2012 Buick enclave lift gate housing lifted - Customer service told us that it must be from ice. However it just started last week. Now the lift gate will not open. Gets stuck on the plastic trim on top of car. Does anyone have this trouble? They are saying it's our cost and responsibility.

I have a 2001 Buick Regal and is okay but it have its kinks. Not worth the money and need to be cheaper. Have dashboard gas gauge don’t work. On many it don’t work. Mileage display goes out on most of seen. Hard to fix the issue without getting charge a high mechanic bill.

I purchased my 2021 Buick Encore on 7/29/21 with only a few miles on it. In less than 2 months, I have paint chipping off the hood of the vehicle. I went to the dealership who said that it must be rocks or maybe I hit something. I drove the same route to and from work for the last 3 years in my previous vehicle, a BMW 328i and never had problems like this. Also the last area that has begun chipping off started after the Encore was washed and while I was wiping the water off with a soft towel. The paint just began chipping off. The dealership stated to me on 9/22/21 that they weren't sure if it would be covered under the warranty. Unbelievable! I chose to purchase a GM product due to my dad being a retired GM employee and my sister a 36-year employee of GM. If they do not do something about this issue, I will never purchase another GM product.

Never do anything like this, but if it saves someone going through the pain my family has, it is worth it. DO NOT PURCHASE A BUICK ENCLAVE. We were so proud of ours when we bought it, but have been so disappointed. Nothing but issues. Started with cracked transmission gear (which they DID fix). Then the front end issues began. Popping and rattling in the front end. Took it in and paid to have it fixed. Caused uneven wear on tires and had to replace those (and 17" tires aren't cheap). Since then, have had front end done 4X!!! Finally a mechanic friend of the family told me to Google (Buick Enclave front end issues) and could not believe what I found. Evidently there are known issues that Buick has decided NOT to stand behind. Several of the complaints said that their repairs usually lasted 3k-5k miles and then came right back (at $1k-$2.5k a pop). Why do I still have it you ask? Because this issue is so known that the dealers I would like to trade with (definitely not Buick), comment on the issues. Don't take my word for it, Google it for yourselves!

Transmission issues with 2008 Buick Enclave. Called customer service and was advised to have vehicle diagnosed at customer's cost. Dealership stated transmission was damaged due to faulty wave plate. Call customer service back and specialist advised me that I was in the time period but over the miles that they would not warrant their product. Dealership states that replacing transmission would be $4500 dollars. Car was maintenance property but faulty wave plate caused damaged and Buick will not assist with repair bill. Will not purchase another Buick vehicle in the future. Lost loyal customer forever!!!

We have a 2011 Buick Regal with 60,000 miles. Transmission went this summer. Got that fixed. Now the timing chain is broke. Because the timing chain broke the motor went. The car is an absolute lemon and we are told nothing is covered. I wish I knew how GM could get away with this.

I have owned my Rainier for 4 1/12 years and have recently had issues with the air suspension system. As I drive or when it’s parked, the vehicle's rear end drops, which causes headaches and stomach pain from the bouncing around as I drive. I have researched this issue and found numerous complaints with the same issue. I have taken very good care of the vehicle, and feel that Buick/GM should cover the costs of the repair, since this is a default/defect in the manufacturing of the vehicle and no fault of my own. I am paying a 450.00 monthly car payment that I feel is a LEMON, and I am very frustrated, embarrassed, and dismayed.

Have had lots of trouble with the Lacrosse. It only has 55,000 miles and I'm the second owner. Already replaced a catalytic converter (thankfully under emissions warranty) and also another module. Car now sounds loud when accelerating. Also seems sluggish at times. The check engine light does not come on now though. Very disappointed with this vehicle. It looks very nice but all that doesn't matter if it acts up a lot. Never had a vehicle give me so much trouble at such low mileage. How can you make car payment and pay for repairs?

I bought a 2003 Buick LeSabre from Faulkner Ford in Quakertown. It had 74,000 miles on it and I thought it would be a good used car. I didn't drive it right away due to car insurance problems. We took it on vacation and the air conditioner worked until we reached our destination. I couldn't take it in for service due to my work schedule. Once I took it in, they told me that the air compressor was cracked and leaked out all the freon. I believe they knew about this repair when they sold me the car. The repair is going to cost between $500 and $800. I looked around and can't afford to fix it since it was financed. I believe it was a deceptive deal. They sold the car advertising that it had air conditioning when in reality it didn't. I was furious. I talked to the service department and also the sales manager trying to get them to do the repair. I have a warranty but of course, it doesn't cover those repairs.
