Ram Trucks, stylized as RAM and formerly known as the Ram Truck Division, is an American brand of light to mid-weight commercial vehicles, and a division of Stellantis. It was established in a spin-off from Dodge in 2010 using the name of the Ram Pickup line of trucks.

The 2022 Ram 2500 and 3500 are capable of replicating semi-truck-like towing abilities, and they can also be outfitted to coddle passengers with their unrivaled luxury qualities. No other heavy-duty truck delivers the Rams' combination of ride refinement and upscale interior appointments. Of course, the Ram HD family doesn't forget its roots, either. Whether it’s the diverse trim levels and body styles or the multiple powertrains that range from a 410-hp Hemi V-8 to a Cummins diesel engine with up to 1075 pound-feet of torque, there's a model to fit most every budget and job description. With today's trucks being both high-tech and hard-working, the 2022 Ram 2500 and 3500 also offer a plethora of popular infotainment features and useful assists that help the driver tow a trailer and maneuver these massive machines in possibly unnerving situations like heavy traffic and tight spaces.

Product Reviews:

I purchased a New Dodge Ram Ecodiesel pickup in November of 2017. It was one of the first ones made after the emission updates. The truck will not run properly after it sits overnight in cold temperatures. The dealer has had it in the shop at least 6 times. They tell me that Chrysler is working on a computer update for the problem. I did hire Lemon Lawyer, but they haven't helped at all. This is my first and last Chrysler product! I haven't seen the truck for almost a month. My dealer did give me an old truck to drive. But, that doesn't seem fair when I'm making payments on my new one. I just want some answers and to get rid of this piece of crap. I use my vehicle for my office. I am on the road selling 5 days per week.

First of all Dodge Ram offer the most sporty truck out there. It's in a class by itself, other trucks look square. I love that there's different models to choose from to fit your needs. They have the most towing power and the most horsepower. I love the quad cab which can carry six persons and not to mention the style which brings class to there vehicles. The quality you get for the price which some vehicles fall short. Plus they're long lasting, I own an 2003 and it's still running and people are still complimenting me on how it looks. Dodge Ram for life!

I owned a 3500 diesel 2012 which the garage could not fix due to the O2 censors kept shooting up and putting the check engine light on. Dodge bought the truck out and we replaced it with a 2500 gas 2014 truck. This truck had a rear end whine in it. The garage we bought it from said it was like opening Pandora's box and did not want to fix it. This whine was between 50-60 mph. We then took it to another dealer and they heard the whine and opened the rear end but did not see anything wrong with it. The truck had 12,000 miles on it with original warranty and an extended warranty on it. The dealer charged $172.00 to have the whine worse 45-50 mph than when we brought it in to be fixed. Bottom line is go buy a FORD or Chevrolet not a Dodge Ram. Two strikes and you're out forever.

2015 Ram 2500 Crew 6.7 Cummins. The only problem I've had is a failure of the left rear tire pressure sensor. Dealer immediately replace not only the failed sensor but the other three. Absolutely no other issues with the truck. Best truck I've ever owned!

I have 2 Dodge Rams. One’s a ‘03 1500 Quad Cab with 4.7. Other is a ‘06 2500 Quad Cab. I bought the ‘03 in ‘05, and the ‘06 about a year ago. I bought the ‘03 with 20,000 miles, it now has 257,000. I've never had to do anything to it besides routine maintenance and suspension of course. And bought the 06 with 90,000 miles. Now has 127,000 and still no problems. I take great care of mine and never hard on them. I have quite a bit of friends who drives Rams and none of them has trouble really. So I don't know why so many people has problems with them. It’s the only truck I'll ever buy.

