Bought my second HD from Norwich Harley Davidson and these guys are fantastic. Took it back for a service on Saturday and received the type of service that you only dream about. All of the staff at Norwich Harley Davidson treat you like family and the service they offer is top notch. Was only able to give a 5***** review due to there not being any more stars available. Every single employee deserves a massive pat on the back and some recognition.

However the service at Harley Davidson is horrible , 19 bikes have been brought by people i have referred and they have damaged parts that cant or havent been fixed because of the service there.

I signed in, created a password and then I try to login and it says the password that I just created 2 minutes ago is invalid. It was not a user friendly sign up process to being with. All I want is to get the magazine, which was automatically MAILED to me when I renewed my membership. Some things are just better left alone, I will not be renewing my membership in the future.

They gave me a card with website to choose my options. I know it sounds like a joke. I heard the brand is so close to bankruptcy so now I know why is that. I visited a store in Tampa Florida. So please avoid them. It is wasting of time and for sure you can find something better on the market.

Always wanted a Harley who doesnt. That roar that cool look the rebel dream it sells. After owning many bikes i decided to settle down and buy my dream. The 48 Special. Love everything about it especially that peanut tank and big front tyre. Bought Brand new and thats where my troubles began. Terrible service from the dealer mix up of V5 and bike but eventually i get my bike. A 2019 model. I use her everyday commuting sun or rain winter or summer. So one day the stand bush goes flashing all the warning lights bike not starting as it thinks the stand is down. I continue riding with a piece of string holding it up until spares can be found.It has since crumbled again. Next the front break light switch goes so no brake lights as they are connected to rear so more flashing lights and errors.I ram a tooth pick in so at least i have rear brake lights. The straw that broke me is when my pulley and belt went after 5000 miles. I got told i ride hard.Sorry not under warranty and needs replacing soon. Covid hits Harley closes and i sit with a broken bike costing me a fortune in travel expenses to still get to work 40 miles away. Customer support not really interested i logged a ticket. Eventually i fork out the money with ex Harley mechanic private to change both front and back pulley and belt so i might keep moving. Mechanic shows me there was no grease in the back axle and the belt was running crocked and has eaten into the cover. Again photos another call to Harley not interested. Eventually i get told a stone went through and caused all this damage and its wear and tear no warranty.Now the bike right indicator starts playing up then the on off switch so no power to the bike unless i stand her upright. Oh wait again no spares and covid again wait to have it tested. So i break down outside of work and 5hrs later at 10.20pm get home with recovery. Still waiting to get bike seen but they have helped by saying leave it there and when they can will diagnose it. So 2 weeks to be seen another 2 if the Tilt immobilizer unit is gone to order.So again i fork out expensive travel fares to try keep working. The bike is going after this. Back to Yamaha.

Its all very pathetic really, my criticism is aimed at HOG. My whole family have been life members since 1991/2, considerable cost. Every year its more or less the same problem, the patch and pins either arrive or dont, sometime like this year missing items. We contact HOG and they say they had problems with supplies so omitted the pins they did not have, thats really good, NOT. Now my wife never ever received a LOH patch but she asked for one and was told she wasnt eligible as for new members only. Dont be ridiculous HOG, she never had one. Harley Davidson need to get a grip here, the Company was brought back from the brink of oblivion because of member and customer support but they seem to have forgotten that now. To be honest the HOG is on borrowed time now with the growing requirement for vehicles to be electric, who wants to ride a hairdryer. They need to encourage support not hiss the customer and members off.

