Product Reviews:

Nissan dont tell you this but the refrigerant they use in their cars is considered by them to be a consumable. So when your air con stops working after 18 months and Nissan garages claim they can't find a leak on the system this is what they say. So Nissan think it's ok for their customers to pay £300 every 18 months for a regas!!!! Customer service dont want to know. They also think it's ok. It's not. It is daylight robbery. You must remember also that if it goes again in a few weeks there is no warranty on the regas according to Nissan Chorley and Nissan. Talk about money going into thin air.

I purchased a Nissan Rogue 2015 from Koeppel Nissan, Queens NY. It has been in their service department several times for different issues but the main Issue is a Broken Transmission within 6 months of having this car. I had a Nissan Versa 2012 and traded in for this Rogue 2015 and I really regret have done that. Nissan Koeppel has been really unprofessional with me. I found out that they were claiming repairs for my car when my car was not even near their service department. I think that because my car has been IN so many times, they thought that they could claim repairs any time they wanted even when my car was not around.I tried to get in touch with Nissan Consumer Affairs and asked them for support, but they have done anything for me. So I had to contact the BBB and open a complaint. My car still has issues that hasn't been repaired, make noises, the transmission still has issues, the engine is weak, the MPG is only 15 in the city when is supposed to be at least 28, I feel like I'm driving a Non-fuel Economy car, I'm having issues with my entry Key, the car won't turn on sometimes and the list goes on... And the fact that this dealer in Queens New York was faking some repairs which I confronted on Sep 18th, and because of that I was asked to leave and never come back because I found out that they were lying about my car repairs, at this point, I don't know if they actually fixed my car when my car was actually in their service department.I don't feel safe with this car, I don't believe that they have done anything to my car and I'm really disappointed with the service of Koeppel Nissan and Nissan Consumer Affairs. I believe this Nissan Rogue 2015 is a faulty car!!! And I don't want anyone to go through what I'm going through, especially as a single mother. I was able to get a meeting with Nissan North America and BBB this month and hopefully they can replace this car or give me back my Nissan Versa. I will keep you posted!

Overall experience of buying car was ok. When we were checking out the new car, I noticed dust in the engine compartment and requested that they wipe it clean. The salesman promised that they will take care of this during the detailing process. I did not check when I took the possession and later found out that it was never done. I emailed him with no response, meanwhile he keeps sending me emails about giving them a positive review. They gave me one wrong key for the car. I am trying to contact them to fix the key issue, NO response back from the dealer for over a week. Still waiting. Opened a case with Nissan Customer Service. Took them over 10 days to respond to say that they cannot do anything about this. Only thing I can do is take it to the dealership to evaluate the issue. Dealership is 100 miles away and no reimbursement of travel expenses.

I want to warn everyone to stay away from Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland Florida. As my previous post stated my wife bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner. After only 1060 miles the motor blew up after the catalytic converter malfunctioned and parts got sucked into the engine. We have spoke to Nissan headquarters and now they've stopped responding to us. This is what the truck looked like when we went to pick it up. The drive shaft is covered in rust and so is where the exhaust bolts to the engine. Dealership says it normal wear and tear. They're not replacing the driveshaft. They said the rust depends on where the truck was manufactured. It's normal. I went around their lot. No rust under any of the other trucks there. My 2014 Titan and our sons 2014 Frontier has no rust. Not a drop. Here's photos of how it looked with the brand new engine. That's Nissan. @Jenkins Nissan @Nissan. Share this please. Everything under the hood filthy and thanks for the 2 scratches on the front bumper!! Sad thing is that's the 4th vehicle our family has purchased from Jenkins. Way to lose customers. #JenkinsNissan, #Nissan Bonnie **. Next chapter. So as you all know, my wife's new Nissan Desert Runner after having only 1060 miles on it. Had the motor blow up after the catalytic converter mess up. They replaced the motor and converter in 28 days. She picked it up and has driven 51 miles since. Now warning lights are coming on and off for no reason. The brake light, battery light, and a white one in the middle keep coming on. We explained we want the truck replaced. They refused and it's just one problem after another. Contacting The Better Business Bureau and Department of Agriculture tomorrow. My brother in law owns a repair shop in Jacksonville. He said they have jurisdiction over the laws concerning these type issues. Thanks #JenkinsNissan and #NissanCorporate.

