I purchased an Acura MDX on 4/4/2019 and purchased an extended warranty for it, which is supposed to provide coverage for electrical and mechanical failures in the car. In 2020, we notified our local Acura Dealer (Pleasanton, CA) about an issue we were experiencing. Whenever we remote started the car, the heated seats would no longer operate about 50% of the time. We took videos of this occurring, and the dealer was able to duplicate the problem. They said it was an issue that needed to be addressed by the corporate office, as there was nothing the dealer could do.I have spent the last two years going back and forth with Acura over this issue, and the matter remains unresolved. At first they said it was operating normally when it did this. They also said they hadn’t heard of this issue before. An internet search revealed numerous online complaints from other customers about this exact same issue. There’s even a service bulletin put out my Acura about this in August, 2017. Bulletin number BTS 161203 Version 3. It states that the front seat heater control unit was suspected to be the culprit.Acura has refused to fix this issue, so I requested a refund for our extended warranty, which we paid $2695 for. We are experiencing a mechanical/electrical failure of the heated seats to work properly, and Acura has refused to fix the problem. Therefore, we would like a refund for the extended warranty, which was purchased entirely for problems like this.

I bought a new Stelvio Milano Editzione in September 2019.In May 2021 the brake pad warning light illuminated at 8,500 miles.Given the mileage, I assumed it was a fault with the warning light. When I took the car to my nearest dealer I was informed that the rear discs were heavily worn and pitted and that the rear pads had less than 1mm of friction material left. They also confirmed that they wouldn't be covered under the car's 5 year warranty which had been a key consideration in my buying process. The replacement cost was 575.I asked them to clarify why the rear pads and discs were effectively destroyed after only 8,500 miles, while the fronts - which do the bulk of the stopping - were virtually brand new. They were unable to provide an answer. As I needed the car back, I paid the repair bill and kept the displaced discs and pads for the inevitable argument. After contacting Alfa Romeo UK and eventually threatening them with court action, they agreed in writing on the 4th June to cover the replacement cost of the discs and 50% of the pads, amounting to 430.I provided them with my bank details on the 5th June.On the 6th July I had still not received the refund so emailed them again. On the 8th July I received a reply confirming that my refund would be made within 28 days.Perhaps predictably, this didn't happen.I therefore emailed them again on the 6th August which generated a call back to tell me they couldn't find a director to sign off my refund.I spent 50,000 with Alfa Romeo, yet after two months they apparently can't rustle up a 430 refund, as promised in writing???After a further month of getting the runaround but no money, I'm now at the point where I feel I have no choice but to recover the monies via the courts.Alfa, I love my Stelvio. It does everything I want. it's practical; quick; good in snow; and other than the brakes, has been utterly faultless. However what you laughingly refer as a premium brand customer service, truly stinks. So sad.

The list of £90,000 production bikes is short enough before you start adding any other stipulations into the mix. And if the first of them is to deliver a ride that doesn’t leave you spending the same sum again at the sadistic whims of your local osteopath, then the list gets shorter still. But there is at least one choice. The Arch KRGT-1 may have been cracking asphalt Stateside since 2014, but the newest incarnation is now available on UK soil – and if the shock of the price tag hasn’t already given you palpitations, then riding it will. Preconceptions have a funny way of proving themselves accurate – but not this time. You might expect it to suffer surging fuelling woes, a soggy chassis and spine-compressing suspension. But it doesn’t. £90k custom bikes are usually rolling art installations that are torturous in motion – but the Arch combines bling with an unexpectedly accomplished ride. Yes, it’s got faults. No, it’s not really ‘worth’ £90k (although you try building a clone cheaper) – but it is imbued with an intangible specialness that deserves to get the super-rich reaching for the build options list.

I had 2 Arctic cats- 2005 500 FIS and 2007 700 FIS EFI. Both these machines were great. Here is why Arctic Cat almost always used Suzuki engines except for the Kawasaki 650 v2 that had overheating issues as well. That rear cylinder got hot on them so the majority were Suzuki single cylinder monsters of power and reliability. When 2008 rolled around they went with their own engines which are all complete junk. They were very stupid to get rid of the Suzukis. Why would you get rid of the workhorse of your fleet? I don't know but now they are selling junk and ruining their name. They need to go back to Suzuki and grovel at their feet to get the best engines ever made in my opinion and the opinion of so many others out there. I never had any issues with mine. Not a single one. I ran them hard too. Real hard. Never a whimper. Just a grunt off of a machine and go through anything and I mean anything. I had my 500 buried in a swamp and it did not die. I had mud up to my knees and it kept on moving through it at a slow pace. The low end torque of that engine was amazing. I will go and find another old pre 2008 and beat the crap out of it. If you want that motor go to Suzuki and get the King Quad. That is what I have. Same motors, same reliability, same fun, same 25 miles to the gallon but a smaller gas take. Only 4.5 gallons compared to the Arctic Cat at 6 gallons but hey who cares? Just find a gas station in the nowhere. I tell you the truth. Get a Suzuki engine. They make all the engines for Mercury Marine 10 - 135 horse. They make engines for snowmobiles for Arctic Cat, they make engines for just about anything that needs a motor and guess what? They don't die. PERIOD.

Purchased New 2017 Wildcat Sport 2 Crankshaft Bearing Failures. I purchased a new Arctic Cat Wildcat Sport 700 LTD for 22,830.52$ on May 2nd 2018 from Rockland Wheels in Rockland, Ontario, Canada. This machine had a 10 hour service completed at Snowmobiles Unlimited in Varney, Ontario Canada at 375 KM. At 1064 KM the engine seized which was caused by a failed crankshaft bearing, I took it back to Rockland Wheels. Rockland Wheels put a new engine and primary clutch in this machine on November 28th 2018. I was informed that the cause of failure was the wrong engine oil being used in the machine. I find this very peculiar as I have the receipts for the oil change and it was done at an Arctic Cat Dealer. I find it difficult to conclude that wrong engine oil was the cause. On July 25th 2019 I purchased 6 qts of oil and two oil filters from Snowmobiles Unlimited in Varney, Ontario, Canada and changed the oil myself at 1515 KMS.

Terrible terrible vehicle, experience and customer service. Having bought a brand new Vantage I have endured no enjoyment whatsoever. Fault after fault have become only too familiar. Aston Martin have refused to assist with rectifying any of my issues. If you buy an Aston Martin beware you will not receive assistance from the manufacturer. Passenger door has drooped and now chipped. Clicking noises coming from gearbox. Red airbag warning light. EDF warning light. Whistling noises through windows at speed. Steering wheel pointing at 11 o'clock. All of the above within 1 month of owning the vehicle. Quality control clearly were not focused on the day my vehicles build was complete. If you notice faults within the first 14 days then return the vehicle immediately to dealer. BEWARE!!!

I would caution anyone against purchasing a new or used Audi solely based on their horrendous customer service and deceptive service practices. I purchased a new 2017 Audi Q7 and almost immediately notice an obnoxious squealing noise from the front brakes, especially when they were cold. On multiple occasions I mentioned this to my service advisor at Bluegrass Audi when I was having work done on the vehicle. I was consistently told that the noise was normal and was just due to the nature of the brake pads. I recently received a notice of a Class Action Settlement, “Mercado v Volkswagen Group…: that specifically addressed this very issue and I have also learned that there were several Technical Service Bulletins (2050735/1) issued in early 2018 by Audi that addressed this issue and specifically how service departments should fix the issue. Unfortunately, my service department never addressed this issue and I am apparently stuck dealing with the obnoxious squealing. I contacted Audi USA to see what could be done and was told they could not offer any assistance and my only option would be to take legal action on my own. This is tremendously disappointing for a company that holds itself out as consumer focused.

