Buick Enclave maintenance service

Buick is a division of the American automobile manufacturer General Motors. Started by automotive pioneer David Dunbar Buick, it was among the first American marques of automobiles, and was the company that established General Motors in 1908.

A crossover in more ways than one, the Buick Enclave is part car, part truck, part luxury, part mainstream—and part Chevrolet. Essentially a Chevy Traverse in a snazzier package, it’s the more elegantly styled of the two large-sized three-row offerings. The Enclave is a cargo-hauling champ, and both its powertrain and its on-road demeanor are smooth and agreeable. Infotainment and active-safety offerings are broad, although the latter requires upgrading to costly upper trims. Buick’s overly ambitious pricing pits the Enclave not against mainstream crossovers but rather luxury-class leaders, and in that arena its imperfections are magnified.

Product Reviews:

I'm absolutely in love with my vehicle’s quality & performance. I've only had one problem due to my ignorance. I live in Northern Manitoba Canada. We experience extreme temperatures and I didn't allow the vehicle to run long enough to warm up. Thus resulting in the power steering hose to fail. I searched around for a garage that would fix it at a fraction of what the dealer would cost. Turns out the dealer had a better price and warranty. Despite new ownership, I received my customer loyalty price. I've replaced my tires and it's like driving a brand new Enclave. I've fell in love all over again. My first ever experience with Buick in all my years and I have nothing but good to say. I highly recommend 2013 Buick Enclave.

I owned a 2010 Buick Lacrosse Touring with less than 55,000 miles that was diagnosed as having a serious lower engine problem and malfunctioning transmission by a GMC/Buick dealership here in St Louis, MO. All but $1000 of the $4000 repair bill was covered by the 5 year drivetrain warranty. So I sold it at a big loss and found a 2012 Lacrosse Touring with low miles because my wife insisted on buying an American car. Guess what people, same problem. Bad engine and transmission. My engine sounds like it's ready to quit any minute and my transmission revs up to 1500 RPMs to shift gears. It's my experience and opinion that the Buick company officers should be held accountable for blatant fraud.

2011 Buick Regal Turbo - I love, love my car! However, 2 weeks after purchase it was in the dealership with noise issues. My timing belt was replaced at 34k miles! Then my front and rear bumpers were peeling. Those got repainted, took 2 weeks at the dealership. Silver trim around both outside windows were oxidizing! Replaced. Then the headliner started sagging in the middle of sunroof. Couldn't fix, so headliner was replaced. I'm not complaining since this was all covered under warranty, I'm just tired if dealing with it! I want to enjoy my car. Now there is a chirping noise when my a/c is on and I put it in reverse and accelerate. Dealership doesn't know. They thought it was the alternator, and replaced it! Very frustrated but still love my car.

Buick have lots of different models to choose from, from SUVs to smaller cars and all are quality vehicles. I've bought Buick my entire adult life. The car has a very sleek look. I've even had some people argue with me about it being a Buick. They truly stand out among other cars and I couldn't be happier with the way it looks. The power windows and Bluetooth capability is a huge bonus. As a businessman who is on the way home a lot it allows me to continue discussing things while I'm on the road. It seats 5 people comfortably. I recently took a road trip for work with some coworkers and we all traveled comfortably in the car.

We bought our 2013 Buick Regal brand new from Castle Buick in North Riverside IL. We purchased the car thinking the 4 cyl. engine would be more economical than our Chevy V6 cyl. Impala. The Buick 4 cyl. has yet to come even close to the E.P.A. mileage ratings and after 60000 miles still can't touch the overall mileage of the Impala V6. At 32000 miles we had to replace right rear wheel bearings and a engine pulley that turns the pumps. Which the dealer Castle Buick replaced under warranty. Then a few thousand miles later the wheel bearing went out again. The dealer replaced the bearing for real this time under warranty. Now 69000 miles the engine pulley went out again and the dealer claims it's out of Warranty even for the one they replaced at 36000 miles 20 months later and charged us $443.00. Very disappointed in the Buick Regal and Castle Buick. I'll think twice about another Buick. Honda here I come.

