Lexus is the luxury vehicle division of the Japanese automaker Toyota. The Lexus brand is marketed in more than 90 countries and territories worldwide and is Japan's largest selling make of premium cars. It has ranked among the 10 largest Japanese global brands in market value. Lexus is headquartered in Nagoya, Japan.

The 2025 Lexus TX is a three-row luxury SUV designed to provide families with comfort, refinement, and advanced technology in a premium package. Positioned as one of Lexus’ newest models, it blends practicality with luxury, offering more interior space than the RX while maintaining the brand’s hallmark quietness, reliability, and upscale appeal.

On the outside, the 2025 TX follows Lexus’ updated design language, with a bold spindle body grille that integrates more seamlessly into the front fascia. Sleek LED headlights, sharp character lines, and a confident stance give it an elegant yet athletic look. The SUV’s proportions emphasize its family-focused nature, with a long wheelbase that allows for generous third-row and cargo space, setting it apart from smaller Lexus models.

Inside, the TX offers a modern, premium environment with seating for up to seven passengers, depending on configuration. High-quality materials, soft-touch surfaces, and refined detailing create a luxury atmosphere. Available second-row captain’s chairs enhance comfort and accessibility, while the third row is more spacious than what many competitors provide, making it suitable for adults on shorter trips. Cargo space is abundant, especially when the third row is folded.

Technology is a major highlight. The SUV features a large central touchscreen, intuitive Lexus Interface software with cloud-based navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an available head-up display. Multiple USB-C ports, wireless charging, and a premium Mark Levinson audio system further enhance connectivity and entertainment. Lexus also integrates its advanced driver assistance suite, Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, as standard, including adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, and pre-collision safety features.

Performance options are diverse, offering buyers a balance of power and efficiency. The standard TX 350 comes with a turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, providing smooth acceleration and reliable performance. The TX 500h introduces a performance-oriented hybrid setup with more horsepower, blending power with fuel efficiency, while the TX 550h+ plug-in hybrid offers all-electric driving for short commutes and strong efficiency for longer trips. All-wheel drive is available across the lineup, ensuring stability and confidence in various conditions.

Ride quality is one of the SUV’s strong points, with Lexus tuning the suspension for smoothness and comfort even over rough roads. At the same time, steering feels precise, giving the large SUV a composed and manageable feel in city driving and on highways. For families who prioritize both luxury and peace of mind, the TX delivers a quiet cabin and the kind of long-term dependability Lexus is known for.

Overall, the 2025 Lexus TX is aimed at buyers who want a truly family-friendly luxury SUV without sacrificing refinement, technology, or efficiency. Its spacious interior, versatile powertrain options, and extensive safety features position it as a compelling alternative to rivals from BMW, Audi, Acura, and Volvo in the competitive three-row luxury SUV segment.

Product Reviews:

Lexus has a range of vehicle models to choose from like the Lexus RX 2017, Lexus LS 2017, Lexus ES including SUV models as well. The Lexus interior fitments are well populated with rich wood and soft leather. The glossy shine of a brand new car rather new or used I have noticed that Lexus brand always are up to date. You can upgrade tires at any time if you ever run into weather events that may need changing of tires quickly. You can rely on the customer service if you ever need help with any model upgrades. When my friends tag along they always complement how spacious it is. It's almost like sitting inside a bus how much space you have to relax and do other things as a passenger.

This is my 2nd Lexus: my first one, ES 330 was a great car from mechanical to cosmetics! This 2nd, ES 350 is the poorest quality you can get! I was told by a service manager in N Miami, that the reason the interior materials (dash board, seats cover, cosmetically wood design, that all are falling apart), are made to disintegrate after a while! No kidding!!!? They actually do, I cannot even clean the interior because the board is jelly like, the seats covers are all broken after 2-3 years and the color will come off when you clean them, the wood design is flying up peeling as well everywhere, at 72 000 miles I had to replace the front direction and before, the steering wheel fell! And you would believe that for over $42000, you will buy a nice quality car! No, not anymore! I was back in forth with Lexus via emails, I went to the dealer to show what is happening to the car, they said that I have to pay if I don’t like the way it looks! I called to have at least the dash board replace since is melting, but two customer service from Lexus Corporate said that the offer expired on March 31 this year and they won’t extend it, although they never told me about it when I went to the dealer or on our exchanged emails! Think twice if you planning to get a Lexus at this time: it is not the same quality or customer service as they started! A shame!

I bought a brand new Lexus GS 350 in December from Lexus dealer in Raleigh NC. I paid $3000 for Navigation system in car. Car itself sticker price over $50,000.Navigation system had older road map, and 3-year old roads does not exist in this system. I asked Lexus dealer in Raleigh NC to update system, which most $100, navigation system offers free. Lexus want additional $250 for changing this software after paying all the prices for the car and very expensive price for a GPS Navigation system. SO for any one buying a new car, ask the dealer to install a new software before you pay for the old system.