Purchased a GT in Aug 2021. Vehicle has been great until this tapping noise from the gear box started. Called Bentley for assistance / advice, they informed me they would send a Bentley assistance out to my home address. The AA turned up? He heard the noise and informed me that the AA are not trained in repairing these vehicles and it has to be recovered into Bentley! A hire car would be issued to keep us mobile. Its now 24hrs later no sign of a hire vehicle and no updates from Bentley. The dealership say they have no control over enterprise not having any vehicles to give, surely if Bentley have awarded this contract to them to supply hire vehicles in the event of a breakdown then this is there responsibility to ensure they deliver? So in all this is our first Bentley and we are not impressed and we certainly wont be getting a second!

I called BMW to request a car return or exchange they said no. Now I have a super expensive car that I can’t drive because if I keep driving it will cause serious back pain to develop on my body. The 2001 BMW R1150 GS is a fabulous motorcycle. A beast of a motorcycle. Well engineered and tough it will take you where miles are afraid to tred! The R1150 GS has power to spare. Surprising lower and performance. My last motorcycle was a 2003 Harley Davidson 883 Sportster. I was impressed with the power of that Harley but this 1150 BMW puts it to shame. The BMW is smooth yet robust. The 6-speed gearing has a wide range. I especially like third gear! A handful of throttle feels like you are blasting off to the moon! At age 67 I only rode my BMW mildly off road on my own farm and then only over improved dry pastures! Mine has just over 31,450 miles at the time of this review! My bike was fully serviced and ready to ride anywhere when I purchased it second hand. The tires were just 1 year old with just 1,000 miles on them. I am 67 years old and recently purchased this BMW motorcycle in September 2021, however it is too tall for me to ride comfortably and safely. I have a 30" inseam but riders need longer legs to safely handle this motorcycle. I thought about lowering the suspension but these GS BMW's are too nice to alter. So I purchased a second BMW R1200C Pheonix last week which suits my stride much better. I do not need two BMW motorcycles so I am reluncticly parting with my GS. This is what Cycle World Magazine had to say about the BMW R1150 GS: BMW R1150GS - BEST USED BIKES Exemplifying the very essence of a two-wheel Swiss army knife. Cycle World July 22, 2015 YEARS SOLD: 2000–2004 MSRPNEW: $14,190 ('00) to $14,500 ('04) BLUE BOOK RETAIL VALUE: $4,885 ('00) to $6,500 ('04)BASIC SPECS: The R1150GS is powered by an 1,130cc air-/oil-cooled, four-stroke opposed twin featuring four valves per cylinder, electronic fuel injection, and shaft drive. The 1150 introduced a six-speed gearbox, while later models came equipped with dual spark plug heads and servo-assisted combined ABS brakes. The GS weighs 582 pounds WET with its 5.5-gallon fuel tank topped up and produced 74 hp and 68 pound-feet of torque at the rear wheel on the Cycle World dyno. The "Showa" suspension offers 7.9 inches of rough road-smoothing travel, while the adjustable saddle height (33.1 to 33.8 inches) accommodates a range of riders. WHY IT'S DESIRABLE: Few bikes have proven to be as versatile as the GS BMW Beemer family, with the 1150 exemplifying the very essence of a two-wheel Swiss army knife. It's a road-hardened touring mount and heavyweight dual-sport all wrapped in one. "I went places and saw things on the GS that I never would have on another bike," Mark Hoyer remarked back in the days before he was editor-in-chief. "It truly makes molehills out of mountains." All that, plus the reputation of durability and reliability rivaling that of an anvil easily warrant the price of purchase. THE COMPETITION: Long-travel twins gained prominence in the early 2000s with the introduction of the KTM 950 Adventure and 1,000cc Ducati Multistrada. Undoubtedly, this trend was helped along by the BMW R1150GS, which was honored as the Best Sport-Touring Bike of 2000 by Cycle World in our Ten Best issue.

We bought a new 2022 Can Am Maverick Max Sport 1000R in December. We no more than got it home and when you go about 16 mph, it makes terrible noise in the drive shaft. We took it to the dealership and they were told by Can Am expert technician that drive shaft has issue and needs changed, so that was done. It also was having a popping sound in the front end on uneven ground that we forgot to let them know that at the time. When we got it back, the dealership told us that they had 6 other cases with the same drive shaft issue and we were told they did what Can Am told them to do and replaced the shaft and to let them know how it worked. We got it home, went on a trail, and not only was the drive shaft noise not better, the popping in the front end was worse. The machine has less than 7 hours on it! We took it back to the dealership and were told that they could replicate both noises and had looked over the machine and have no idea what the popping is and that Can Am again wants them to change the drive shaft. At this point we have a new machine that has been “operated” on twice and we would just like to be reimbursed for this purchase. Spoke with a BRP customer service rep and he told me we should “just give the Can Am technicians a chance to get it right”. I told him that they had their chance when it came down the manufacturing line and they had a second chance already and told him I would like to be reimbursed. He said they don’t like to reimburse they like to replace. At this point, I want nothing else to do with Can Am products and if you want service after the sale, I would recommend not dealing with Can Am!

I had a 2008 GS(SM5) spyder and loved the trike. It road excellent, the power and speed was amassing, I had no trouble with it even being the 1st model year. It was scary on sharp curves you had to turn it and it would come around. The heat from the engine came out of the vents right on you legs and made it very hot in the summer, When it was colder out it acted like a heater and felt pretty good. The spark plug on the right side was a bear to get to, you had to take the side cover off and the completely disassemble the air cleaner housing and the use a swivel socket to get it and be carfoll not crack it or crossthead it. Poor design. If you pull to hard on the plug wire getting it off you will pull the will into causing a miss. Be sure to take it to a certified can am dealer to have serviced. Back yard mechanics don't have the know how.

The battery is located in the trunk of the car. I show up to work and I smell burning wires. That's the smell I smell inside the car. I opened my door and I see smoke coming out of the cracks of my trunk I freak out, I popped my trunk open and see there's a fire inside my trunk. The day prior I was working on a vehicle so I had my toolbox, a brand new can of carb cleaner in my trunk where tools should go. Well the can had hit the battery terminals and my toolbox managed to find its way on top of the can causing the spark and the contents inside the can obviously kept the flame going caught the toolbox on fire. Thank God nobody was hurt but that's a poor design. If you're going to put a battery in a trunk as a maker of a car put it in a contained area. A box of some sort. Protect the battery from anything a person may put in their trunk. Or even have another area for storage space for your tools, jumper cables, tow rope things like that keep the battery separated from anything that could be hazardous. That should only be common sense.

