Lexus is the luxury vehicle division of the Japanese automaker Toyota. The Lexus brand is marketed in more than 90 countries and territories worldwide and is Japan's largest selling make of premium cars. It has ranked among the 10 largest Japanese global brands in market value. Lexus is headquartered in Nagoya, Japan.

Wearing sinewy sheetmetal and bearing the Lexus badge, the UX is the company's smallest and most affordable SUV. Despite its polarizing design, the subcompact-luxury ute is convincingly upscale on the inside and has snazzier standard features than rivals such as the Audi Q3, the BMW X1, and the Mercedes-Benz GLA-class.

Product Reviews:

I looked through all the models Lexus offered and they have a model for everyone. Soccer mom, cowboy, surfer, or banker. That tells you that Lexus pays attention. I get enjoyment out of my driving experience. The Lexus brand allows you to personalize your car to a great degree. I was able to get all of the features I desired and it was still reasonably priced. People ask me constantly about the features and I tell them "you can get it how you like it." When you see my Lexus you know that it's a Lexus. From its beautiful exterior lines to its supple leather interior it's just a beautiful machine. It has a powerful reliable engine, and wonderful safety features. My Lexus IS very roomy as I'm six foot one inches tall and I sit comfortably with three other passengers with plenty of room for more people. I also have plenty of trunk space.

This car is wonderful! It is tight, smooth, and quiet. You can get a deal if you are a Costco member. The service is great and you even get free car washes whenever you need it. I have an app that tells me when it needs to be serviced. I don't think I would buy a car that wasn't a Lexus at this point. I am spoiled now!

The touchscreen mode on the GPS/Information display screen unit has stopped working. I was told it cannot be repaired and must be replaced at a ridiculous charge. How can a unit like that not be repaired?

After nearly 20 years of Brand Loyalty for family of 3 Adult Drivers, my current 2019 RX 350 was in the shop for 6 unrelated repairs beginning at 9 months (9000 miles) of ownership in a nine month period and dealership refused to make any kind of fair buyback/trade-in offer for a non-problematic 2020 Rx350. At 1 year old with 9000 miles in Showroom condition their best offer was for me to pay $13,000 to replace my problematic vehicle with exact same model 1 year newer. Never again.

I have a 2010 ultra premium Lexus 350 that has been causing me and my wife stress! Don't buy this vehicle. It is a lemon. There were winding noises in the steering column in the first year that were occurring intermittently. Lexus won't service you until they hear the noise or ** hits the fan. So, telling me that I'm imagining things, a few days later at a stop sign, I hear a loud winding sound growing louder and louder under the car, like the car was going to explode and then crack! No noise, but what the hell happened. I told Lexus about what happened and they said that they fixed the problem with a new drive shaft and some other repairs. So I believed problem solved. No Way! Since that repair I have been to two Lexus dealerships and servicing that winding noise so much that I have lost count. Just the other day, my wife and her friends were going to the movies, when they all heard a grinding noise from the steering column than a cracking sound. The noise went away and back to the dealership again. But before going back to the dealership, I called Lexus Canada to file an official complaint because I have had enough and the fact that my 5-year-old son who rides in the vehicle is also recovering from cancer and his safety is at stake. When you drive a vehicle that the steering column makes winding, grinding and cracking noises, enough is enough! The car is at 57000 kilometers right now and enduring this for almost 40000 is the most stressful driving experience since my 2000 Jaguar S-type.They just told me that their is no official similar complaint in North America, but before that, the people working there shared with me that the company knows but has not made anything official because they need some more time. Now that I made the official complaint, they know nothing and say there is nothing wrong with the car? Are they ** crazy! I'm ready to stand in front of the dealership with a lemon the size of the car and ** it. Not only are they lying to my face but they don't mind putting my family in harm's way until the marketing department and engineers find a cost effective way out. It's sad how the dealers service people. All suffered memory loss at the same time I wanted a solution or the problem fixed. They say everything is okay in USA/CANADA. I guess just like the Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan. Great job, Lexus! You have unbeatable customer care with a ** product.

I want to complain to my Lexus 570 (2011). I bought it from Al Futaim Motors Company LLC which is in UAE. I had issues with the noise from the car when I change the gear (transmission) from R to D. I asked the workshop (sales manager) at the first service (1,000 Km). They tried to repair it but the sound came back again. Also, the car is now in the workshop for the service (40,000 Km) with the same issue. They are still telling me they will find out the problem to fix it. Today, I took the history report of my car to complain about it in the ministry of economy because I feel as I wasted my money when I bought this car. I am looking forward to hear from you.

Lexus has a smaller selection of models than many other luxury brands, but what they do have, how can you go wrong. I would recommend this brand over others, I find it safer, easier to drive, and worth every penny. Depending on the size you buy will determine the amount of people you can comfortably sit within the vehicle. Most models are at least four adults comfortably. I love the heated leather seats, makes winters much more bearable. And the sleek lines of the car make it look good and help with gas mileage, which is great by the way. State of art sound system and navigational system. I want an alarm and a LoJack, no problem, the dealer added it on. I wanted certain floor mats, back seat heaters, tinted windows on the sides along with window visors, I got everything I wanted.

I purchased my 2012 Lexus in 2013 with a little over 6,000 miles. I paid extra for the additional warranty and the Auto Butler which is supposed to protect your car from scratches, etc. This is a car that retails over $50,000.00. There is only one driver (which is shouldn't matter) and the front and back seats which are leather is cracking. There has been minimal use in this vehicle. I took it to Freeman Lexus and they admitted that other customers have the same complaint but it's not covered under the warranty and Corporate would have to cover it. I contacted Corporate and they said they wouldn't do anything about it.This car is too new to have this issue and is a factory defect or inferior product of leather if you ask me. I do NOT recommend anyone purchasing a Lexus especially if you expect to have a luxury car and put out 50k+. I owned a 2006 Lexus and never had problems. Apparently, Lexus pricing has increased substantially and their quality has declined along with their service. Shame on Lexus for using poor products and costing consumers.

Lexus RX350 is comfortable and roomy. Gives a very quiet ride. It was purchased used but being a quality vehicle we expect to get many years of service. It has a powerful engine so can be used for towing. It feels heavy on the road so feels safe. Good anti-theft system. The tinted windows cut down on sun glare. It has two power front seats. Like the all leather interior, the heated front seats and duel climate controls. Power lift rear door. Has several indictor lights to show if there is a problem with things like the oil level or the tires. But the indicator light for low tire pressure is hard to reset. It does not have a backup camera. It is kind of hard to get to the spare tire and I would have preferred a regular spare to the donut spare.

Toyota makes models of cars range at different prices. You have Corolla, Avalon, land cruisers, Tacoma, 4Runners, Tercels, Camry, Prius, and Lexus. Features include power steering wheel, nice upholstery, air-condition, windshield wipers, gas saving, spacious, economical car, and smooth driving, sensory or computerized features that the newer model of cars come with.Always keeping up with the oil changes, if I need to take the car to get maintenance. I will take it to the dealership and have the mechanics looked at it. It's spacious and relaxing experience if I'm going grocery shopping, picking up the kids at school, going to and from work; or going to doctors appointments. It's the luxury car I liked.
