Audi is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. As a subsidiary of its parent company, the Volkswagen Group, Audi produces vehicles in nine production facilities worldwide.

Borrowing styling cues from the A5 coupe and the four-door layout from the A4 sedan, the 2022 Audi A5 Sportback offers the best of both worlds. Its fastback styling is seductive, but it hides a giant trunk that’s a boon for practical-minded buyers. A pair of turbocharged four-cylinder engines is offered, and all models come standard with Audi's Quattro all-wheel drive system. Like its two-door and four-door corporate cousins, the A5 Sportback blends spry handling with an agreeable ride, making it a desirable option for enthusiast drivers. The A5 Sportback's cabin may lack the style and substance found in rivals such as the Mercedes-Benz C-class or the Genesis G70, but technophiles will be in paradise, as the car offers a cool digital gauge display, plenty of connectivity features, and a host of driver-assists.

Product Reviews:

Audi Sedan A4 comes in a variety of colors including black, gray, white, and many more. Good fuel mileage and has a nice kick to it. Very comfortable as well. It has four doors surrounding the car, two mirrors with great rear view. Very sleek and aerodynamic showing the great amount of time to make it. Trunk is a hatch. You can get leather seats and customize the cabin to have various options such as extra features in the entertainment system. You can have four to five people inside. It is kind of a tight squeeze due to the low surface area but there is a lot of room for your feet and it had huge area in the back for storage as it does in the main passenger area.

At end of lease- told residual is approx 12K- you would think that's what you could buy it for? Not close- have to go thru their dealer and they tack on over 1k in fees and Audi adds another 300 or so - in theory no termination fee If you buy it but they call it something else- Want to sell it directly to someone else?- Don't even think it's going to happen then they charge what they call fmv- in my case 21k. Bottom line audi finance is a rip off - they tell you when you buy it that residual price is what you pay———NOT.

2004 Audi TT - The heat wave we experienced this past summer caused my rear window to separate from the convertible top. I have attempted numerous ways of repairing it. All have failed. Audi's solution is an entire new top at $4600. Corporate became involved and Commonwealth Audi offered a 20% discount, which is still not affordable. Mercury Insurance refused to pay for it stating this is "normal wear and tear"! The car was stored in a garage and the top was used maybe 10 times in a 3 year span. The car cost $28,0000 which was paid in full and is 10 years old. I expected the quality of an Audi to outlast much longer than this. I am now driving it around with a playground ball holding it in place. Most recently it's running on hot now and will need repair. It has been one thing after another and I am extremely unhappy with this car and the responses I have received from both my insurance company and Audi.

I purchased new Bridgestone tires which were put on my car, and the next few days I went to Audi to get their "computerized" alignment services. I waited there for 5-6 hours after I had a 9AM appointment. Alignments only take within 1 hour. The mechanic did the alignment then took the car for a test drive and the alignment was way out of alignment. HOW. Since this was a computerized alignment. And that was after 4 hours??? So it was pulled back into the shop and worked on for 1.5 more hours. Well they produced a computer sheet off the system showing the alignment completed. Totally suspect. Well that was April 2019 and then Covid hit and the car was barely used. In all, there was only about 7200 miles put on the car in 1+ years. Local distance only. SO, after a year I made an appointment to bring in the car for a front steering issue and told them to inspect the whole car. The mechanic doing the inspection made note that the rear tires were much lower treadwear than the fronts, and should be replaced. I said, "Really? That is not good as this Audi dealership did the alignment for all 4 tires." The dealer's service manager made a snide comment that "who is driving the car"? I said my wife who is 66 years old and drives locally only. He shut up. I then took the car to another mechanic who confirmed that the tires were unevenly wearing on the rear and did so in making them uneven as a pair. Thus the mechanic at Audi did not recognize the uneven wear. (Is he a mechanic??) Idiot as I see it. So I asked Audi to replace the rear tires and fix the alignment. They balked and said the amount of time made it not their problem. But the car only had 7200 miles on it since the alignment was done, and anyone knows that the malalignment takes time to show and the 7200 miles is about correct. I have other mechanics' responses to this to show just that. So I bought new tires and had Firestone do the work with the guaranteed for life alignment, which they service at any time. They also gave me their details on the probably cause of the Audi service department. The Audi service totally screwed up. They are incompetent.

There are several class action lawsuits on this exact issue. I have a Q5 that the engine blew up recently due to a hydraulic tensioning of the timing belt causing the belt to stretch, thus slipping on the sprocket. The valve crashes into the piston, destroying the engine. When I brought it to the dealer with 62K miles, they said "Tough. It's your problem as it is out of warranty". I asked if they were saying that I was ** and they said "yeah, in other words." The repair cost is $10,000.A high end Audi SUV not lasting >65k miles due to a fundamental design flaw and them literally saying you're screwed... Wow! I'm trying to get the word out to anyone and everyone to warn them against anything Audi or VW. It is fundamentally flawed and they just don't care. This is exemplified by the lawsuit that they just settled on the diesel cover up.