To start off, my family has always been Chrysler customers. However, that will no longer be the case. We recently (within a year) purchased a brand new 2020 Pacifica. On January 29th, right after it passed 18,000 miles, the transmission went out. We were then informed by Chrysler that they only cover $35 a day for a rental and only for 10 days. No rental company in my area is below $55 a day. Then we are told that they cannot find a transmission for our vehicle. When we called to see if Chrysler would cover a rental completely since they had no idea when they would have parts and they promptly said no and that although they understood our frustration they would not do anything beyond what they were doing. Two weeks later they finally have a transmission on the way from California. It takes two weeks for it to arrive at the dealership service department in Virginia. That was two weeks ago and our Pacifica has not moved in their parking lot. Chrysler is saying that the technician doesn’t have a free lift available to get it in. I received an email today saying that the “Chrysler customer service” would check with the dealership again next week. I will NEVER purchase a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram vehicle again. And I will not recommend them to anyone, EVER!

Masters of Beckenham were glad to take my order for a new Dacia Stepway Automatic & a deposit just before Christmas 2021 & advised 3 month delivery (March 2022). Had a subsequent e-mail early in January 2022 advising that delivery had gone out to mid/late April. Received an e-mail today advising that Masters of Beckenham were closing down on 29th April & as my car was now due mid/late June they wouldn't be able to supply it but were willing to transfer the order to another (undefined) dealership. Firstly this is the first I've been advised that delivery has gone out again & secondly surely they must have known they were scheduled to close down in April when they accepted my order in December 2021 & thirdly delivery has now gone out from the original quoted 3 months to 6 months. What a way to treat a new customer. Very dubious business practices. Dacia are advertising the fact that they now can supply cars with automatic gearboxes but try & buy one - no chance. Dacia's might be cheap but delivery and service are in the negative!

March 2021 the passenger side only blows out high heat, even when the controls are set to cold and the AC is on. We tried all of the tricks to reset it and nothing has worked. I bought my Monster with just over 3K miles on it and then proceeded to rack up several thousand more during the last two years. Great fun, absolute blast of motor, with pretty decent handling. The "tough" look of the bike combined with the classic sound (with C/F pipes!) is just awesome. For real world use and up in the Green Mountains of Vermont where we have some serious twists, turns, and elevation changes, it's a very good choice. It is definitely not a hard-core sport bike (I have a 916 for that) but rather, it's more of a "do many things" bike. For instance, I rode it out to Mid-Ohio for the 2005 Vintage Motorcycle Races (Ducati was the featured marquee) and with the Sargent seat, 50 mpg with stock gearing, small 1/4 fairing, and elevated clip-ons, its was close to perfect. My only dislikes are the non-adjustable suspension and steel swingarm but then again, I did not pay the premium price for these bits.

In 2016, we purchased a Ford Focus (with the dreaded automatic dual clutch) with ~35,000 miles. We paid extra for a 100,000 mile extended warranty. Within the first few months of owning it, it started shuddering. We took it in and they suggested we use an aftermarket air filter (green filter). We did so, and the shuddering was reduced.Five years later, the car has 67,000 miles on it and it started shifting pretty hard and the shuddering was more pronounced. We took it in and I told them I suspected the TCM was bad (which was still under warranty). They told me I was wrong and it was the clutch (which of course, isn't under warranty). I said that didn't sound right because the clutch was rated for 100,000 miles... So either the TCM was bad, the TCM caused the transmission to shift improperly, which caused the clutch to wear out prematurely, or it was a defective clutch. We went back and forth and they ENSURED me that it was the clutch. $1,600 and a new clutch later, they call me back and tell me "Actually, I guess it IS the TCM." When I asked about a refund for the clutch, they told me to pound sand. The car has now been in the shop waiting on a warranty repair for the TCM for over four months. We call weekly for an update and there is still no expected completion date. They said it could be as long as a year. We just want to get it repaired and sell the piece of crap so we don't ever have to deal with this headache again.

Purchased a 2021 Z71 in January of 2021. While on vacation with less than 9,000 miles truck broke down. Had to be towed and lifters and a piston had to be replaced. This happened on a Friday so I had to spend 3 days with no vehicle and pay for extra night at hotel to wait on a rental. I contacted GM to try and get reimbursed for some of my cost and they never even acknowledged me. Very disappointed!

I came from Lexus RX, Mercedes GLE, E class, and Toyota Sienna. After doing a lot of researches, GV80 seems to be the best choice for the money since all Youtube reviews and written reviews praised it like a new king in town (except some reviews with "harsh ride"). I initially traded in my Mercedes for the GV80 3.5T with Advanced package. Because this car got noise and vibration issues, I complained the dealer and they finally allow me to trade the advanced package in for the Prestige package with a little cost. Yep, if you are about to buy a GV80, the prestige package is worth every penny. Noise active cancellation feature works absolutely amazing. At 80mph, the road noise is so low. Compared to the Advanced package, the road noise wont be different at under 40mph speed, but it is a huge difference at above 60mph speed. The 12.3in cluster is much better than the 8in cluster in every aspect. Genesis actually added a lot of features in the prestige package, therefore the prestige ride quality is more comfort than the Advanced. One downside of the prestige is 22in wheels. IMO, the wheels are too big for a luxury SUV. Although big wheels improve handling, braking functionalities, you will feel bumpy if driving on defect roads. Under normal road, the car runs smooth like on the glass. In sum, a GV80 with prestige is the best. It comes with an elegant design with all features loaded. With same configuration, GV80 is cheaper than X5 and GLE at least 10k. If you dont care the brand, GV80 is an excellent to choose.

I purchased a New 2021 GMC Acadia. Within 100 miles I discovered 360 Camera didn’t work. Automatic Braking, Lane change and road departure were all dysfunctional. GMC has had camera issues for several yrs. Continued selling know the safety issues. I would recommend you avoid this vehicle at all costs. Mine has less than 1000 miles and I’m going back to Honda and take the loss.

I think whats telling about Harley Davidson is the fact that for 17 straight quarters your financials have been mediocre to losses at best. But yet you continue to raise prices. I was about to purchase the hd screamin Eagle tuner and low and beholdIt has been raised to $349 Instead of the $302 it was just a couple weeks ago. You have certainly lost touch with your customer and eventually it'll cost you big time. Raises prices just to do so isn't a great business model it's a clear sign that you are in trouble so how do we offset profit losses. What you should be Doing is selling bikes with more upgrades or making the upgrades more affordable so that you sell much more. Making it a little more affordable willMake those fanatics out their spend more. But instead you keep raising prices. I'm wondering what will save you moving forward since people won't be able to afford you much longer

The 2021 Honda Recon 250 is a little late to the party with Honda delaying its announcement until March 2nd, 2021 whereas the rest of the 2021 ATV model lineup was announced back in June of 2020. With refreshed styling, Honda’s smallest, most maneuverable multipurpose ATV is a bigger value than ever for 2021. I purchased a used Honda vehicle, 2014 model, in great condition. After paying 19K for this vehicle, after the first month of owning this vehicle the paint start peeling off the trunk door (Honda Odyssey), and around the door frames. After doing some research I found out that there was a defect with the paint used on Honda Odysseys for the year of my vehicle. Honda knew about this defect and so extended their warranty for 7 years, great. However, for those of us purchasing a vehicle used because we can't afford to purchase new, we don't find out about FACTORY DEFECTS until after the crap hits the fan. I called Honda's customer service line and was rejected, I asked to be sent to mediation. They told me I would hear back in 3-5 days but after a month I heard nothing. I called back, they told me I would hear back by the end of the day, nothing again. I called the following day and was told I'd hear back, nothing AGAIN. Another week goes by and I call AGAIN, and finally reach somebody who tells me that I made the choice to buy used and out of warranty so I'm out of luck, despite the now compromised frame and body of my vehicle, and the structural damage that will occur (hello safety concern when the frame of my vehicle rusts to ** because of a defect Honda knows about but doesn't care to handle). This customer service experience has been HORRIBLE, and what makes it worse is the Honda KNOWS they produced and mass sold a vehicle with faulty paint, and its those of us who have to purchased used, not able to afford new, who have to incur the further financial hit to try to fix this issue. Just over one month I had this car, meticulously taken care of, mint condition, not owner neglect, but rather Honda neglect, and this multimillion-dollar company refuses to fix the problem they created. Good one.

