I purchased the Infinity G37 S 2011 (New). Less than 5 years old and only about 45,000 miles: Adhere to all the appropriate maintenance recommended for this vehicle at the dealership. My automobile was making strange whooshing noise, (no matter what speed) so I brought into the dealership. They stated that it was the tires making the noise, the treads are fine, however uneven due to road conditions and the only way to remove the noise is to replace all of them for over $1,000 dollars. This resolution, without thoroughly examining the tires (only a test-drive) is completely unacceptable. My car is in pristine condition, driven appropriately and handled with care. I did not receive any assistance from Infinity Corporation nor the dealership. For this caliber of luxury car, the tires provided did not fit my vehicle specification, nor should it have to be replaced after such a short period of time and/or mileage. This is not wear and tear but an inferior tire. As for my Bluetooth system, since the purchase of this vehicle, I have had nothing but problems with this unit. Finally, the unit had been replaced (once), after countless deliberations with the Infinity dealership, however, the problems persists. No one, no matter my location, type of phones, can anyone understand me.This system is deplorable, and once again, neither Infinity Corporation nor the dealership had been able to resolve this problem or cared to.

I have purchased/leased 6 different cars from Infiniti 2 Q70Ls 2 Q50 and 2 QX80s on 1 of the cars, the last one I will ever purchase from Nissan or Infiniti. They returned an electronic transfer back to my bank without me knowing it, So I made scheduled payments per closing and assumed all was well...as a result of that returned transfer which they couldnt explain they showed me 3 straight months of 30 day late payments. They apologized but refuse to correct it with the credit agencies, the only blemish on my credit is a result of their incompetence and laziness. They are not a good company and I would not trust them...

I have a 2009 Infiniti G37x AWD, and at this point, I regret buying an Infiniti and will never buy one again. I have had the car 11 months. It had 67k miles on it when I bought it. Now it has about 83k. About two weeks ago, while driving down the interstate, the service engine soon light comes on. The next day I call the dealer and they say bring it in Monday. My catalytic converter has gone out, which will cost $1,500.00 to replace. I pay to have that replaced. I pick the car up on Tuesday, and Thursday the light comes on again. I take it back to the dealer, and within five seconds, the service tech says, Yep, now it’s your other one.” It’s another $1,500.00 to replace. I just got in the car and drove off. After filing a complaint with my local BBB and Infiniti Consumer Affairs, they offer to pay for the other being replaced. But ICA has to send a credit card to me with the amount they agreed to pay before they can replace the part, and they still have to order it. After speaking to Michele today, she then tells me it could take 4 weeks to get this credit card. These cars are cheaply made. I absolutely hate the 7-SPD transmission really. I could have just got an Altima. It basically looks just like it. Note to all, don’t buy these cars. They are no good as I’ve seen in previous statements. Get a Lexus!

I have a 2005 Infiniti FX35 with constant brake problems, a bubbled dashboard and a driver’s seat that just split in 3 different areas. Ive contacted Infiniti’s consumer affairs only to be told that excessive weight on the seat is the reason it split. What?! I weigh 115 pounds - that is not possible. I am in the process of compiling information and examples of other owners who have the same problems. I am writing a letter to my states attorney general and also to the Better Business Bureau. I dont have the finances to keep replacing brakes every 6 months and the $3,000 just for the material to replace my seat.

I bought a brand new 2010 G37 in Blue Slate. Soon after taking it home, I noticed that I was getting chips in the paint. At first I thought nothing of it and chalked it up to road hazards. Well, I must have 50 chips all over the car’s hood, roof, front and rear quarter panels - it’s just crazy. I have never owned a vehicle that chips as easily as this Infiniti. I contacted consumer affairs and was told there were no recalls for this at this time. They told me to bring the car to a local Infiniti dealer for an assessment. The service manager ** at Circle Infiniti looked at it. He said, “Yep, there are chips all over the car.” He took some pictures and told me to have consumer affairs contact him. I just received a call from Infiniti’s consumer affairs who told me that the chips were natural. Are you kidding me? Infiniti sucks and I would never buy another vehicle from them.

I bought a 2004 Infiniti FX 45 in 2007 for $33,000. I began getting terrible bubbles on black dashboard in approximately 2012. When I notified Infiniti, they referred me to consumer complaints. They reviewed it and determined since I missed deadline for which I did not know existed because I never was informed. They refused to pay anything and kindly told me it would cost $1300 to replace dashboard. I have never been so offended. I was in love with my car and had all intentions of buying another but after that treatment I would never buy another one. How can you pay so much money for car and Infiniti knows its a defect and yet they denied me from getting it replaced.

I have always loved Infiniti. Last year I was able to purchase my first one. 2017 Q50 AWD from Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti. The twin turbo V6 is an amazing motor. I saw that it recently won the prestigious Wards Automotive top 10 engine in the world! I believe it. It has great acceleration, especially in sport mode. This thing takes off like a rocket. It even handles incredible in the turns too. This is also my first experience in an AWD car and I wont be getting anything else. For the money Infiniti is by far the best dollar for dollar value for any luxury brand. I would recommend checking them out!

In April 2014 I leased a brand new Infiniti Q 50 for 3 years (39 months). During the lease I maintained and serviced my Infiniti Q 50 exclusively at the Infiniti dealership where I purchased it. At approximately 24,000 miles I replaced all four tires. In June 2017 I turned in my vehicle, One month early and with 35994 miles, 3000 less miles than I could have used. I had the salesman who had sold me the car look at it and he thought it was in very good condition. I had never been in an accident with it or run into anything. I read the excessive wear and use explanation and thoroughly went through the car myself. The only thing I found was road rash on one of the tire rims, and a very small dent (a quarter) on one of the doors. No paint was missing/damaged.Later that week I asked my service personnel to retrieve a copy of the inspection on the car. I received it and waited for my final statement. I was not purchasing another Infiniti or having another lease. I think this is noteworthy. I immediately sent a check for my last months lease payment and the disposition fee and tax totaling $824.19. This statement from the actual inspection state chargeable and non-chargeable items. In the chargeable item column the curb rash $55, Front bumper $80, and right front door no paint needed $88. Totaling $223. Non-chargeable damage included the hood at $116 and the rear bumper $10. They noted all the tires were OK. Total for all damage was $349.When I received my statement from Infiniti their itemized wear and use was $1132 plus 6% tax 67.92 = $1192.92. They are charging me for wear and use on both rear tires which have less than 12,000 miles on them, scratches on the front bumper and the wheel (this charge is the only one thats exactly like the estimate that the third-party inspection gave $55). Theyre even charging me for a manual that I personally checked and was there $15 Ive never even taken it out of the car. All the charges except for the wheel are massively inflated and I feel like Im being taken advantage of because I didnt buy a new car from them or lease another vehicle. I would be willing to pay the $349 from the original inspection which is probably fair. Please help me. Ive called them, spoken to supervisor, emailed them my copy and I never heard back from them. Now its almost time for the money to be due and Ive been messing around with this for two months.

