Product Reviews:

I have a 2009 Lexus ES350 which has been recalled because of the passenger Air Bag. Yesterday, I tried to get some updated information as what to expect with this recall. I contacted both Lexus and my local dealer in Orlando. No one was able to provide any information -- how long before being fixed, etc. I asked for a supervisor at Lexus and they said that it would be 48 hours before I would receive a call.At my local dealership, I was able to talk to a lady in charge of customer (un)relations and she was no help. I asked to speak to the General Manager and was denied. She said that she was as high as I could go. I do not know about you, but when companies deny you the opportunity to voice your concerns to higher management, I am extremely concerned about a business who operates in this manner. I like my car, but the service and lack of information from a supposedly Luxury car company is appalling. My last Lexus. This type of customer service is very short sighted and will cost Lexus millions of dollars -- not the way to keep repeat customers!!

I will never buy another Lexus or Toyota product again. The last Lexus ES350 I owned, is the last. I do not know how in the world Lexus could call a Lexus ES 350 “Bulletproof” when the heads blew on the one I had at 145,000 miles, not mention the failing computer, the alternator, the Vehicle Stability Control, and let’s not forget their melting dash, the allegedly lethal Takata airbag system, and years earlier that accelerator problem. I do not understand how anyone who had problems I had could possibly call it reliable. The whole experience was shameful. Given my experience with a Lexus, I now question Consumer Reports rating system for rating that company number one in reliability. I had American cars I got three to four times the life out of than this supposed “Bulletproof” reliable car. I am sticking Mercedes, Genesis, Honda, Mazda, Kia, or Hyundai. In my opinion there are better cars for the same or less money than the Lexus ES350 I owned.

My car holds 4 people so that's enough for any of my friends or family. It's the perfect amount for any type of travel to wherever we wanna go. This car gets me happy and is ready to drive whenever and wherever. It's so beautiful and the upgrades help it to its fullest. If she was beautiful before then she's gorgeous now. If I was a car, I would date my car. That pretty much describes how beautiful she is. I'm really enthusiastic about my car and I get happy with the varied models. I would buy 50 of them.

The Lexus RX is the most luxurious car I've ever driven. I'm always complimented about it and the interior is just stunning. And for 40,000 dollars it was definitely a steal and completely worth it. Driving it is smooth and the ride is quiet. The acceleration in 5 seconds took me by surprise. The Lexus RX's can typically hold 6 people. It would be suitable for a small family. If you have a bigger family, Lexus can still hook you up with the GS and the LX etc. I got it in a nice silver color and I always get the urge to wash it (to preserve its beauty). The seats are in great shape, and I find it so amazing that minimal additions and changes could transform it that great. You can customize the interior, exterior and wheels. It's like picking the toppings to add on your perfectly nice fro-yo - it's not necessary, but it's better - and then you eat it (drive it) and feel content afterwards.

Very safe and easy to drive! The gear was smooth! It always gives alerts in case any glitch has occurred like if there's a bad headlight, if the tire is flat, if it's running low on fuel or battery! Air bags are situated properly. My car has very practical appearance! Not very old school! More of a modern day look! Color variety is also good! It's very suitable for people of young age! Aged in the twenties to the flurries as it gives a very young vibe! Especially for people who care about what the car looks like. Also, my Lexus car can fit a family size.

In 2011 I bought a certified pre-owned 2007 ES350 with 27,000 miles. I experienced rough shifting-clunking and jumping forward on hills. I took it in 4 times to the dealer in Fife, WA and duplicated the problem with the service manager. They reset-updated the computer on the transmission 3 times. But I still have the same problem. I wanted the problem taken care of before the warranty expired. The service manager told me that they could not fix it and would not replace the transmission's computer.I have had two other Lexus. I am very disappointed with their response to this problem. I paid extra for the certification and what did I get? Not what I would expect from a QUALITY car company.

I was looking for a nice sedan, and all the options available really blew me away. Very glad that I had decided to go with Acura over other options that were out there. A major selling point for me was the quality and sturdiness of the power windows. I was looking for something that will last me and not cost an arm and a leg when they break down so frequently. I've had motors for windows go bad in several of my previous cars, so it was a must to find a brand with quality power windows. The windows work really well. The car is mainly for myself so I could really care less about the space, but if I do ever have passengers, I'm pretty certain they will be very comfortable and that is awesome. I believe I will be staying with Acura the next time I am shopping for a vehicle.

Lexus RS and Gs models have the most smooth on road experience, up to 31 MPG in city and very efficient in fuel economy. It has more safety features and a GPS app that integrates a smartphone's navigation system into the RX and has a turbo 2 liter engine that can get you fast in no time. It also has a new Powertrain function for better use of car's new features, and much improved hardware upgrades from previous models. Plus, it has 3 row passenger capacity and much more leg room, comfortable seats and temp controls, music and TV experience all like being at home and in a comfortable environment.

Lexus has a lot of nice cars to offer. It was either the 350 or a LFA. I also like their SUVs and their hatchbacks. The people at the dealership were very nice in helping me find my dream car and they have a lot of packages that you can put on your car. There is the race package, the performance package, and the street package. You can also choose what radio you have. Their car looks very nice and also looks really expensive. The rims look really cool and the nice dark silver I got on my car looks really nice. You can fit a lot of your friends in the back of this car wherein I had to make 7 people fit in it. Thanks to all of the wonderful room in the car.

Lexus had huge issues with their dashboard, glove boxes and side arms in some models. My model was a LS460. The material used would literally melt, turn sticky and rub off in the sun or heat. They developed a program to fix their short-comings and I was told it would be fixed a couple yrs ago. I dropped off car, they said they would fix issue and did nothing. After several calls, with zero returns I went to dealer. Was told we will get you in and take care of it, nothing again. Went back and was told the offer had ended and I need to call corporate. Corporate said they would not fix and I could pay for it myself. So, in summary, Lexus dropped the ball for over a yr and half thru a pandemic then would not make it right with a customer that has had about 10 of their cars in family over the years. Lexus only cares about selling their cars and obviously not keeping customers happy or doing what is right after their production failure with this certain issue. My advice is look elsewhere for your expensive vehicle purchase!