The Honda CB 1100 EX is one such bike that I had no intention to buy. It was all when I came across this beautifully designed retro-styled beast at my friend’s house when I decided to book a test drive of the same. Talking of the style of the bike, it is nothing less than a royal cruiser with styling that any 90’s kid would love. However, it’s only the looks that are old! In terms of its performance, engine, and functionality, the bike is a beast of the present. Simply love the bike!

Hyundai Automobile Reviews:

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the customer service and system
I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the customer service and system that takes place for recall and warranty work. My engine light began flashing Friday morning and I instantly called my “home” dealership to inquire what to do. They said to pull over and not drive it any further and to contact roadside assistance to have it towed to the nearest Hyundai dealership. I did just that. My vehicle is a 2017, but purchased brand new March 2018. I am well under the 100,000 km/ 5 year warranty. Once we arrived at the dealership to get things rolling, I was informed that my vehicle has an engine recall - thanks for the notice in the mail on that one, Hyundai - NOT. So that was a major surprise to hear. I get back to work and receive a phone call from service that my engine failed all diagnostic tests and that I needed a new engine altogether. I confirmed all my services have been done through Sherwood Park Hyundai, so they said, "Great, we’ll get them to send over your records and send everything off to Hyundai Canada for approval and get you a rental." I expressed how much I required a rental, as I am 8 months pregnant and my husband is not available to be driving me to and from work. They told me by Monday or Tuesday they would know the status of the engine and we can do the rental car. I had to call Monday afternoon for an update, she informed me that nothing had been approved yet, but by Tuesday we’d know. I once again explain the need for the rental. Received no phone call Tuesday, so at 2:45 pm I called them, again. Once again told Hyundai Canada still didn’t approve the warranty for the engine. Not only is this a RECALL, but I am under warranty. They then said I could pay $40/ day for a rental through them and once warranty was approved, they’d take it over. I asked if I’d be reimbursed, they said no. So Hyundai wants me to not only pay my bi-weekly payments on a vehicle I can’t drive, but also pay out of pocket for a rental when it should have already been dealt with and set up. RIDICULOUS. Having a vehicle gets me to my place of employment, which allows me to pay you people for the vehicle sitting in one of your dealerships waiting for an engine on a basically still new vehicle. They were not willing to a single thing to help me out. I will never be buying a Hyundai again. My husband is already looking at getting rid of his also due this service. I owned 3 Chevy’s prior to the Tucson thinking it was a good move. Worst decision and full regret. Things started great with Hyundai and has plummeted over the years. Whenever my vehicle was in the shop with Chevy they ensured they had a fleet/lot vehicle available to me to drive. When I had to get warranty work done and they required to keep my vehicle for 3 days, they had a rental available to me instantly. Odd, they had no issue getting me in a rental ASAP. Hyundai, you are beyond disappointing and I am disgusted with your customer service.

Its an absolute tank! Looks like a shiny new Harley Davidson, despite being 23 years old. Currently have 53,000 kms on it (about 33,000 miles). It sat in a basement not moving for 12 years, when I got it, it was under a half inch of grime. Cleaned the carbs and gas tank, dropped in a new battery, and it roared to life like it was driven yesterday. A day of cleaning and fluid changes, and it was like a brand new bike. Tourque for days, and with the suspension set to 4 it corners like a champ. Its amazing the lean it can get, and the power out of the turns!! Its a Honda. Nobody's quite sure how long they last, since if they are reasonably taken care of (read: occasional oil changes and try to avoid snow), they keep firing up and running forever. If you are reading this because you see a deal on an old one, and wondering if they are a good bike, do it. do it now. You're sitting in front of a computer (or phone) when you could be getting one of the best bikes on the road!

Infiniti Automobile Reviews:

We purchased a used 2015 QX80 with 65,000 miles on it. We did love the car and was an amazing ride till this week. We had some issues and it was running very rough and the engine light came on. So we had it towed to a local shop and he said the codes it was pulling it was something internal (P0011 & P0021) and we needed to have it looked at from a dealer. So the Local Nissan diagnosed it as stretched timing chains. They said it was right about $4000 to fix it. So this car just has 105,000 miles on it and we paid nearly $38,000 for it. So I have a car that I paid nearly $40,000 dollars for it, I have only put 40 thousand miles on it and I have to put $4,000 into it to get it running. I called the Infiniti Consumer affairs and got nothing but sorry. I explained that I have a stay at home mom with 5 kids and we are on a very tight budget, etc. She then said that I would have to have it towed to Infiniti instead of Nissan???? Same company? They said they cannot have Nissan look at it and this was done by one of their master mechanics. So this means tow it a third time with and pay another diagnose fee for what? Infiniti should step up to the plate here. I asked the girl I spoke with to give me a supervisor and she said there were none. She was reading from a script as you could tell just to get you off the phone. I then asked her how she would feel if you purchased a car for 40,000 dollars and only got 40K out of it and now have to put 4 thousand dollars into it. She said she could not reflect on that? This is what customer service departments have come to? No emotions or anything. Just firmly I cant reflect? I said, (ask your CEO or director how they would feel if their mom of 5 was going through this). Again nothing. After doing research, this is a problem that Infiniti knows about but is doing nothing. Just look around on some blogs and you will find them. As well there are issues with the catalytic converters at $1,300 a piece for both sides. I was just wanting them to do what's right and stand by the product. I am a sales manager that travels the US and trust me that I will share this story with every individual I come in contact with. In my business I tell my people to treat people right and they will come back every time... Treat people like you want to be treated and you just built a successful business. I cannot believe this company and its products. We will never purchase another Infiniti or Nissan and I will make sure my kids remember what we are going through when they make their decisions for a car. I will share this story at every sales meeting, and while visiting clients for sure!!!