This car has been a fun car to drive but the reliability has been a joke. Almost immediately after buying the car the window regulators were messed up and I had to pay to get them fixed. Now the CD player is messed up, its got some CDs jammed in there. And Infiniti is quoting close to $1500 to fix this? Are you kidding me!? These cars are junk. Might as well stick with GM cars. Even if something goes wrong in a GM vehicle it costs under 200 to get it fixed.

It has been nearly 2 months since I have paid off my auto loan with Infiniti on a 2008 G37S, and they have not sent me my title. I have called and called, and no one has a clue: (a) where the title is, (b) when I can expect to receive it, and (c) what the problem is. They are completely inept. Everyone I talk to tells me something different. One person told me that I overpaid (the payoff amount I was given) by $650, and that they would mail me a refund check. I have not received that either. The reason why I paid off my loan early was because I needed to sell my car since I was moving to Alaska. The person I sold the car to has had it for 2 months without me being able to provide them with a title. No one at IFS cares. Every time I call, they are trying to get off the phone with me from the beginning because they do not have an answer. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and they tell me this is not possible. So what do I do? Sue them? How can I make them give me the title to the car I bought from them? They cant get any more money out of me so they have absolutely no motivation to uphold their end of the contract and send me MY title.

It has a navigation, touch screen and back screen so we can watch a movie. It looks like a newer model compared to other cars that are the same year. Plus, its good on gas. Sometimes, however, its hard to park and maneuver since its too big. Its also scary to drive because I feel like Im gonna hit the cars next to me.

Infiniti g20 and I30 are good standard cars. They hold up and last awhile. Although the cv axles and the starter go out. They drive smoothly and have a number of options for upgrades including Bose sound systems and built in navigation. The Infiniti i30 has a standard CD player and stereo with a 6 cd capacity housed in the trunk. It has leather seats and a mesh automatic window cover to help with the heat. Also, the powerful v6 engine, navigation and sound system are extremely useful. It is Bluetooth capable and steering wheel controls make placing phone calls, changing the station, or increasing the volume seamless. Large backseat and passenger seat space are great and there is also front passenger seat heating as well. The back has child lock if needed on both doors. Also, comfortably fits a car seat and two other passengers in the back.

I purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 in 2006. I am having problems as outlined in a recall issued by Infiniti; however, they are telling me that my car is not part of the recall. When I called the dealership, they said that the previous owner had already taken advantage of the recall so if I want the issue resolved, then I have to pay $650. I have already paid for a new air conditioning compressor and a motor for my passenger side window to find out that the issue was with the audio circuit board. The recall said: On some model year 2003 G35 Sedans manufactured through August 21, 2002, the audio and temperature controls may not operate as expected. When using the audio equipment or the temperature controls, the unit may become inoperative. In some cases, this can be corrected by turning the ignition switch off and back on again. In other cases, the unit remains inoperative and requires service by an Infiniti technician. To prevent this condition, Infiniti has initiated a Voluntary Service Campaign to replace the audio finisher circuit board on these vehicles at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. This campaign affects approximately 23,998 Infiniti G35 Sedans in the United States. The notification letter stated: Thank you for your purchase of an Infiniti 2003 G35 Sedan. They had my car for 25 days. My car came back with the whole drivers side repainted and horribly! This is ongoing since July, no one is owning up to this shoddy paint job and saying I bought the car that way I guess. Kelly Infiniti did it...Herb Chambers I bought the car from says they are with me...but Im on my own. No one wants to help me. Infiniti affairs cannot do much more for me because No one is admitting a horrible thing. I have a loaner and they say the car is mechanically good. But I take the hit for a terrible paint job??? They will not take the car back and its going to cost me money although I had nothing to do with this. DO NOT BUY AN INFINITI... I am heartbroken. They will pass the buck and not help you. I have an 2008 G35. This year I have had several issues. My car would not turn off without cutting the battery. It happened twice before where I spent 10 mins trying to turn it off pushing the button. After the 3rd time it would not turn off unless we disconnected the battery. We brought it to the shop and was told the computer went bad along with all the electrical in the car and would cost $10,000 to fix!!!!! We took it to Infiniti. I was told that the computer was fine that it just needed fuses and some simple repairs. Fortunately that did fix it and was covered under the insurance. Then I purchased two tires for the back. After 4,000 miles the outside of the tires are bald. Being a mom who only really drives in town maybe 10-15 miles a day with some long distance driving a couple times a month. I had to change one tire without bringing the car to the tire center bc it was flat in my driveway. No big deal right? Once we changed that tire all of a sudden going down the road the slip light came on and then the VDC light came on. Now the VDC is very important bc it drives the car safely and is discouraged not using it To the point that is considered dangerous. (Why would you even make that a option if its dangerous?) I had to stop several times within 20 mins on the side of the road and turn the car off to reset it as actually pushing the VDC button didnt work. This went on for a week. I finally got around to take the car to the tire place to fix the defective tires. After they fixed the tires they reset all the sensors as they do every time they change the tires and I havent had an issue since. We have had no real issues besides this other than the clear coat coming off the hood and the door handle color coming off. I purchased my car in cash for half its value from someone in a bind when it was a year old. This was a limited G35. It has everything Infiniti offered in a vehicle including a racing engine. They made them for only half the year that year. I have over 100,000 miles on my car and these have been the only issues. I am happy with Infiniti however I hate the new designs coming out now.

