I have owned and driven Buicks most of my life (77 years old), I have had more problems with my present car, 2008 Buick Lucerne, than all of my other Buicks combined. I had problems with lane departure system twice, door lock twice, recall and disconnection of heated washer system, door handle came loose and almost lost it, rear window won't operate, lane departure system started working once in a while and then stopped working at all. I have always believed in buying American, but I don't think I can buy another Buick. I bought this car at Everett Buick GMC in Bryant, AR. The VIN # is **.

They have an awesome selection of vehicles to meet everyone needs and wants! My favorite is the Buick Regal because it has great gas mileage and it is a great vehicle. It also has comfortable seating and lots of room for any passenger driver. It has an awesome exterior model and shine and the interior is a great leather with a great dash and awesome steering wheel. There is also the Buick Englave, it is not really personalization type of car but it has suited my needs and wants for a car. I am completely satisfied.

The Buick Rendevous is very dependable, durable, and comfortable for long car journeys. The car is very roomy with lots of space to not feel claustrophobic. In addition there are plenty of seats, vents for air, and windows to individually control. All the electronics work and function for my needs with nothing I don't know how to use. However, I'm not a huge fan of the blind spots in the car as I'm sure design wise could have been avoided a bit more. I also wish that the car would have more cup holders in it. I believe there are only 2 for a car that is able to seat up to 5. Lastly, I wish my model had a truck door that could open and close on its own so putting bags and groceries in the car would be easier. Other than that, I like the size of the car being bigger to be able to carry lots of things and match equal in size to other cars on the road. I liked the fact that for a bigger SUV, this car gets great gas mileage as I drive long distances often.

There are many different varieties that Buick offers. The features that this brand brings is absolutely outstanding. The blind spot is a very good help to me. I could not believe how well the features are still working as if I had just bought the car from the dealership this day. This brand's passenger capacity is tremendous. I truly recommend it towards anyone who loves a nice comfortable, smooth car and for parents who have kids because it is very well with space. There is also enough space for fitting a lot of things in the car.

2014 Buick Verano NEW purchase MAJOR issues owned 11 weeks. Purchased NOV. 2014. Front end has a WOBBLE at 12-15 mph that shakes the steering wheel in my hand. Taken in 5 time for this issue. WAS TOLD is a CHARACTERISTIC of the NEW car. The TRANSMISSION was deemed to have an internal leak and the INPUT OUTPUT SENSOR needed to be replace, still has WOBBLE, have a claim with GM. Dealer that sold it to me will not help me. GM will not replace the vehicle with another nor take this one back. Driver seat squeaked horrible, took in 5 times for them to repair, left car seat in disrepair. Heater in driver leather seat was all busted - had to replace. Heated seats not working, took back again for repair 2 times. Heated steering wheel not working, took back again for repair. A/C unit inconsistent temperature, blowing hot on one side ice cold the other, both set at same temp!! Would not fix, stated was not reproducible. Blower motor VERY loud with or without A/C unit operating, taking back again today!!!

I purchased a 2015 Encore in 2016. I took it in for regular service at the dealer from which I purchased the car. Didn't have any problems with it until this year. We were taking a cross country trip to Albuquerque. On 6/23, we were about an hour out of Albuquerque when there was suddenly a loud noise coming from the engine. I immediately took it off cruise control and the noise stopped. I reengaged cruise control and the noise started again. So I disengaged cruise and every time I tried to accelerate, that noise started again. I took the car to the dealer the next day, and was told that the turbocharger was gone. Then the bad news got worse. They told me there were no spare turbochargers in the country. They put it on national backorder and couldn't tell me when one would be available.After nearly a week, the dealer told me that they had made arrangements for a one-way rental which I would have to turn in when I got back home. They also told me that I could then rent another car until mine got fixed, and then they would ship it to me here in Maryland. They also told me I could submit the rental car bill to GM and MAYBE they would pay it. I decided to buy a new car instead, primarily because I had no idea how long I would be driving a rental car and there was no guarantee that GM would pay the bill. Now my brand new 2019 Encore is in the shop with a broken charge air plate. No idea how long it will take to get the part. Meanwhile I'm in another rental. What happened to quality control??

The Regal is a great car. It is good on gas 22 mpg and has great acceleration for a 2 cyl car. It has plenty of room for the front seats. The ride is very comfortable, has a large trunk area, good vision all around.

My car ran fine from 2016-2019 - I barely drove it. It had 40,000 miles on it after 3 years and since I take the train to work and the car was inexpensive and seemed to run well, I figured why not take over the lease. As soon as I did, the turbo boost failed. So I brought it to the dealership and they fixed it. When I got it back, the ENGINE EXPLODED. After having it towed to the dealership, they told me that it was irreparable. When I asked Buick for help, they said that there was sludge in the engine which must mean I never changed the oil, which is patent nonsense – how would I pass inspection three years in a row with an unmaintained vehicle? Not to mention I had my service station pull receipts from as many oil changes they could find (7) and sent those as proof but they replied "those were written in pencil and so are not valid." That is nonsense. But even still, I dug deeper and found another receipt, an original carbon copy on the yellow paper, typed out. They just ignored that, as they also ignored the OnStar system report showing a robust maintenance history with oil changes at about every 5000 miles. No matter. They closed the case. I still owe $15,000 to GM Financing. Why do they think I'm going to pay it? I will get justice and have my credit repaired despite their evil tampering. And I will sue for damages too. And I've started a Facebook Group for other people who have had problems with (what I've come to learn) their notoriously awful, neglectful, careless, thoughtless, ignorant, unjust, and bullying "customer service." This company should be gutted and replaced with a newer generation of younger executives who understand today's customer as well as the power of social media.**