2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie 4x4.5.9 Cummins, AT - I bought my 2005 in 2005 with 44,000 miles on it from a dealer In Victorville Ca. The first owner bought, sold trailers out of state and used the heck out of this towing for 11 months. It was in good shape so, I own it now. Price reflected the high miles. It has just over 108,000 on it now. I tow a 10,000 toy hauler with it, some times up high in the mountains. Not towing Hwy 18.6mpg at 65mph/16.5 at 75mph. Towing 14.5 at 65mph. Do not drive 75mph with that trailer. 1800 RPM is sweet spot for torque to fuel mileage. The brakes and BF Goodrich tires were replaced at 44,000 mile purchase date. I just put my first tires on it at 108,000. Brakes in front are almost ready to be replaced as well as the upper and lower ball joints (Darn heavy Cummins). I have serviced the engine every 3,000 miles. Serviced cooling system and gear boxes at 90,000 miles. Automatic trans at 75,000 miles. I run Lucas fuel additive to help out with the occasional bad diesel I seem to get. I have been very happy with this purchase. No interior or exterior problems. This truck is not as fast or powerful as the new ones, but God bless it. It will do anything I need. I had a 2001 with the Cummins w/ 5 spd manual. I loved that truck. Before that a 1997 with the V-10. My friend is still driving it with I do not know how many miles on it. Just saying: I have had either good luck or been blessed. I am going to purchase a 2005 Rumble Bee tomorrow. Yellow and Hemi YeeHaw. Got to have something sporty for a change. No, the above rated truck is not for sale.

The 2019 Ram 1500 is an excellent truck. The updates compared to the 2018 make a huge difference. I have owned lots of cars and trucks before but this one is the best I have driven. The comfort, the tech features, the ride all excellent.

First I must say that I have had a lot of warranty work done to this vehicle already and that in itself is depression. The brakes however have been a problem since I purchased the truck. Since the first 100 miles I started seeing brake dust build up on my chrome rims. At 30 thousand miles I had it at the dealer for a sensor problem that was under warranty and asked them to check the brakes. I was then informed that I would need all new brake pads because there was a lot of rust on the brakes built up from not driving it as much. So the brakes were changed but the dust problem persisted. So with the price of gas going down I started using the truck more and more. (No more sitting and rusting). Now at 58 thousand miles it was in for the recall and more warranty work and I asked them to check the brakes again. It wasn't hard to detect a problem since I had a loss of power, heavy brake dust build up and when I stopped on a slight incline and put the truck in neutral it did not roll. I was informed by the service department that the arch enemy RUST was back but this time it was because of it being exposed to the harsh climate that I live in. Now I needed all 4 wheels not only brakes but calipers, rotors, pads brackets you name it I needed it replaced, because of RUST! What the dealer was going to charge me amounted to a down payment on a new truck. Although I could do the work myself I had a friend of mine who is a certified mechanic do the work for less than 1 quarter of the cost of the dealer. While doing the repairs he found that the rear axle seals were leaking and had contaminated my parking brake. So I contacted the dealer again and the seals are covered under warranty but, if you haven't already guessed the parking brakes are not.Now after reading online and talking with certified mechanics this seems to be a widespread problem with Chrysler vehicles. So should this not be addressed by the National Highway Safety Administration? Perhaps these vehicles should be recalled. Brakes are a safety concern to everyone driving on the roadways, Are they Not? These vehicles are advertised as work horses and machines that are made to tow. So why can't they stop as well. Also after having aftermarket part installed and a few hundred miles later, still no brake dust, mileage has increased by almost 4mpg and it rolls freely when in neutral.

My 2013 Dodge 1500 5.7 Hemi has a bad head and has been in the shop for 10 days. Took a week for them to figure out what was wrong. Now I was told that the head is on back order and it my take another 3-4 days before I get my truck back. I ask for a loaner truck so I could pull my boat and they said they could not help me. This would have been a real problem if I was out of town and could not have been able to pull my boat home. I think I will be trading this truck off as soon as I get it back. Poor service at the dealer in the way they handle this problem. I feel they could have put a new motor in my truck by now and here is set without a truck. No more Chrysler products for me.

My 2003 Dodge Ram pickup, with a 5.9 magnum engine and a 4x4 fixed differential, was rebuilt. Fourteen months later, it breaks down again. Fifteen months later, it can’t be rebuilt.