Purchased my car January of 2020. Brought it in several times throughout the next few months for other repairs. Brought it back in January 2021 for a no heat situation. I was made to feel like I was making it up and that I was a "silly woman" because they couldn't find the problem. Made me drive a vehicle that had no heat in -45 degree weather back home on the highway for over an hour. I then proceeded to bring the vehicle back with the car running the next day to show them that the car indeed had no heat. The car was with them for 3 and a 1/2 months and they still could not fix the problem but the heat started to work so I took the car back. Now it's November of 2022 and I had to bring my vehicle back to a different dealership (Royal Oak) for no heat again as I did not want to deal with that dealership (Glendeer Circle) any longer. I was assured that I would not have the same experience that I had at the other dealership and that they would fix the problem. I have had things shipped broken, in wrong boxes etc. I have had promises made, solutions presented and all have been lies. My car has now been there for an additional 3 months and they still cannot fix the problem. Jaguar has now had my car for a total of 6 1/2 months in a 2 year span with no end in sight.I have tried to resolve this with their head office to no avail. They are absolutely horrendous and just want your money. They have basically told me they can keep my vehicle for as long as necessary until the part/problem is fixed. Which could mean months or years who knows. They have no problem keeping my car for an extended period of time. They have however given me a loaner car so at least I have something to drive but I am paying for a car that I do not have, I am losing sleep, having anxiety attacks and missing out on work because I cannot concentrate on anything other than this situation. The people in charge of dealing/rectifying situations cannot be right. I am wondering how this is ok? How can a dealership do this? I understand we have warranty for a reason but at what point is this not ok? I know we in Canada don't have a lemon law here but come on, 6.5 months is beyond my comprehension. I feel trapped, defeated, taken advantage of and exhausted. I need help in sorting this out as this cannot be ok. Please help.

At 72 years old I have owned almost every brand out there, including 2 POS Harley's. Many Honda's and Yamaha's, but the 1999 Kawasaki Nomad I bought new has to be the best bike I have ever owned! I pull a trailer when I go on trips, from Florida to Alaska, every state but 3 in the USA, all over Canada and it has never let me down. Usually if the wife can get time off she goes with me, or I will pick her up at an airport to ride with me. It has just over 320, 000 plus miles on it right now and never had a problem with the bike. Naturally parts wear out, that's normal, but as far as being a wonderful bike, I couldn't ask for anything better! I wear out more tires then most people do, but found out a car tire will last 3 times longer on the back then any tire I have ever used. Rain, sleet, snow, and 70 mph cross winds and I still ride! It has more than enough power to pull 2 up with the trailer loaded. I'm not one of these "weekend riders", I love to ride and will ride as long as I can hold my bike up!

Starting in 2008 when I received a notification from Lexus stating that my dash had issues that they knew about (Hazing, dull, tacky and cracking) and maybe recalled in the future. They would notify me of such. My dash was dull, hazy and tacky at the time. I waited and got no such notification. 2012- I called McGrath with was one of the dealerships (they have 3 locations) I purchased it from, and asked if they had a recall on my 2004 GX470 for dash issues that were mentioned to me before. They said no and nothing more, even though at the time there was a customer support for it that I had no knowledge of. So I figured I was on my own, not knowing if I knew about the customer support and brought it in they would have replaced my dash.2021- I get in my Lexus and the dash is cracked from left to right all the way across. I am not happy, as my car has been garage kept all this time and well kept. I call McGrath and after lengthy discussions and repeated calls am told they sent 2 notifications for the dash issues and 2 notifications for an airbag module recall, none of which I ever received. They said there was a customer support for the dash from 2010-2017, but that it was over and there was nothing they could do for me. I said that would be ok, had I been notified, but since I was not that they should replace my dash on them. Once I found out about the airbag recall, I had it taken care of by them in 3 days from being told over the phone. I think if they had sent me a notification that they would replace my dull, hazy, tacky, cracked dash at a cost of $1,705.00 I would have jumped on that, don't you?I continued up the corporate management chain, only to spend a lot of time to get the same answer. They did, however, change the statement that they sent 2 notifications for the recall and 2 for the customer support for the dash to 1 for each. I went up as high as the V.P. for customer support and called 3 different times, left messages and never got a response back. I then went to the state's attorney's office and filed a complaint there. After several emails they sent to Lexus and months of waiting, I was told they said the same thing. So now I'm writing this complaint review to let everyone know how they treat their customers. Still not happy. Don't think it's fair to be treated like this from a Big Corporation, just because they are big and powerful and think they can get away with it. I would like a new dash, Lexus. I have all the documentation on paper, but you can just look in your customer complaint fees and you'll find it there. I hope this helps someone out there.

After buying a 2015 Mazda CX-5 pre-owned vehicle I had a drivetrain issue at 60K miles that cost $2800 to repair in October of 2021. Even though the preowned warranty was for 7 years and 100K miles they wouldn't cover the repair costs due to some technicality they cited with the warranty agreement. The original dealership changed ownership twice in the three years, so I brought the car to another dealership for repairs and dealt with Mazda corporate for reimbursement. The dealership that did the repairs agreed it was faulty drivetrain parts, but told me Mazda corporate said it was out of warranty. After repeated attempts to contact the customer experience center both by phone and email, over several months, I could never get past their first line of customer service to make my case to anyone with any authority to review my case. On several occasions they indicated they would get back to me, but never did. I would recommend against buying a new or preowned Mazda. They do not stand behind their product as evidenced by the initial faulty drivetrain and lack of customer support.- Steve

The McLaren GT provided supercar thrills in a package that can be a daily driver. I have used the car to go to the grocery store, runs to the mall, and commuting to work. Minor things like is that it still is quite low but can get over most bumps and ramps okay and have to make sure long rear clears corners in parking lots. Finding a parking spot that you can be assured to get in and out with opening of dihedral doors takes more time and parking where you aren't at risk of a scrape or bump is always a worry. The rear compartment does get warm so can not keep anything there that is going to be temperature sensitive. A big head turner so often will stick out where ever you are out and about, which can be good or bad. I have gone on weekend rides with other McLarens like the 720s and it seems completely capable to stay on pace through curvy roads with it's brethren. Think of it as supercar with more convenient features that you can drive daily and not a GT like Bentley, Aston or Porsche (yawn).

I have had my 2015 C300 W4 since 2018. Here are the facts to my car and experience. I purchased the car at the Rallye Dealership in Long Island, New York. I purchased it at 12,000 miles. As of today, April 4th, 2022, I have a total of 36,000 miles. My warranty had expired in April 2019. On March 9th, my dashboard had a check engine light sign come on in so I took it directly to the Foothill Ranch service center in California. Again, I have had this car since 2018, barely drove or had any miles on it, and always received the A and B service maintenance at a certified Mercedes-Benz dealership. After checking out the engine light, Benz told me I had a positive crankcase valve and needed to replace it. The costs? $1,900. Plus, I had a diagnosis where I would need about $10,000 in repairs. I thought this was absurd being that I did not have any miles on this car or that my car would need such a costly repair plus $10,000 worth of other repairs. I reached out to the customer service team at Mercedes-Benz where I was assisted by a man with the initial S. He came back to me reading off a policy script saying they would only cover 50% of the total repair costs of $1,900... Imagine hearing that Mercedes-Benz wants to cover only 9% of the total costs of repairs my car needs. I reasoned with him letting him know I would cover up to $2,000 of other repairs needed if and only if Benz could cover the replacement crankcase valve. In return, he again reads the same script saying Benz can't do anything else. It was just so disappointing to work with someone who acted as if it was his money that I was asking for. He didn't even empathize or try to advocate for me being that I hadn't even driven this car. Yes, my warranty expired but again, I only had 35,800 miles when I initially brought the car in to check out the engine light. This experience with "S" really changed my perspective on this company. I am selling my car because I can't believe a brand like Mercedes-Benz couldn't even offer to cover a $1,800 repair out of the $10,000 costs of total repairs I was recommended to fix... Think about that and let it sit with you. This experience has confirmed and affirmed never to buy or support a company where although factually this car has issues and it is a quality issue WITHIN Mercedes-Benz, that you've amounted to a single percentage. It's incredible that I who have made all my payments and paid for all my maintenance services, was told no and that Mercedes cannot offer anything else. Even as a courtesy, nothing was provided. I hope that in the future whoever speaks to anyone or an "S" who works as Executive Referral Manager will note that they won't help you or will only cover a small percentage. I cannot wait to get this car out of my hands and provide my money elsewhere and not to this company. I am looking forward to the day this car is out of my hands, my sight, and no longer affecting my pockets.

