Do not waste your money on the Cadillac ATS!!! I've had issues with this car since day one!!! Everything from weather strips not being seated properly to my check engine light going off for the 6th time now for an emission related problem which they can't fix!!! Car only has 14,000 km on it...p2096 code keeps going off!!! Asked for dealer buyback but refuse to cooperate so I've started the arbitration process...once complete and they're ordered to buy the car back I'LL do business with Ford instead!!! Terrible customer service and lost me as a client!!! Good job GM!!

I switch from a Lincoln MKX to this Cadillac. I am very impressed with it. The Cadillac is a bit smaller but has nearly as much interior room and is more comfortable. Driving is better as you can see better, is a better ride and has better power plus better gas mileage.

I think the Cadillac is one of the most beautiful vehicles there is. They have a high class look and the interior is always immaculate. They are always one of the first to upgrade to the highest quality of merchandise and are always up to date. The technology is always high class and superb, and I am always happy with the newest gadgets they have. They offer a very good variety of cars and I was very happy when Cadillac started making bigger vehicles. I have a very big family and want to stay with the Cadillac brand but definitely needed the space. The only problem I had is my Cadillac caught on fire eight days after I had it.

Simply put, 4 cue systems replaced and we are now going on #5! GM you have lost a customer for life! Overpriced junk! Definitely do your homework with any Cadillac with the cue system. Had I done mine, I would never put myself through the aggravation. Also replaced headlight lens. Good luck!

At 52,000 miles my computer screen on my 2014 SRX frozen up effectively paralyzing my ability to direct my car's operations. The new radio will cost 1,500.00 and is back-ordered for months. Poorest customer service I have ever received. Totally not helpful and not there to meet customers' needs or satisfaction. After waiting for my Escalade for 4 months with a issue with the transmission, on the third time around picking my vehicle up the engine blew at 60000 miles 10 miles from the dealership and transmission still not fixed. Four months later vehicle was returned, after a new engine and still has transmission issues, touch screen is bad, cruise control not working and drivers assist warning on. I had to fight for a loaner for warranty work! Which was given a equinox, nowhere in comparison for 3.5 months. Was told by Cadillac was basically my problem to deal w the dealership and I could go rent a vehicle to meet my family's need of a 7 passenger vehicle but would only reimburse 42 dollars a day for a week only.I also was told by one of their customer car advisors that it was basically my problem and if they were to have the same issues she would be in the same shape. Total lie. Payment reimbursement was discussed then denied after I had to do all the grunt work to get the warranty work order and submit for which they had multiple contacts with the dealership and were well aware what was going on. Worst experience ever and will not own another Cadillac in my lifetime. Would highly not recommend buying a Cadillac. They are junk and way overpriced. Encountered multiple people with the same transmission issues along with GM has a class action lawsuit against them for the transmission problem my vehicle has/had. I got rid of it ASAP!

Cadillac is a very classic and sleek car. It's very smooth to drive and really the safest car I ever bought. These car are always roomy and it's great for large families. You never feel squished and uncomfortable and never have to go to a rest stop to stretch your legs. It's always a relaxed drive. I also like the inside and stereo. You are able to customize your car as they have many option available for you to choose from which is great way to express yourself. I love the brand. It's not as pricey as other cars and I can't recommended it enough.

Cadillac brings a excellent model. I had no problems with this car for a while because it was just so good of a car. A few distinct features that this car had was the interior. It was a perfect leather, very comfy to relax on and also the car was a very steady car. I painted my car from white to black just to make it look better because I liked the color. The passenger quality is phenomenal. Everyone who got in the car was very relaxed because the seats were perfect and no one gave a negative comment. Cadillac is a really good type of car to own.

My Cadillac is a goldish color and black and it has beautiful tires and the rims are gold as well. This car is one of the best cars I could possibly have. It has a child protection car seat and airbags and it stops when it senses a car wreck. The passenger capability is very good as well because it has a safe proof belt as in seatbelt because in case of an accident it actually holds everything down. Driving is very easy. The car is faster with the new oils and much safer and you can drive anywhere as possible as you want even in mountains and snow sometimes and rain. It is very amazing and I would suggest this car to anyone if possible.
