Nissan NV200 leak repairs

Nissan Motor Company is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer headquartered in Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Japan. The company sells its vehicles under the Nissan, Infiniti, and Datsun brands, with in-house performance tuning products labelled Nismo.

It's important not to confuse the 2020 Nissan NV200 with the full-size Nissan NV. Although both are commercial cargo vans, the NV200 is much smaller and has front-wheel drive, so it can't tow or haul as much as its larger sibling. Designed for small businesses and fleet operators that don't need a ton of space, the NV200 is even smaller than some minivans, which makes it fuel efficient and easy to park and maneuver in urban environments. It competes with the Ford Transit Connect, Mercedes-Benz Metris, and Ram ProMaster City.

Dropped off my 2013 Nissan Versa for the CVT recall. After I left and got onto the 101 freeway my car went from 60 MPH to about 10 right in front of a Big Rig truck. We crawled toward the nearest exit and went back to the dealer. They said it needed a new transmission and would be 4000 dollars. At 51,000 my warranty was up since it had been a few months over 5 years. They said it was still driveable since I didnt have the cash to fork over so we left and almost got hit as the car stopped on La Brea and Fountain. As I was in extreme distress and by the grace of God we were able to pull into an urgent care lot and the ladies said we could park the car there until we got a tow truck. This was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me and now I am unable to go anywhere as I have no car. Nissan... SHAME ON YOU!!!

Nissan tried to say that I was late on payment after I never received a bill. I made an immediate payment and the next one all within a week. Firstly, they didn't post payment properly and then when I complained about location of paper bills I require, they said that by law they do not have to provide paper bills? I never agreed to go paperless as I need these bills for personal reasons. They were very rude to me on the phone and basically provided they didn't care and attacked my credit.

I am trying to obtain the service history for my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder and I am not getting any clear answers as to why I cannot obtain the service history for my truck. Nissan consumer affairs staff is not helpful at all and they don't care about the customer. Instead they are telling me to go on the web and pull a carfax report to get my service history. That makes no sense. Will someone with sense from consumer affairs contact me with the right information in regards to my service history.

Nissan complaint: Where do I begin, well let me start by saying the car buying experience was amazing and the sales representative was amazing. Fast forward 71 days and the nightmare begins. So I bought a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue in January and of course it was still cold. However as it warmed up and I needed to use the AC I realized the driver's vents would blow warm or room temperature air while the passenger side would be freezing cold even when set to the exact same temperature. I called Jack Ingram Nissan in Montgomery Alabama where I purchased my car and advised them of the issue. They set an appointment for the following week for me to bring the car in to be fixed, or so I thought. When I dropped my car off I was told even though I brought in an SUV they would only be able to put me in an Altima, though I was disappointed I went with it. To my surprise when I reached the vehicle I was to use it was filthy! Being that we are still in the midst of a pandemic I went back in and refused to take that vehicle. They then Provided me with another Altima. The next day I called 3 or 4 times to see what had been done to fix my car. Finally around 3 pm I received a call saying they could not detect any issue and that I could come and pick my car up. I was told that the temperature shown was not per vent, but the temperature in the entire car. This didn't seem accurate because one of the selling points was the dual climate control, but it was a Friday and due to the size of my family I couldn't afford to be in the loaner car any longer. So I went and picked up my car... I tried to chalk it up to maybe the car didn't do for them what it had been doing with me. When I pulled out of the dealership to head home, the driver's side was blowing heat to the point that I began to sweat. I made a U-turn and went back to the dealership and demanded to speak with someone to show them what was happening and see another vehicle like mine do the same. After waiting 15 minutes, the representative came out and witnessed exactly what I was referring to and to my surprise he seemed surprised which makes me feel like my car hadn't even been looked at in the 2 days it had been there. We then sat in another Rogue to see if this is indeed normal and what do you know the other car did NOT have the same issue proving that this is not normal for this make and model. They sent another representative out who appeared to be a manager and he proceeded to insult my intelligence by insisting it was operating as it should. I told them both that I was not satisfied and I would like it fixed. His solution was for me to turn my driver temp down and passenger temp up which made both sides blow the same temperature. I advised them that that was only a bandage not a solution. I bought a new car and I expected it to operate as it should. The representative then offered to reopen the ticket and assured me that he would be reaching out to me with a solution by Wednesday. WELL TODAY IS THURSDAY! No word from Jack Ingram. I called Nissan yesterday evening and filed a consumer complaint, the rep called today and said that Jack Ingram would be calling me within the hour to set up a time for my car to be reevaluated. That was 4 hours ago. At this point I don't know what to do, but I do know that I will never do business with Nissan and definitely not with Jack Ingram if they do not resolve this matter! On a lighter note the sales team there is amazing and after speaking with the sales manager. I will hopefully be able to have a SUV as a loaner whenever the service team can get it together and FIX MY CAR!