I bought a 1995 Buick Regal Custom with a 145000 on it from my neighbor. It was his granddaughters. A few people owned it before her. I guess they never used the locks. I used the remote to lock and unlock the doors. After a few weeks I was locked out of my car. It kept making a clicking sound. The key would not even unlock it then. This went on for an hour before I could finally open the door. Then after that on another day my husband, my 5 yr old grandson and myself pulled into our driveway I hit the lock button in the car to unlock the doors so we could exit the vehicle. No such luck. The clicking noise started again. We sat in the car for an hour, still could not get out of the vehicle. I called my son who lives 20 minutes away, we drove to his house listening to the clicking in the doors all the way to his house. After we arrived we still could not exit the car until he disconnected the auto lock. After that, I figured everything was good to go. Guess what, I locked the drivers side door manually, my husband locked his door the front passenger door manually and I locked the back doors manually. When we made it back home we could not get out of the car. We manually unlocked our front doors but they were not unlocked. I had to take my door key, put it in the lock on the outside of door and unlock it while I was still sitting in the drivers seat. After I got out of the car I had to unlock the passenger door. The back doors unlock from the inside but not the front doors. I had called Buick. A Foreigner told me since I bought the car used and for how old it is, she could not help me. That it was not under warranty. I told her if I ever get stuck in this vehicle from a wreck, fire, etc. There will be a big lawsuit. I have never in my life had a car that would lock me out of it or in it. I never lock the doors while I am in it. But when I park it at home or out shopping I lock the doors. This car should of been recalled years ago. Is there someone that can help me with this problem.

This car brand is great. You can customized it to your needs. It matches who I am and I am very happy. It's a great family car. I am a mom of 4 and I drive around with my big family. It's spacious and everyone is comfortable with lots of legs space and shopping space. It's affordable, reliable and up to date. The tank is easy to fill and I felt safe with all the features such as air bags and road call assistant. I also feel good about my car's appearance. It has nice interior, good radio and gps system. I am very satisfied with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a car.

The Buick Envision is a joy to drive. It fits the bill for the car being not to small but not too big. It's peppy and very maneuverable. Styling is great, comfortable inside and great interior finishes. Pricing is right in-line with this type of vehicle. Long trips are a joy when driving this car on the highway. It's a great vehicle for young and old alike. You will not go wrong if you are lucky enough to purchase this vehicle.

It is a very durable, reputable car. Not a car or brand that you would have to pay a bunch of money! With the value you would expect a distinct appearance and non standard features from this brand. But the various upgrade and personalization options offered by this company and brand are limited because it has a small about of availability.

My car ran fine from 2016-2019 - I barely drove it. It had 40,000 miles on it after 3 years and since I take the train to work and the car was inexpensive and seemed to run well, I figured why not take over the lease. As soon as I did, the turbo boost failed. So I brought it to the dealership and they fixed it. When I got it back, the ENGINE EXPLODED. After having it towed to the dealership, they told me that it was irreparable. When I asked Buick for help, they said that there was sludge in the engine which must mean I never changed the oil, which is patent nonsense – how would I pass inspection three years in a row with an unmaintained vehicle? Not to mention I had my service station pull receipts from as many oil changes they could find (7) and sent those as proof but they replied "those were written in pencil and so are not valid." That is nonsense. But even still, I dug deeper and found another receipt, an original carbon copy on the yellow paper, typed out. They just ignored that, as they also ignored the OnStar system report showing a robust maintenance history with oil changes at about every 5000 miles. No matter. They closed the case. I still owe $15,000 to GM Financing. Why do they think I'm going to pay it? I will get justice and have my credit repaired despite their evil tampering. And I will sue for damages too. And I've started a Facebook Group for other people who have had problems with (what I've come to learn) their notoriously awful, neglectful, careless, thoughtless, ignorant, unjust, and bullying "customer service." This company should be gutted and replaced with a newer generation of younger executives who understand today's customer as well as the power of social media.**