If you are thinking of purchasing or leasing a MINI Cooper, don’t. You would be dealing with a company that does not take responsibility for their franchisees, their employees, and their third party affiliates (ergo Roadside assistance). I was stranded in Yellowstone National Park for two days to no avail and had to turn to my insurance company. MINI then left me stranded in the Idaho Falls airport without a rental car. I am from Georgia. MINI is not taking responsibility for their negligence and an alignment that resulted in my tire’s uneven wear-and-tear and, ultimately, its ripping to the wire. You’re better off with another car/company. If BMW is anything like it’s daughter company, I wouldn’t go near them either. Save yourself an enormous headache down the road.

I am having a problem with my brand new 2022 Mitsubishi outlander less than 6 months of owning. Last friday December 03/2021 my wife drove her car normally to a parking garage building in Kitchener Ontario, she left her car for approximately one hour and when she return the car won't start. It wasn't even cranking the engine and not releasing the electronic parking brakes, all the lights, radio and everything else were working. The car got an error message on the dash and service light was on. We called the roadside assistance and got our car removed after 5 hours of waiting to our closest dealer since the tow that was sent to us couldn't handle the car weight. We dropped the car at Kitchener dealer very late around 2am.Next day on saturday December 04/2021 we drove to the Kitchener dealer to drop off the keys and explain the problem and for our surprise they said we shouldn't have dropped the car on their parking lot during the night because they were having some theft issues in their dealer and they couldn't be responsible for my vehicle if we left it there. We then called the Cambridge dealer and asked if they could have our car there to check what was wrong with the car and they said ok. We contacted the Mitsubishi roadside assistance again to request a new tow for the Cambridge dealer and for our surprise the roadside assistance asked us to pay for the tow because customer service wasn't working saturday and they couldn't pay for it.When the car was moved to the Cambridge dealer we asked them if they had a car that we could use while our car was being fixed but they didn't have any car to lend us and we had to rent a car and pay from our pocket. To summarize we bought a new car to avoid having headache and having the benefits of roadside assistance and warranty, but we had to pay for the tow truck from our pockets, we are paying for our lease and we can't use the car and we are paying for a rental car too. If I have a regret is to have bought a Mitsubishi vehicle.

I purchased this brand new 2000 V11 Sport and I absolutely love it. Right from the start it felt like something special. Just the way the bike feels on the road and the heavenly sound the pipes make. I did end up adding the Guzzi TI racing kit with the upgraded ECU and it has made a great difference. The bike pulls even better and the sound is fantastic. Plus the pipes are so light I think the bike is now about 15 pounds lighter. It has been really reliable and has never let me down at all. All these years later it still turns heads and even more so now that all bikes are starting to look the same and the V11 really stands out among the flock. It is also comfy enough to take on long trips with a reasonable amount of luggage. Bottom line is that I would for sure buy this bike again if I were to make another bike purchase.

I bought my Nissan Titan in 2017 with 100,000 bumper to warranty. Took it to Universal Nissan for my regular service 35,000 miles, and let them know we have moisture inside the headlight. They said they contact Nissan and the headlight was on order on 1/13/22. Called the Dealer and they said the headlight came in early March. Vehicle check in 3/16/22, called 4hrs later to check on the status, service advisor stated it should be ready in an one hour. In 30 minutes he called back stated that the headlight replacement was denied Nissan. They could not provide any paperwork why it is declined. They gave a case number that did not exist when I called Nissan Consumer Affairs. They finally called back 4/1/2022 stating the dealer denied the coverage not Nissan. The rep from Consumer Affairs stated that they will send a letter stating why it was denied. I bought 3 Nissans, never again.

Polaris Snowmobile Reviews:

I have always purchased Polaris snowmobiles, but this is my first year snow
I have always purchased Polaris snowmobiles, but this is my first year snow checking one. This has been a terrible experience. I will never recommend snow checking with Polaris to anyone. Between this year and last year alone, my dealer has sold 15 sleds (some snow checked and some stock sleds) at our recommendation, as the group we ride with regular upgrades our machines. We have always been loyal and loved the ride and reliability of our machines. That being said, never would I recommend Polaris after my experience. My snowmobile has been delayed for shipment four times, and I was told during my recent telephone conversation that it would be shipped no later than February 15. Today I received another notice that it wouldn’t be shipped until February 28. At this point, I have no faith that I will receive my sled for this season nor in the ability of your call centre to provide accurate and truthful information. When I contact the call centre for information, there is limited information provided, false promises and a lack of ownership and accountability on the part of Polaris. We were told that you would focus on production of snow checks to ensure clients that paid for their sleds receive them in a timely manner. This is untrue. You have produced some stock sleds for dealers and many of us have yet to see our orders. We were assured we would get up to date information on production and yet when I contact the call centre I am told the agent has no information at their disposal and I will have to wait for a call back. When I get a call back, I am told it is estimated that they will honour the ship date. We are now ending this season, and I have yet to receive a snowmobile that I paid for one year ago and you have the audacity to promote your 2023 line up. The real point of contention I have at this point is that I am told Polaris is offering NOTHING as far as “good will” to its loyal and patient customers who have now missed an entire season and had to cancel trips. I don’t see how you will continue to make sales in a competitive market when you treat your customers like they’re disposable. Your client service is atrocious. Get it together!!!