I enjoyed the selection and it made it easy to find everything that I was looking for. I have a very large family. Im happy to say that we are able to enjoy our rides around town and everyone still has their personal space and do not feel cramped. Its also nice because there is a lot of trunk space and since we go on a lot of day trips that makes it convenient. The appearance of the car was very nice. It had a nice color and looks good when driving. The inside of the car has wonderful features, sits enough people, and the climate control is very accommodating for different people in the same vehicle. Also, I was able to get all the upgrades and personalize the vehicle to my liking. The first contact with Infiniti was a refreshing change from other dealers.
The first contact with Infiniti was a refreshing change from other dealers. The actual sale process went well. After that it was a complete disaster. The car was delivered 10 days late and in a shocking condition. The paint work had faults on every panel. This ranged from deep scratches, paint scuffs etc to badly oxidized paint because of the protective!, transport stickers. The car was returned to the dealership and they agreed that it was a mess and should never had been delivered to a customer in that condition. At this point I indicated that it should be returned and replaced with another vehicle. The dealership refused and said it was company policy to try and resolve the issues. They arranged for the car to go to a local body shop to have paint work correction. This was after a detail expert had inspected the car and refused to do anything with it as the condition was so bad. He also advised them not to take it to the body shop as they did not have the skills to rectify the fault and in his experience things would only get worse. All of this was ignored and the dealership sent the car for repair. Back it came and surprise! It was in a worse condition than before. The dealership insists that the car is okay, but now they want it back to have more paint correction done? I have also got an email sent from the Infiniti Center to a paint detailer advising that they have had issues with paint, transport sticker marks, etc and have several unhappy customers. The dealership deny this and claim it’s not the same problem as my car and was an isolated case? Isolated... it mentioned every model in the lineup and several unhappy customers, how is that isolated? The car is now booked in again to go to another detailer chosen by Infiniti. I will report back on that work at a later date. Infiniti are in denial that they have paint issues. Their customer service is a joke and are as bad if not worse than some small back street outfit. They actually believe that by getting the car paint fixed they are doing me some sort of favor with no mention of any form of compensation or apology for the terrible state of the car or the complete lack of customer service?! My advice--do not buy anything from Infiniti. They are not focused on customer service or product quality. All they want is your money. There are better options out there.

They look like good vehicles. They are nice in appearance and have very nice lines and are very sleek looking. They are the best looking line of cars that money can buy. They have big cars and small ones - trucks that are luxury and SUVs that are all wheel drive. They are black, white, blue, grey, silver, green, sand, charcoal. You can customize the car as you see fit. It is very accommodating in the options. You can choose to put in it very nice features to have. It is very good. It has enough room to do what needs to be done it the respect of making enough room to have all your friends and dogs and cats and whatever you can put in there.

The model we own and have for sixteen years is Q45. It is the best car we have ever owned with never a mechanical problem. It is a beautiful car as is all their models. Being an older model, it doesnt have the modern technologies as newer models, but what it does have is sufficient for us. We bought the car right out of the showroom without adding any upgrades. I am sure if we wanted to wait, we could have added upgrades but it was fine as is. Our model is a five passenger and gives us plenty of room. Now that we have grandchildren the car seats fit very well and the kids are very comfortable.

I took my car in to the Plaza Infiniti dealership to have recall for airbag replaced which I was told would take 2-3 hours. I was provided a loaner car. Mechanic called 5 hours later requesting if I wanted additional work done on car. My flood light changed, and that they had completed the recall and just need to place the dashboard back on. I didnt receive a call back that day on Monday. I called, left advisor voicemail to see if car was ready. The next day on Tuesday no one called and I called several times and left voicemail. No one return my call. Wednesday around noon advisor called and advised that my dashboard had been damaged during replacing recall, and the dashboard was on back order and I would get a call when it comes in. I was like really, no one advised me this on Monday or Tuesday, these huge hole like the vents in dashboard.Consumer Affairs with infiniti has been no help. There are others waiting on dashboard replacements since back in March. Nowhere in the recall letter do the alert this could possibly happen to your vehicle. I am seeking justice because this is not right. I also called a dealership who advised that the dashboard for M35 has been discontinued. The part is not even in production so how are you promising consumers that this will be fixed.

I have problem with Infiniti service in Cletendon Hills. Car still on warranty but service...no one admit this car has little bigger problem with alignment. Every time Im dropping off, car alignment is off. It is so bad, right front tire has to be replaced. My question is not how much off is alignment, where is reason why alignment is so much off? Im talking about adjusting four-five times every year. Car is three years old with 23200 miles.

I have been looking to buy a new luxury sedan and was considering a Infiniti Q70 Hybrid, only because the MPG of the non-hybrid for Infiniti is terrible. I actually like the Q70L because of the legroom in the rear, but the Hybrid was not available in it. However, any dealer Ive visited says that they have never seen the Q70 Hybrid and doubt that it is available. When I go to Infiniti website and do a Build and Price, I can build it, yet the quote goes to my local dealers (not so local... 2 hour drive) and they tell me not available. I try to contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs to find out whats going on and they put me back to sales of the dealers Ive already talked to... that know just as little as I do. I guess that is my hint... That it is probably a mistake to be looking at this vehicle in the first place. I get quick and satisfactory replies back from other manufacturers where I have contacted for other issues or questions.

Comfortable and a very smooth ride. Plenty of room to travel long distance with children and pets. Very powerful engine and easy to handle. Fully loaded with new technology. Incredible braking system and also a very nice sound system. It handles like a car and I also gets very good gas mileage to be an SUV. I would recommend this vehicle because it is very classy.

I just bought my 2004 Infiniti G35 with get this, only 4K miles on it. The elder lady who drove it before leased it and never drove it. So I have been super happy with the car. Its sexy, it runs great. It has all the bells and whistles brand new cars have coming out today. So cut to the chase, I walk to my car that is parked in front of my house to hop in and run errands. My neighbor is talking to me but I am in a hurry so I just start up the engine. It revved but didnt turn over. No problem, probably didnt hold it long enough. Nope, keeps revving but no turn over. I am thinking, I have gas in the car whats the problem? Maybe a little air in the line sure give it a little gas and it will start. I am telling the car took a 180 from hell and went from being the easily start right up smooth ride to the rev it up like its a freaking 1960 bug engine and then proceeded to smoke. Yay! So naturally I turn the car off immediately (mind you I just paid my car payment lol) and proceed to figure out how I am going to resolve this issue. I called the dealership and was put on hold for forever then It went to voice mail. Called again and a lady picked up. She seemed nice but ended up being a peon robot worker bee. I told her my situation and she said the next available appoint is August 14th. I said that is in 9 days! Can you make an exception, I have to go to work tomorrow and I would at least need a rental car. No sir, but would you like me to make you the appointment? Yeah, that robotic. So I got the manager on the phone and he gave me a couple farm out mechanics and I got on for the next day at 9 am. It is the night before so I got the tow set up and the rental car situation all worked out. I am going to have them look at everything and I am going to pick my next fuel pump, and have them look at my engine because I can tell me motor mounts are loose and my Transmission likes to jump out of first gear a lot as well. I saw that there was a recall for the fuel pump and called Infiniti affairs. The lady took over 30 minutes to find my car and proceeded to tell me that there is no recall and to talk to the dealer. Then she told me there actually IS an AIRBAG recall. Okay great, so glad I called in otherwise my airbags wouldnt be functioning and they said they didnt tell me because I was not linked to my car. So all of you out there reading this, make sure you called Infiniti affairs 1 (800) 662-6200 and make sure you are attached to your car so you will get the recalls. Most Infinitis have a recall of some sort. I will also get my dashboard looked at as I see there are a lot of complaints about that. I would also note to take your car to get serviced at an actual Infiniti dealer. You cannot trust anyone else. If anyone has any questions comments or any advice that would help me with my 2004 Infiniti G35 feel free to email me at **. Thanks for reading!

