Product Reviews:

5 months out of warranty my 2010 Infiniti G37 dash has started melting and is sticky. The car was purchased brand new and the dash has only been cleaned with a dry cloth to remove lint. Two days ago I noticed a spot on the dash that had completely melted and then noticed the two small cracks on the passenger side. I have submitted my information for the class action lawsuit. I've also had the driver seat leather replaced due to discoloration after 3 years of use and the exterior paint is chipping. This will be my first and last Infiniti.

This is a very comfortable car, but it also has a sport mode for a sporty feel. The interior is very pretty and feels luxurious. We have had no problems with it. People constantly tell us how much they like our car. If I had it to do over, I would purchase the same car again. The white paint is different from the white colors offered by other car companies.

I patch the new QX60 2020. From day one a lot of issues in the car when is very cold. The window glass is not rolling up. Heater is not working. I strongly recommend do not buy the Infiniti. I'm not going to buy anymore Infinity. I have a warranty but they're saying diagnosis they're going to charge it.

We have had our new QX80 for about 2 weeks. My wife keeps complaining about her legs going numb. She was very uneasy spending the large amount on the vehicle and it's so nice she feels it could be making too big of a statement for our family. I keep reminding her it's a safe suv and we're not making a large statement, we are just buying a truck that fits our family from a dealer that buys from us. Unfortunately I too have been driving it lately and my legs go numb as well. Not sure what to do.

I would highly recommend this car dealership for anyone interested in buying a vehicle, I was greatest with the utmost respect and they worked diligently to get me approved, with not so great credit, I had the best vehicle purchasing experience ever. They were honest, reliable and I got the loan to purchase my Beautiful vehicle. Thank you Austin Infiniti.

I have changed my car battery 3-4 times for the past 7month. My battery kept dying and if a car (G35/03) is not in use for one day, the car won't start! The A/C starts on its own to the max and it doesn't allow me to stop it. The radio doesn't work at all and CDs got stuck in the CD player for almost one year.I have read other forums which surprisingly, other people had same issues. Therefore, I am urging the Customer Affairs to please, please take this matter seriously since the battery drainage is connected to the wires. You can imagine if something goes wrong with the wires, what would happen to the driver? This is a safety issue. The Miller Infiniti dealership told me that the stereo system is an Infiniti issue and they knew about it. I'm quite surprised that the manufacturer knows about the wiring issue and still failed to do something about it or make a recall. There are many costumers that were told that the battery drain is a result of amplifier and radio wires.

I have a close friend who bought an Infiniti and after just six months was rear ended. Underinsured driver and the problem lies where Infiniti does not provide replacement parts, what??? If you’re making these cars how do you not provide PARTS? My friend was covered for two weeks of rental and is now for the last four weeks is paying over $600 a week ONLY because of fault of Infiniti NOT providing parts in a timely manner. DO NOT BUY Infiniti. Their customer service sucks!!!

Infiniti g35 peeling and dashboard cracking! I contacted Infiniti consumer affairs, their twitter, and facebook pages just to get this lousy response: "Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with these additional details. We offer our sincerest apologies for your dashboard frustrations. Our department works in tandem with Consumer Affairs, and we see your recent case was carefully reviewed before a decision was made. We're sorry we're unable to be of further assistance. At this time, we advise you continue to work closely with the service department at South Motors Infiniti to resolve your dashboard concerns."BASICALLY, we will not be doing anything about our poor quality manufacturing and do not care that you spent your well earned money on our "quality, luxury vehicle". If I would have known Infiniti had these many issues I would have never purchased one! I purchased this '07 g35 in 2011 meaning that the dealer most likely had prior knowledge of these defects and sold me this car under false pretenses! So disappointed in this company!

I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 Sedan V6. The air system is stuck on auto and my audio (radio) and rear defroster no longer works. I have no control whatsoever on the entire air system. The problems started in 2009, as I lost control off, and on until about six months ago when everything went dead. I had recall work done on the audio circuit board in 2003 and now that Infiniti dealership in Guelph told me that it is the same part which is at fault. This diagnosis cost me 57 dollars. I called the Woodchester dealership in Mississauga that did the original warranty work and they told me that they no longer will back their work because the "Voluntary Service Campaign Audio Finisher Circuit Board" recall is over with. This is a total scam that Nissan has managed to sidestep even though they issued a recall. They replaced my part, all right, but this same part was again faulty and an obvious health and safety concern exists here. As far as I am concerned, they should once again replace this faulty part since they probably replaced it with a new one that again is faulty. How can I possibly drive this car when no front windshield air or rear defrost exists especially with winter fast approaching. The least they can do is pay for the part again since the dealership wants to charge me approximately 1700 dollars to replace both the circuit board and the radio. If I don't get satisfaction out of this I will never buy a Nissan vehicle again. There are so many people complaining about this. It is pretty laughable that no one from the government has forced the issue. I guess that will be my next step. What's your move Nissan? Are you gonna take the responsibility for the vehicle you made or are you gonna wait till someone gets killed because they can't see the road while they are driving?

I bought my 2003 G35 brand new. I paid a very high price for a luxury car that turned out to be a lemon. I had trouble with the AC unit and radio almost from the very beginning. I was not informed of the recall campaign at all. I took my car in five-seven times during the recall with the same problems on the AC unit and radio, and it was never fixed. I now found out that there was a problem that they were aware of, and they never fixed it even while on warranty. I called Infiniti consumer affairs; they said that my radio was already replaced, and they were not going to do more. I have all my service orders that state the repeated visit, with the same issues. I'm not going to let this go. I work too hard and paid a lot of money, for me to have to pay more due to a Nissan manufacturer mistake. If there is a lawyer that would take my case and help with a class action suit, please contact me. I will also begin a search for an attorney to take my case. This will not end until Nissan is stood up to!
