bought a Renault Captur (70 plate) from Renault Bolton at the end of September 2021.....in just over 3 months we have had to call out Renault Assist 3 times as the car wouldn't start, leaving us having to cancel plans etc and struggle to get to work. We have contacted the local dealer and also Renault customer service and both have been less than helpful! Our car has finally been booked in to be looked at, however at a cost of 15 to us to cover the insurance on a courtesy car! I have complained to Renault asking why I should be out of pocket when they have clearly sold me a faulty car but they are not willing to refund this as 'it is to cover me' I understand this but why should I be out of pocket? I would not recommend Renault to anybody! The service since I drove the car off the forecourt has been despicable!!! Avoid!

I bought my 2006 9-3 with a manual transmission 5 years ago with 70k miles on it. I now have 130k miles on it. It is by far the best every day driver I have owned. It handles great in all weather conditions and is extremely reliable. I have not had any breakdowns, it gets good mpg, has good acceleration, and again handles great! I have done regular maintenance using the recommended Mobile 1 full synthetic European blend oil every 5k miles as well as some normal wear and tear items on a 100k mi car ei: brakes, rotors, and a clutch. All electronics and mechanical items on the car still work like new. If you are looking for a used vehicle that is reliable and fun to drive, I would strongly recommend the Saab.

Ordered an Enyaq iv 80 back in September. We're approaching the 3 month mark and no build date, no delivery date and can't get any communication out of anyone, not from the retailer and certainly not customer services. I realise that there are challenges in the industry, but this lack of communication is unacceptable for a 55k car. Then when I look at Trustpilot and I'm genuinely surprised at how bad the reviews on service are - now considering cancelling.

I just bought a Suzuki XL7 last year September 2020. In just six months rust are developing inside the glove box and outside of the door handle, driver's side in particular. I already informed my dealership regarding this matter but they just told us that they will call upon the approval of repair from Suzuki PH. This was not just an isolated case, it was a clear flaws of this Suzuki brand. This is not an isolated case because many of us (Suzuki XL7 PH owner) had the same problem and in the same spot of problem. Hope Suzuki had a time to read this complain and hope they will give us a better solution on this issues. This may give a bad impression on the integrity of how this car was built. The engine performance and the overall appearance was great but the rust problem will give you a headache. I will give you an update if they come up for a better solution on this.

I was at a complete stop awaiting the traffic light to go from red to green when a Range Rover SUV slammed into my back end doing between 50-60 mph. She told the police "I just wasn't paying attention." Needless to say, my Tesla Model 3 was totaled. Her vehicle drove what was left of my trunk all the way into my back seat. My only injuries are minor - bruised hands from the impact of the airbags. Even the insurance adjustor commented on how the impact must have been tremendous. Extremely grateful to Tesla for building such a safe car.

We purchased the new 2021 Tiguan comfortline in September and just after a month or so the infotainment screen would not turn on instantly. The issue has not been resolved after making three visits to the service dealer. We also contacted the VW Canada customer care but they were of no help and simply suggested that we visit the service dealer, though issue was to do with manufacturing. Our car is still with service dealer and they don't know what is the problem. Sent another email to VW Canada customer care rep but haven't received a response yet. Really frustrating and disappointing experience buying VW.