I own a Lexus 2006 and a year ago I started noticing hairline cracks on the dashboard. I spoke with a Lexus representative and he said that Lexus is aware that it is a manufacture defect and I should take it to the dealer and they should replace it. I took it in to North Miami Lexus dealer. The guy took pictures and said that he submitted the claim. I followed up with him since he never called me back to follow up. After 5 weeks he said that Lexus will replace it but I will have to pay $1000. He also said that I can call Lexus customer service if I am not happy. I did call them and followed up with Customer Service manager, Michael, was told that since the car is outside of warranty (however, very low mileage and they recognize that, could have been covered under that) they can only extend the dealer's offer and that is very fair. They never looked at the pictures since the dealer didn't upload them and apparently someone in the other department declined for Lexus to take full responsibility for the defect. After searching the issue online, I realize that I am not the only one with the same issue and that different Lexus owners were offered different deals. My belief is that they never even looked into the issue and I was given the generic answer by the customer service management. This is very disappointing and would love to join a class action suit. Lexus is aware of this defect and just getting away with it. The luxury car dealer is washing their hands off. I am not angry but very dissatisfied to look at the car everyday and see the cracks while it is suppose to be a luxury car.

Lexus has a wide variety of vehicles across the size ranges, from small and sporty to sport utility vehicles. Everyone knows how nice Lexus look. It's a beautiful vehicle that I am proud to drive. It's shiny, sleek, sexy... sporty and fun and it looks fast. You could upgrade any number of options, drive packages, fuel, sound, wheels, drivetrain, payment, interior and color options... The model I chose has limited passenger room by design, I only need or want room for very few passengers, no desire to be the driver of the bus sized vehicles you can have now.

It has always been my dreams to one day own a Lexus. However, this is not what I intended or expected from such a prestigious and renowned luxury car dealership. Two weeks after purchasing my Pre Owned Certified Lexus ES 350 I have had nothing but major problems with this car, both mechanical and interior issues. The paint on the car is fading and very spotty, the armrest and the leather seats are tearing apart by the day. Typically I am the only one using the car, other than my husband who has his own car, and I do not have any children that would exacerbate the problem. Just recently there was a problem with my trunk latch that was making it almost impossible to close my trunk. I took it to the dealership, and thank goodness it was covered by the warranty.Once I received the car back, about a week later, I noticed the same thing started happening again with the latch, and I also noticed an echo sound when closing the trunk that was not there before they serviced the vehicle. Immediately I contacted their corporate office and told them my concerns, but to no avail. They offered me a voucher that could probably pay for one tire, and just wished me away. I really feel abandoned and betrayed by this dealership, and to some degree, heart broken because this was my dream car. I hope that they can get these current problems resolved without dragging me through a long and drawn out process, and not having to obtain a lawyer to get to the bottom of these issues. If anyone has any suggestions or comments that could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I loved my Lexus. They have many different models for many types of people. I needed one to fit my family, and it works well for us. The Lexus was easy to clean. It was very sleek and even though it was older, it still managed to always have a new appearance. The passenger capacity fit all five of my family members. My children were not squished and sat very comfortably even with their car seats and booster seats. Very luxurious car. I have had many people compliment my car. I have not upgraded yet, but I am now looking to buy a new Lexus with new features. I will find out more features from the dealership. I can't wait for the new technologies they have put into such a great car. We are now selling this model, but we will be looking for another Lexus.

I am the owner of two Lexus vehicles. I am investing my time to inform you of my feelings towards Lexus; as the respect, integrity and trust, which I have so highly esteemed about Lexus, has been compromised. This time the 2007 Lexus ES 350 with just 34,000 miles encountered a problem with the passenger window as it would no longer function properly. What I learned is that the window mechanism is so cheaply made that the plastic parts just broke apart. This design flaw resulted in a five hundred dollar plus repair bill that stole hard-earned dollars from other priorities my family has at this time. When I needed to truly rely upon Lexus reliability during challenging economic times, you let me and my family down. What is concerning is the fact the other three windows will certainly face the same catastrophic failure. (And surprisingly, considering the fact that the windows are hardly ever used as the Florida heat makes the AC priority one). The bottom line is this: Why would I ever buy another Lexus product when price and value are so far apart? Please let me know how you may be able to help given the aforementioned situation that my family and I currently find ourselves in.Lexus Service Specialists phone reply: "As you did not visit our service department and took your car to a private repair facility, you voided your warranty." My car was well out of warranty, but they said that the "CPO (certified pre-owned) Warranty" would have covered this had I gone to the dealer. Well actually, the CPO would not cover a window repair; but the Service Specialists... they would have helped if I would have asked. Wow, with my other Lexus which had several service issues, the dealership was very specific that the warranty did not cover my problem and all costs would be borne by me. It is so sad to be witnessing the demise of the famed Lexus brand name. My friends and neighbors, who also own Lexus products, have also commented "never again" when asked if they would purchase another Lexus, as their own experiences have been much worse than mine… so sad.

Lexus LS 460. Bad quality. Spent almost $80k for a car that after 4 yrs, the upgraded Mark Levinson amplifier went dead. Price for new amp is $3000. This is ridiculous and poor craftsmanship. Bad product by Mark Levinson and bad service by Lexus not doing anything about it. Have been loyal to Toyota and Lexus for over 35 years but no more buying Lexus again. Thought I bought their flagship car and have great parts and service but neither was true.

My headlight has condensation in it which is a very common problem for Lexus headlights. I called. They want 400 to look at it and over 2,000 for a headlight. How come this issue is not a recall is beyond me. You expect to have a safe and reliable car. But the lights just turn off out of nowhere. I have been pulled over 2 times. Not only do I endanger myself and my kids but other people's lives too. And you think they would try to help you but no. I was so much happier with my Honda Accord - way better car and way cheap. Never again will I buy a Lexus again. Never!!! Worst customer service ever. And that's just the beginning, so no they do not keep their customers happy at all. I called the corporate and the woman I spoke with was just rude. I should have gotten her name, but I was just so mad. This is just ridiculous.
