Lexus is the luxury vehicle division of the Japanese automaker Toyota. The Lexus brand is marketed in more than 90 countries and territories worldwide and is Japan's largest selling make of premium cars. It has ranked among the 10 largest Japanese global brands in market value. Lexus is headquartered in Nagoya, Japan.

The Lexus RC is offered with three different engines—a turbo inline-four and two naturally aspirated V-6s—but none of them provide thrilling performance. Instead, the RC is content to coddle its occupants with a plush ride and a comfortable cabin with space for two. Active safety features, such as automated emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, are standard, but smartphone integration via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto is unavailable. The RC is simply outclassed by more modern rivals that offer heftier helpings of both style and substance.

You know I am a person who never misses a payment. Leased a vehicle and PAID the 2,000 to protect the car from flying stones. I didn't have to do that but rumor was if you lease they will ding you in the end for anything upon turning in vehicle. Paid for the extra mileage and then turned in early in West Palm Beach by 30 days under mileage because I was moving to Michigan. Sent my my 395.00 fee (what-ever in lease contract) BUT THEN SAW A FEE ADDED OF $150.00.Can you guess why they added $150.00 - never guess in a million years. REMOVAL OF A BUMPER STICKER. YEP, $150.00 because they didn't say "hey you might want to remove that sticker - the finance guy who looks over the vehicle is a real **". Nope just turned over keys - thank you very much and then one month later sent me a bill that I called on to figure out $150.00 for what? Did you have a 26.2 sticker on your car? "Yes". Well that's what the charge is for - removal" ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS!Wrote to the higher ups - called the people who I leased the vehicle from and no one cared and no one returned phone calls. Then had the balls to send to a collection agency. Protection plan $2,000 - one month early - under mileage that I paid for upfront! Perfect condition. So you know what screw you Lexus. I paid the $150.00 and I will tell my friends and then they will tell theirs and so on and so on about how unfair you guys were to a client. So maybe you won't post on your precious Lexus Facebook page without your people reviewing but I can post here and I can tell the world! Maybe that's my satisfaction and of course never ever lease/buy a Lexus.

I own a RX 330 which I take pride in servicing and has always relied on Lexus to do all my services even though they are twice as expensive. December 2013, I spent over $3000.00 in service charge of which included four new tires. I had a flat on the road that was not repairable. I called Lexus dealership in east Hartford, Connecticut. I was told that the new tires I had bought has no warranty. I asked why wasn't I told that at the time of purchase so I could at least make an informed decision to purchase or not. I got the runaround from customer service after holding on the phone for at least twenty five minutes. I was desperate so I asked about giving me a discount on another tire. They denied me that also. I ended up buying another tire from another vender in desperation. I pursued the matter and filed a complaint with Lexus headquarters who did not help the situation any but told me they are not in the tire business and there is nothing they can do for me. Mind you, this is only less than three months after purchasing four new tires. My plan was to purchase my next car from Lexus but with this experience, Infiniti or Acura is looking like a better choice. They so refuse to take responsibility for numerous customer complaints about headlights fogging up.

I took my car in for diagnosis, after hearing a low "grinding" sound. He a bearing in the pump was failing and the pump needed to replace at a cost between $2,500 and $3,000. To access that pump, the engine needs to be removed, that takes 16 hours! While you're having that work done, he told me to also have the spark plugs replaced. Get this, the average cost to replace them is $311 to $396. The parts cost is less than $20. The remainder of the cost is labor. I think the costs for doing "minor repair" jobs is ridiculous - whoever heard of removing the engine to replace the water pump (replacing the plugs at the same time, "saves you money"). I'd like to meet the "numskull" responsible for this thoughtless design and tell him a thing or two. Do these two minor job.

2013 Lexus RX350, zero accident, South County Maintained at 62K miles it already had Cylinder head gasket leak. Failed to meet my expectations of 100k miles... Failed to meet the Reliability Pedestal.

I took my 2010 Lexus IS250 to the Wilkie Lexus in Ardmore Pa. for the 60,000 mile service. They called after looking over my car to let me know that I needed a front driver side tire due to a bubble in that particular tire. I gave them the ok to replace the tire and to do some other things that they said had to get done which drove the cost up considerably. Well, a few weeks went by and I decided to wash my car. I noticed a bubble in my tire and realized my tire was never replaced! I called the dealership and left a message in the voicemail of the service advisor that wrote up the invoice as his name is on the invoice. Since it's Sunday, I don't expect to hear anything from Lexus until tomorrow (Monday). At which point I hope they will do the right thing and replace the tire that I paid to have replaced, that was obviously not replaced!

I really like the Lexus GS. It's a looker and has a sporting style, security and a cool 12.3 inch multimedia display. Also, full screen navigation. Love the surround sound. Sport look for anyone that like race car. Very stylish and enough room to enjoy. You can fit 4 comfortable. Your passengers will ride In luxury and in style. Trim in leather. Car has anything. Not much more you can upgrade, but I would like a sunroof.

My car had a sunroof, full-leather interior, a 6-cd disc changer, v6 engine, power windows and automatic locks. I also enjoyed the ability to adjust my sunroof as I pleased or use the tilt option for a slight breeze. I greatly appreciated the cd changer given that I traveled between cities a lot. It gave me comfort to know I truly would enjoy my time on road. I didn't have the chance to upgrade my car much due to financial limitations. However, Lexus did offer many different upgrade and personalization options. There were upgrades for the seating as far as different colors of leather, and initial embroidery that add a personal touch. Even though the car seemed small, it could really hold its weight in passengers and seat them comfortably. At one point, I had eight people in a 4-door Lexus--6 kids and 2 adults! I hauled off my whole apartment with just this one car! I liked the size because it wasn't too big or too small and it was very easy to handle and control the vehicle. Overall Lexus truly holds up to their brand by creating reliable, luxurious and efficient cars. As a college student, I constantly traveled between cities and in just five years I put on over 200,000 miles. I'm thankful to have had my Lexus by my side while pursuing my future!

I have a five-year-old Lexus with 50,000 miles. The vehicle is well-maintained yet the paint is wearing off. It is a dark color however, the paint job should last at least 5 years. The hood and the bumpers are worn so thin that they have changed colors.

I love my 2006 Lexus RX h400. I had no problems and had great service from my local dealership (Meade Lexus of Troy, MI) but I was surprised and disappointed when I was told my entire steering column needed replacement (cost $1350). My SUV has never been in an accident and I was told that perhaps a pot hole had caused the problem. I can understand things go wrong with even great cars like my Lexus, but I didn't expect to foot the entire bill of $1350 when the failure of the steering column was not caused by me.
