4 Great Features of the Audi SQ8
Posted On: July 16, 2022
Audi is inarguably among the most recognized vehicles of the 21st century, especially as far as reliability is concerned. Apart from their unique appeal, luxurious comfort, tech integration, and eye-striking appeal, Audi’s renowned for offering impeccable performance on the road that most other vehicle brands would only dream of. Plus, their safety ratings are superior, and their fleet includes many different vehicle styles, from sedans to convertibles, coupes, all-road wagons, and SUVs. And for anyone approaching the automotive market for a sleek and dependable SUV, Audi SQ8’s features might be compelling enough to make you choose it. The Audi SQ8  Launched in June 2019, and an improved version of the Q8, the SQ8 is a coupe-style SUV that combines superb performance on the road with a super-attractive appeal. Boasting to provide most if not all the benefits of owning an SUV, the SQ8 is said to give the likes of the X6 BMW and Porsche Cayenne a run for their money. It is currently available in four generations: 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022; with a 2023 model very much on its way. The lavish model is equipped with multiple impressive features, which perhaps explains why the German automotive brand’s beast has a price tag some thousands of bucks higher than the average SUV price in places like the US. Awesome Features of Audi SQ8 1. Outstanding Horsepower and Torque:  Equipped with a V8 turbocharged petrol engine, perhaps the most striking features of the SQ8 are its solid power and great performance on the road. Its 500 horsepower, 568 pound-per-feet of torque, and the sweet rumbling noise of the engine once you strike the ignition button is something many drivers find thrilling enough to brag about. 2. Superior Comfort and Luxurious Interior:  Besides the immense power, the SQ8 is designed to offer superior comfort, you can drive through rough roads and bumps at speed without worrying about unending aches after your commute. Together with the well-padded leather upholstered seats, the adaptive air suspension feature is expertly designed to ensure just this. From the 2021 model and above, this spacious beast also boasts features like heated and ventilated (front and rear) seats, a heated steering wheel, and a premium stereo to keep your commute comfortable and enjoyable. The interior is simply elegant. 3. Robust Tech Integration:  In addition to its 360-degree camera system, Audi’s SQ8 comes with a ton load of other tech-advanced features, most of them located in the vehicle’s cabin. Some of these include a voice control system, smartphone-compatible infotainment system, and the adaptive cruise control feature that lets you better control braking and acceleration. 4. How the SQ8 Differs from the SQ7  The Audi SQ8’s design draws inspiration from its earlier predecessor, the SQ7. The two SUVs share many similarities, including fuel capacity, engine type, fuel economy, and drivetrain type. But as anyone would expect, there are a few striking differences between the two models. For instance, while its SQ7 sibling boasts more seating capacity (7-seater: 3 rows), the 2022 Audi SQ8 is a 5-seater SUV with only two rows. Some of its cargo space is compromised by a sloping roofline that gives it a sportier look compared to the SQ7. The total length and width vary slightly between the two, with the SQ8 being slightly smaller in both dimensions. Audi’s SQ8 also has slightly larger wheels, a bigger steering turning diameter, and a compact spare tire. Finally, SQ8 is a bit pricier than most if not all of its predecessors. As much as the automotive industry is gradually taking a shift towards electric and hybrid electric vehicles, one thing remains true. It will take a considerable number of years (or decades) before the entire world goes purely electric. Before then, a powerful, classy, and sporty combustion engine SUV can make your life easier, more convenient, and much better. The above are just some of the many reasons you may want to get the Audi SQ8 if you’re in the market for a new (or used) SUV.

They have a lot of model for every people and what they needs. Im so glad with the service and personnel. The car is so beautiful, and cheap for what its come. It has great balance between cost and accurate. For the new are good, and the color is very wow. The black one is very good. We used the cars for my children, my wife and me, but we are very comfortable. Its a great space for everyone. Id recommend Audi for all my friends.

Audi makes great vehicles that are fun to drive. Audi Financial Services is destroying that brand with Wells Fargo-like customer service. Audi Financial Services has wrongfully repossessed my vehicle and inflicted emotional pain on my family. We have kept our word and done everything we promised including making monthly payments and keeping up insurance and taxes and registrations. We have leased and then purchased two luxury vehicles from Audi. We previously leased an Audi A6 and then purchased that vehicle at the end of the lease by signing paperwork and simply continuing to make payments until it was paid in full and transferred to us. At the end of our lease for our new Audi Q5 we received a letter and email informing us of the option to purchase the vehicle. We called Audi Financial Services in February of 2016 and the sales person outlined the terms of the buyout. After we agreed upon that he described an option to add an extended warranty for $50 extra. I agreed to this. When I received the paperwork the next week the terms of the financing were exactly as agreed in the call, but the price for the warranty was $170/month. I tried to call Audi Financial services but was left on hold for stretches of 20 minutes or more. I took the action to simply mark out the additional extended warranty, which was a separate item, and signed the document agreeing to the finance payment for three years.I returned that document to them and began making my normal monthly payments, most of them higher than the required amount as I was paying down the purchase price. I made them without interruption for 16 months. I never heard from Audi. I never received an email, phone call or letter. Occasionally I would receive service options from the dealership, but no other communication. On July 21st, 2017 while I was in San Diego on business (at Comic Con), our car was taken in the middle of the night from our 3 and a half acre property. Damage was done to the driveway in the process. My wife and children were asleep only feet away from armed repo men. The next day my wife called me in a panic, saying that we had been robbed. I had her call the police. She went to our neighbors asking if they had seen or heard anything and put the entire neighborhood on alert for thieves. When the deputy sheriff came he said that it appeared to be consistent with repossession. This was the first point that we even thought to try again to talk to Audi. The sheriff noted that normally they would be notified that this action might take place and the owner of the vehicle would also have some notice so as not to be surprised and potentially end in shootings. When I started calling from San Diego I was placed on hold multiple times for an hour each time. When I was finally able to speak to people at Audi Financial Services they seemed confused, noting that they did have my phone, email and address and saw my payments in the system. I was placed on hold three times while they tried to sort out the confusion on their end. One representative noted that the only reason for repossession was either non-payment of insurance or non-payment of the monthly payment. I assured her neither was the case. After several hours I reached someone named Jasmine, who would not give her last name, who gave me the name of the repossession company who had taken the car. She said that the car had been “out for repossession for many months”. I asked why I had never been notified. She had no answer. The loyalty of fans I see at Comic Con should never be lavished on a company like Audi. Loathsome human beings.

Audi offer sports cars, they are very nice and comfortable. Has a clean and very nice look. Audi probably makes the best look for a car thats why it makes me so happy. Basically on all Audis, they have real nice spoilers. Usually they are low level ones and they make the car in general look very good, the engine as well. Most Audis carry 2 passengers, but the Audi I drive thankfully has 4 seats, so Im not affected by this. Most people are though. Sadly, I have close friends that have a 2 seat Audi. However, the workers were very cool. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car or a car from Audi.

I bought my 2016 Audi Q5 in air day weekend of 2016 and Ive had 3 separate issues and now 3 recalls in the car within a matter of 9 months. 30 days in my sunroof started to rattle so bad it sounded like the glass was going to fall out. Take it to have it fixed and issues with getting a courtesy vehicle. I got a small A3 which is not comparable to a Q5... Just pointing out the obvious! Also they werent very thrilled about giving me a car even though that was used a sales tactic because that was one of the things I liked about their service and having a luxury SUV! They had to take out the sunroof and put something around the whole thing so it doesnt rattle. Issue was fixed and hasnt come back.Came back in probably 2 months after that when other random rattle sounds started to pop up. One in the back trunk area and one by the dash. Again did not want to give me a courtesy vehicle and again I had to insist. Im a mother of a small child, that time is precious to me and Im not sitting in a dealership with a small kid, no thanks! Trunk issues resolved, front they couldnt figure out and I hear from time to time. Now the final one is my window makes a high pitch screeching sound when I roll it down. Seems to happen in hotter weather. This is getting looked at this week and the 2 out of 3 recalls! This car has been plagued with problems and not the safe luxury SUV I spent $50,000 on to keep me and my daughter safe! Im so disappointed and disgusted with Audi and how Ive been treated. This is not the service or car I expected from them at all!! I called Audi America today and was told they couldnt buy my car back because it had recalls! Really? Why do you think I want to see it back to you, Audi??? Im not safe in this malfunctioning car you sold me!!! And now you dont want it back? SHOCKER! As for the dealership, they can care less and are so rude it blows my mind! Huge mistake buying an Audi! Shouldve stuck with Infiniti!