Great appearance, great build, the different features the car offers makes choosing easier, not just one type of appearance but many for others to choose from so not everyone looks alike. The upgrade features on the cars are also great. Since you have many different cars to upgrade from it helps choosing better so you can get the best for your money. It has lots of room to stretch out in and be comfortable while also being in a reliable yet durable car. Function is great especially in the sedan and SUV models.

I got the work order and called Infiniti Consumers back. I spoke with a different representative and he said he would open a case and I should receive a call from someone within two business days. He also noted that he seriously doubted that they would do anything because the warranty expired in November 2012. I received a call that same evening. Of course they told me the same thing he said. I was told that they sent out letters from their office to many address on file. Which she couldnt give to me. That was strange. My address should have been updated in their system since I frequent the Infiniti Dealer for regular maintenance. I was also surprised that this was never brought to my attention by the Dealership. For Infiniti to be luxury automotive dealer, they dont value the relationships of their customers. I was never notified of this cosmetic issue and did not receive adequate details on why. This had really upset me.

We are leasing a 2017 QX70 that currently has 6,000 miles. It has been to the dealer twice because the battery keeps dying. The 1st time they just replaced the battery without asking what would cause it to drain. The 2nd time, they finally decided to test the electronics to see why the battery keeps draining. The dealer couldnt confirm this would fix the problem but they think it is the push button start which they tried to say was not factory installed (until they looked up the window sticker). Aside from the inconvenience of a dead battery TWICE, we have had a loaner car for a month and still dont have the car fixed. We filed a report with Infiniti Consumer Affairs who sent the case to their legal team to see if we could break the lease without penalty. Brian, the CA rep assigned to our case takes two to three days to return phone calls. He finally called today to say CA determined we cannot break the lease under the Lemon Law. Our car is still not fixed and the dealer has yet to confirm when we can expect it to be fixed. We will never buy another Infiniti again as this is a joke. The car isnt even used enough to have had its first oil change! And there is no guarantee the push button start is truly the problem, so this could keep happening.

Infiniti has a great selection of models, from passenger cars to sports cars to SUVs. Passenger capacity is excellent. I can fit a modest amount of people in my SUV. I can also fit numerous items in my roof rack, which is very spacious. I never owned an Infiniti before, but now Im hooked. These vehicles are equipped with all the latest technology, and I couldnt see myself driving anything else. It definitely has the futuristic look that people are looking for. You can pay a bit more to fully equip your vehicle, or you can stay with the base package, which is still loaded with features and extras you cant find on other vehicles.

Infiniti has really nice selection especially the colors. They have beautiful interiors and lots of combinations. I really love the SUVs and the Sedans and have bought both before. They have the most beautiful cars out there. Infiniti is sleek, modern, but unpretentious. They are stylish and sophisticated, but without the fuss of many other high end models. I love the Sirius XM and sun roof options. But I wish other features were at a more reasonable price point. Bluetooth is cool too but Id love screen integration as standard. There are lots of opportunities for capacity especially in the SUVs. It fits people comfortably and is great for my family. I dont ever have to worry about anyone getting smushed.

Unhappy Customer here. I purchased a 2006 Infiniti FX35 back in Jan of 2011. Everything was all good until the dashboard started to bubble up and began melting on me. After about a year of this disgusting dashboard, I go to park my car at a restaurant, right next to another Infiniti fx35 and their car had the SAME EXACT ISSUE. After consulting with its owner, I immediately thought this had to be a widespread issue. So I began searching online to find what is the cause of this and to see if it is covered under Infinitis warranty. Turns out it was. It was the weekend...I waited until the following Monday to call. That Monday I called Infiniti Consumer affairs. They denied my repair request because it was out of warranty. But here is the kicker, it was only 3 days past its warranty date and it was still denied! This is not fair. I was never given notice about the wide spread of defective melting & bubbly dashboards. Nor was I ever notified that it was covered under warranty. This is also a safety concern because when I drive it gives off a glare, which makes it hard to see on the road. When I called for an estimate to see how much it would cost, I was told $1600 to repair. For an Infiniti manufacture defect. Why am I responsible for repair cost when it is only a few days past the warranty expiration date? I have signed up for recall notifications from Infiniti when I first purchased the car. Why was I never notified that I could get the dashboard repaired? This is unfair, and it is un-American. I want justice, not just for me but also for every FX owner out there that is rolling around with a bubbly & melting dashboard!

I leased my car in 2014. First, it was located in another state. In preparing the car, the paint on the hood apparently peeled off so they had to repaint before it got on the truck. It didnt make sense. Why didnt they just leave it on to transport then pull off at the end delivery? The truck breaks down on the way to our local dealership. So this was delayed 2 extra days. The dealership felt bad about everything so they had a guy bring it to my work. It was raining so we were unable to put the top down and test. He also scraped my right passenger front wheel. That was a battle and a half to prove since no one there documented who even drove my car to me. I got home later that day when it stopped raining and the first time I put down the top, the back window shattered everywhere.Fast forward a year, I take to an Infiniti dealer in another state, because we moved. I just needed an oil change. They scratched my car. They then had to keep my car longer to fix. Then my headliner broke. I took it in to get it repaired. They repaired it but they put a hole in it. So they had to re-do it which mean literally a MONTH at the dealer. Im paying for a convertible and they loan me a plain sedan built for a mom of ten. Finally get my car back and its scratched... Again… So they fix the scratch (kind of) a few days later... Headliner breaks again. They replace...again.Get my car back again... Headliner ropes break. They tell me to bring in the car because they have the part in stock now (because this happens to me more often than they are admitting). I take it in. They give me a brown minivan thing. I drive the brown piece of ** for a week. It stops running at stop signs. It jolts and is just absolutely awful to drive. I call the dealership because Im desperate to have my car back. Anything is better than the brown ** they gave me. They said, oh...they are waiting for an Infiniti engineer to come in on April 7th. Why no one let me know... Can’t say for sure. They did fire the Service manager, Sam, who was handling my account. So no one was working on my car. Awesome! I had to ask to get updates. So then I started talking to Shawn. The new manager is Eric. Ive tried to reach Eric multiple times but he does not return calls.I finally get my car back. It was driven to my house for me. I made the tech stay here while I opened the top and closed it once. Nothing exciting there. However, now the button that you push to move the top up and down has almost all of the chrome scraped off of it to where it hurts your finger to touch. So....here I go calling Infiniti again. Shawn said they will order the part. Meantime, Im working with Kinsi on how to end my lease now. I only have 4 months left. They denied me. I found out by calling again today. Apparently Kinsi hasnt been to work and no one knows when she will be back and they cannot tell me why it was denied. So...The moral of the story here folks... I do NOT recommend Infiniti. Id literally rather walk than buy or lease anything from this company again.

