I am currently an owner of a G35, G35 Cpe, and a 2005 FX35. My biggest problem is with the FX. I have had a dashboard that bubbles and car seats that are ripped on the sides (which are now being covered by black duct tape). Now, my driver side seat is squeaking nonstop. Oh, I forgot about the rear view mirror that just fell off one day. I cannot believe the money that was spent on this car and the shape it is in. I hate driving it. If I was in any condition to purchase a new one, I would. I guarantee it would not be an Infiniti. I have never owned a car which seats rip the way they have. My daughter's car, the 2003 Cpe, will start to blast cold air and not stop. But I was told a recall was only made on the sedan. Now that is just stupid. They are the same car. You, guys, make no sense. But I do believe when I go to purchase a new car, I will not get much for my FX because of the ripped and squeaked seats, and it will be your fault.

Although my wife's Infinity is 8 years old it only has 40,000 miles and was always garaged. Not left out in the Florida Sun except for short shopping trips. The problem is the vinyl on the dash is starting to crack in 6 places. Asked about replacement at the dealer and was told over 2000 dollars. I am going to buy a new car next year but it will not be an Infinity. I have never heard of this problem until checking on this web site.

I had my vehicle in at Coulter Infiniti (AZ) for service for recall work on the timing chain. I had to have it towed back into them several weeks later when the car broke down again. They said it was just a loose battery cable. I knew it wasn't but they insisted that it was. They told me it was all fixed and I could take my long road trip to CA without an issues at all. Of course the car broke down as we got to CA and so I called Coulter Infiniti and they said they couldn't help me. I found Orange Coast Infiniti and they helped a ton. I am 1 month later now and still my car isn't repaired. Orange Coast has been awesome and found out that Coulter installed screws in the last repair on the timing chain and it cause the CAM arm to break and oil to leak out. My QX56 needs an entire new long block due to metal in the engine from this faulty repair. I have been talking with Coulter Infiniti for a month now and they won't back the warranty and insist that I have to have my car towed back to AZ to have the dealer that broke my car fix it. They won't honor service warranty for the repairs at Orange Coast Infiniti. I am a month out of my car, rental bills piling up, $2,000 tear down cost at Orange Coast Infiniti to diagnose the cause of the issue and $26,000 repair bill and NOBODY at Infiniti Corporate helping me or stand behind their warranty with their own dealer!!! I can't afford all of this and an attorney already told me it is a losing battle to go up against a car manufacturer. I would be out thousands of dollars without reimbursement from Infiniti. Infiniti Consumer Affairs is a JOKE. They don't help their customers at all. They just cover up for their crappy dealerships!!! I am so upset and in tears over this. I have no idea where to go or what to do.

Our 2004 Infinity's dashboard started bubbling 2 months after we purchased used. Started looking online and saw many others were having same complaints. We have contacted Consumer Affairs by phone email many times. Rude, not our problem attitude, too bad. They know it's their fault and it shouldn't have happened. Loved my car, hate my dash! 2 hour deposition in St. Louis for lawsuit in May 2014. Hope they are finally held accountable for defect.

I leased a QX50 2019. July 16. 4 days in I got a flat. Infiniti towed my car to Kelly Infiniti. I went in for a surgery and in hospital-I had trust, they said my car had a scratch they would repair, I was home in bed not able to drive for 3-4 weeks. A single BC woman. They had my car for 25 days. My car came back with the "whole driver's side repainted" and horribly! This is ongoing since July, no one is owning up to this shoddy paint job and saying I bought the car that way I guess. Kelly Infiniti did it...Herb Chambers I bought the car from says they are with me...but I'm on my own. No one wants to help me. Infiniti affairs cannot do much more for me because No one is admitting a horrible thing. I have a loaner and they say the car is mechanically good. But I take the hit for a terrible paint job??? They will not take the car back and it's going to cost me money although I had nothing to do with this. DO NOT BUY AN INFINITI... I am heartbroken. They will pass the buck and not help you. It is so sad...

Infiniti is a great car brand that can help you get to point A to point B whether you're going with a family, solo, or cruising. They have added digital touchscreen maps to help you get the fastest and safest route their system can't think of. Also, the modes of driving fast "sport" or "echo" to save gas and help the environment and "slow" if you are driving in the snow. It has luxurious space for kids to relax in or if you want to go fast, enough room for the driver to feel relaxed as well as the passenger. Even space for 1-4 people. My passengers in the front and backseat have their own 2 cup holders, one in the side door and one in the middle. The seats can be adjusted to their most comfortable and safest spot.

I own a 2006 Infiniti G35 that I purchased new. It now has 136,000 miles on it. I brought it to my dealer about 2 years ago when my doors had rusted and were replaced under a special extended warranty. At that time, I showed them an issue that I was having with my hood. When you raise it, it catches on the corners, in both corners near the windshield. Raising the hood has resulted in bending the corners of the hood and the quarter panels, resulting in paint chipping and rusting. It looks terrible, plus it’s often hard to raise the hood. The dealer told me that this resulted from having service at a non-Infiniti dealer, and that they did not lube the hood hinges as they were supposed to. I have never in my life heard of such an issue or service requirement. This issue is all over the Internet. It's just a very poor design in either the hinges or the hood/quarter panels that should be admitted to by Infiniti. Owners should be provided with restitution in terms of repair and resolution of the problem. I was at a service garage today and the mechanic said that every G35 he has serviced has had the same problem. Is anyone aware of a class action suit regarding this issue?

We bought our 2008 G35X new. At 23K miles (mostly highway), we started getting warning lights for VDC off, slip and brakes. It was still under warranty, so I took it to the dealer (Dorschel Infiniti of Rochester) who said they had to charge me for the inspection if they couldn't find anything wrong. After inspecting, they said the only problems were that the rear pads had only 2mm left and the fronts 4mm. They strongly recommended a brake job for $379 per each axle. I was an automotive engineer for 20 years so I questioned this, but was told that 25K miles was normal for rear brakes and 27K miles normal for fronts. Given the long and horrible history we've had with this dealership, I was more than a little skeptical.I contacted Infiniti customer service, who told me that 30K miles was normal brake life and they weren't going to do anything. She also said that she just had a similar complaint, so she recently checked into it. When I told them that they were about to lose a customer, the rep asked if there was anything they could do to keep us. When I said, "Yes, replace my brakes," she said they wouldn't because brakes are wear items and aren't covered by warranty at all.

I regret the day I ever set foot on an Infiniti dealership lot. In 2008 I purchased a 2008 FX35 SUV and have experienced way too many issues to write. The carpet did not wear well & holes began to appear, the dash bubbled & was recalled, my cup holder cover has broken, the middle compartment cover has broken, the hatch became non-functional. Brakes don't last more than a few months before they have to be replaced. Now the motor that controls the driver seat has stopped working. I only have 57k miles on this vehicle & it is literally falling apart before my eyes despite how much I've taken excellent care of it. I'm so disappointed & encourage EVERYONE I come in contact with to NEVER purchase an Infiniti. This is my 2nd Infinifi purchase , but NEVER AGAIN!!!!! There is no such thing as service after the sale with Infiniti. You are just stuck with a SOUR LEMON.

The company offers different variety of models so you can find one to fit your needs no matter what your priority is when buying a car at a worthy price for a great traveling vehicle. I wanted something safe to get me from one place to another and the car I got is very sleek and looks very fancy - like the bat mobile but safer and kids love it too! There's a variety of colors available for inside and outside of the car and it's easy to identify in a crowded parking lot. It fits about as much as most small cars - two in front including the driver and 3 in the back. When necessary it can fit more realistically.
