Ram Trucks, stylized as RAM and formerly known as the Ram Truck Division, is an American brand of light to mid-weight commercial vehicles, and a division of Stellantis. It was established in a spin-off from Dodge in 2010 using the name of the Ram Pickup line of trucks.

The 2022 Ram ProMaster City is a smaller cargo van designed for urban and commercial use. While it shares the ProMaster name with its larger sibling, it has its own set of features tailored to its smaller size and different use cases. Here are some typical features associated with the 2022 Ram ProMaster City:

Compact Size: The ProMaster City is smaller than the standard ProMaster, making it more maneuverable in tight city streets and parking spaces. This makes it ideal for urban delivery and service applications.

Cargo Capacity: Despite its smaller size, the ProMaster City still offers a significant amount of cargo space. It typically features a spacious cargo area with flat walls and low floor height for easy loading and maximizing cargo volume.

Customization Options: Like its larger counterpart, the ProMaster City offers various customization options to suit different business needs. This may include shelving, racks, partitions, and other accessories to organize and secure cargo.

Fuel Efficiency: With its smaller size and typically smaller engine options, the ProMaster City tends to be more fuel-efficient than its larger counterpart. This can help businesses save on operating costs, especially for frequent city driving.

Technology Features: While focused on utility, the ProMaster City may still offer some technology features for convenience and safety. This could include a touchscreen infotainment system, Bluetooth connectivity, and available driver assistance features such as rearview camera and parking sensors.

Easy Maneuverability: The ProMaster City is designed to be easy to drive and maneuver in urban environments. It typically features a tight turning radius and good visibility to help drivers navigate through traffic and tight spaces with confidence.

Durability: Like the standard ProMaster, the ProMaster City is built to withstand the demands of commercial use. It typically features a rugged construction and durable materials to handle daily wear and tear.

Safety Features: While specific safety features may vary depending on the trim level and options chosen, the ProMaster City typically comes equipped with standard safety features such as airbags, stability control, traction control, and antilock brakes to help keep drivers and passengers safe on the road.

As with any vehicle, it's essential to review the specific trim levels and options available for the 2022 Ram ProMaster City to determine which features best suit your business needs. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it's recommended to consult the official Ram website or contact a local dealership.

On 07/07/14 I bought a 09 Ram truck from Island Chrysler in Pawleys Island SC. It only had 37233 miles on it. It came with a 90-day power train warranty. On the FIRST day I informed the dealership about an engine issue. I took the truck back for service the next business day. They checked it out and said it was fine. It only got worse. The engine loses power and smoke pours out the tailpipe. I took it back on 08/20/14 again no resolution. To date it has happened 15 times. I have put 3000 miles on it and it has used over 2 quarts of oil every 1000 miles. I have changed the oil twice. I called Chrysler and they have given me the runaround. I am disabled and can not afford to fix this. HELP.

In late June my vehicle was in a car accident. The vehicle went in to our local Auto Nation Collision Center for repair in Winter Garden, Fl. Unfortunately they have not been able to complete my repair due to the extreme back order on the part. I own a 2007 Dodge Ram Laramie and the clockspring has been on back order since at least July. Chrysler has only been able to give me a release date they acquired from my repair shop. I called them to submit a complaint and their method of verifying the information was calling my repair shop. I felt that by calling the direct manufacturer Mopar Chrysler they would provide me with a solution. Instead they cannot confirm when parts are going to be available since there are so many request ahead of me, 186 to be exact. They further explained there could be a wait for over 18 months. Until then I have no vehicle, and it is my burden to carry because there was a repair needed where a part is not available. I asked for rental car options and they declined any type of remediation. I understand that we are responsible for repairs as a consumer, but when there is not even an option to complete a repair what am I left to do? It's been 6 months, and now I am definitely out of patience. I am extremely disappointed in Chrysler Ram at this time. I have been a loyal customer with 4 vehicles purchased from the brand in the past 10 years. Not what I expected from a national US automotive company.

I purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram Laramie with a Cummins turbo diesel. The truck had 37,000 miles. A strong selling point was the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. At 40,000 miles, and three days after the first $700 payment the motor blew all the oil out locked up. The dealership would not even have it towed. It has sat on their back lot for two weeks and they can't even tell me what's wrong with it. I contacted Chrysler and was assigned a case manager and still nothing has been done and I'm out $47,000 and on foot. Never ever again will I own a Chrysler product.