I bought a 2003 G35 Sedan in 2012 from Beshoff Infiniti in San Jose. The sales guys were cool from the first meet. However I test drove the car and everything appeared to be fine, radio came on but I couldnt try the disc player being I didnt bring a CD to the dealer. However, after my happy purchase of my new affordable luxury ride, when I got home I wanted to listen to my cd in my new car. I slid the cd in only for it not to be able to go in the dash said it was a error. I instantly called back up to the dealer but of course they were closed. I got in touch with Rick at the dealership and told him that my radio wasnt working when I left and he advised I bring it back up there. I brought the car back the next day didnt even own it for a whole 24 hours yet. They took it to the service area in which they had me sit in a room to tell me my circuit board is going out and it was recalled but I would have to pay for it well over $1200 to fix a radio that was supposed to work when I bought it. I told them that I just drove off with the car and its no way I should have to pay for it. I asked to speak with Rick in which they said he wasnt there and neither was anyone else I bought the car from. So I never got the radio replaced. Now its 2014, I have no radio and I refuse to pay for something that should have been fixed due to manufacturing problems Infiniti is already aware of. You would think they would slash prices being they know the cars are worthless junk. However they hike them up and never mention any possible problems.. I was driving on the freeway Saturday doing about 70 miles per hour and my car lost all power with no warning. The driver behind me veered and hit another vehicle. I totally freaked me out, I could have been killed. I find out the sensors that was recalled, can make this happen and that Infiniti knew of this. I called Consumer Affairs in which they stated my car had 4 recalls and one was the sensors in which was already repaired once. I explained that its happened again and I almost died in which the response was well its nothing we can do and I would have to pay. WITH ALL OF THIS, I AM DONE WITH INFINITI. I DONT EVEN WANT THE CAR ANYMORE.. I HATE I STILL HAVE PAYMENTS. IT SHOULD DEFINITELY BE A LAW AGAINST THIS DEATH TRAP..

Infiniti has sedans, SUVs, and huge SUVs. The sedans are a bit flashy, I loved the feel of them but they made me feel old! Haha! But I had loved the Infiniti QX4 for a long time before I bought one. I was having a new baby and I wanted a safe form of transportation. My QX4 had all the fun and luxury features I was looking for - heated seats, sun roof, and a nice look to it. I loved it. It was basically a suped up pathfinder, but the colors I just loved. I had a two toned QX4 and leather interior. It lasted me a long time. When I bought the truck it was as is, no immediate personalization. But I had a few things done to it, tinted the windows and changed the interior. My truck was good for a family of four, lots of storage and room. I probably would have liked a third back seat, but then I would lose storage space.

I bought a new M35X in 2010. I live in Ohio and I bought the AWD version to drive more safely in our winters. The car came equipped with Goodyear RSA tires. I bought the car in April and everything was fine when on flat dry roads. If there were uneven surfaces the front end trembled. When wet, the car had no traction despite being AWD. In winter, it was dangerous to drive and tended to rotated when on ice or snow. It had no traction. I complained to the dealer, Infiniti of Columbus, about the problem and after a test drive, they said nothing was wrong. I tried again, explaining that the car could not accelerate in the snow even with traction control on and would go into slides at slow speeds. The dealer was no help so I complained to the next level. The short of it is that the manufacturer did not care. The Infiniti representative said everything was normal. I started reading message boards and found that others had the same problem. The solution seemed to be tire replacement. The message boards suggested Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. I tried once again to get Infiniti to do something but was turned down. I purchased the MXV4 for this winter and it solved all of my traction, steering, and trembling complaints.I know there are other 2010 M35X owners suffering the same problems. For your own safety, buy a good set of all season tires. You will be amazed at the difference and get furious that Infiniti put a tire on the vehicle with those performance characteristics. I guess there is a reason why Infiniti is a third tier luxury brand. Customer care is non-existent.

Stay away from these cars. Buy Lexus or some other quality luxury car. These cars are cheap and the company does not empower their staff to take care of customers. In these times where every brand wants to offer a differentiated value proposition and experience for its customers, the old-school Infiniti is going in the opposite direction. No wonder they are way behind the other luxury brands.

For the second time in over a year I have experienced the same issue with my 2010 G37S sedan. The steering wheel locks and the vehicle wont start. Lights work, most of the common electrical stuff work, except for the windows that wont go up or down. It seems to have something related with me not starting the car for more than a week in both occasions, I have been away on work trips for over a week. The first time the car was under warranty Infiniti claimed that it was a dead battery which I am pretty confident it wasnt because I had the battery checked just before that car was taken to the dealer. Now this past Monday I got back from a work trip to encounter the same problem, only thing is that my warranty had expired a month ago. This time I call roadside assistance, they try the most common things to see if the car would start. No response at all. Steering wheels still lock, they take it to the dealer. I contact Infiniti consumer affairs to let them know to express my anger and how disgusted I am with this issue. They gave me a case # and told me that they were going to try and help me out. After a whole week my car is still at the dealer and the service crew still has no idea whats wrong with my car.