I have purchased an Audi A6 2.7TDI in May 2010. The details of vehicle are as follows: Vehicle Type : AUDI A6 2.7 Tdi. Makers Name : Audi India. Fuel used : DieselThe vehicle is giving trouble continuously since the same was purchased in 2010. We furnish below the list of some of the major defects we noticed. The vehicle was sent for repairs to Hyderabad. 1. Water leakage problem occurred in September 2010, and the water pump was replaced with a new one. 2. The belt of the alternator was found to be broken. 3. Steering jam problem. 4. Brake problem was noticed after repairs en route; for example, Hyderabad to Nagpur. 5. Front wind shield cracked and replaced in October 2011. 6. Servicing and minor repairs in June 2012 at Nagpur workstation. 7. Fuel line problem occurred immediately after servicing at Nagpur workstation.8. During the past, the vehicle was stranded en route twice in the span of 2 years.First of all, in September 2010, we found some defects. The same was communicated to Audi India for the defects in the vehicle were water leakage, defective alternator, and defective steering jam. The vehicle was sent to Olympus Motors Private Limited, Hyderabad for repairs. While communicating the defect to you, I had already notified to please note I cannot pull on with such problems often & often in a new vehicle with only 7000 km of run. I am very much disturbed with problems like this, and as such, request you to kindly take back the vehicle, which is running with all these manufacturing defects. The vehicle was sent to Hyderabad for repairs for four times, but the problems in the vehicle continued. In addition to the above, some brake system failures were generated en route from Hyderabad to Nagpur, which was again repaired by Audi technicians, who came all the way from Hyderabad to Nagpur for these repairs. In October 2011, a crack was noticed at the left corner of the front windshield which gradually developed and was then replaced with a new front windshield by your Hyderabad-based workstation. However, every time, the vehicle needs to be sent to Hyderabad and received back at Nagpur in a closed van. The cost of transportation of Rs. 80,000 was incurred by us for replacing front windshield glass worth Rs. 40,000.The vehicle was continuously giving us trouble and was required to be sent to Hyderabad for repairs 4 times, but the list of the problems continue to be growing even today, though the same was sent for regular servicing and timely repairs at your authorized service stations. The vehicle continued to be out of order for some or the other reason. This vehicle was sent for servicing at your Nagpur-based workstation for servicing in the end of June 2012. Some or the other small manufacturing defects lead me to rethink about my decision of purchasing the vehicle and more particularly Audi-made vehicles. The manufacturing defects crop up every time and lead to dissatisfaction. After servicing the vehicle, some problem of fuel pump choke-up cropped up; and the vehicle was detained for about 20 days at the Nagpur workstation for getting certain spares. The net effect was that the vehicle remained idle for no fault of us, even if the same was sent for servicing on time. The vehicle is again sent for repairs on 21.07.2012, since the diesel leakage problem was noticed in the vehicle. It appears that the diesel tank was improperly fitted or alignment must have been disturbed. It is noted that the vehicle traveled for 30,431 km till date and remained with continuous problems with such a short run. I am very much perturbed and dissatisfied by the everyday problems in the vehicle. I therefore request you to kindly take back the vehicle. It is regretted to state that I am sorry to continue to own this vehicle any more, and therefore, Im inclined to request you to kindly take back the vehicle and refund us the cost I had already paid along with interest thereon at 18% per annum.

I purchased an Audi used with 21,000 kms. Since owning it, I had some major stuttering during acceleration. The technicians had it in the shop no less than 5 times replacing parts or cleaning injectors. Just before warranty ran out, I asked if I had their commitment to repair this known problem before the warranty ran out - I had this in writing. Sure enough, even though I was promised a fifth time that it was repaired, the same issue occurred. Since this was after warranty the dealer had to use good will, but after a few attempts gave up and pretty much left me to deal with Audi Canada directly. Audi Canada suggest it was the wiring harness or computer that could have been making the issue and offered to pay 50% of the total cost. Even though this should have been covered under warranty in the first place, they would not budge and gave me an ultimatum that if I didnt accept the offer, they would retract it. Even worse, after agreeing, I asked if this would be a guaranteed fix. They said, No guarantee and no refund if this did not fix the issue. So, less for me. I will NEVER buy an Audi again. I love the look and feeling of the drive, but the customer service was absolutely brutal. Never have I been treated so poorly for such a top price item. I was basically speaking to a brick wall when dealing with Audi Canada. The dealer was great but had to abide by Audi Canada. Seriously, think twice before you buy an Audi!

Before taking possession I told the salesman (not mine-he was not in the day of pick up) that the interior wood was wrong. I had proof that a change order had gone through but was told I had to take the vehicle which I had been quite excited about. The Manager was also out so I contacted the dealership the next day. To no avail. I got in touch with Audi in Michigan where they have a special unit Called Flagship since my car the A8L is considered Audis Flagship vehicle. I sent them all the information including a copy of the verified change order. I wanted them to change the wood or vehicle. I got nothing and what should have been an exciting purchase and experience has caused me to regret going Audi.

The A3 model comes with many included features that a lot of other makes are considered options. The driving experience is premium with total driver happiness. Some upgrades available on the website but were somewhat limited because of the many included features as standard equipment. A truly upscale car for the price. Seating for five passengers is the standard for this sedan. Although back seat seats five adults are more comfortable with two adults and perhaps one child.

Selection that covers every stage of life - young, sporty... safe and practical. Easy to park, full of technical equipment that make life interesting, automatic parking lights, etc. Beautiful selection of colors that make your choice stand out from the crowd... Beautiful choice of leather seats in pale cream which you can travel a great distance in without backache. Ability to adjust seating exactly to your needs and carpets which matched interior. Stereo system to make your journey go quickly which was easy to control. Navigation system which was easy to use, breaking system great in snow and Bluetooth phone. 4 passengers can fit in the car although the seating at the back was tight for anybody over 6 foot. The car was easy to steer when full and the boot had enough room for shopping and yoga mat.

Ive been purchasing Audi vehicles for the last fifteen years; primarily A6 Supercharged vehicles. Last March, I traded-in my 2016 A6 Prestige Supercharged for the 2021 A6 Prestige 55. From day one there have been issues. There has been nonstop rattling from the dash. The trunk opens without touching the button on the remote or truck latch door. Other times, when pressing the button on the trunk handle, the trunk wont open at all. I would have to take the key fob out of my pocket and press the button in order for the trunk door to open. That defeats the purpose of having the trunk door button on the trunk. This is another flaw of all 2019 and newer models. Numerous times when closing the trunk, we walk away and the trunk opens again without us touching anything!Same with the doors. Numerous times, we are unable to open the doors by placing our hand behind the door handle when the key fob is in our pocket. We have to take the key fob out of our pocket for the door handle to work. The dash rattle has been addressed numerous times, but never fixed. Its a horrible design flaw. No matter what the dealership attempts, it wont fix the poor design flaw. The bottom screen went out three times since purchasing the vehicle. The first time within two weeks of the purchase. Stay away from Audi vehicles from 2019 to current. Too many design flaws.

I really liked this car until something bad happened. One of the nice features of the Q7, or most any other high end SUV is the ground radar which helps you park and warns you of objects in the road. This is especially important in a large SUV where you have limited visibility. But this feature did not work on my new 2017 Audi Q7. While parking, I ran over an object that sliced open the oil pan. It looked like someone had taken a knife to a cheap aluminum beer can. I thought how could an SUV have such a cheaply made oil pan? I know one doesnt take a Q7 off-roading every day, but youd think you could do it every once in a while, no?Then more bad news when the Audi shop told me that I had to also replace the oil pump. I was stunned by this as the oil pump is up high and wasnt touched at all in this incident. I have asked and still do not have an adequate response from anyone at Audi. Does one have to replace the oil pump anytime the pan is removed?Next problem was that as I had no idea the oil pan was sliced open, I drove less than a mile back home without any oil in the engine. At first there was the typical light on the dashboard indicating that I should replace the oil. I thought that was strange with a new car but I was almost home so I continued. Then just when I was turning the last corner a larger warning came on to say that I should shut the car off as it was out of oil. Which I did seconds later. But now I am concerned that the motor is damaged and the warranty violated.Anyhow, now I have to pay a couple thousand bucks to get my new Q7 back on the road, not to mention my concern over the health of the engine in the future. I think I should junk the car, but I paid an awful lot of money for it. This whole thing is partially my fault for running over the object, but I really think that Audi oversold the intelligence and robustness of their new Q7.

Purchased a brand new 2013 Audi Q7 last April. Waited close to a month for the vehicle. Problems started since day one. The same day, the vehicle was picked up. Within 15 minute driving, the check engine light came on. Brought it back to the dealer and diagnosed to be a bad intake manifold. The vehicle was in the shop for a week. A month down the line, one day the sunshade for the panoramic roof fell off the rail completely. Brought the vehicle back to the dealer and get it fix. In June of this year, the Sunshade fell off the rail again, brought it back to the dealer, waited a week for the repair. Literately a week after the vehicle was picked up, the rail came back again, the car was in the dealer for another week. Now the problem come back again. The car is a little over 1 year old, barely driven with only 6000 miles. Went to the dealer to complaint about the issue and see how they and AUDI will address the issue. The response I got was: this does not affect the drivability or the safety operation of the vehicle. I could always bring it back to the dealer and get it fix. I am extremely disappointed in the brand and its customer service focus philosophy. Especially as a luxury car dealer and manufacture, this is definitely not the way to address the issue. 60K investment and what I get in return is constantly going back to the dealer for the same issue. Even with me addressing the issue, their response is tell me to keep going back. I dont have the time for all this, definitely not a good ownership experience. I am very disappoint in the brand and the experience. Stay away from AUDI!!!

