The distinct appearance was one that was modern and stylish with high tech. features. Sleek and attractive vehicles and I especially liked the black ones. The upgrade options were unbelievable! Super stylish high-tech upgrades to the interior and exterior of the vehicles as well as paint jobs. Sirius satellite radio and power windows and locks. The passenger capacity was ample enough for the whole family. You can easily fit five or six people comfortably even on long road trips to your favorite destinations.

MY CUE screen suffer from a known problem in some of the SRX and other models. Brought the car under warranty still to the dealer who recognize that the screen is freeze (not working) in the lower center part of the screen and they said it might take 3 weeks to get the part... it's 2 month later without any answers and specific date for the part to show up?! I contact GM customer service and end up with nothing but same words and promises like the dealer. I'm driving without navigation for 2 month already and who knows how long until this part will show up. My car is 2013 SRX with 50k mileage (been at the dealer before the warranty expire for that issue). I'm in the point where I'm looking for a new car as I usually does every 3 years and if for a minute I was considering Cadillac then after that hell NO. There is no way I buy Cadillac or GM to find out that they have NO PARTS for something they knew for awhile now. Very disappointment and even considering to sue.

Bought my XT5 in December of 2020. It has been the worst thing I could have done. I traded my Lexus and I am so disappointed in Cadillac. I took it in 3 times for them to try and fix, Parking Brake, All wheel drive system, StabiliTrak, steering assist. My dash was lit up like a Christmas tree only to find out after 3 times there was a corroded wiring harness and then a bad camera. After all of that, I had a flood under my gas pedal that soaked over to the passenger side too, so I took it in a fourth time. This vehicle stalled on me driving south bound Interstate 75. I have called Cadillac customer service 3 times to report this safety issue and they have not bothered to call me back. Shame on Cadillac on the lack of response to a serious safety concern! Really regret trading my Lexus. Don't buy Cadillac!!!! They clearly do not care about safety concerns.

Cadillac DHS 2003 - Just read a comment by an owner of a 2003 Cadillac and I wanted to respond with "What are you doing with my car?" I have had to replace the transmission, rack & pinion, numerous window regulators, A/C compressor etc and now the intake manifold gasket. One would think that after building cars for a hundred years, and the humiliation of putting (the once revered) Cadillac name on the Cimarron, that taking some pride in engineering components shouldn't be asking too much.

Cadillac Escalade trucks, three different versions of the Cadillac cars in town to sporty. Love that they are SUVs, cars, trucks, just a difference variety of quality vehicles. On sat, digital and WiFi, on star cruise control, anti-lock brake systems, back-up navigation, GPS, a rd and American quality that far extended and exceeds. Love the way it steers and the smooth driving experience. Can hold a lot of stuff... a trunk that could hold a elephant. It is a electrified experience and the make of it lets more people fit into her.

My 2015 CTS had the Que radio go out 6 months ago. It went out again 2 weeks ago. Today they (it was on back order) replaced the radio. To my dismay as I leave the dealership and start driving I notice the display went out again. I called the service advisor and he’s trying to tell me that something is interfering w/ the power of the car. He says it had to be my radar detector. What a bunch of crap. He also said bring it in but if the radio is out again they will not replace it. What kinda crap is that.

Purchased new car off showroom floor on Jan. 6th. Returned car to dealer on Jan. 9th. Dealer sent car to body shop for the following: Rear passenger door, passenger door, left front fender and bumper are all out of alignment. Comparing driver's side to passenger side, passenger side doors sag and gaps between trim and body lines clearly are misaligned. Cadillac quality control missed this or sent in on anyway. Customer service center declined to become involved past calling the dealership. Dealership isn't the problem, Cadillac quality is the problem. That new car smell will now be replaced with that body shop and paint and dust smell all for $52k. We have owned Mercedes for the last ten years and thought we would go American. Disappointed a company 1/3 owned by the tax payers take no responsibility for their product.

The CTS is a large car that handles adroitly, quietly and with some spunk, even if it "only" has a 2.0 Turbo. It does require Premium fuel, but I get ~ 22 mpg driving mostly around town and > 30 mpg on the highway. P.S. It also has pizzaz styling!!!