We purchased 2 Infiniti sedans at the same time last year. We were sold on the hassle free prepaid maintenance plan. It sounded like a great option. If you use it, you pay no additional charges, if you dont use it and decide to trade the car, youre able to get your money back...Sounded great and we purchased the plan with both vehicles. However we decided to trade in one of the cars at an alternate dealer about a year after purchase and we returned to Infiniti of Cool Springs to start the refund with John ** in Finance. The car in question was rarely driven and never even reached the first dealer free initial service mileage requirements, so I expected to get the full refund, however I was told its prorated based on time not use of the product, so I agreed to the prorated refund of a product never used. Needless to say, what was supposed to be a 30 day refund period has now rolled into the 6th month of working with John ** who became non responsive at the dealer level and I ultimately had to escalate to Infiniti Consumer Affairs. To date I have yet to receive a refund. Buyers beware of this prepaid maintenance plan if you remotely think youll trade the car prior to the plans full use.

While some car companies offer several options across a few class of vehicles, Infiniti had a fairly wide selection that ranged from coupe to SUV. I went in knowing what I wanted, but I was a repeat customer for an SUV. The G37 coupe I purchased had a great design, both outside and inside. Considering its size, I was very satisfied with the room inside. Im a larger person, but it was more than enough for me. I would highly recommend this dealer and model. It was one that I plan to go back to later on. There werent as many upgrade options as some of the luxury car companies, but it had just enough of the necessary options. I am the sad owner of a 2003 Infiniti FX35. I have had so many problems with the car and I will never ever even consider buying another Nissan product. My problems consisted of a non-working gas gauge, a CD player that skipped like crazy from the start of my ownership, replaced both front end wheel bearings, replaced the brakes twice and now the final overheating. No one including Infiniti of Orland Park who charged me $700.00 for a new after market radiator can figure out the problem. After a diagnostic, technician from Infiniti of Orland Park, IL; said, I need a radiator. I was told an Infiniti radiator would cost me $1200.00 but they can replace my defective one with an after market radiator for only $750.00. I elected to have them replace the radiator with the after market one. After their Technician replaced the (defective?) radiator with the new after market radiator, I received a call from their service writer and he said that the car was still overheating and blowing out cold air.I was told by Infiniti of Orland Park Pros that it would take at least 5 hours of additional labor to figure out the problem. In other words, the attitude was come in and pay us $750.00 for nothing and get your FX35 Infiniti out of here. Why wont Infiniti stand behind theyre product? I have a 2003 G35 with 70,000 miles and it is now having the same electrical problems that everyone else who owns the 2003 is having; radio dead, battery drained, AC stuck on, fan goes full blast then low. I dont understand why Infiniti wont help. This will be an expensive fix. I loved the car. I will never buy another and I will tell everyone I know not to buy Infiniti. Service needs to stand behind this product. You guys are wrong!

I have had problems with this car day one. Infiniti Q50 was always my dream car so I took it to the shop to be fixed but still no change. I took it to another Infiniti dealership and they are still unable to fix the issues. I regret buying the car but since it was just electrical issues I thought maybe it will be fine and Ill just find someone to fix it but no one seems to be able to know how to fix it, now I have a car that I cant even enjoy all the techs I paid for on it! I purchased my 1st Infiniti almost 2 years ago. I have spent more time in a loaner car than the car I purchased. The motor has to replaced at 37K miles. The head gasket has been replaced twice and my car is currently back in the shop again. The car has left me stranded twice! This is a manufacturer defect! I guess my safety and wellbeing is not a concern for Infiniti or the BBB. Im assuming I would need to get injured or possibly killed in this car (lemon) before Infiniti will acknowledge the obvious defect. Infiniti/Nissan pride themselves on having award-winning Customer Service. I unfortunately would need disagree as this is the first Infiniti I have owned and the Customer Service/concern I have received has been anything but award winning!

I wanted something safe to get me from one place to another and the car I got is very sleek and looks very fancy - like the bat mobile but safer and kids love it too! Theres a variety of colors available for inside and outside of the car and its easy to identify in a crowded parking lot. The dashboard on my 2004 Infiniti FX 35 started to show bubbles around a year ago. At first I didnt think much of it since it was just a few spots. But in the past few months, it quickly spread everywhere. I contacted Infiniti USA, but they will not fix it. The customer representative said Infiniti is aware of the problem and has extended the warranty to 8 years. But since my car is now 9 years old, theres nothing they can do. I was not notified of the extension. Apparently, this is a common problem. A search for Infiniti dashboard bubble will return tons of results. If this is a known problem, I dont understand why they will not fix it. Infiniti is supposed to be a luxury brand after all. As a result, I will never buy another Nissan/Infiniti again. I bought a JX35 in September 2013. I had 5000 miles on it when the transmission began to shutter and shake between 15-20 mph. We took it back to the dealership twice before they agreed to replace the transmission. Then it started making a jarring motion while driving at any speed. It feels like it wants to stop while driving 60 mph. We have taken back to infinifi and were told it is now the new transmission. We also had to have the AC motor blower repaired. I have owned the JX35 for 9 months now and I do not feel safe to drive my family around in this vehicle. I was told the tech would have to call Infiniti on how to handle the transmission this time around. I have made a complaint with Infiniti Consumer Affairs but have not received a response yet. I paid a pretty penny for a car that is not safe to drive. I also had to bring it in for an airbag sensor recall in the passenger side seat.

Infiniti FX35 2012 - Fantastic car, good stability and handling in inclement weather and windy conditions. The controls on the steering wheel are also easy to use. The cameras are helpful in tight spaces as well. The built-in map program works fairly well but you need to pay to update it annually. The car can go almost 500 miles on a single tank of gas for a road trip. The car is a mid-size SUV that handles a lot of items in the cargo area. It is easy to pack different types of items. The car travels well for tall individuals 64 or so in the front sears. The Bose sound system is fabulous too. However, the car does not have intuitive windshield wipers. The exterior mirrors are not heated and they freeze over when it is sleeting. The little gadget box where the lighter is has no purpose as well.

I just bought a new Infiniti 2015 Q50. The car is advertised to give me 19 mpg in city, 29 mpg highway and a combined 22mpg city-highway. This vehicle gives me a highway mpg of 12mpg. I drove the car for 1.5 hr just to test it and it did not improve. I took the car to the dealer I originally bought from and they say that the EPA reviews and that they are not responsible for that review. I believe that is unreal for a car to provide less than half mpg than what it suppose to. I called Infiniti and they said the same thing and only provided me with few tips on how to improve it.Also my front passenger seat makes a weird sound (something loose) when I head a pothole. On Sept. 2010, both headlights went out as we were driving home at night. We had to drive over one hour with high beams. As there is no Infinite Dealership close to us and the car was out of warranty, we took the car to a Nissan Dealership that has a Infinite Certified Mechanic. We found that we had to replace the whole bucket system which costs over $4000.00 for the headlights! We had it repaired and now one year and one month later, we had another headlight go out and we are looking at an estimated $1500 more for HEADLIGHTS. We called customer service and was treated unreasonably and with no help. No one should have to put out this kind of money for an Infinite M35 (2006) 70,000 miles. Rosa was the unfriendly so-called customer service agent we dealt with. We have to believe that Infinite has had issues with headlights and others have been burned with this kind of repair costs.

