Ford Motor Company is an American multinational automobile manufacturer headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan, United States. It was founded by Henry Ford and incorporated on June 16, 1903. The company sells automobiles and commercial vehicles under the Ford brand, and luxury cars under its Lincoln luxury brand. The company is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is controlled by the Ford family; they have minority ownership but the majority of the voting power.

Ford offers the 2021 F-150 with no fewer than six powertrains—including a hybrid for the first time—plus three cab configurations and both long and short bed lengths. Need something to impress the in-laws? Upscale models offer more than just a touch of luxury. Towing something heavy? We expect some of these half-ton trucks will boast a maximum towing capacity of up to 14,000 pounds. An off-road-focused Tremor model is available as well and don't forget the bad-boy F-150 Raptor (reviewed separately), Ford's performance powerhouse.

I have a 2018 F-150 with a 3.0L diesel. I bought it new and it now has 15000 miles on it. In the past 7 months I have had an issue with it losing engine oil pressure. The dealership has put 2 new oil sensors in it and the problem still exists. I have taken it back in to have the issue resolved. Ford Motor told the dealership that it's an oil pump issue. That was a week and a half ago. I left the truck and Ford was suppose to overnight a new oil pump. The part took a week to get to the dealer, and then it was the wrong part! So I'm still waiting with no end in sight. Ford only cares about selling vehicles. Customer care is not important them.

We own a 2016 Ford eco boost F150 truck. At 20000 miles it had a catastrophic engine failure. The spark plug went into the piston which went into the head and destroyed it. We had it repaired at a Ford garage and after 3 weeks picked it up and on the way home from Alabama to Pennsylvania it failed on the interstate with major engine failure. At the time we were towing a trailer and used road side assist. We paid out of our pocket because they said we had to and have yet to be reimbursed even though they say we are approved and should never have had to pay ourselves. The truck had been repaired with zip ties and they did not hold and the fuel rail let fuel go over where and 6 heads needed replaced. We were told it was lucky we didn’t have a fire. We are asking for a buy back but we can’t get a response and none of our expenses have been paid. We were traveling and had hotel bills and rental vehicles as the parts for the first repair were not available. Disappointed in Ford.

I bought a Ford Fusion. Shortly after buying it and the extended warranty the heat on the driver's seat would not shut off and kept getting hotter and hotter to the point it burnt my leg! I still have a mark! I called the place I bought it from they told me to call Ford. I called Ford and they pretty much told me, "Oh well." They wouldn't help me with anything! Never again will I buy a Ford!!! So much for the extended warranty! Rip off! They're lucky I don't sue them!

We took our 98 Ford F150 to the dealer nearby to get this recall fixed. We told them to look at the gas tank because it is leaking. They replied back that we would have to pay 500 dollars to fix the gas tank because it's a fire hazard. When we asked why we had to pay for it when it was caused by the straps failing they lied and said that the straps haven't failed yet and they would be fixing them. I then told them that I record all of my calls and have pictures of the gas tank resting on the shield that doesn't come standard on the F150. That is the only reason the tank didn't hit the road and cause an accident. In the pics you can see that there are no straps left. I also have a video of gas leaking out when putting gas into the vehicle. So I have tons of proof you just lied to me. The service tech said he had to talk with his manager and they would call us back. The manager said they called Ford and they will not be fixing my gas tank. I don't believe this is right and will be filing a complaint with the NHTSA.

