2002 Eldorado - Bought it used with 18,000 miles on it in 2004. Runs fine and gets excellent mileage. It is the most economical Caddy I have ever owned. Of course I keep it serviced as I have with all of them. I still have a 1983 Coupe DeVille I've had since 1986. I rebuilt the 4100 engine at 141,000 miles. It has 161,000 miles now. I have a 1978 Seville, a 1986 Fleetwood Brougham, and a 1984 factory Limo. All run fine, no issues. I recently sold a 1984 Fleetwood Brougham. Storage space is getting to be an issue. I only have a building large enough for 12 autos. Some of my drivers are other brands. I am not fond of the new bodies so I keep my old Caddies and drive them wherever I wish. When I need a mechanic I use certified individuals, no shade tree men. Wish you all could have the fortunate experience I have enjoyed with my family of old Caddies.

I purchased a Cadillac ATS in April 2014. Within one month it developed an extreme odor from the ventilation system. Went to the dealer in July 2014. They minimized the odor, it returned with a vengeance. In July I had my 4th visited where they implemented a Service Bulletin for the odor. Apparently there are many people with stinky Cadillacs. Within 2 weeks the odor returned worse than ever. I called the dealer and they advised they would contact Cadillac Engineering. I wrote to Cadillac who sounded sympathetic, but no real response for a remedy to my extreme problem. The problem comes from mold forming in the ventilation system. I am concerned about potential health issues as the air is very bad. Has anyone else had the same problem where Cadillac made a successful repair?

I was a proud owner of a Cadillac SRX until I had to pay to repair a manufacturer flaw in the transmission. I know that Cadillac is aware of the problem because they made a part to fix it, but thought so little of their customers. They left us the bill to fix it. I will not purchase another car from a company that will leave their mistakes for customers to pay for. I feel I am owed a refund for the repair. It's Cadillac's responsibility to sell a car without defects.

Unfortunately the 2011 excellent DTS Cadillac we owned was in a head on with a loose horse and my husband was killed and me suffering injuries for 3 years. Needless to say that Cadillac was totaled. It was my mother’s day gift from my love. To top that in 2 months I lost my only grand daughter and her 3 year old girl in a horrific wreck roll over auto accident where they drowned in the bayou of Louisiana. It was so devastating to where all I wanted to do was die. Then 2 weeks later lost 3 very long time best friends in weird tragic ways.Rented a car for 3 months then found this incredible awesome 2013 Cadillac XTS 4. Only 6,000 miles from previous owner. I was happy to say the sales rep got me through to the purchase and it was my Miracle Car. I have loved it with all my heart and had more compliments than ever on an auto from young kids to people so old they could hardly walk with their canes or walkers. It is an absolute beauty.BUT now... along with so, so many I found online with exact same problem, most threatening, suggesting or planning to file a class action suit, I too am so distraught because the CUE SYSTEM is OUT! It began (like most others) at the bottom level, then in short time, maybe 2 weeks, the entire system went out. NO navigation, no radio, no Sirius XM, which I've paid a year in advance for. No car phone, no emergency contact info. The car was purchased as a luxury with all of this in it, but now it is NOT working! I suggested to the big online group to let’s ask Cadillac to do a RECALL since so many have or will have this same problem, trying to talk them out of a class action suit.I do NOT want to make a bad name for Cadillac as I LOVE the dealership, the SERVICE representatives and mechanics and the dept. Their services are the BEST ever! The salesman who sold it to me was the BEST ever. I'm 77 so I've purchased a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of salesmen! Will you PLEASE, PLEASE help me to get this CUE Infotainment Center replaced? I was told by dealership it would be a minimum of $1,200 and others were told up to $1,900.We are appalled that our warranties and extended warranties do not cover replacement and there is no fix for it. Warranties state that the only classification is RADIO and radio is not covered. Thanks for your help. Hopefully to assist me in pulling out of this deep depression and downhill slide with this all now happening on top of everything else. This system is really the only companionship I had when traveling alone.

I took my 2011 Cadillac DTS into the dealership for warranty repairs. The chrome In the 18in wheels is peeling after less than 3500 miles. The dealership said that I hit a curb. I am the only one driving the car. I didn't hit any curb and to replace the wheel will cost me $900.

This is great, and reliable choice of vehicle. It may be expensive to buy new, but just buy it used at a good price, and you will be more than happy. It's fancy, and makes you feel good. It's silver, with nice trim, and good rims. It's also a smooth ride. The name brand says it all, it's definitely a caddy. There is many different choices you can pick from when it comes to upgrades and whatnot, but mine was bought used, so it came with whatever. You can also fit a good amount of people in the car, and still is comfortable because it's such a nice car. It just depends on how large the other passengers are. It's worth every penny.

The Cadillac brand offers a variety of vehicles. I went with the SRS & I absolutely love it. They have a range from sports car to large SUV. If you're in the market for a luxury vehicle without the luxury price tag, Cadillac is the car for you. The Cadillac I purchased came with all the bells and whistles. There's an out of this world sound system that will blow you away. They have automatic heated seats for your comfort. I was able to upgrade to the features I wanted without a hefty price tag. The sound system and navigation have to be the best in any automobile. Upgrading to automatic everything was well worth it. Since we purchased a Sedan we did miss out on the extra room an SUV would afford. However since we're a family of four and the room is just enough to be comfortable.

There are a lot of different models but I prefer the suv. It a better ride and it's not expensive as some may think. It has everything I need. Also, the features are awesome. The entertainment system is the best I've ever had. The dvd play has great picture quality. The interior is excellent / and the heated seats come in handy during the winter months. Passenger capacity is good too. I don't have but one child and she loves the fact that she has all the backseat room to herself. The driver side is very comfortable and roomy as well. There are many differents upgrades and personal options which is the package I brought. The body model is great but I don't like the newer model's body style.

I bought a 2007 CTS in March 2010. Early 2013, the engine light kept coming on. So, in April 2013, on Monday morning I went for an oil change. Two days later on Wednesday, I changed spark plugs and gaskets. Two days later on Friday, I was driving on the highway and noticed the car had no power. I stopped the car and the transmission had completely blown. The radiator fluid mixed with the transmission fluid. I had to replace both the transmission and the radiator. In total, this has already cost me over $4,000.00 (four thousand). If this wasn't bad enough...I went for an oil change in July 2013 and the mechanic showed me that the main frame holding the car together has completely rusted through on the bottom. I pushed on it and my finger went through the rust. This of course is extremely dangerous and will cost me a lot of money to fix. I can't believe a car with the reputation and price tag as high as a Cadillac can make their vehicles so badly. My vehicle is only 7 years old and has already cost me an extreme amount of money. I still owe money on the car, so I'm stuck paying for the repairs. I am not sure who to turn to for help. Can anyone help me...or am I stuck with a LEMON?

I bought a 2007 Cadillac CTS in January 2013. It was a one owner garage kept gem. I thought. It wasn't a few months later that we had it in the shop for a catalytic converter replacement. With only 55,000 miles on it! Then we discovered that the trunk was full of water below the spare tire! What the heck? This is a Cadillac! Not an economy car! My family has had Cadillacs for generations and never had any problems. I thought it may just be my luck but when I went online I found out that I wasn't alone. Cadillac is losing a lot of customers and I'm one. Today we took it to the shop to have a flickering headlight checked and we were told it would cost over $500 to have it fixed! This isn't the Cadillac I grew up around and I PROMISE it's getting traded off soon and I'll NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER GM PRODUCT AGAIN. DISGUSTING!