In the last 22 years, 3 of my 5 cars have been an Infiniti. Two I have owned for 3 years with low mileage under 32,000 miles. The last G35 I still own is about 7 years old with only 42,000 miles right now. As a loyal Infiniti owner, the dealership in Coconut Creek, FL said I may qualify for their goodwill loyalty program, but I needed to contact their Customer Affairs division. I contacted Customer Affairs and they requested proof (VIN, etc.) that I had owned the two other vehicles besides the one I currently own. These vehicles were owned 10 to 22 years ago! Well, I found a picture of the M30 from 1990 and a copy of the title for the Q45 from 2000 with the VIN number, which I provided. Upon review by Customer Affairs and the dealership here in FL, it was decided that because Infiniti could not find any information in their system that I had maintenance done at their dealerships and because I did not have the the VIN for the M30, they would not be able to help me. What does maintenance have to do with a defective dash? I keep all my vehicles in prestige condition and waxed and have regular oil changes/maintenance done as needed. Just because I did not have my maintenance done through Infiniti is ** and to expect me to even have information on the two older vehicles was ridiculous. I was lucky to even find what I did as proof that I owned a total of 3 other Infiniti cars. The repair to replace the dash may have cost the company $1,000 at the most. I guess my business wasnt that important. The dash ended up getting sticky and omitting unhealthy vapors that left a film on my windshield. This is not normal and has never happened to any of my cars or to anyone else that I know of. This was a true defect that just happen to occur after my car was out of warranty. Also, the unhealthy vapors the dash was omitting seemed to be of no concern at all or my health. Has anyone else experienced this same sort of issue? With all this said, goodbye Infiniti, hello BMW, Jaguar, Lexus and Mercedes. They would be happy to have my business when I buy a new vehicle in 2013. Not a great outcome or customer appreciation resolution.

The repair shop tried to go through Infiniti but my VIN was outside of the range of the recalled vehicles. 2013 Infiniti G37 S Coupe - Drivers leather seat color wore off in one year. Infiniti replaced the back seat cover under warranty. Infiniti has declined to repair this and states, This meets our quality standard but will not provide me with any documentation as to what criteria they are inspecting to. The seat did not have any wrinkles prior to the dealer replacing the cover. A $50,000 car should not have these defects, especially on a new cover less than 60 days old. Do not buy an Infiniti unless you can secure a written warranty as to what they cover regarding their leather seats. This lack of support and service is something that you should not expect in a luxury sport vehicle. I will never buy an Infiniti again.

I bought a ‘05 G35 coupe in 2009 as a preown. From the very beginning, I had issues with that car. First, the engine knocked and started to eat oil more. Gas got replaced. Just after that the moon-roof broke. The dealer tried to make me pay $2000 to fix it while the car was still on warranty. Now the air bag light is blinking. Just to get it checked they asked me $300. They tried to change belts that have 30k on then and my clutch that got wet after 30k (supposedly due to the way I drive) just for that another $2000. They are out of their minds. People, please do not buy that **. It’s over-priced and just a garbage. I was in love with Infiniti. Now I hate myself for spending that ton of money on a car that’s ** and has problems with everything (alignment since new, radio, moon-roof, airbag light flashing, clutch not being able to switch gears, loud engine even being replaced). I own an FX35, bought it new and drive it up and down the street to work. Its 7 yrs 2 months with 46K miles. I noticed a tiny blemish on my dashboard in January 2013 and did not pay much attention to it. By mid-June, the tiny blemish turned into 5 tiny blemishes. Still not worried about it, I went on vacation for the summer. Upon my return on August 26, I got in my car and was shocked at the amount of bubbles on my dashboard. In the space of 2 months, the issue progressed to such proportions I could not stand to drive my car! I asked around to a couple of body shops to see about getting it fixed and they told me to see the dealer, thats not normal. Then finally, my car wash attendant said that theyve washed 3 other Infiniti cars like mine and said that there is a warranty for that and this is an issue with many Infiniti FX cars. I did some research and sure enough its all over. Its known. I called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and my car missed the warranty by 2 months. June 15, 2013 was my cut off date. I went to the dealership and they said that I barely missed the cut-off. Infiniti should cover this issue and the dealership went ahead and sent in the request for a part. I got a call 1 day later and Infiniti said they will not cover the repair because its past the extended warranty. I argued that this is not normal for a car to do this. Infiniti used defective materials in their so-called luxury car, but they will not stand by their brand. I am very pissed at this problem! I was considering trading my car in for another newer Infiniti FX35 of JX but now that this issue has come up, no way!! NO MORE INFINITIs for this wary and very angry car buyer! I purchased my Infinity G37 convertible from Infiniti of Dayton. After that
I purchased my Infinity G37 convertible from Infiniti of Dayton. After that, the following has occurred: Airbag system required replacement twice; engine light is on constantly, requiring replacement of parts; passenger door windows leaked every time it rained; rubber sealing slid from the rear of trunk and spoiler required replacement; the convertible top wouldnt go up; door locks not working (required taking off entire door and changing panel); and both front windows went down on their own, causing my car to be full of ice/water/snow.Also, the following happened: check engine light comes on regularly (I found the gas cap loose, and the bad part is I had to order a new gas cap twice.) and a small leak was found; drivers side door rattles (I found 2 loose bolts that secure the air bags.); the battery was replaced after only 16,000 miles due to bad code; trunk smashed on my fingers (After losing blood, I had no option but to rip my hand out of the slammed trunk, causing permanent nerve damage in my right ring finger and back pain for the past 5 weeks. Findings include weak rear trunk shocks, and I replaced all shocks and added two other parts.); and after car was returned two days later, the convertible top would not open. So the car went in again, and the entire electrical system had to be replaced. My car has been in the shop 23 times in only 16,000 miles. It has added 80 miles round trip to my odometer. Infiniti corporate refused to consider this car a lemon and has determined they will not allow a trade-in! I have had one emergency hospital visit and two orthopedic appointments. I have not been able to take care of my house and have had to pay others to do my usual activities. This is a crime! I will be suing for lemon law and personal injury.