I have an Audi TT Quattro. I have had problems with the instrument cluster for a while. Finally, the center window went out or shall I say, the words are broken and you cannot read them. It was off and on for a while then it went out. I had my Audi in for service. I asked the dealer and I was told there was a recall on that problem. As I search, there are many people having the same problem. My problem is that the recall is over. I didnt get a recall notice. Is there anything I can do to get the instrument cluster repaired? So far, this is the second Audi I owned and the A6 seems to be fine. Please help me.

I leased an Audi A6 and just from the first day the car trembles heavily when I turned it on, and also at low speed it accelerates erratically, took it to the dealer at North Miami and they check the car and states that the car perform like similar vehicles of his class. My second complaint is that braking in high speed is poorly responsive and apparently the brakes are also fine. At end of lease- told residual is approx 12K- you would think thats what you could buy it for? Not close- have to go thru their dealer and they tack on over 1k in fees and Audi adds another 300 or so - in theory no termination fee If you buy it but they call it something else- Want to sell it directly to someone else?- Dont even think its going to happen then they charge what they call fmv- in my case 21k. Bottom line audi finance is a rip off - they tell you when you buy it that residual price is what you pay———NOT.

I brought a new Audi A4 in 2013 and it has less than 50K miles on it as of today. Last year in June, the car doesnt accelerate and starts shaking while moving. I had to get it towed to the service shop where and after 3-4 days of tests, they informed me that they would need to fix the engine which would cost anywhere from 5-8K. Given that it was out of warranty, they expected me to bear the costs. It was ridiculous to even think that a premium car like Audi runs into such issues with less than 40K miles (at that time) and that they talk about warranty. It was really shameful and after several calls and discussions, they fixed the issue. However the fear of recurrence has always stayed and I have not been confident to take it for any long drives. And I got it serviced 3-4 months ago (450$ bill) and was praying that it continues to work fine. And again yesterday the car wouldnt start. The EPC lights turn on and again I had to get the car towed to the servicing shop. They now inform me that I should first get the starter plug replaced (845$ - parts and labor) so they can diagnose further as to why the EPC light is on. I dont know what else they are going to come up with tomorrow and the mere thought scares me. So much for a premium car. The car wouldnt even last 50K miles without an issue though I have been getting it serviced on time with Audi service center only. What are my options to pursue further with the Audi care team?

I have been trying to purchase 2017 Audi A3 from Audi of Smithtown since March 2020 when my lease expired. Long story short.. Salesman Brandon N, manager Matt T and a man named Maurice (he is either the owner or the general manager..he calls himself both) have done nothing but give me excuses. They blame Covid...they blame me...its everyones fault except theirs. Audi Finance is no help either. Their answer is the dealers are a separate entity. I mailed a payoff check and completed paperwork last week...the check has not been cashed. Audi Finance does not return my calls. NO ONE IS TRYING TO HELP ME COMPLETE THIS DEAL. It seems like it is a conspiracy to force me into a repossession. Someone needs to investigate this dealer and Audi Finance. They both use questionable tactics.

The variety of its models and colors are elegant, contemporary, visually beautiful and versatile. It also has many advances in technology, ergonomic and safer. It stays at the forefront and allows me to update my equipment and accessories whenever I can with different options to meet my needs. Also, the passenger capacity is excellent. There is no discomfort and space is enough for both passengers and luggage. Everyone has their space to move and be comfortable.

We bought Audi Q5 2015 last year and we noticed as we turn on the AC a very strong bad smell comes out at the AC. First maintenance was done last June and they check it out with no resolution? But after weeks it came back again. We took it back and its been 3 weeks at Audi service. Hoping that they fixed the problem. My wife is not comfortable to turn the AC on because of the moldy smell. Anyone experienced with the same problem? U.S car products had corrected this problem with R134 by adding enhancement to dry out moisture build in to the condenser/air conditioning.

The Audi A4 2014 rarely has any problems and has spacious interior with luxurious feel to it. The style is classic that can stand the test of time. It stands out from the other cars because it is one of the kind design, there is no mistake it has its own style. I am happy with it because it meets my need and want. I enjoy the smooth ride it provides and my passenger gets a special treat from riding in this car. Although the upgrade and personalization can be pricey, but what is the point of driving a car if you dont experience the special unique that is offered by the car? It is worth the money.

Audi Financial Services is the weakest link in your organization, and needs fixing. First, I explored purchasing my Audi A8L at the end of my lease. The forms were to be mailed to me, but I never received them. Second, I then explored selling the car to CarMax, and received a purchase quote of $54,022 on September 29, good through October 6.Third, on October 1, I asked Audi about a 1-month lease extension, gave my credit card information, but when told of the amount ($2,164.42), I canceled the request at once. Your agent didn’t cancel as I asked. I’m now disputing that amount on my credit card. Fourth, when I tried to sell the car to Carmax on October 5, Audi sent another purchase quote — adding more than $4,270. I refused this exorbitant second quote, as I was within the time parameters of the first quote. After five hours of conversations with Audi agents in three states, Audi agreed to stand by the original purchase quote. During those five hours, however, I was often faced with “waiting for the next available agent” up to 20 minutes, voicemails, and agents who could not make decisions and passed me off to others. I needed one agent who could respond quickly and make a prompt decision. This litany of poor customer service is abysmal and unworthy of Audi.

Audi demands respect, commands the road, close second to none. I personally drove a 2004 special edition TT and I can honestly say by far, this little speed demon is the most fun, exciting, smooth, reactive and never disappoints. Custom leather seats crafted to meet the high standards Audi always adheres to and often exceeds are a favorite for me. This vehicle is eye-catching with very unique and sexy lines. The interior is just as impressive, modern, sophisticated, clean and perfectly positioned to maintain maximum control of this power packed superior machine. It feels as though you’re in the cockpit of your very own rocket ship at a creamy soft leather seat. Youll turn more than a few heads as you glide effortlessly with speed, precision and power, hugging the road like you really mean it. This car fits you like a glove, and for that, youll want to give it all of your love.

As much as I would of loved to give Audi 5 stars it would be just as unethical and misleading as them and the experience I had with them was. •06/04/2019: My 2010 Audi A4 2.0T mechanical defective timing chain tensioner edition had been effected and damaged in which I paid out of pocket for earlier this year only to find out AFTER the repairs had been made by a less expensive shop that worked within my budget; that this would’ve of been covered by Audi, if they had done their due diligence and notified me but they didn’t. Dealerships aren’t first choice for many people when big major repairs take place especially one as silly and unbelievable as this. If I had been notified correctly back in December 2018 this could’ve all been avoided and properly/thoroughly addressed by Audi themselves within Audi itself but instead I had to take the cost effective and unaware consumer route due to Audi & Audi Nashua’s failure to notify me of this matter. •10/05/2019: Brought my vehicle in for the timing chain matter (that Audi was sued and settle on) amongst other things that had been effected post timing chain failure with hopes that this time Audi would rectify the situation now that the timing chain is going again less than 5 months later in which could of been properly addressed and fixed this time without the constraints of a budget for such a ludicrous repair especially so early in a cars life. However, Audi of Nashua refused to do so regardless of the 24 pages of service records dating back to purchase in 01/2018 with only 64k Miles that I had provided which were more than sufficient enough. Trevor the service rep even seemed impressed with the records. Instead of trying to remedy the matter, I get the diagnosis that I was clearly already well aware of but Audi Nashua wanted me to fix components on the vehicle FIRST out of my pocket that would of been repaired at no cost to me had they notified of this disaster problem to begin with 11 months ago. So now that audi is refusing to back their product like they should’ve my vehicle sat on their lot for days collecting dust and leaking oil from main seal instead of at least beginning the repairs like I had asked. •10/12/2019: Danielle the extremely unprofessional service whatever position at Audi, stated via text “to bring back the loaner or face a $75/day charge so that other customers may have access to the loaner while they wait for parts and repairs to come in.” Basically telling me to pickup my barely drivable Audi with just 100k on it so other customers can have transportation because apparently they are more important than me. So I did. No word back or anything about these parts they ordered either. Reached out to Audi USA and that rep on the phone was as clueless as can be and offered no help. I told Danielle I wasn’t paying for anything as the service team had done nothing except REITERATE everything I already knew, and let my car leak oil until it was nearly bone dry upon pick up. Basically made me feel that because my 2010 peasant Audi isn’t a 2019 I need to go pound sand as that problem is not theirs. •11/08/2019: Here we are less than 5 months later and guess what? Timing chain is going again. This time now that I know this would’ve and should’ve been covered correctly the first time, Audi of Nashua refused to do so regardless of the fact this Audi had been serviced there by previous owner and my 24 pages of service records I had provided that were more than sufficient. Now my car that should of been fixed correctly months ago is now parked lifeless and inoperable as Audi Nashua & Audi brand have completely left me high and dry all because of their own negligence. Now I have gotten the attorney general of NH involved to handle this consumer conflict with hopes that these people will finally rectify the mess that could of and should been avoided.