Took delivery of a new Polestar 2 mid Dec 2021. Following 4 weeks of very happy motoring the door locks failed on the drivers door and I couldn't open the drivers door - using either the internal or external door handle.Called customer service at 8.00pm Friday night - fortunately the vehicle was at home so I wasn't stranded anywhere - and was advised our technicians don't work past 6pm and the earliest we can get to your vehicle is 9.00am. I have to leave for work 530am but my wife would be able to give access to the vehicle.930am and no technician yet arrived. Call PS Roadside Assist ( who is actually Allianz), was told the technician is running late - should be there by 11. Get a call from technician - sorry I couldn't call you but the number given to me by Allianz was a German one ( I'm in the UK). Technician has to tow the car to nearest dealership. Says I will get a courtesy car. 15 mins later get a call from Allianz - courtesy car organised, Enterprise rent a car will be in touch. So far so good - disappointed the car broke but it's new - essentially still a prototype so I was expecting some problems, but believed the strength of the service and support package advertised would keep me on the road. Then the wheels started to fall off. Phone call from Enterprise - I have received a request to provide you with a car to be delivered to your work address, but my branch closes in 6mins and I can't get there before closing time ( the nearest branch to my work is 1.5 miles away - 6 mins driving time) , so you will have to go to the airport during our opening hours to pick up a car. Explained due to my job ( emergency services, 12 hr shift) I can't leave my workplace, and the car has to be delivered to me. Mr Enterprise says - sorry can't help you this weekend, the earliest we could get you a car is 900am Monday, you better ask Allianz to arrange a different hire car company for you.Ring back Allianz - explain the story so far ( I had already told them my work situation meant I couldn't go pick up a car) - we completely understand, this is unacceptable from Enterprise, I will escalate to their area manager and find a solution for you.700pm, get to the end of my shift, had no contact from anyone. Fortunately using my wife's car so not stranded anywhere. Call Allianz on the way home. No update from Enterprise. Suggested to them they use someone else ( as Mr Enterprise recommended). Put on hold for a few minutes. Agent then advises yes that has been approved and the hire car team will be back in contact with a vehicle for you shortly. An hour later I get a call from Allianz (missed call, so voice message). Sorry we can't approve getting a alternative hire car provider, and this is your fault because you declined the car you were offered. You will have to wait until Monday. Cue very angry customer.Ring back - after a rant from me and many apologies from Allianz, get told a solution will be found tonight and we will give you a call back.No call back.Go to work 530am Sunday morning, in my wife's car. Her weekend completely wrecked now. 1100am get a call from Mr Enterprise, same guy from day before. I have a car available for you to collect from the airport. Doesn't work for same reason it didn't work yesterday. Ok, I can deliver a car to you tomorrow morning. Alright in that case delivery to my work doesn't work anymore, you need to deliver to my house (one hour away) as I'm switching from day shift to Night Shift tomorrow and need to sleep during the day before I start work at 7pm.Then delivery won't be till Tuesday then. All my long range delivery slots are full Monday.Ring back Allianz. Bring them up to date on Enterprises latest offer. Very apologetic. We'll call you back.730pm call from Allianz. I've been reviewing your case file and there are clearly a lot of mistakes that have been made - we will sort this out.Nothing further heard that night. Decided to share my story on Polestar's social media sites.900am Monday morning - Polestar has noticed my posts, now contacted by Polestar support rather than Allianz. Explain the story. Ok we will sort this for you. Get a call from Mr Enterprise - I have a car available for you to collect. No - as we discussed yesterday I need the car delivered to my house. Sorry can't do it, will tell my boss you have declined our car again.Get an update from PS late that day - you will receive a car tonight or tomorrow. Leave for work 530pm in my wife's car - no car delivered that night.Tuesday. Posted more stuff on FB. PS social media DM's me says you will get a car today. No car delivered.Wednesday. Mr Enterprise rings - can deliver you a car 1pm Thu afternoon at the earliest. Volvo dealer rings and says my car can be picked up 5pm Wed afternoon. The car cost 48k. I chose PS because of their Volvo lineage and promises on customer support. Very disappointed..

This car is a real looker. It's what the Kia Soul should have looked like, if the Soul were a hatchback as in a normal, not boxy car. The engine is great, starter is quiet for an economy car. This model was equipped with GM's auto-crank technology (flick the key to start and release, the starter will keep cranking until the engine catches.) It's the Toyota 1.8 from the Corolla and it's excellent in this car. Great match to the automatic 4 speed transmission. Easier to get into and out of than lower slung cars. XM radio and stability control are nice touches, although I've tried to provoke the VSC and it seems to kick in a little late (this could be due to Pontiac's marketing of a "sporting" demeanor.) They put an actual 115 volt household outlet in the car too, although there is a cutoff point to how many watts the plugged in object can be. The outlet will shut down if the limit is exceeded. A good driving position for tall people still leaves your feet a little closer to the pedals than you'll really be comfortable with, but, minor issue. Handling is stable but not sport worthy. The ride can best be described as firm but not punishing, well controlled. Climate controls are Toyota and very easy to figure out. Lots of cupholders and storage space. There's even (flimsy) cup holders in the back and storage space under the trunk floor (it's not much space though). Cargo space is good and expandable to one back seat down, both and even the front passenger seat folds if needed. Overall a great driving car for what it is. 4 speed automatic transmission shifts VERY smoothly. if it doesn't something's wrong. Keep up on the maintenance and repairs and this car will run forever. I did the normal maintenance (update 1-15-21), and have not done any unexpected repairs, replaced shocks and brakes (normal wear/tear), and the car has been very good to me. Road and engine noise are not the best, but hey it's an economy car. The VSC computer has a feature, where if it senses you are rolling downhill and if you apply more than a certain amount of pressure on the brakes, the transmission will actually downshift to keep your speed in check. Nice feature.

I purchased my Ram truck, new in September of 2021. Within a few months of owning it and just under 7,000 miles I started having vibration/drivability issues. My truck has been in the shop for the same issue approximately 9 times in the past year. I started a claim with Stellantis (Owns FCA) towards the beginning of December 2021 after several weeks of waiting I received an offer to buy back my defective truck. The offer I received to buy back my truck was far from satisfactory and would leave me still owing approximately $16,000 on my loan. I was then offered a cash and keep option, $4,000 and a CDI code (employee pricing). I countered with $5,000 and the CDI code to which they accepted. However, come to find out there are no dealerships willing to honor that CDI code on inventory already in transit or currently on their lot.I was told by multiple dealers of the RAM brand that if I wanted to use this code and receive a new truck at the employee pricing I would have to order something and wait at least 60-90 days, if not longer. I am now expected to continue driving an unsafe defective truck that the dealership has been unable to determine what is causing the issue, putting my family and I in harm's way from a potential failure.I have been a loyal Ram/Jeep owner for the past several years and always appreciated how well the customer service was and the fact that they stood behind their brand. It is absolutely absurd to me that a company would not stand behind their brand in this case. How a company can expect a customer to continue driving and paying for a defective vehicle, take a loss on the buy back of their defective product, or accept a cash and keep option with a CDI code that cannot be immediately used to help a family get into a safe vehicle is absurd! The fact that Stellantis is okay with this vehicle remaining in service with the safety and drivability issues it has is extremely disheartening.

We bought a Renault Captur (70 plate) from Renault Bolton at the end of September 2021.....in just over 3 months we have had to call out Renault Assist 3 times as the car wouldn't start, leaving us having to cancel plans etc and struggle to get to work. We have contacted the local dealer and also Renault customer service and both have been less than helpful! Our car has finally been booked in to be looked at, however at a cost of 15 to us to cover the insurance on a courtesy car! I have complained to Renault asking why I should be out of pocket when they have clearly sold me a faulty car but they are not willing to refund this as 'it is to cover me' I understand this but why should I be out of pocket? I would not recommend Renault to anybody! The service since I drove the car off the forecourt has been despicable!!! Avoid!

I bought my 2006 9-3 with a manual transmission 5 years ago with 70k miles on it. I now have 130k miles on it. It is by far the best every day driver I have owned. It handles great in all weather conditions and is extremely reliable. I have not had any breakdowns, it gets good mpg, has good acceleration, and again handles great! I have done regular maintenance using the recommended Mobile 1 full synthetic European blend oil every 5k miles as well as some normal wear and tear items on a 100k mi car ei: brakes, rotors, and a clutch. All electronics and mechanical items on the car still work like new. If you are looking for a used vehicle that is reliable and fun to drive, I would strongly recommend the Saab.

