The A7 is a luxury car with room enough to be useful in terms of passengers or cargo. Its styling is unique and so beautiful that most people think my 2013 is a brand new car. The supercharged 3.0L engine has plenty of power and the Quattro AWD system can't be beat.

I have recently bought an Audi q7. It's a great looking car and is of a high spec with all the gadgets and mod cons. However I am having problems with what I think is the gear box. As I accelerate up to 2000 rpm there is a vibration and the car seems to shake until I get to 4000 rpm. Has anyone else had this problem? If so can you help me? Many thanks.

My new Audi required a tow to Ft Worth from Abilene (2 Hours) because of engine failure. The service department could not figure it out and ordered a new engine form Germany. 4 weeks later it finally comes in and I am left with no car for 4 weeks and Audi Ft. Worth really does not care. Then they need me to drive up to Ft Worth to pick up the car. I do get them to deliver it. One week later the transmission is slipping and ** service manager assures me it is in my head and the car is meant to slip. They would work me in in 2-3 weeks if I insisted on coming in. I drive 6 hours to Houston Audi who got me right in and found that the bolts were not tight on the new engine and was causing the slippage. Ft Worth Audit won’t answer their phone and take appointments only weeks in advance. ** is useless.

My 3 1/2 year old A8 was just out of warranty when it developed a serious problem. Took 4 weeks to identify problem and cost e2,350 to remedy....after a lot of haggling dealer contributed e1000 towards bill and Audi Ireland had absolutely zero interest in their customers! Needless to say my last Audi!

This week for no apparent reason, the glass sunroof shattered while my husband was driving. There was a very loud sound and my husband nearly lost control of the vehicle. Nothing came into contact with glass and there were no nicks. It seemed to break spontaneously. The fabric insert caught most of the shattered glass thank goodness or my husband might have been injured. The Audi dealer is charging more than $800 to fix it. Our position is that there is some kind of defect, and we worry about our future safety, not to mention future expense.

I bought an Audi A3 with a comprehensive warranty. I asked Audi Aberdeen to find out why it was reverberating. They said it was due to a propshaft bearing after 55000 miles! They also said it was due to corrosion and so not under warranty. No one I have spoken to can believe it and so here comes a load of hassle! Don’t buy Audi. I will never do so again.

I bought a A4 Quattro, manual transmission, new in January of 2012 from Hiley Audi in Huntsville, Alabama. The vehicle has had the water pump and one injector replaced under warranty and the PCV valve, various modules and gaskets O rings and other items replaced at my expense as well as the shocks that were leaking more oil than the EXXON Valdez. All of this occurred after the car was barely out of warranty. The service department has actually been quite good at diagnosing the problems associated with the vehicle however the expense of having those issues rectified is prohibitive.Now with a little over 100k miles on the car, it's burning a quart of oil every 600 miles. No one at Audi notified me about the class action suit on these engines for excessive oil consumption however they did notify me of the extended warranty on the cam chain tensioner which after requesting the replacement they refused to repair even while the car was still under warranty! In short, I'm stuck with $6K repair bill for replacing this dog of an engine. The people that work at Audi can only be as good as the management team and in short, the management team at Hiley as well as Audi of America are terrible.On a side note, I have an ACURA RSX that I bought new in 2003 with 200k miles on the odometer that doesn't use a drop of oil and a 1997 BMW 318is with a 168K on the clock that doesn't use any oil either. Basically Audi sells cars that are throwaways after 100,000 miles. In short, if you expect Hiley or Audi of America to stand behind their products, you will be sorely disappointed.

I am the owner of a 2009 Audi 1.8t of which clutch failed on 86000 km. After I complain about the clutch at Audi Paarl, they convince me that there was nothing wrong with the clutch. I drove from Worcester to George in the middle of the night and the clutch failed completely. The car is still under motor plan but Audi in George don't want pay the damage because, according to them, the car is not standard and the car's suspension is modified. Audi Paarl and Audi George differs from each other. The bill is R29000.00. Can someone help with advice?

In January of 2015 I purchased a CPO 2010 A5. Within 6 months I began having serious mechanical difficulties with the car. Although to date all issues have been rectified by the service department, the sales department has been unwilling to make an acceptable deal with me to put me into another vehicle when clearly my vehicle is a "lemon". The general manager has never even responded to my attempts to contact him. Since I purchased the car, it has been associated with a recall and a class action suit. It has been in for service no fewer than 6 times, and yet the dealership nor Audi Corporate is willing to work with me. This will certainly be my last dealing with Audi of Huntington, and mostly likely, the last Audi I will own.