Audi have many models to choose from, but they always get you with the extras. Got the car I wanted, but paid more than expected. Its sleek and stylish. I always feel classy and respected when driving my Audi, whether its for travel, commute or simple pleasure. I feel comfortable and safe. Four people can fit easily in the spacious interior. Theres plenty of head and leg space. No one ever feels cramped in my Audi. They also have a lot of options for personalization but once you start adding extras, they really add up. You have to pay for luxury I suppose. But I would have liked some features to have been standard.

Originally I had purchased my vehicle at Biener Audi. I purchased an S3 2017 Model. Brand New this vehicle came with approx. 70 miles on it. I found out that they transported it from Audi of Smithtown. I, then proceeded to take it to this location. One of my issues was the hood & the windshield. The hood is cracked (from a pebble most likely states a professional who I had examine it; they touched it up & didnt allow it to dry long enough so it came off.) Audi of Smithtown has no reglect of this happening. Another issue is inside of my vehicle, the main console buttons are sticky-like. After going back and forth with Audi of Smithtown, they agreed to take it off and look if its warranty or not. They will take it off as a courtesy. They state sticky substance is inside. They wont do anything for me. They ordered the part for me but are claiming I have to come out of MY pocket for $970 because they dont deem this as a warranty issue. Are you kidding me? This vehicle came in such horrible condition! My first Audi. To be exact my issues consisted of: Scratched up interior panels. Damaged hood/windshield from transportation. Abnormal creased seats from getting in and out from test drives. My fiancé & I clearly knew that this vehicle had been sitting on a lot for a LONG time. It was so dirty after they finished detailing it. Back bumper deep scratches. Console buttons sticking, rough. Scratched up alternator (cosmetic). Front bumper full of dings (black spots). Dings on headlights/scratched up.Im VERY unhappy and UNSATISFIED with BOTH Audi of Smithtown and Biener Audi. This was the WORST experience Ive ever had. Ive opened up a case with Audi of America (corporate) and theyve stated case has been escalated as high as possible. They wont do anything for me its up to the dealership to make it right. Please save yourself a headache. Dishonest dealerships terrible customer satisfaction. Bieners part: Some people involved were: Patrick ** (sales person). Service Manager (Stephen **). I leased an Audi A6 and turned it in one month early pull ahead lease for S5. Don’t get me wrong I love the actual car but the service has been a nightmare. Charging me so much money 5 months after I turned the car in. Trying to charge for excise tax that I paid but they applied to the actual car payments. In doing so when I did pull ahead deal instead of it looking like I had a car payment left it looked like I owed excise tax. After many calls and hours of my life I’ll never get back they acted like they figured it out. I made a pay off turn in settlement for the extra miles and thought it was over. Then I get a bill for excise tax in the mail. When I try to explain to the specific department they tell me they just received this bill from my city. I called the clerks office and they told me the excise tax for the A6 was sent in April 2018 and they are trying to make me pay it in April 2019. They lied over and over and after making the previous settlement and really still trying to collect excise tax I already paid them. Now I have to spend all kinds of time trying to get this dealt with, and no one will just make good on it. I was told BMW service is phenomenal... And I honestly wish I leased with someone else. Lesson learned... Never again.

I have never regretted anything more than my purchase of the 2019 Audi e-tron. The only upside is that I leased the thing and I am now anxiously counting down the next 33 months (2 more of which I likely wont even see the car), until I can get rid of it. We bought the car on December 30, 2019. I had the car a week and the entire back end lighting system failed. They had no idea what the issue was, so it took a few days to figure that out. Then, they had no replacement part, and no estimated time for when one would be received. Communication was awful and we had to beg for updates. Finally, my husband called Audi USA after multiple different stories from the service department, and told them if this is how this was going to be we wanted to get rid of the car. Magically, the light bar showed up to the body shop the next day! Had the car back two weeks, and someone rear ended me while sitting at a light. Not horrible damage, but not trivial either. Again, no freaking parts to fix the car, and no idea of when they might have any. Again, begging everyone for information and getting the run around. Another call to Audi USA and still no parts (they were able to find a few, but there are still several outstanding with no ETA). The car has been sitting at the body shop now since 2/13/20, and there is no end in sight. How, how do you sell a car and not have the appropriate parts to fix it??? No communication, no apologies for how awful the whole situation is. Basically, just a your out of luck attitude. Several people at my childs school have asked me about the car, and I have given them every awful detail, and have persuaded several to look for something, anything else!!!! So, I am now paying close to $1000 for an electric car that I cant drive and likely wont for a minimum of 3 months, and have the pleasure of driving a rental that I am filling with gas pretty much negating the point of the electric car. Thanks, Audi for literally the most awful service I have ever had the displeasure of paying for. Let me leave you with a wonderful piece of advice a college professor gave me in the event anyone from Audi reads this, Proper prior planning prevents poor performance.

I took my 2016 Red Audi A4 to Audi of South Atlanta in Union City Georgia on 12/12/2018 in the afternoon hours. I took it for the after coolant pump recall and to get a diagnostic as to why my reverse camera would intermittently work. I got there, dropped off the car, signed for my loaner car & acknowledged the 149$ diagnostic fee. Upon taking the trunk apart they came upon my wiring harness underneath the deck lid had been cut and taped back together possibly by a previous body shop that repaired the car after an accident back in 2016 when I got the car new. They were saying that over the course of two years and the wires being held back together by tape that they became loose. We then got State Farm involved and did a 3 way call with the dealership and they agreed to do another tear down at the cost of State Farm, as I had requested them not do any repair work as I would take it up with the previous body shop. But State Farm wanted to send an adjuster out to get an estimate of the damage. Hear nothing until 12-26-2018 When I got an email about the findings and if I wanted to do the repairs or not, and I did NOT respond to the email I instead asked Tim ** the service adviser why I was receiving the email and if it was just automated because the last communication I had during the 3 way call was that State Farm was paying for the repairs not me that I never wanted the work done if I was going to be responsible for the bill. He text me and said “Let me verify with State Farm that they are bringing a check by today or tomorrow”. 12-27-2018 I hear from Tim ** that State Farm is denying the repair and that the repair has already been completed because they sent him over the document containing the estimate he took that as approval for repairs is what he told me. I asked to see said document because I was not in any communication about the repair being done until after the fact. He texts on the same date how pissed he is because the State Farm claims adjuster would not allow him to speak to his supervisor and ask if I would call them the next day and allow a 3 way call with the supervisor of said claims agent “Carter”. Over the next business day when Tim ** realized that State Farm was not going to pay for repairs as they did not and have no right to do approve repairs to my car only I can approve said repairs and I NEVER approved ANY repairs!! So they start looking at me for the money, first telling me the cost of the repair telling me & the advisor at Audi of America that I need to pay it and go after my insurance company for reimbursement. Then when they realize I am not about to pay almost 2k for this repair they then tell me they could charge me the 725$ for the rental car which my agreement was for a “Loaner” car… A few days going back and forth with my local agent, this dealer, and the sheriffs department they then agree to release the car for a lowered amount of $500 and they put my broken part back in and keep their new part. I declined once again as the only thing I approved was a $149 diagnostic fee. I then call Audi Financial who I have the vehicle financed with and told them the story and they really weren’t much help. So after being threatened with the cost of the loaner Audi I decided to return it and get a few things out of my car since it was clear they were going to have it for quite some time. When they finally bring my car around for me to retrieve property out of they had in my front seat my LICENSE PLATE to take with me… talk about taking possession of something I have paid 27k for to this day… WOW! Then I start looking into legal options and possibly even just letting Audi reposes the vehicle as it was going on 3 weeks and no one wanted to help me when this dealer was Clearly STEALING MY CAR!!! I let it go for a week or two this new year as I was stressing way too much. Today on 01-21-2019 I call and speak with service manager Allen, I was being nice considering this dealer has done nothing but rob me for 4 weeks as I’m paying a car payment and insurance on a car they have. I ask if they would consider $350 instead of $500 like they had offered a few weeks back to just put this all behind us since they were in the wrong for doing repairs I never approved and he said no that is not what he and the service advisor offered me and that to take the car off the lot it would be the full $500. I said, Okay if you all want to continue being crooks I will find a way to get my car and he interrupts me and says that they are not crooks and if that is how I felt that I can pay the full invoice price and to not come up there to get the vehicle until I have all the money including the loaner car and hangs up!!! Here I am going out of my way to be the bigger person and Pay them money of any amount other than $149 and I get that type of attitude and yelling from a member or management?? I guess this is what to expect when owned by Buttler Automotive Group out of Macon Ga… Update to come when I retrieve my car.

