The Cadillac Motor Car Division is a division of the American automobile manufacturer General Motors Company that designs and builds luxury vehicles. Its major markets are the United States, Canada, and China. Cadillac models are distributed in 34 additional markets worldwide.

The Cadillac XLR is based on the Chevrolet Corvette, featuring a 320-hp V-8 under the hood, a folding hardtop, and offering back-road manners and performance on par with top European GT convertibles. Pleasant road manners combined with a competent chassis and right-now throttle response are let down by a lack of driver involvement. The interior is tight and lacks storage space. For more power, there’s the XLR-V with a 443-hp supercharged V-8

Product Reviews:

Lots of option choices to customize your experience. Highly recommend getting something you will use or just something you think is cool and will love. Highly recognizable from a distance. Sets this car apart from most. You can fit more people comfortably in this car than you'd think. It's a full size car with plenty of leg room for driver and passengers. Standard features are incredible for any brand of vehicle but options are even better. The standard package alone is enough to want this car but add options to it and it's unbelievable. Stereos, wheels, GPS, etc. The list goes on forever. Look up a dealer online and check it out. Go for a test drive! You won't regret it!

This is by far my most favorite vehicle, love this car. Smooth ride, excellent sound system, beautiful style, phenomenal presence, large trunk and prestige while driving. I like the sunroof, leather seats, back up camera, dual zones for heating and cooling, heated seats, the red color and black interior, comfortable seating, roomy, Bose speakers. It is excellent and will purchase again. But I would like cheaper parts as it is too expensive to get repairs done on the vehicle and better vision hard to see surroundings. Also, the lease terms have too few miles included.

I have a 2011 Cadillac SRX. My check engine light started coming on back in Jan of 2016 and going out on and off for three months. I had auto zone check codes. They was po171 & po174. I looked them up on the computer technical description system too lean (bank2) po171 & po174. Very similar auto zone description, said 'too much oxygen in exhaust' so I change two O2 upstream sensor light, still on then po174 mean mass air sensor light still coming on & off. I had the dealer here in Merrillville in. They had my car all day and told me I needed to replace all 6 injector $2500. I told them to close my hood and I was picking my car up. I do all my work myself so everyone having check engine light I started to check myself. The problem was replace. The evaporative emissions purge control valve price $ 41.47 when I installed the light went out. That valve will make your car run bad, make your trans shift funny on my car. The purge valve is right behind the throttle body. I hope this will help someone having check engine. If someone need help email me. PS I purchase my SRX new in Aug 2011. I only got 65000 miles and I service my car regular and the dealer said I needed new injector. I knew that was a lie. The dealer are out to rip you off.

I love taking my car on road trips. It's the smoothest ride you'll ever have! They have a large variety of colors, large variety of styles. Sleek, smooth, classy luxury. The backseat is huge! My family is more than comfortable and they can watch their devices comfortably with outlets back there. With cup holder too, but nothing compromises the roomy interior. Extra features make sure you are always comfortable. The seat adjustments and electronic features seem way ahead of time. I had the option for upgrades! My dashboard has really cool features, plus I can have roadside assistance if needed (which I've not used yet). I highly recommend

Cadillac offers some luxurious models from the low end to the high end luxury market. Their cars are all powered by GM Powerplants which are US made. They have very sleek body lines and all the technology on the inside to compete with the higher end cars such as Mercedes, BMW and Lexus. They come with various engine upgrades with different horsepower. Each car can be upgraded with different interiors and wheels with luxurious leather seats. Most Cadillacs hold 5 passengers comfortably with plenty of legroom. Front and rear passengers also usually have the access to heated and cooled seats.

I have had my 2014 Cadillac SRX for 15 months. It has been in the shop for major repairs 3 times in that time and the car only has 24,000 miles. I have been communicating with the Cadillac Corp 800 # and have been treated in a way that shows I am not valued as a customer, even after owning 5 Cadillacs over the years! I was not even allowed to speak with a supervisor and was told a supervisor would call me when it was convenient for them! I became so frustrated, I finally called an attorney. Do not think that buying a luxury car will provide you with luxury customer service.

I was into the Escalade but eventually realized that truck is just overkill and just a bigger version of a Chevy so I got a XT5. It's black with the sport package, wood trim, automatic transmission, and sweet moonroof. It can seat one person extra. I also love the OnStar.

I have a 2015 Cadillac SRX that I purchased with defective headlamps. I have taken my vehicle in for service multiple times to have the headlamps worked on but they are still not working. My husband and I have done research and read about many issues other consumers have had with the lights. I am very worried something could happen while driving at night. When I contacted Cadillac for help (because they manufactured and sold a defective car) the "Corporate" employee told me "I am responsible for Cadillac's manufacturing issue" and DECLINED any further escalation from me. I can't believe they treat their customers this way. Bad car & even worse customer service!

I bought the car used and it was a cruiser and it was very roomy on the inside. It's very reliable, and I did not have to worry about if I was going to make it back home or not. Even though it was a boat ride to on the outside it was a very good car to me. The interior was in the best of shape. It did not have any holes in the seats. It was able to fit me, my daughter and her father, and our friends and their 3 kids, so that is 8 people and 1 of those 8 was in a car seat.

I bought a new 2016 Cadillac CTS a bit over a year ago. The car is a damn good looking machine. However, it’s also been falling to pieces like a cheap piece of junk. The leather interior has already started delaminating from the doors, the heater won’t work, the cue system has gone haywire and a multitude of other serious problems for a new car to be having. I’m disappointed that Cadillac’s quality turned out to be so shoddy. However, dealing with Cadillac as a company has been absolutely infuriating. I have been trying to get them to do the warranty repairs for over six months and they have been absolutely impossible to deal with. They do not stand behind their product. I’ve wanted a Cadillac for a long time and I was really happy the day I bought it but now that I’ve owned one and had to deal with their poor quality control and abysmal customer service I would absolutely warn anyone considering buying a Cadillac not to. Cadillac is a sexy car with some prestige associated with its brand but in reality it’s a poorly made car with one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with.