I purchased a used ram 3500 for use on my farm and to pull my camper and haul my sxs back in Feb 2016 with 44,000 miles on it. In July 2016 took a trip to Florida and the check engine light came on. Took in when I returned home they reprogrammed the pcm. hence turned off the light. At the end of July 300 miles later I went to Tenn. The light came on again on my return home. 30 miles from home the traction control 4 wheel drive and anti lock brake lights came on. So I scheduled an appointment for the following Friday. Dropped it off at 8 am the 5th of Aug. They have put 4 or 5 parts on it all have had to be ordered. They still have the truck 3 going on 4 weeks later and the part they say it now needs is on national back order until the 6th of Sept. I have tried to get my money back as it's holding me up on things I need to do. The dealer says no and Chrysler complaint dept has done nothing but follow up with the dealer occasionally calling me... saying that it doesn't qualify for a buyback. How do you sell vehicles you can keep parts for and how long is too long to have to wait? My patience are done... MY SUGGESTION IS DO NOT BUY A RAM PRODUCT CAUSE THEY DO NOT BACK THEM. Since I work with the public and go above and beyond to keep my customers satisfied, I believe this is very poor customer service.

I bought this truck used 5 months ago. Nothing but problems. Front brake calipers literally melted. At 80000 miles rotors shot. Someone put wrong antifreeze in it. No heat on driver side. Little heat on pass side. Now in last 2 weeks truck has taken off at full throttle. Only way to stop is turn truck off. Had it looked at 3 codes. High battery output. Throttle control module engine light. Dodge says my floor at made the throttle stick. What a joke. Will never buy another dodge. Poor quality steel. No quality control. 160 dollars diagnostic fee every time you go into their shop. Dodge YOU are a joke. Going 2800 to replace heater core. Ha. Not in this lifetime.

A plastic cover blew off the passenger side mirror of my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. This occurred while I was driving. I went to the Clear Lake Dodge to get a replacement plastic cover prior to any electronic damage occurring due to environmental exposure. I purchased an extended Bumber/Bumber warranty program at the time of purchase. This is still valid. I was told this was cosmetic and would not be covered under warranty. The mirror, however, would have been covered. There is nothing wrong with the mirror.I was taken to the parts department and told that the $5-10 plastic cover could not be purchased separately. I was informed that the entire mirror assembly would need to be purchased and installed at a later date. I was told by the service manager that this was a Chrysler policy and there was nothing that could be done. I am a loyal Chrysler customer with my previous vehicle being a Pacifica. I will be in the market for future family vehicle purchases. This experience calls into question any future Chrysler product purchases.

I bought a 2001 model from Bonham Chrysler Lariat 1500CC and it is SUPER, except for the dash breaking up in it which was common for older models, but I just bought a dash cap repair cover and everything now is perfect. I don't know about the newer models, but the older are tried, tested and proven.

Ram 1500 - A bunch of yellow lights came on, on the dash. I took it to the dealer and they found my front hubs are cracking and almost came completely apart! Does anyone know if this has been an issue with all of the problems associated with Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler?

Bought a Ram 1500 big horn with HEMI in December 15. Around July, the tailgate had started to fall open on its own. This had continually become worse, even happening a couple times when truck is sitting still. Called dealer and explained, told me there are no recalls for this. Has anyone also had this issue or know of a recall for this?

John of Hampton Bays, NY

My Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 SLT pickup has a severely cracking dashboard, and it has been an obvious manufacturers defect for many years. It is getting to the point where the dash could become dislodged in pieces and either fall into the dashboard area or worse, shatter in sharp pieces in the event of a collision. I called the customer service 800 number and was told that even though I am the original owner of the vehicle, that Dodge would do nothing to make my vehicle safe for me and my kids because there were too many miles on the truck. Sad thing is that the truck has been an excellent vehicle, fun, completely reliable, and I won't buy another Dodge product because they won't fix a cosmetic issue that could be very dangerous.Short sighted corporation, as I would have bought another Dodge in a heartbeat, but not now.