I recently paid off my 2011 A4, financed entirely through Audi Financial Services. I needed the title to purchase a new A4 Prestige. I called Audi Finance to get the title. I was told that they had sent it to my home address after the last payment had been made. When I said I had never received it, the customer service rep said they would look into sending a lien release letter so I could go to the DMV and pay for a duplicate title... so I could buy another Audi. I then asked for them to send me a duplicate title. After a long wait she said they could do that for $25 and it would take 4-6 weeks. Which is amazing since they never sent the title, I never missed a payment, and I was eager to go to the local Audi dealer to finance the purchase of a 2017 A4 Prestige. Thats not going to happen. I loved my A4 but Im not going to pay Audi Finance for the privilege of being treated like garbage. The BMW 330ix looks pretty nice...

We tried to find the spare parts from the local market but we cant so our car is stopped since three weeks. I dont know how people can buy Audi car while the dealer cant provide good service and spare parts. Actually, we pay $37,000.00 for such car but we cant use it because the dealer service is very bad. Variety is great. The vehicle has hands on compatibility and an amazing stereo system stock inside with bass functions of a custom audio input system. Music is great for me and I loved that about the Vehicle. You cant go wrong with a classy, luxurious look. The vehicle has these looks plus the modernization of newer vehicles. The capabilities within its representation actually complements the vehicles abilities very well. I literally never see small cars with a lot of room but the Audi is made for small vehicle, great gas but holds more passengers than most cars and is about equal to an SUV passenger. Upgrading is Automatic. It also works very well for the car. My advice for anyone buying a new model is to get all tech matters set up before leaving the dealer and have them agree the car will be delivered working. 2004 Audi TT - The heat wave we experienced this past summer caused my rear window to separate from the convertible top. I have attempted numerous ways of repairing it. All have failed. Audis solution is an entire new top at $4600. Corporate became involved and Commonwealth Audi offered a 20% discount, which is still not affordable. Mercury Insurance refused to pay for it stating this is normal wear and tear! The car was stored in a garage and the top was used maybe 10 times in a 3 year span. The car cost $28,0000 which was paid in full and is 10 years old. I expected the quality of an Audi to outlast much longer than this. I am now driving it around with a playground ball holding it in place. Most recently its running on hot now and will need repair. It has been one thing after another and I am extremely unhappy with this car and the responses I have received from both my insurance company and Audi.

The car lost power and the driver behind me, switch lane to avoid me and ran into another car. I brought the car to Audi for over 5 months, and nothing can’t be resolved. Spoke to Audi of America, spoke to Terice and she was trying to help me, then she told me the same thing Audi tells their customer, The problem can’t be mimic, so they can’t do anything about it. This is one of my worst experience with a Auto Company and I will get my lawyers involve.

I bought an A4 a year and a half ago used but in incredible condition. Now for my confusing part. The car starts to idle rough, push the turn off button and keeps running for a few seconds. The engine light appears the next day. Ran code and came up timing. I then read it been quite the problem it seems. People having catastrophic engine failure at worst. I then see Audi has been sued.I contact the lawyer firm representing the plaintiffs (on the tensioner failure) and was sent a form because my Audi was one of the models affected. Was told as long as I bring it to an authorized Audi dealership it would be covered 100% and if brought to an independent repair shop $1500 would be covered. Well I called the only dealer near me 50 miles away and was told, Yes we are aware of the extended warranty and yes Audi will cover it. Okay great!!! Had the car flat bedded there. Got a call they received my car. Great then a service advisor called and said it would be a few days to a week to repair. I was told it a 10 hour job. I said okay. Then a few days later I called back because I had a question. The service advisor told me, I was just about to write you an email. I have some bad news. Audi will only cover 25% of the repair and need maintenance records. What!!!! What happened to you know all about the extended warranty and look forward to seeing your car. I said as far as the maintenance records they are all listed on Carfax. Was told they cant use that. (Why? Extended warranty companies use them along with Edmunds.) I dont know. Like I said Im confused completely. Its been over a week and havent heard a word back from anyone. I will say for the record the employees I did talk to were very polite but polite doesnt answer why I havent heard back about the status.

Please be aware that Audi subcontracts out their Roadside Assistance. I was stranded for 2 hours with a flat tire. The Jack Rabbit company Audi uses accepted a call to assist me. I waited 2 hours. They did not show up. When I called to ask where they were they stated they do not change tires. No one called to let me know. Audi then called a different subcontracted company who sent a teenager who was unable to change my tire because he could not locate the wheel locks. He was never inserviced on its location.I had to call Audi back and after 3 hours they sent a flat bed to tow my car to Audi. I paid for this poor service for 3 years. They do not notify their customers that Roadside assistance is subcontracted out to multiple incompetent poorly inserviced vendors. In addition a Audi subcontracted company inspected my car at lease end. It received a score with no issues that I was responsible for. Within 48 hours I had 2 tires with nails in them. One had blown out while driving. Did they truly inspect the car thoroughly? I hope this helps all who read this and please do your own due diligence to verify their Roadside Assistance Protocols.

I financed a 2006 A4 Used from Douglas Motors in Summit. In less than two weeks, the headlights keep flickering off. They change one and didnt change the other. While it was still under warranty, I decide to buy the second headlight and have it changed by my personal mechanic ( I also took pictures). I went back to the dealership because the engine light came on. To my surprise, they took a diagnostic from a Volvo and try to pass if off as my Audi, telling me to pay $700 and something dollars for a repair that doesnt belong to my car. I went to my personal mechanic plus Audi to verify. Audi told me they only deal with P codes, whatever that meant. So I ask for a copy of my original diagnostic, they said its wrong and not company policy to disclose the paper work. Right now, my oil pump failed at 64000 miles, and I bought the car 53000 miles. The dealership never change batteries, Ive changed it since I got it. I changed tires. Please, I need help on what to do with this lemon car that Im financing.

Audi offered a decent amount of models to offer the buyer a variety of cars to choose from. It was nice to see different kinds of cars that fit my needs and having the possibility to choose the best fit. They offer an amazing array of features for your new bought car. Additionally, the cars all look great, modern, and sleek. From what I saw their personalization options looked very promising if I ever need to use it in the future. My Audi has 5 seats and that exactly what fits my needs. The other Audi cars that I reviewed before deciding to purchase my current car had different passenger capacities ranging from high to low, just what fits each customers needs. I would definitely recommend Audi cars to my friends and family.

I purchased a brand new Q5 in 2011, put down a nice $50,000, expected a drive that will perform as a luxury car and last as so BUT... The car consume oil like crazy, from day one I have to add oil on a weekly basis. Audi tested the car and said it’s normal. Yet I have 4 other cars some are even older than my Q5 but none of them need any oil in between services. After 109,000 miles the car needs 1.8 quarts of oil each 1000 miles - DO you know any car that performs as such? I dont. Luxury car that lasts 100,000 miles? Think carefully BEFORE you buy AUDI!!!

Bought a used (but looked like-new) 2004 Audi A4 1.8T. It had 82k miles on it from the previous owner of 10 years. No accidents, what could go wrong? Seemed like a diamond in the rough. Carfax said it never had major repairs done to it whatsoever. Seriously good deal right? Wrong. The dealers had left the car light on and blamed the last owner for making it a problem and having to change the battery. Dealers said theyd replace the battery before they sold it to me. Okay. Bought it, picked it up, went home. It sat there. Few days later? Dead car. Called the dealers, had them tow the car, sat in their off-the-map shop for 4 days with no communication because the mechanic was too busy and sounded annoyed the one time I tried to get in touch. It finally came home to me, only to find a scratched side mirror that wasnt there before (I have picture proof) and a check engine light. Next few days - dead again. Battery was fine, its something electrical. This is a good a time as any to mention that the car is completely automatic and locks everything. Can hardly get into the drivers side, all other doors are locked, trunk is locked, no real locks inside or key hole for truck, nope. All automatic. Huge hassle. Im getting a refund. Its more money than its worth. NEVER AGAIN.