Well let's start off by saying you go to the dealer and you are interested in buying a new truck that you can plow with. So you get a price of $67,988 and you're like "Damn that's a lot of cash." Then you make sure it has all the options that are needed for your likings. Loaded out, Lariat plow package and all the goodies. So you break the bank and go thru with the purchase and get it home. Get the new Boss plow set up all done and go out for the first plow of the season in November and you get a clicking relay in the dash. Well come to find out after plowing for a little bit it seems to get worse. Then all of a sudden your radio and heater goes off for a few seconds. Then it does it again five more time. Then the whole dash and electrical system goes down for approx. 2 minutes. So the following day I start calling Ford and don't get anywhere other than take it to the dealer. So I do that and they tell me there is nothing wrong. So this has been going on since Nov 25th. Well I've had it at the dealer 5 times and then I find out that Ford is producing truck that states you have a plow prep package on them and you can't plow with them without getting a power spiking issue which causes the BCM to shut all the required electronics to shut down. So my bitch is how can Ford knowingly sell a truck as a plow truck and have all these problems. And after contacting Ford customer relations I'm not any farther than I was in November. Ford has known about this problem since the 2014 model and still will not take any responsibility for fixing these problems. My advice is to check out the options on the vehicle and make sure there isn't and hidden notices where something can't be used properly. This a safety recall if I have ever seen one.

My 2015 Ford Mustang is still under factory warranty. The paint on the hood start bubbling. The car will be on the body shop for 3 days so I called Ford because in my opinion they have to give a rental car and pay for that. Mr. Mario ** (Regional Customer Service Manager) called me today to let me know that they won't pay for the rental. My car is under warranty, is not my fault the paint failed!!! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT!!! I will have to be without a vehicle for 3 days. That situation will affect my job and personal responsibilities. I currently own 2 Ford vehicles, but I feel that means nothing to them. I let him know how I feel it but he didn't care about that. Maybe is time to change the brand. Bye Ford.

We purchased a Ford Focus in 2013. Shortly after purchasing this car we started having transmission issues, had the clutch replaced and several other things done. We had to have the pcm/tcm reprogrammed a few times and have had a new one installed. Waiting on seals to be replaced. For the 3 years we have owned this car we have made numerous complaints to Ford and even called the corporate office for help, which does not come. We are unable to trade the car into anyone as it will not be paid off because of the transmission trouble. I just drove it for the first time since we have had the TCM replaced and I have to say this car is dangerous!Something needs to be done about this before I or my husband is killed because the car will not move. Stuttering or shuddering or whatever Ford calls it is wrong! We have been told that at least 35,000 customers are waiting for the same part!!! What is Ford going to do? This is by far the worst car we have ever owned!!! Ford needs to man up and take these cars back or pay them off so new cars can be purchased.

2012 3.5 ltr Ecoboost. Shame on Ford. I purchased a used one owner 2012 with 90k miles on it. Got to use it for about 15k more miles and then it had the same problem so many others have. Timing chain issues. Quotes from 2500 to 3500 to repair. Very poor design for many year models. Ford should be ashamed for not taking care of such a major problem. I had to eat some major negative equity on a trade to be free of this problem. The days of holding your head high for being a Ford owner are long gone. Shame on you, Bill Ford.

My 2019 F150 4X4 Supercrew has 1200 miles on it and was purchased July 1, 2018. The driver's side door makes a loud cracking noise when opened or closed. It started out of nowhere approx 2 days ago. I’ve only driven it about 15 times. I took it to the dealer, Pompano Ford, and 2 service techs and a body shop tech looked at. The 2 service techs said it might need to be lubricated, but the body shop tech said the black hinge was faulty and needed to be replaced. It’s difficult to tell if the noise is coming from the part of the hinge that’s connected to the door, or the part that is connected to the body. He said the door has to be taken off to replace it. I asked him if the door would be put back on the way it was new, he stated he couldn’t guarantee it would be exact, but may be slightly off after the repair. They did not have the part, but would contact me when the part arrived.

2011 Ford Fiesta - Waiting for third clutch assembly parts. Car shuttering, lunging and failing to accelerate. No longer feel safe in this car. Ford refuses to give me loaner car to drive while waiting the eight to ten weeks for back ordered parts. Have had the problem since I purchased the car and still nothing to fix it. Have had several computer updates and one replacement on the TCM. Why can't the manufacturer make it right for their customers? I will be looking for another manufacturer for my next automobile purchase.