I own a 2013 Nissan sentra. I purchased the vehicle in Dec. 2015 and now my transmission cvt is out. Unfortunately Nissan offered only to cover half which means I WILL HAVE TO PAY $1600. I will put a down payment on a new vehicle than steady have to deal with these issues.

Keep calling the Consumer Affair for 2 weeks, each time they said a specialist will call you. Again they said they called but I was not available. Left a voicemail. If someone calls it will show on my phone. One more time they put me on hold and connected me to the specialist but this time it asked me to leave a phone number, and case number etc. What I am dealing with?

Auto body shop cannot complete a repair due to the dashboard not available. They (Nissan) have given me dates several times and still no part for over 6 weeks... I call them and it’s the usual smoke and mirrors...they just run their mouths and get nothing done... Car is unusable without the dash... They have basically done nothing to help get this car back on the road.

I bought a 2014 Pathfinder Hybrid from Robert Allen Nissan in Helena Montana. I bought it for one SPECIFIC reason. It was supposed to get 30MPG highway. I told them I drive 150 miles a day to work and they said this would be the car to buy. I test drove several that day but settled on what they recommended. It does NOT get 30MPG. The best I get is 21 to 22. When I complained to them they said "Well hybrids don't get good mileage in the winter". I said, “Why didn't you tell me that when you sold it to me?” They acted like I was just another stupid consumer. Another thing, DON'T BUY A PATHFINDER HYBRID 4X4. It will get stuck in the driveway. When the wheels start to spin the battery takes over and it powers out. BAD DESIGN.

I own a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder LE& a 2009 Sentra FE both with transmission issues, the Pathfinder was not a part of a recall with the radiator that did the transmission cooling as well as engine cooling. Radiator developed a crack between the coolant and ATF CHAMBER AND THE FLUIDS MIXED, my car was running perfectly until this happened, then the transmission started to slip. When I went to Nissan they said my vehicle vin was not apart of the recall so I would not receive a warranty extension/replacement or reimbursement to the tune of $6,000 + if I repaired it myself. I spent over $36,000 on the purchase of the SUV brand new 0 miles except for the few I put on it in a test drive. Needless to say this is not an isolated issue, the web is full of complaints like this with Nissan's faulty radiator. Now my poor car just sits, I still maintain her, changing the oil, air in tires starting her, wash her, I paid off the car so it's just a waste. Then comes 2009. I still have confidence in Nissan even though they screwed me and 4 of my other extended family members with the same issue with their Frontier, Xterra, Armada, and Quests. We have always been a Datsun, Nissan loyalist but after my current issue with a 2009 Sentra with a CVT transmission issue. I'm over Nissan and so are my family members. We have as a family given Nissan close to half a million dollars in vehicles that can't even last 10 years. We are all switching to Honda/ Toyota/Subaru, from now on, shame, I was looking at the gtr too. Nissan can take their failed business and product and shove it. I'm tired of Japanese companies adopting failed American business practices, no loyalty to the customer/consumer anymore after they have our money. Everytime I see a Nissan I warn the driver of the radiator issue. I have found with one random person I was able to see the oil mixing already when he checked his radiator reservoir with me there because he was confident I was crazy, when he saw his radiator reservoir had oil he thanked me and said he was going to the dealership to get the radiator replaced before it's too late. I felt accomplished but pissed because had I known I would have had the radiator replaced, recall or not, if your radiator does your atf cooling I recommend getting an external separate ATF cooler regardless if it's an issue or not. I have recently purchased a Subaru and looking to purchase a Honda this weekend, Subaru understood my issue and offered to put in a separate atf cooler with the purchase. I will be asking Honda to do the same. Per Subaru, most manufactures are going that route by having a combined radiator. But I will no longer go this route with any other future purchases, I'll have them separate the cooling or not purchase.

We got someone to take over our lease and the process took 2-1/2 months. They constantly asked us to resend paperwork; didn't send paperwork to us unless requested multiple times; never called us back when they said they would including their supervisors. You have no recourse but to keep calling and hope someone can help eventually. It is seriously the worst company I've ever dealt with. I wish I could give negative stars.