It has been my greatest misfortune to have bought an Audi A4. Early on we recognized that we had two problems: one was the ever changing and replacing of the fuel pump and the second was the sludge problem. The first recognition of the sludge problem was on March 18, 2008. This receipt I have. It said Rich found possible oil sludge problem. We then visited Life Quality automobiles of Bay Ridge again on September of 2008 and November of 2008. On one of these dates we paid close to $6000 to fix the sludge problem. The receipt that I do have for 3/18/2008. We also have a service and change of oil at the Audi service center Life Quality. All service and oil changes have been made at Zumbach when were living in NYC. Then Life Quality and Audi of Brooklyn when we moved to Brooklyn.I dont have the receipt for September or November of 2008. I never thought that I would need it for a future claim. I went to the offices of Audi of Brooklyn in May of 2011 to try and get copies of the work but since they bought out Life Quality of Bay Ridge, they only kept the receipts for 2 years and they destroyed any receipts that would have been in my file. Their computer system shows I was in on those two months but they cannot see the details of those days.Once we did pay for the sludge problem, we were under a new 8-year warranty. In June 23, 2009, I was at Audi of Brooklyn and the sludge problem occurred again. I do have this receipt and they fixed the problem again; but since we were covered under the warranty, we did not pay this time.It has been painful monetarily to own an Audi. This sludge problem is ongoing and recurring. To ask me for copies of receipts after three years is unfair. In September of 2008 I had just moved into my new house in Brooklyn and I had just given birth to my son. It is understandable that some papers would have been misplaced.I would like to be reimbursed for my hardship with this car and the funds I paid to fix the initial sludge problem. The car right now has a sludge problem. I can’t keep fixing this problem; it is annoying. I really feel that I received a damaged engine and I would like Audi to replace it with a new or used undamaged engine. It is more costly for them to have to keep fixing an ongoing recurring problem.I am enclosing all and any of the receipts I do have. Replace my engine and reimburse for sludge costs.

2012 Audi S4 with NGY transmission (TSB issued by Audi). Vehicle has 69,000 miles. Driving in morning traffic and vehicle stops accelerating and all electronics go dead. Sitting in the middle of the freeway trying to get vehicle functioning. Restart it and vehicle flashes gearbox malfunction and stops accelerating about every mile. Not a fun experience on an LA freeway. Audi dealer says it needs a new transmission for $12,000. After the third call to Audi USA and being read the same canned speech the person tells me that it’s my problem and Audi will do nothing to help fix the car. I ask to speak to a manager and I’m told they do not participate in customer direct communications and they will not change the final decision. My conclusion is that Audi could care less about their customers and their cars are just plain junk. They look and drive nice but are complete electronic and mechanical disasters. This car and my 2012 A6 will be traded in and Audi can plan on me. Doing everything I can to spread the word about their poor customer service and poor quality.

Ive had my 2013 Audi allroad for 8 years, it currently has 112000 miles. Its always been serviced and repaired by Audi. 25k miles ago I started to need to top up oil between services. Audi then stated that this was normal. I didnt really believe that and started to do some research on my own and found that the early TFSI engines 2008-2012 have an inherent design fault which leads to high consumption of oil. **Gradually the problem got worse and during a service when I yet again made them aware of the issue and my research findings, they said the turbo was burning oil and needed to be replaced before they could do anything. This was done and $4k later my car was still burning oil. Problem got worse and worse. At 1 qrt every 600 miles Audi said that the abnormal use was due to a leaking top cover gasket and they could not do anything until this issue was corrected. I made them aware that the engine bay would have been full of oil if the top cover gasket was to blame but went ahead to fix the gasket at the same time as the timing chain was replaced. The problem still remained. I have now spent yet another $1k to perform a oil consumption test which concluded that the car is now using 1 qrt each 200 miles! Which is everything else but normal. Audi finally says that the piston rings need to be replaced and because the car is now out of warranty I have to pay for everything out of pocket!!!The fact that Audi from day one blamed everything else and asked me to spend premium $ to fix whatever they said was the issue instead of taking responsibility for their faulty engines is ridiculous and everything else but premium. Its so savage and ruthless to bleed your customers of money knowingly that there is an issue with the engines. This is not what I expect of a premium car company. Whoever is considering of ever buying or owning a new or used Audi please think twice!

My 2010 Audi Q5 3.2L has a carbon buildup problem that was covered under a 10 year, 120K mile extended warranty due to an Audi created defect. I was NEVER notified by Audi of this problem or the extended warranty. I started to get a CEL over a year ago and my local mechanic tried to resolve the problem multiple times, even replacing air flow parts but it never resolved. I paid the $180 at the Audi dealer to get a full diagnosis and they confirmed the carbon buildup problem. But they wont fix it because I confirmed this issue 2 MONTHS after the 10 year mark (and only 75K mileage) even though the problems started well before. The company has NO GOOD WILL and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY. It will cost me over $2000 to clean the carbon out -- a known defect that Audi created and now WILL NOT MAKE GOOD ON. It is obvious that they created the problem but they even tried to blame my mechanic for the problem since they dont know what the mechanic might have done to my vehicle. GOOD JOB AUDI -- PASSING THE BLAME ONTO YOUR CUSTOMERS. BUYER BEWARE. I am disgusted at their lack of consideration.

Do not ever ever ever purchase or lease an Audi! Heres my nightmare: back i
Do not ever ever ever purchase or lease an Audi! Heres my nightmare: back in 2010 my then husband leased an Audi in my name (the joys of marriage). About one year into the lease, we separated, both of us moving to opposite ends of California. The vehicle sat at our primary NY residence for almost two years as I would have been penalized for an early turn in. The car was only used for the limited times that I would return to the east coast, probably 5000 miles in total during that time. At just over 30,000 miles the clutch died without warning. This happened on a busy two-lane highway in a dangerous spot. Audi financial blamed it on driver mishandling. I have been driving manual transmission for 30 years and this has never happened. I am clearly capable of driving a stick shift. Happily my insurance covered it but for the deductible as Audi wanted to charge $6000 to repair. Finally, several months later the anticipated turn-in date arrives. I do everything I am supposed to: have the car inspected by Audi (which of course jacked up the damages); and turn it into an Audi authorized dealer (Audi Mohegan Lake, NY). The next day I turn in the plates and take this nightmare off of my insurance policy. I thought this was the end of my Audi dealing. Wishful thinking.Five months later I get a call from Audi Credit stating that I never paid the final bill. I advised that I never received the bill. This is because, as they explained, they never sent the bill! I told them to send the bill, which was received a month later. They are now asking for $497.35 in late return fees! Conveniently the odometer statement, prepared by Mohegan Lake Audi does not have the turn in date on it. Audi decided to wait a month to pick up the car after I turned it in. I have been back and forth with Audi Financial and Mohegan Lake and have yet to be able to get proof of the date on which I turned the car into Audi. My insurance (in deadbeat exs name) shows that I turned in the plates to the DMV and took the car off the policy on 7/2 (days after I turned the car in). I cannot find my DMV receipt, cannot get an answer when I call NY DMV, and cannot get the paperwork from Geico showing that the car was removed from the policy because the policy is now in my exs name. I am beyond frustrated! F AUDI!!!!!

Audi Q7 3.0 TDI S-line - First my radio went off. A week later my MMI went down. We eventually got it back to a local Garage to be told the engine had seized. After phoning around different Audi approved dealers and told Q7 engines are bullet proof. I paid to have my car collected and taken to an Audi garage, to be told after 2 weeks and a new battery that my engine was in deed knackered!!! Insurance won’t cover this… Audi do not want to Know, so I am left paying for a crap pos that now worthless and will cost thousands to repair. Seem I’m not the only one to suffer the fate of the Q7. We were experiencing a strange resistance when steering the car. Turns out the dealer found that the steering column was corroding - only 30K miles on the car! When we asked why, they said theyd had 3 similar issues and said it was due to new liquid calcium road salt being used. If this happened to us, it is likely happening to all Audis of a similar vintage! Even though out of warranty the dealer picked up the $450 cost of the part - we paid labor. There is something very fishy going on. I think they have a problem and are trying to keep it quiet, but if your steering column breaks youll lose control. Beware!

Yes. Hello! I purchased an Audi 5 Quattro in August. Recently, I was ready to turn my vehicle on when I was terrified by a loud banging on the glass. I screamed, thinking someone was trying to break into the car. I called Audis national line, and was told that they knew of no such incidents. I called my dealer, who said it had had a couple of like reports, but no breakage. The dealer just called back to say it would need the car through the weekend to loosen and lower the moon roof, as that was Audis international fix, and, indeed, breakage has occurred on some vehicles. I love my car, but I am very concerned, as I bought the car, specifically, to safely transport my granddaughter. Should I be assured by the fix? Will it compromise my vehicle? Where is Audis recall? I am seeking a proactive v. reactive response. Thank you!

Since it went out of warranty, Ive had the following major repairs: steering rack (2k), timing belt/steering pump (2k), another steering pump (800), miscellaneous items (1k). I have a stereo speaker broken and a cup holder thats broken that Im not repairing. The slogan truth in engineering is an absolute lie. They dont use any quality parts in these cars. Ive written letters to Audi of North America and they could care less.

My Audi Q7 air conditioner has been serviced by the dealer more than 10 times since I have purchased the car. They continue to try and fix it, but its never working longer than 4 months. They stated that they dont know why it kept acting up, but they would not give me a replacement for equal value. I contacted their corporate office, and they werent able to do much either. Any help would be appreciated.