I have 2006 M45 Infiniti with 43,000 miles which I just recently noticed it
I have 2006 M45 Infiniti with 43,000 miles which I just recently noticed it has cracks in the dash, otherwise, in pristine condition. After searching online, there are many complaints for several different Infiniti models with the cracking issue. My auto has always been garage kept and I have never used any kind of chemical cleaning the inside. Infiniti has issued an extended warranty for the FX models for this issue. I called customer affairs for Infiniti and was given a rote spiel, looked up my VIN and was told no recalls for that issue on M45s, they will notify me if and when a recall is made. Did not want to discuss it at all.... Just kept repeating I would be notified if there is an issue. Who makes these decisions? I cant believe a supposedly quality manufacturer would just brush you off like that. Who do the many people who have this issue need to complain to, to get something done?

I purchased a 2016 QX80 from the Infiniti dealership in Manhasset NY in 201
I purchased a 2016 QX80 from the Infiniti dealership in Manhasset NY in 2016. Roughly 12 months after our purchase we noticed various paint chips that have occurred in random places around the car in places that cannot be explained by wear and tear or debris impact e.g. inside the door jamb in all 4 doors and the back of the trunk. We brought the car top Infiniti and were denied warranty coverage for the paint chips. We since brought the car to several pain places that all immediately recognized the issue of a sloppy or poorly dried paint job. Now almost a year later, there are many more paint chips and many of existing chips have begun to rust. Nissan/Infiniti is denying our claim.

We have a 2005 FX35 with the dashboard bubbling issue. We received no notification of an extended warranty with respect to the dashboard defect. We have lived at the same address with the same telephone number and email address that we provided Infiniti when we first took our car in for service in 2009. We purchased the 2005 from CarMax in Richmond, VA in 2009 and there were no dashboard issues. We were never notified of an extended warranty because of this material defect. When I googled the problem in 2014, I contacted Infiniti customer service and they said the extended warranty had expired 1 year earlier and there was nothing they could do. We open and read all of our mail each and every day before discarding and we never received an extended warranty. We contacted Jeb **, service manager, at Infiniti in Richmond, VA. He said there was nothing he could do. He also stated that he personally found that Infiniti was more willing to work with car owners to repair the dashboard even if it was passed the 8 year extended warranty if they were customer who took their vehicles to Infiniti for repairs (I guess because Infiniti makes money on these folks and are more willing to honor fixing this known defect on a high end expensive vehicle). We are just sick. We were told by YOU (ConsumerAffairs) that because we were calling 1 year later that you refuse to cover the cost of this dashboard which is well over $3000. I was appalled! We have babied and taken wonderful care of our car. It looks like it is 2 years old when it is, in fact, 11 years old. We were planning to purchase another Infiniti but will not if we know you dont honor your loyal customers. What can you do for us? I am writing you for the second time a year later because we have to drive in this car to work each day only to look at a disgusting dashboard that keeps getting worse. Wont you please help us! We dont take our cars for repairs to the local Infiniti dealer because we take it for all of its scheduled maintenance to the local Nissan dealer which is closer to our home. Arent you the same company? Why dont you honor this dashboard replacement when you know it is a known defect and nothing we have done to the car? (We even keep a shade screen up each and every day in our front window). Please do the right thing and replace our dashboard. We only have 80,000 miles on our car and are planning to keep it a long time. Please help!

I got screwed by Infiniti. They sold me a wrecked QX56 truck as new. Really? How low is that? Sell a wrecked car as new? Wow, I am pissed and Im going to fight back. Do not buy Infiniti. I have contacted Sonic, Infiniti of Tysons Corner and their attorney and they are not responding in a timely manner. My safety, patience and goodwill towards the Infiniti brand are wearing thin. Please intervene before this situation becomes an unfortunate PR disaster. In October of 2006, I thought I was buying a brand new 2006 QX56. I paid market rate for a new car, not used and not wrenched. I would have never bought the car had I known it was damaged. Now I found out the car was wrenched, repaired and sold to me as new without my knowledge. I found out about the accident through Carfax in August 2012 when trying to trade in my truck for a new one due to some serious mechanical issues.Apparently, the car was involved in an accident strong enough to deploy the air bags and damage the axle. Jim Coleman Infiniti service record shows the car was repaired and serviced after the accident. I contacted Jim Coleman service department and they confirmed that the car was damaged and serviced by them prior to sending the truck over to Infiniti of Tysons Corner. I feel betrayed, swindled and cheated. They sold me a wrecked truck as new. Unacceptable, this is plain and simple fraud. I paid new car price which means I overpaid. I financed the car which means I paid extra interest on an overpriced damaged car. I insured a car that was not worth the price paid. It was over-insured. Upon trade-in, my trade-in value was depressed due to the fact the truck was in an accident. Airbag deployment is a serious accident with potential frame damage.Safety issue - The car was damaged with air bag deployed. Was the air bag replaced? Would it work now? Was I ever in danger? Was my family in danger? Over the years, the car rattled and vibrated at 60-80 MPH. The dealer’s response was to change tires. Over the year, the brakes would regularly perform inconstantly. My demand is a formal apology and replacement for a new 2013 QX56.

Infiniti cars are very well made and have several different styles to best
Infiniti cars are very well made and have several different styles to best suit your needs. I choose the I 30 and was very reliable and drove this car for about 5 years. I would recommend this type of car to anyone wanting a reliable automobile. They are very luxury cars and have all the bells and whistles other more expensive brands for a better price. Their appearance is very stunning and most people thought I paid twice the amount for my car because of the stunning appearance.I bought my I 30 used but there are tons of different options out there for these cars do suit any lifestyle or consumer needs without breaking the bank. Mine had a sunroof, everything electrical leather seats, cd player, the luxury at a great price. This car was great for my husband and 2 kids had a very large trunk fit all. Never had any issues for space, very comfortable and is an all-around dependable car. The leather was very sturdy. After all the wear and tear my kids put on it never had a crack rip or tear, looked almost new.

Jx35 wont turn off? Dont know the consequences yet because Im still sitting
Jx35 wont turn off? Dont know the consequences yet because Im still sitting in it! Been here for an hour and the truck will not shut off. Tried with the key fob over the ignition button and nothing. I suppose disconnecting the battery is next. Not sure how an already shoddy electrical system will hold up to that.