A 2015 Nissan Murano I leased in February 2015 was in the service department for 45 days. I was highly unhappy and wanted Nissan Consumer Affairs to either take the car back or exchange for a functioning one. Nissan consumer affairs was dismissive, vague, uninterested in the hardships I endured, and ignored the many valid complaints and concerns I had. They sent me generic letters only and in the last month never returned my calls. This company has become a joke, and I am proud to say I have already deterred 2 friends from buying a new Nissan. In customer service, the customer should be heard. Not dismissed!

Came in to look at vehicles on 5/23/2015 to this dealership. Liked the 2015 Nissan Murano. Traded in our car and purchased the vehicle. Since the purchase (at the time of vehicle delivery) there was a defect with the center console. After 2 service visits and a vehicle in service for a whole day it is clear that Service Department does not know how to fix... No Parts available. Plus why would I buy a car that needs service from the delivery time? After complaints with ** (Dealership General Manager) I was given a $400 service department credit and a replacement Murano (unwind from one and into another.)The 2nd Murano did not have the console issue, but had a driver's door issue... The door would not properly close, would not align to other doors and seemed like the car has either been in a repair or an accident or simply was not assembled correctly. Same thing. Brought the vehicle in for service. 2 days in the body shop the vehicle is returned back with some door adjustments, broken door molding, need new parts, will need car into service again and a 2nd conversation with ** (general manager) is now on a different tone. Essentially he has said that we have "helped" you out... Can't help you again other than repair, repair and more repair... And that's why there is warranty. Not to mention that both times I have brought in the vehicle for service I did not receive any paperwork as to the vehicle taken to service or what was done to it, or who worked on it. As it stands now I am extremely disappointed with the purchase, with the vehicle, with the dealership and its management. However I do appreciate the sales person ** for his time and assistance with the process. And I doubt anyone should buy a Nissan from this or any other Mossy Nissan dealership so that you will need to take it to service for immediate warranty repairs... Buyers beware. Today is June 25th, 2015. Still waiting for door molding parts (Which are clearly not going to fix the problem anyways, but someone at Nissan or Mossy Nissan decided that the molding is an issue after door adjustment and they want to replace this first) 3 weeks and on just waiting on parts.Should have left the vehicle at the dealership, but they gave me a Nissan Versa with all stickers for sale as a loaner to drive. Contacted Nissan Consumer affairs... Pretty useless experience as well. They are telling me that they are in communication with the dealership and that's it. Still no paperwork provided for any service performed on the vehicle to date. DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM MOSSY... This can happen to you. A reputable dealership would not sell a 40k vehicle with defects and let customers "repair" vehicles. Imagine if you bought a Brand new vehicle and immediately had to take to service. For weeks. This is obviously last time I bought a Nissan and the last time I bought a vehicle from any Mossy Dealerships. This is how a company lost a customer. And none of my friends and family will even consider Nissan or Mossy Nissan.

I have a 2013 Nissan with about 85,000 miles and was just told I need a new transmission. The first issue I had was when the RPMs climbed to almost 7 on the Highway, but the car was hardly moving! Luckily I was able to safely get off an exit and pull over. Stay away from Nissan and their CVT transmissions!!!

My brand new car (Nissan Sunny XL petrol), right after the second free service, the car started having problem like heating up of the engine and frequent shutdowns. When checked with the service center, it assured me nothing was wrong with the vehicle and in a perfect condition. I, with my little daughter, drove the car to our relatives next day. On the way, it broke down again while passing a dangerous valley. It stopped more than 20 times during the travel of 200km. When I contacted the service station in charge, he said that he cannot do anything. When asked what should be done next, his answer was, "HE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING."I then called Nissan Call Center. With much effort and persuasion, they connected me to the local technician who, after inspection, declared that the problem occurred because of the FAULTY FUEL PUMP and DUPLICATE COOLANT, which the service center used. More than 15 days has passed and in spite of sending a number of mails, no action has been taken until date.

2015 Nissan Murano Warranty Repair. Nissan USA will not return your calls. They will lie and say they will call you back but they will not return your calls if they don't want to. They have been promising to call me back for weeks. They do not. They are unprofessional and unaccountable to anyone. They do not care about their customers. Once you buy the car they are DONE with you. Buyer Beware!!!