I ended up removing my car from the Audi in Orland Park, IL and taking it to another Audi location. The new robot technology was used to diagnose the cause of engine failure. I provided Audi with receipts where all the maintenance was completed in accordance to their recommendations. They forwarded all document to Audi headquarters. After a few day Audi accepted responsibility for my engine failure and they will be repairing it. Thanks Audi for your honesty.

First I purchased a pre-owned vehicle 2015 Audi A3 motor 1.8. I custom made a few thing. Wanted to make a big purchase my dream car the luxury car that I wanted, on 3/31/18. Now after one year and 8 months my engine literally broke in pieces, I was driving and my car was not heating up but I noticed that it was losing power while I was driving. I worked in a dealership so I have a lot of knowledge about cars. I got out and I see pieces of the engine everywhere. I was 3 away from home. Call the dealership. They tell me that is no warranty. My car has only 38,000 miles. Im still making payments. When I purchase they said my power train is cover until 50,000. I call Audi 1800 number. Also tell me is not cover. So I had to paid $450 dollars of towing the car back home. Now they said for me to tow the car to South Audi in Orlando which is $150.00 more plus for me to paid $190 diagnostic and I call warranty they said contact the dealer. Im so disappointed, I really thought I was buying a durable car. Im a person that take care the vehicle. I have all my maintenance up to date. Always check the fluid. How can they not help me with nothing. So Im paying a vehicle that is sitting in my garage. Be careful what you buying. Im sure this engine had factory defects. So disappointed.

The transition to myAudi has been poorly managed in general. myAudi promises lots of power, but delivers very little. The system is cumbersome to set up and software problems abound. The myAudi help desk is anemic. Ive been exchanging calls and messages for weeks, but have not received basic support. I mistakenly assumed that I would receive premium service to match the premium price paid for the vehicle.

I have a 2008 Audi A4 with oil consumption problems. It burns one quart of oil every 1,000 miles. The dealer said that this is a common problem and it has no solution. They said that I would have to get used to it. This is extremely common in the 2.0T engines throughout Audi and VW. There are many websites and forums dedicated to this topic. Audi needs to issue a recall.

I purchased a brand new 2010 A6 2.0 T in Oct. 2009. I have had the car since then and encountered some odd problems in the past 3 to 6 months. Initially, the car used to burn the engine oil faster than usual since I would have to top up the oil level almost every month, which I found really weird. A few months ago, the car started to basically shake when I would barely be driving at 80 km per hour. Upon taking the car to the service, I was informed that the solution would be to change the engine! After the engine was changed, the car was running OK until last week when I was driving. The steering wheel locked up and then the alternator fault light came on and it said battery not charged on the dashboard. I could have gotten into a terrible car accident and my life was put at risk but I was barely able to maneuver the car just in time to get it off the road. I am a very dissatisfied customer from Audi.

My story is very similar to the one from Denise, Chatham, NJ. I therefore will not repeat all the problems I had with my Audi A4 2009. This is the short form. I owned 5 Audis. I have always been an avid fan. I purchased my latest A4 new in 2009. The car turned out to have one problem after another. In 2013, at 55,000 miles I brought the A4 to the Audi dealer gain. Flow Motor in Greensboro, NC. I told them that the oil consumption is way too high. (I have done so at all previous service visits.)Well in front of other customers I was told in a lengthy lecture that I was wrong. Topping of oil is quite normal, I was told. In fact I was treated like and idiot and so embarrassed that I dropped the subject. Instead of addressing my concern about the oil consumption the technician told me that I need a new manifold, new water pump and other items which were not covered by the warranty. Later I found out about the class action lawsuit and the fact that a lot of Audi owners had the same problem with excessive oil consumption. Brought the A4 back to have this oil leak fixed according to the class action lawsuit. Guess what? Now the technician thinks the oil is consumed by the turbo and this has to be fixed first, for about $ 2500 before he can work on the other oil leak. This just does not sound right. Again, I reported high oil consumption already in 2013, but was told this is normal. Now it is not normal anymore and a $ 2500 cost to me. My oil consumption was always the same from the first year to now about a quart per 400 miles. I do not trust the dealer nor the car anymore. My only desire is to get rid of it as fast as I can.

I was happy that there were several models to choose from with different features. It is a luxury brand and that is what I felt when in the car and I enjoyed it. It seemed to fit me well. The model that I had was compact so the passenger capacity was not that good. But it seated 4 people comfortably. There were larger models available but I enjoyed the way the smaller model handled. It looks good and had a classic style and color. I like new features but I dont like flashy features that add no value to the car. The car I had was not new but I liked that the newer models had a lot of features as options. It was nice to know that if I wanted to upgrade to more features later, they would be available.

Audi A4- an 8 year, 97,000 mile, disposable car. I purchased a CPO 2010 Audi A4 in 2013 with low mileage from Tom Williams Audi in Birmingham Alabama. Since purchase, I have always had it serviced at Jack Ingram Audi in Montgomery, Alabama. Since owning it I have had two major engine issues and the last one has caused it to be a throw away car. Immediately upon purchase, with about 22,000 miles the car was burning a lot of oil and after continual visits to Audi for over a year, they informed me of the excessive oil consumption recall and it did not pass the excessive oil consumption test. Under warranty, the car underwent the #2 engine rebuild around 2014-2015 at about 35,000 miles. After that repair, everything seemed fine until October 2018, when the car began shaking and the engine light went on. I brought it to Audi and they said it was a fouled spark plug. However, 30 days later, with 97,000 miles, the car began shaking again but this time the engine light came on and was flashing and the car would not drive. I had it flat-bedded to Audi, where I was told there is an extended timing chain/tensioner warranty, so not to worry. Audi paid to replace the timing chain/tensioner but I was told I needed a valve job for 4100.00, because of damage to the engine when the timing chain failed. I was told because of a pending class action lawsuit that Audi would pay on a sliding scale which would be 25% for my year and mileage. That would leave $3400.00 cost to me for a car with a $4000.00 trade in value. Although being shocked about all this, I approved the work because I was not in a position to buy a new car, especially with $0 trade in money. However, I get another call today, telling me that there is more bad news, that at least two of the pistons had bent and there is something possibly cracked and I need a long block (ie new engine) for $11,000 of which Audi will pay 25% to repair due to the class action timing chain litigation. It makes no financial sense to spend $8250.00 (75% of the 11,000) for a car with a 4000 value. However, if I dont repair it, Audi owes me 0 for the total loss of my car that was working fine until the timing chain failed. So at 8 years and 97,000 miles, this Audi A4, luxury car is a throw away car. Audi should have had to cover the engine damage caused by the faulty chain. This is the lions share of the repair cost. I feel Audi should owe me the full trade in value of the car because it broke as a result of the timing chain which they admit was faulty. Audi customer service was curt and told me to file with the class action suit when I asked if they would consider paying anything additional (this was several days before the fairness hearing was held on December 12). I would never advise anyone buy an Audi after this experience.

My cars appearance is very nice. I got the color that I specified. The dash in my car looks more like black wood. It has a built in CD player, GPS navigation system and digital display. Its so cool and easy to read for mileage and gas. I had pin stripping put on mine. I also got the digital panel and voice activated GPS which I love as Im bad at directions. Its so helpful. You can also add a DVD player inside or internet. Size wise, I wanted more roomy model because I have long legs. My Audi can fit 3 in the front, but that is a little cramped for space and does not leave much legroom. But you can easily fit 3 in the back seat with lots of leg room, and still ride comfortably in the back.