I never in my life thought I would write a negative word about the Harley Davidson company. I love everything Harley Davidson. I have a huge collection of their clothing. I buy it as gifts for all my friends and family. My Old Man and I ride his bike as much as humanly possible. At the surrounding Harley Davidson shops where I live, the sales clerks know me by name Im there so often shopping. But the women at the harleydavidson.com company are literally the rudest, most arrogant, uncaring, snotty, worst customer service reps I have ever had to deal with in my life. I will never shop online with them again. If I could give negative stars I would. Ive never been treated so poorly in my life and I will not ever forget it. I was hard sold a 2021 iron 883, I trusted them to fit me with a proper Mc, dealer lied to my face told me oil changes were part of warranty and free, they have group rides and serve alcohol, think for a min does alcohol and motorcycles mix well? One day someone is going to get seriously injured or killed, my last Mc was a Suzuki gs 850l this is an 883cc my Suzuki was better in every way, dealer never told me I could never have a passenger, dealer sold me a tallboy seat at $400+ saying this will solve all problems also did not put a lock nut when put seat on this fell off on highway and caused me to make an emergency stop, there to cheap to put a lock on gas cap or oil resavor it is spring loaded and popped off on highway causing me to lose pressure and make an emergency stop, dealer never told me I would need front controls at a grand installed, this is supposed to be a beginner mc, with mids if you are taller than 5.3 you must pay that grand, if you can ride Mc with mids you are in worst riding triangle I have ever seen, sqeeled both brakes to avoid accident and am experienced rider, cudos to Yankee Harley in Bristol CT for putting on front controls, but rear shocks are non existent and must put on 13inc progressive shocks, guys name there bikes and I named mIne the dog, 50hp lol, torque when you least need it and no power when you do,, Im getting less then 40mpg, on a highway were speed limit is 65mph cars do 75 or 80mph at 80 mph Mc vibrates so much it is unendurable, top end is 90mph but Mc will shake apart,as for the brakes the dog is heavy at 565lbs with low center of gravity a front 2 cylinder front brake with 4 piston brake calipers should have been a given but a company that wont put a lock on a gas cap will only put a 2 piston brake caliper on this heavy Mc, downshifting and engine braking is a must, coming off highway in 5th I can come to compete stop without touching brakes except to flash to let drivers know Im slowing down, a 6th gear is completely nessasary but forget that, this mc is not for beginners they will be injured or worse, you do not put a 6.2 240lb man on an 883 that is 800lbs of man and machine with a single cylinder 2 piston brake caliper, after I put a 1000miles on the dog they wanted $400 to change break in oil did it myself I do know how to use a torque wrench but had to have a friend sit on Mc so it would not fall and crush me, can see only shoulders in mirrors when on highway turn to look left Mc drifts left but does not drift right, for the life of me I dont know what Mc is made for? A 100 mile ride leaves me bedridden the next day from vibrations, so no good and dangerous in traffic, lousy highway bike, no passenger what good is it for??? All Harley wants is mony $250 for oil change I did mine in 25min and put the best oil in it Amsoil, I would not recommend this mc to anyone but a 5.3 experienced rider and even then could do much better would trade outright for a Honda rebel why oh why did I walk into a Harley dealer they sold lies, endangerd my life for there stupid commission with no care for my life, serve alcohol to new riders and are a dieing lieing company.

This is my second harley. I purchased a brand new breakout last January. So only 18 months old. The paint on the wheels and the wheel itself is already showing signs of corrosion all over. I think its disgusting that I pay 20.000 for a bike and yet they dont think it should come under warranty. I had other bikes for years that never did that. Never again

Harley davidson Is dropping the ball. Its pretty sad you pay 30 thousand for a bike you cant get parts for. They make nice bikes but they have lost my buisness. This will be the last motorcycle I buy from them. So if your looking for a bike you can ride as long as you dont need parts. Harley davidson is your company. If not dont waste your money.

I think whats telling about Harley Davidson is the fact that for 17 straight quarters your financials have been mediocre to losses at best. But yet you continue to raise prices. I was about to purchase the hd screamin Eagle tuner and low and beholdIt has been raised to $349 Instead of the $302 it was just a couple weeks ago. You have certainly lost touch with your customer and eventually itll cost you big time. Raises prices just to do so isnt a great business model its a clear sign that you are in trouble so how do we offset profit losses. What you should be Doing is selling bikes with more upgrades or making the upgrades more affordable so that you sell much more. Making it a little more affordable willMake those fanatics out their spend more. But instead you keep raising prices. Im wondering what will save you moving forward since people wont be able to afford you much longer