Beware.. Dishonest..Seat Letchworth Dealership..I saw a Seat Leon 1.8 TSI 180 PS which was advertised for 14777.00 on Autotrader by Seat Letchworth.I called the Seat Letchworth Dealers and initally spoke to Alex. After asking a few questions about the history of the car including any additional works required, Alex confirmed that the car is in the workshop having a few parts replaced which are worth 1500.00. He also mentioned that the Alloys have been refurbished in house and all minor issues are being taken care of before they actually sell the car. I requested a detailed video of the bodywork of the car and was told by Alex that the car is in the workshop so once it comes out he will send me a video.I was really happy to hear this as it's been a few weeks searching for a good car. I spoke with Alex and offered him 14000.00 and promised that if he accepts my offer, I will travel to go and pick my new car up on the sameday (Sat 19th Feb 2022).He said "let me come back to you as I need to ask if I'm able to give it for 14000.00.After 5 - 10 minutes, he calls me back and offers to give me the car for 14350.00. He explained that the car has gone through the workshop which has cost them close to 1500.00 so he will accept 14350.00 and no less.I accepted the offer on condition that they send me a video prior to taking a deposit. He was happy to do this for me and asked me to leave it with him the as the car is still in the workshop.I didn't hear back from Alex so thought I'd call to confirm when they'll be sending the video through to me. To my disappointment, Alex confirmed that he is really sorry as some other staff member who never knew about my interest has taken a deposit from someone else who is coming next week to inspect the car and if they don't buy the car, he will get in touch with me.I honestly was feeling lied to as I could tell that something wasn't right from when I called back to pay the actual deposit.Fast forward to the next day (Today Sun 20th Feb 2022).. My wife (Different surname to my name) emailed them to enquire about the car and enquired if it's available and if we can arrange a viewing for this coming Tuesday.. Chris replied back confirming that the car is for sale and would be very happy to arrange a meeting for this coming Tuesday and asked what time we will be arriving. My wife emailed Chris back asking if there was any movement from 14777.00 and offered 14500.00 as I had a strong feeling that they lied to me because they had changed their mind on the initial proposal of 14350.00 which Alex had accepted over the phone. To both our dissapointment and disgust.. Chris emailed my wife back saying the car is priced at 15488.00 on Autotrader and they cannot accept the offer of 14500.00 that my wife had proposed.End result:Extremely Dishonest and Falsely Telling Lies just to avoid giving the car away at the agreed price. Beware of these scammers.Thank you.

In no way does the 2016/2017 reflect the status of the SMART For Two of previous years. The ride is improved. The transmission is now smooth and shifting through the six speeds is undetectable. Interior finish and appointments are quality and reflect the Mercedes input! The side movement during windy dirving is effectively nullified. The turning radius is absolutely outrageous! Nothing on the market equals that. The cabin temperature controls are effective and the sound from the entertainment center is outstanding. The new tires and the highway operating sound level are greatly improved. All around vision from inside the cabin is good. The only thing I have found that I didn't like was the windshield wiper on the drivers side. Doesn't wipe good. The mileage is not quite as good as my last two SMARTS, but is better than advertised I consistently get 42/44 miles per gallon on the through way. I have previously owned a 2011 and 2013 coupe and cabrio. I would hardly return for two more SMARTs if I didn't like the the two previous ones I owned!! The question software would not allow me to put in the year (2016)

I have a Suzuki Swift Sports 2016. It’s done around 130,000kms and been very well looked after considering I bought it brand new! It has been serviced at Suzuki for years it was last serviced here in November 2021. 4 months later the transmission blows up whilst I was driving, no warning signs before hand nothing. Just blew up and would no longer drive forward! I called and spoke to GWS and explained the issue and stated that it was only serviced 4 months ago, asked why or how this wasn’t picked up or noted on the service book that the transmission fluid had been changed ect. They were not helpful at all! Now I’m left with a car with a blown transmission and I have been loyal to Suzuki for many years and they were not helpful at all!!! Now I’m up for 6k to replace the transmission! And someone at Suzuki quoted me 14k!!! I literally laughed at them 14k!!! It’s just a joke! a loyal paying customer and what do you get in return? absolutely nothing and no explanation!!! It’s actually disgusting. Will not buy a Suzuki again!!! Or for that matter take my car to people who rip you off and don’t do the job correctly.

Dealership was fairly misleading on this bike. Missing a few parts, dirty air filter. One front fork compression adjuster is frozen, can’t adjust it. Missing the front fork reflectors, these are needed to pass inspection. Engine has a ticking noise as well. Will need to take it to a local dealership to check out all of these issues. Very unimpressed with this dealer. In my opinion, all of these issues should have been addressed before selling the bike. Will not purchase from them again

I was at a complete stop awaiting the traffic light to go from red to green when a Range Rover SUV slammed into my back end doing between 50-60 mph. She told the police "I just wasn't paying attention." Needless to say, my Tesla Model 3 was totaled. Her vehicle drove what was left of my trunk all the way into my back seat. My only injuries are minor - bruised hands from the impact of the airbags. Even the insurance adjustor commented on how the impact must have been tremendous. Extremely grateful to Tesla for building such a safe car.

Like to file a complaint. I want to pay in full for the past 1 month and they will not tell me how in need to pay. The car was 29,000. I put 5000 down payment and after 1 month I told them I would like to pay in full. They are saying I owe the 29,000.

Vespa lx 125 is amazing. Its just an awesome motorcycle .Its price is high but their performance and engine is awesome that why it worth it. If u ride below 60 or 50 speed then it gives 45 mileage per liter. Mileage depends on how you drive and servicing also. Amazing look of Vespa. Activa don't looks amazing like Vespa but its just an awesome thing .I prefer to buy Vespa.

I own a 2018 VW Tiguan. The customer service of VW and VW Credit is terrible. And I will never recommend or buy another one because of that. I have been dealing with title issues for 4 years and it’s still not resolved. Every time I call, there is another reason or excuse for things not being taken care. Beware of financing through VW!

Volvo financing refused to correct a charge off that was not paid on an earlier Volvo lease even though we demonstrated that they contacted me at the wrong telephone number about the debt. Volvo tanked my credit score and refuses to make it right. Needless to say I will never purchase/lease a Volvo ever again.

I bought my 2011 Grizzly 700cc (686cc)EPS Hunter Edition, used with 915 miles, bent racks, handlebars. Straightened everything out and now have 4200 miles on. I LOVE IT! 2-rear axles, 2-front wheel bearings and a IAC valve(which I bought the Suzuki ISC valve, Yamaha doesn’t sell one separate of the throttle body). But that’s it. That 708cc motor, I hear, burns a little oil, Subaru motor.

Have owned a Zero SR for about 3 years now, and have been very happy with the experience. I had a gas bike previously and grew tired of the maintenance as a regular rider (mostly commuting and short joy rides). Being able to plug into a basic wall outlet has been nice, and being able to control the levels of power output, regenerative breaking, and engine regen (similar to engine braking on a regular bike) through the app is a nice touch. As for the maintenance that I mentioned earlier, all that you really need to do, are check your air in your tires and the tension of your belt. The brakes last forever with the regenerative braking set to 100%, and obviously no oil changes, plugs, or tuning of the engine (not even an engine, just an electric motor). It's a perfect bike for people who commute around 100ish miles (I get around 130ish miles on back roads/city riding, and 80 or so miles per charge if riding on highways), and want to accelerate quickly at stop lights. If you love going for long rides and going over 100mph, this bike probably isn't for you (some fo the newer versions have faster charging and higher top speed, though). It's been a perfect bike for me. I do my ride and then plug it back in, when I get home...low hassle.