I bought my 1996 Audi A4 in 2009. At the start of 2010, I took my car to (Audi Artarmon, NSW) because I was experiencing erratic revving quite seriously. Audi Artarmon cleaned my fuel system and assured me that the problem was now fixed. However, as soon as I drove my vehicle from the servicing center, the problem still existed so that was ($1,500) down the drain. It took some complaining but I eventually got a full refund. I then moved to the Gold Coast where I decided to take it to (Audi Gold Coast Center). They advised me of a few reasons for the problem and told me that they could fix the problem. After picking my car up and driving it down the Gold Coast highway for 5 minutes, my car completely broke down and whilst I was on the phone to the servicing manager, he was shouting at me trying to say that it was not their problem and that these things just happen. So I sorted out a tow truck myself and paid for a taxi to get myself home. The car got towed back to Audi. The next day, they advised me that I needed a new throttle body at a cost of $1,000, but was advised that the cost would be taken care of due to what had happened. I went to pick my car up after the work had been done and the servicing manager started to demand that I pay for the work done to my car or else I would not be allowed to drive it away.I then had to rush to the bank before it closed and made a withdrawal in order to pay the prick of a manager. After all of this, it was no wonder that nothing had even remotely changed with the performance of my car! I had to move to Mackay (1000kms north) so I drove my car up, however, my fuel gauge stopped operating and the car was being very erratic with its revs. I did make it to Mackay though by guessing my fuel consumption. After more complaints, I eventually got a refund from Gold Coast Audi, as if they were trying to pay me to keep quiet. The last straw came when I moved to Newcastle (NSW). I drove my car down from Mackay, which was a long trip but my vehicle seemed to take it very well. My car did not start the next day so I decided to take it to Newcastle Audi Center where they told me I needed a new fuel pump, which would cost $900. I decided to get an independent mechanic to replace my fuel pump for half the price. However, somehow that mechanic did something to my cars immobilizer and I was forced to have it towed back to (Newcastle Audi), which was quite embarrassing. I was advised by Newcastle Audi that I needed a new engine control unit which would cost $3,000. I agreed to have this done as I needed my car. After a few months of trying to come up with the money, I finally had enough to pay for my vehicle. Upon picking my car up, I noticed that the whole dashboard insert was not working at all (speedometer, tacho, fuel gauge) and I asked them why. However, the servicing manager refused to take any responsibility and angrily denied any wrongdoing. The service I received from Newcastle Audi was absolutely appalling. For anyone who has any intention on buying an Audi of any sort, get ready for ignorant fat cats who think that they are above you and can talk down to you. I am so fed up with Audi, all they care about is money. Even the Audi Australia head office doesnt seem to care at all.My car has been undriveable for almost a year now, yet those ** are probably living it up with their fat checks. I am giving my 1996 Audi to a wrecker now. I paid $7,000 for it 3 years ago but I simply have no more energy, money or time to put up with the thieves that Audi are.

I have a 2014 Audi A6 3.0 and was reading the comments on this website when I came across the comment from one person indicating that on his A6, he experienced transfer of clothing dye to the seats. I have exactly the same issue with my A6. I complained to the dealer and got nowhere except that the dealer stated that they could remove it if I wanted them to. I just told them to forget it and DID it myself. The problem with this issue is that I owned a Subaru Legacy prior to the Audi (Subaru is much cheaper car), with perforated leather seats and never had this problem with the Subaru. Other than this problem and a couple of programming issues that I simply disagree with, I am totally satisfied with the Audi (The rating above refers only to the seat issue).

This review is about Audi Canada and dealers In Toronto. I purchased a 2010 demo S5 in 2019 and I have not had a consecutive 6 months or more without this lemon of a vehicle breaking down. From new transmission to all sorts of electronic fixes, the radio, buzzing sounds, catalytic converter, windows, clutch, coolant reservoir, etc. etc., the most incredibly annoying is that I am on my 7th (yes, SEVENTH) thermostat replacement - the first 5 by Audi and under warranty and the last 2 on my dime! When attempting to have them recall this part and or compensate me for 6 (and ongoing) failures of the same part, they basically told me theyre not responsible. Comically, one set of thermostat had to be replaced only days after Audi Midtown installed a new one. This was my first and last Audi! Never Again!

I am Disha and I bought an Audi Q7 for Rs. 94 lakhs from Bengaluru, two years and four months back. The reason was its speed as I had to travel to different cities and it was a business requirement too. I bought two more Audis for my business officials and purpose. But my experience with Audi is very bad. The first Audi car of mine is Q7 and it is a little over two years old. I have spent Rs. 45 lakhs on my Q7 already for it to run efficiently. Currently, I gave the Audi for service purposes a month ago and I have still not got it back in spite of me paying the full amount. The excuse is that they are not able to get the automobile parts and its still to reach India from overseas. I now curse myself for my fleet of Audi. I have a Q3 and an A4 too which are also the same and I had spent huge amount of money on them just to keep them running. Along with the performance of the car, high maintenance cost and bad after sales and dealership services I still thought of keeping my cars but I am not able to get my car back after giving it for servicing. So I regret my decision of buying the Audi cars and would not recommend anyone to buy such cars or any of Audi cars at all. My name is Disha and I am an established businesswoman of Bengaluru.

I own a 2014 Audi Q5 TDI that I had driven from Pensacola Florida to Kansas City Missouri to see relatives. During weekend of June 13 a warning came on dash of AdBlue fault, car will not restart in 400 miles. I called Molle Audi in Kansas City first thing Monday to try get car in for check and repair if necessary. I was told they had no appointment openings but they would try to work it in as quickly as possible. I informed them I MUST have car back the next week as I planned to drive back to Florida. After not hearing anything for two days, I called them on Thursday for status. They had not touched it and said they would try the next day. They did not touch it that day but promised they would get it the next Monday. It had sat for an entire week even though they knew I needed it urgently. Monday they did diagnose it as bad AdBlue pump and absolute soonest they could get it in would be Friday the 19th. I was told Audi policy was to not expedite shipments for any reason. The car did finally get repaired and I received it on Tuesday June 30. My complaint is that they do not care whatsoever about customer needs and will do exactly what they want when they want no matter the situation. I will NEVER darken the doors of that dealer again, nor will I ever purchase any German brand auto due to their arrogant, insensitive attitudes and business practices.

Like many on here (including Javier - Dec 5, 2018), my Audi was expensive to maintain. I bought it new in 2010 and immediately it used to much oil. After many arguments with the local dealer (near Chicago), they finally got Audi America to cover the cost of fixing the issue (a piston ring issue they kept quiet). Somewhere north of 50k miles, the turbo went. Again, I had to press the local dealer and Audi was quietly fixing another issue they knew they had so they replaced the turbo. Then at 93k, my car would not start while out running local errands. I had to have it towed to an independent garage that works on Audi within the radius covered by my insurance road side assistance. This was a weekend but on Monday they called with the bad news that the tensioner on the timing chain went and damaged the valves. Their solution was to replace the engine with a used one, so I got the local Audi dealer involved. They said it was covered, so I spent $115 to have it towed to the dealer. I found out later this was part of a class action suit and the dealer wanted 8800 to replace the engine head. Audi said my warranty was voided, even though I did all my maintenance (65k, 75k,85k, etc) because I fell outside the time limit to do the maintenance (i.e. every 12 months), even though I drive few miles since retirement. I donated the car to charity and wrote a letter to the CEO of Volkswagen America, who used to be the President of Audi America. In all my years of driving and all of the cars/makes I have owned (many well over 100k), never have I had a timing belt/chain issue. Do yourself a favor and buy something other than an Audi or you do want an Audi, either lease it or trade it off before it is too old and you experience the heavy maintenance cost of owning these vehicles.

Previous owner of a 2012 Q7 (and other Audis), loved it, not a minutes trouble, never an issue. Anxiously awaited new Q7, saw one at dealer, made a deal and said I would be back the next day to close the deal, I would be in a rush as I had to pick my kids up, make sure everything is ready to go (paperwork printed etc). My Admin Assistant tells them the same thing, make sure paperwork is ready. I buy a vehicle for business 3-4 times a year, I typically am out of the dealership before they can even fuel the vehicle up when they print everything in advance. It didnt happen, ended up being better than 3 hours so I missed picking up my kids, had to get other arrangements to pick them up while I am in dealership. I should have walked out. My fault, but I will never go back there again or buy another Audi. I finally get the car, 12 miles on it, no sooner than I leave dealer lot, warning light goes off. Early the next morning, another warning light, low tire pressure, tire goes flat with 55 miles on it. Nothing visibly wrong, put air in it. Next morning, same thing, flat tire, I tighten valve stem, problem solved. I work on second row seats to kill that warning light, put seats in every conceivable position, wont go out... I email dealer and call and leave a message tell them I am not happy, give me my old car back... No response, but believe me, they knew I was mad so they know who I am.Next day I drop my kids off at school, car wont come out of park in drop off line. Lots of angry parents behind me!!! Restart car several times, finally it will shift... and seat warning light goes out too, bonus!! Little while later the low windshield washer fluid light comes on... Open hood, its full... Then the low tire warning on again, I call dealer and say I am on the way to an appointment, can I swing by and you look at it. Sorry, you dont have an appointment and it will be a minimum of an hour before anyone can look and then dont know how long it will take and we dont have a loaner. The lady knows my name from my earlier complaints so you think they might make an effort to get me in quickly???Then the windshield wipers default to service position and will not operate nor will they reset to normal when you unclick the service position switch... I get out and push them down, they wont work, dead... I get home and call dealer again, left message for GM too, email them again. Then I call Audi care... What a joke! I am in business and understand good customer service, but as I voice my frustration, the lady says you need to take the car into dealer, to which I say I have tried but they have not been able to see me yet, I will take it there and leave it there! She says no, you cant do that, you have to work to the dealers schedule, make an appointment first. I reply back, what about customer service??? I say with previous Mercedes the dealer would come pick the car up and leave me a loaner for the day, that is customer service! She said I am just trying to lower your expectations so you wont be disappointed. Really??? The call went downhill from there, but I will never buy another AUDI ever again and this was a car I was anxiously anticipating getting. The entire Audi experience from the sale to the service to the car sucks...
