Honda Motor Company, commonly simply known as Honda is a Japanese public multinational conglomerate manufacturer of automobiles, motorcycles, and power equipment, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, Japan.

The only Honda with a cargo bed—the 2021 Ridgeline—is a one-size-fits-all alternative to traditional pickup trucks. While the Ridgeline lineup doesn't include an off-road-ready model or an optional diesel engine, it does have a standard crew cab that's roomier and more comfortable than any of its competitors'. Its minivan-based underpinnings and V-6 powertrain don't allow it to tow more than 5000 pounds, but they do enable the Ridgeline to accelerate quickly, consume fuel efficiently, provide a competitive payload rating, and drive with unrivaled agility and refinement. Its host of standard driver assists and innovative features—including an in-bed trunk and a multifunction tailgate—further bolster the 2021 Ridgeline's status as the truck equivalent of a Swiss Army knife and earned it an Editors' Choice award.

I have a 2009 Honda Civic Coupe which lost a chunk of color from roof, hood and rear within 6 years. When I call Honda to fix this they say that my car does not have any recall or is not stated in the color campaign. Here's the link for the campaign notice information - **. Such a disgusting service from Honda. Will never ever suggest people and friends to buy car from Honda again. I will be suing Honda as they did not send me any recall or campaign information regarding this paint issue.

The car suddenly started using 1 quart of oil every 750 miles. Then it just died in the middle of nowhere. After an expensive towing bill, the dealer replaced the spark plugs. But the car still consumes too much oil and will die out in the middle of nowhere again, so I don't drive the lemon.

While driving my car on I-10, both the passenger side curtain airbag and seat airbag deployed with no warning or reason! When I got home, I wanted to contact Honda; but a lawyer friend warned me to do my research first! I found several online complaints about the same issue. In each case, Honda claimed they must have run something over that caused airbags to deploy. In each case, driver was sure they didn't; but Honda refused to fix the car, and insurance also refused. I took proper steps to protect myself; and sure enough, Honda gave me the same response. I can’t believe nothing is being done about this! It is unfair and very dangerous to all drivers on the road! If you are considering buying a Honda, I would strongly suggest considering another make that is safer and from another car company that takes responsibility for their mistakes.

Since my car was new. At 300 miles, I discovered all the fluids were below the recommended marks. The car was never PDI'd and Honda acknowledged this. At 600 miles, the power steering and engine have been vibrating/making noise. Honda inspected my car several times and it was not until the car was over 2000 miles that they decided to replace the power steering pump. The vibration, they said it was all fixed and done. Honda was supposed to re-inspect the car in early February 2012. I am still waiting for a call from Chris, my case manager. The car is still vibrating at idle; the power steering is still making noises and also vibrates. Front suspension, which was also a problem at 300 miles (according to the dealer who tightened bolts) is still making noises and vibrates. This is a brand new car, and now, at little over 6000 miles, I am ready to get rid of it and take legal actions against American Honda. I have all the documentation from each dealer/mechanic visit.I also have all telephone conversations with Honda (I work in the customer service/hospitality industry and I cannot switch this off for Honda's case manager) and I am scheduled to have a specialized engineer inspect my car for faults to pursue legal actions. I feel unsafe driving my car to work everyday. I am very frustrated and disappointed with Honda and it makes me very sad that simple communications are not even happening between Honda and me.

I called Honda Care from sticker in window. Roadside service. They got my money, never dispatched anyone to unlock my car. No callback. No confirmation. I was able to find a local officer in Florida to contact local locksmith. Within 5 min my car was unlocked. I was in route with a 7 year old, phone locked in car. Absolutely do not depend on Honda Roadside.

I have read reviews regarding the roof peeling. Exact same thing happened to me. After getting off the freeway one day and parking my car, the paint was just GONE! A rather large section. Cost me $1500 to fix. I can't believe this is a known issue that many people have had issues with and Honda doesn't want to address it and help us out.

When I bought my Honda CRV I leased for the first time and after 3 months I paid the car off early. I sent in what I needed for the title and I have called 5 times regarding where it is. I was told it was mailed out a few weeks ago and if I don't receive it I will have to pay $60.00 to get another shipped out. First of all I didn't know about all the sale tax I had to pay, plus I just paid my car off after three months! I think I had 12 Hondas since 1999. I feel I shouldn't have to deal with all the stress to get a title plus I am a good customer. I am so upset and I don't have the time to deal with all this. Once again I do what I'm suppose to do and now I'm stuck!

I bought a new 2009 Honda Accord EX. After a few days, I realized that the driver's seat was very uncomfortable. It can be adjusted in three different ways, so I assumed I just didn't have it adjusted properly. Over the next three weeks or so, I adjusted it in every possible way, but it remained uncomfortable. I contacted the dealer. And they offered to help me buy a good used car (Thanks a lot!). I called North American Honda and they didn't care. And finally, I wrote Tokyo, but they just bounced the problem back to North American Honda. Finally, I got a call from some woman at North American Honda. She had all her talking points down pat. She told me that I should have known that the seats were uncomfortable before I bought it. I asked her how I should know that from a short test drive. She said I just should know. She told me that most people were satisfied with Honda seats. I asked her what Honda had to offer to those of us who weren't "most people." She had no answer. I also asked her how many complaints Honda had received about their seats. She quickly responded that that was confidential. I told her I could understand why. Her basic attitude was that Honda already had my money, so they didn't give a damn about my problem. I looked for after-market seats, but there weren't any because of the air bags in the seat. It's illegal to disconnect air bags. And nobody made after-market seats with air bags. I had the foam in the seat replaced twice, but that didn't help. The car was so miserably uncomfortable that I traded it off after three months and 1700 miles.

I have had two Accords, love them. No problem with them. Also, owned an Altima, has problem with the front strut. I am getting a new car and I would LOVE to get a new Accord; however, I am waiting for the 201 Nissan Altima because I live in a state that snows and the Altima will be offered with AWD. Honda quit keeping the AWD for Acuras, put them in the Accord and I bet you increase your sales. And yes, AWD is superior to FWD in the snow and ice.
