I bought a new Citroen C5 aircross fleur automatic in May 2021, but the tomtom upgrade on the satnav only worked on 30% to 40% I had it in the garage 7 times each time they said it was fixed it, it only lasted for a day. I was told by the garage main dealer in Bolton that I had to contact costumers care to get a Reference number? That I did, the person I spoke to said they would contact me within 24-48 hours Not. So I contact them again and got the ref number, on getting the number the garage fixed it again, for one day. I kept saying to the garage that the satnav tomtom is faulty and needs replacing, but was told that they need permission of Citroen for that although they agreed it was faulty. I said, well get the permission but was told that I would have to ring Citroen my self? So I rang costumer care again, Why they call it costumer care I dont know, because they are nothing like a costumers care. They apologized for not getting back in the first place and would look into it and would ring back the same day or the next. That was about a month ago and they have not rang back. It must be the worst so called costumer care ever. I would never recommend Citroen to any one.

I do not have a Citroen and would not buy a Citroen - or have one as a gift. My daughter has one and has had no end of trouble with getting it repaired. Their customer service is shoddy and slap-dash. I would never recommend Citroen to anyone.

I bought my 2017 reg citreon c3 picasso with 3200 miles on the clock and a full service history ,,after 3000 miles a red stop light game on saying it needed attention it turned out to be the timing belt which should last 1000,000 ,miles ,citreon would not look favourably upon the repairs saying that the last service was not done by a main dealer ,even though it was done by FORMULA ONE a national chain of garages .There is a recall for this problem on cars made between 2013and 2017in Europe, but my car was apparently not one do them .I am fumeing .

I purchased a Citroen C4 Cactus from a private party from Auto Trader which had been purchased from Evan Halshaw. What attracted me to his listing was the remaining warranty. I did my due diligence on the car (based on what was available online) and purchased it. The seller was great, contacted the warranty in order to transfer it and he was informed that due to COVID it was taking longer than usual. Services were current and we were on the way to a garage for an oil change when suddenly the vehicle collapsed. The wheel came off with the suspension and axle attached to it without any warning or previous noises. No pothole was hit as there was none on the way. We were blessed that it happened on a low traffic and low speed road, but she was driving on the motorway a few minutes before and according to the mechanic that helped us if it had happened on the motorway, it could have been fatal.I contacted Pendragon and Evan Halshaw and ping-pong started. No one wants to take responsibility and throw it at each other. I received different reasons as to why the claim had been rejected then suddenly they say that the info I provided shed a nee light on it and they wanted to proceed with it. Next day they stopped answering my emails. The number just rings and I was told that I have to keep trying until someone does.Horrible, disrespectful, disgusting and borderline criminal behaviour. Apparently they are trying to see if I just let it go, but I WILL NOT. DO NOT BUY FROM EVAN HALSHAW OR PENDRAGON.

This is the worst customer service handling complaint that I experienced from a company almost ever. Despite calls and emails a virtuous look of ineptitude prevails and nothing resolved. I will be fair that they handled an initial complaint after much chasing in June. Since then a subsequent related complaint about damage to the car whilst in the dealers possession just passes from pillar to post with no resolution. For this reason alone I would never buy a new Citroen again.

I have a case number and am told that Elena my case handler will ring me back. Nothing.My November 2012 reg Citroen Despatch based diesel motor home 9,300miles is still with the dealer after being towed home 3 weeks ago through lack of power.The garage have replaced DPF, sensors and catalytic converter, still same fault. Surely someone can sort this out?

Very Very poor service and I never experienced in my life and such a doggy and unreasonable, unresponsive citron dealer , I have been using them commercial vehicle since 2015 and I thought they will change soon them self with service and productions but day by day they are going down grade , I just had recently experienced which is let me down and never again I will buy citron and pegout vehicle my life . I dont want to say further if you are enough cleaver you will be understand but I strongly suggest dont do mistakes your self buying this type of vehicles and ruin your life style .

Citroen customer care doesnt seem to exist. After making a purchase of satnav upgrade live services which I never received. Citroen Leeds where I purchased the vehicle said they cant help. Citroen UK is a switchboard in France. The switchboard operator will put you on hold for over an hour. This is now 20 plus calls. All I want to know is whether Im getting a refund but the claims department will not pick up. You have no email to contact unless you wish to purchase a new vehicle. My bank said give them a chance first before they raise a dispute and refund my account. Into the third month now and 20 plus calls taking many hours put on hold. They have had enough time Id say.Unbelievable.

Appalling customer service from Bassetts Citroen Carmarthen. Bought my car in May and noticed that I have no MOT certificate. Rang the dealership this morning and have just been spoken to so incredibly rudely by the salesman I bought the car from. I was clearly disturbing him. He barked at me how could he help (despite knowing exactly why I was calling as the previous person I had just spoken to had relayed to him why I was calling) and then told me not to take that tone with him in the most condescending and misogynistic manner.

Citroen garage in Hessle made my experience so smooth. Very easy to book my car in for work, welcoming and friendly staff and nothing ever seems to be trouble for the staff. Very helpful and go above and beyond. Exceeded my expectations of this experience. Would highly recommend.

This is an appalling business that shouldnt exist. For over a month Id been trying to arrange a test drive of a manual C3. They never answer the phone and I had to end up making contact via their complaints line. They told me they only have one manual and many automatics so I agreed to wait for the manual to test drive it. On the day of test drive they left a voicemail asking me to call them which I did, no answer so again via customer services who got them to call me back only to say the manual isnt there and they dont know when itll be back! Went in the showroom to enquire about the C3. They had very few vehicles which was extremely surprising for a dealer, especially the dealer for the brand. They didnt have any C3s but the agent let me look at his. He said he could arrange a test drive of the manual for Thursday. When we went back to desk and I gave my particulars, he went to speak to Harry (thats the agent Id arranged the original test drive with) and changed his story now saying he will contact me when they get the C3 back! Big waste of time these people are. The customer service, who had taken this as a complaint when I first contacted them, are also a waste of time and very unhelpful. I eventually contacted Wilmoths Crayford who actually answered the phone and arranged the test drive to suit me. They had loads of ciroens in the forecourt. The customer service was as it should be. They should be the main citroen dealer.

If I could rate it 0 or a minus I would.If your thinking of purchasing a Citroen car or van think carefully literally buyer beware.Had a belt go on a work van still under warranty couldnt drive it, I was told nearest main dealer was 30 miles away and to transport it there and then wait a week for garage to look at it.Citroen expected me to pay transport then hire a van for a week?Paid a local garage who did it the following day.. Tried customer services explained the situation more than once but they had the computer says no mentality.AVOID

My Citro�n C4(65 plate) had BRAKE FAILURE (36K). After having paid for the repairs I received a recall notification from Citro�n for the failed part. Upon contacting Citro�n Customer Care, they admitted full liability and offered a full refund within 28 days. 40 days later , numerous phone calls and emails, still no sign of the refund, just plenty of feeble excuses and poor service. Absolutely appalling Customer Service at the highest level!! I am a loyal customer but my faith in Citro�n has been eroded beyond repair. I have cancelled a test drive with a view to purchasing a brand new C3 Aircross based on this experience. Citro�n seem to base their reputation on poor customer service and the need to fob loyal customers off!!!!