Audi ULTRA S-TRNC Gearbox FAILS weeks out of warranty on 38 month old A6. Bought an AUDI A6 Ultra S-TRNC July 2016. Have full service history with Audi. Approved garages spending over £35k, out of the blue Friday 2/09/19 heard a strange whining noise from the engine. Took it into Audi Stirling who advised Gearbox pump had failed and resulted in gearbox damage, it will cost £9117.60 to fix, neither the dealership I bought it from Audi Stirling or Audi UK all the way up to the Managing Director were interested and refused to help me. Just kept saying out of warranty. Their aftercare is appalling and when you investigate the Gearbox online the internet is littered with Ultra S-TRNC fails with no help from AUDI. Not even a warning light on the dashboard lights up no warning at all. Today I have written to WATCHDOG and to 2 national papers. Not what you expect from a leading car manufacturer!!!!

Audi A4 2010 - I have a camshaft failure and have warranty service and Audi is stating it is not their responsibility to fix it based me getting an oil change from an outside dealer. This is completely insane to me and I will never own an Audi ever again. Ever since I have bought this car brand new, it has given me nothing but issues.

2004 Audi TT transmission problems! 70k miles and Audi wants $7000 to replace my transmission! I got all the routine oil change and services. The car has been garage kept, one owner (me) and it's been babied. It "jerks", "bucks", "jumps" and the tires squeal and peel out when I've been on the road for only about 15 minutes. It's like getting whiplash every time you drive! Audi headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI offered me a trade-in! Fred Lavery Dealership in Birmingham said transmission needs complete replacement. Really? **? The car only has 70k miles on it and has been the scheduled services. I have done nothing wrong! Ryan, the so-called "Eastern District Supervisor" at Audi, said I'm asking too much of Audi to take care of this; it's passed the 50k warranty! He said if I would have done this earlier in 2008, they would have replaced the transmission. Really? That's how Audi treats customers? I checked the internet. There are hundreds of Audis with transmission problems just like this! There should be a 100k warranty from the factory on the transmission and Audi should stand behind their vehicles. Audi knows this problem exists with TTs. I'm going to file a lemon law complaint and contact the president of Audi until this is fixed! I spent way too much money on this high performance vehicle to have the transmission crap out like this, and then they're going to stick it to me with a ridiculous $7000 transmission replacement, which they said they'd reduce but that's not good enough. They need to replace my transmission because it's Audi's bad design that everyone's transmission is going out. Shame on you Audi! I thought you were better than this.

I bought my 2016 Audi Q5 in air day weekend of 2016 and I've had 3 separate issues and now 3 recalls in the car within a matter of 9 months. 30 days in my sunroof started to rattle so bad it sounded like the glass was going to fall out. Take it to have it fixed and issues with getting a courtesy vehicle. I got a small A3 which is not comparable to a Q5... Just pointing out the obvious! Also they weren't very thrilled about giving me a car even though that was used a sales tactic because that was one of the things I liked about their service and having a luxury SUV! They had to take out the sunroof and put something around the whole thing so it doesn't rattle. Issue was fixed and hasn't come back.Came back in probably 2 months after that when other random rattle sounds started to pop up. One in the back trunk area and one by the dash. Again did not want to give me a courtesy vehicle and again I had to insist. I'm a mother of a small child, that time is precious to me and I'm not sitting in a dealership with a small kid, no thanks! Trunk issues resolved, front they couldn't figure out and I hear from time to time. Now the final one is my window makes a high pitch screeching sound when I roll it down. Seems to happen in hotter weather. This is getting looked at this week and the 2 out of 3 recalls! This car has been plagued with problems and not the safe luxury SUV I spent $50,000 on to keep me and my daughter safe! I'm so disappointed and disgusted with Audi and how I've been treated. This is not the service or car I expected from them at all!! I called Audi America today and was told they couldn't buy my car back because it had recalls! Really? Why do you think I want to see it back to you, Audi??? I'm not safe in this malfunctioning car you sold me!!! And now you don't want it back? SHOCKER! As for the dealership, they can care less and are so rude it blows my mind! Huge mistake buying an Audi! Should've stuck with Infiniti!

Audi has horrible customer service reps that lie through their teeth. I was told I wouldn't be covered on a manufacturing defect because I didn't have a long enough loyalty history (That just means I haven't given them enough money yet). When I asked how much money I've spent with them so far, they had no idea and had to call me back after talking to my dealer. How can you rate my loyalty and not know how much I've spent as your customer? The part I wanted them to fix was in the turbo, it costs $40.00 but the job runs $2,500 so I was looking for a discount on the incredible service charge. They didn't think it was worth it. I'll never buy another Audi again.
