9-speed automatic transmission

Cargo Space:

The rear doors may feature a 60/40 split design for easy access to the cargo area.

Technology and Connectivity:

The ProMaster City may come with features such as a Uconnect infotainment system with a touchscreen display, Bluetooth connectivity, and available navigation.

Driver Assistance and Safety Features:

Depending on the trim level and options chosen, safety features may include a rearview camera, parking sensors, and stability control.

Compact Size:

The smaller footprint of the ProMaster City makes it well-suited for urban environments and tight spaces, enhancing maneuverability.

Fuel Efficiency:

The ProMaster City is designed to be fuel-efficient, providing businesses with a cost-effective solution for their transportation needs.

Comfort and Convenience:

Features like air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, and a tilt/telescoping steering wheel contribute to driver comfort and convenience.

Various Configurations:

The ProMaster City is available in different configurations, including cargo van and passenger wagon, allowing businesses to choose the model that best suits their needs.

14 recalls (COME ON MAN). Dodge dealer replaced trans 75,000. Purchased at 81,000. Trans went out in driveway at 101,000. Never hauled or towed anything more than 2 people. Dodge did not pay for trans valve body. Dodge charged me $33.00 a quart at 8 quarts for trans fluid that lasted 25,000. Call your favorite trans tech, ask. STAY AWAY.

Ram 3500 2010 exhaust permanent defect. Problem: Oil change light at 500 miles. Action taken by dealer. Ignore the message keep using it. Research results: Carbon particles in oil; thus lugging the filter. Problem: Check engine light. Action taken: Reset computer. Findings: maintenance staff could not correct design problems. Not trained. Problem: engine stalls; thus causing loss of power steering, power brakes and potential catastrophic accident under load conditions. Action taken: Reset Computer. The corresponding agencies should force Chrysler to buy back such trucks and compensate for the loss in market value. Nissan had to buy back the mini vans that had a problem with fire in the engine compartment.

I purchased 2015 Dodge Ram last December with about 30,000, miles on it. Since then it has had FOUR safety recalls and the major recall on the power steering is being ignored. My local auto mechanic told me to see recall number - 16-U-167, but Dodge is stating there is "no recall on this repair" which just cost me over $2,700. I asked to cover at least half the cost of this repair. Rick ** at Christopher Dodge, agreed that this type of repair should not happen at low millage if at all, but they refused make amends and sent me to Dodge. I see a recall (note below) on the internet, but they should be standing behind their product either way. IF the power steering had gone out while I was driving I could have been killed. This will be my last Dodge. https://repairpal.com/recall/16V167000.Summary: Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 Ram 1500 trucks manufactured January 22, 2015, to September 13, 2015. Contamination on the Electric Power Steering (EPS) control circuit board may cause a short and result in the loss of power steering assist. Any advice would be appreciated.

Comfortable to ride no matter how far. Feels safe and solid. Toss anything we would like. Seems to be made very well. Looks good and when purchased had no rust like comparable Fords. The fords all had rust on frame and the Ram didnt. Overall better quality with the ram than with other brands drove. Seems more solid than the others.

The vehicle has had vibration in the front end. Since purchase I had to replace the ball joints at 38,000 miles. Front end tire wear has forced premature purchase of tires. Def fuel problems have delayed travel plans twice. From my research I believe the front end issues should be a recall item. I have had the truck in service now 20 times and now have a "CAR FAX " history that is affecting the sale of the vehicle.

I purchased two 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 in 2017. Had one only a few months and had to have it lined up and dealership had to replace one front tire. Second truck the dealership paid to get it lined up a month after we purchased it. We had it lined up again 6 months later. So now this truck has the two front tires wearing out on the outer thread at about 20,000 miles and 5 months after the last line up. The first truck we purchased has 26,000 miles on it and the front passenger tire (the one replaced a yr ago is wearing out on the outer edge as well. Dealership does not know why this is happening. They say because we did not rotate the tires every 5000 miles (we would have to do this in between oil changes). Then they said it was because we drive around too many curves. (What the heck.) They want to put these tires on the back inside duels so DOT can ding us on bald tires. They said the back tires are worn a little because of over inflation and we never put air in them since we purchased the truck. They cannot tell us why the tires on these trucks are wearing so now we have to purchase new tires every 20,000 miles or less?? Oh and the first truck has to have ball joints replaced. They do not want to do anything to help and they said the Big Wigs at Dodge says they have no reason to believe that there has been enough issues with these trucks to warrant them doing anything about it. GOOD old USA auto manufacturers. I thought our Ford trucks were a headache but these suck.

Back in 2014 I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 diesel. About a month ago, got a check engine. Took it in and they scanned it and there is was an issue with SCR catalytic converter. Service advisor told me keep on driving, parts are on the back order. 14 days ago I got a message on the display DEF INCORRECT SEE DEALER, and then the countdown started on the display. 300 km vehicle will not restart. I took it to a dealer and it's been 10 days since, no loaner, no rental, and no estimated date for parts. Horrible service. Think twice before getting a Dodge.

I called the dealership about my 2014 Dodge 1500 Outdoorsman with a bunch of problems. It has only 40.000 km on it. I have to pump the brakes. The service advisor said this was normal. Both bumpers are rusting. I was told it is residual rust by the service advisor. The first time and the second time it was due to road sand and was not warrantied. The truck will do random horn honk and door lock at lights or just sitting parked. It won't do it at the dealer so it is my problem. Engine has bad chain and lifter noise after being parked for 3 to 5 days but the service advisor told me this is normal for that type of engine. After a few hours of driving it starts to get a right hub howl but it won't do it at the dealership so it is my problem until it breaks. After driving a few hours on the highways when you slow down for a light you get different cluck. But because it won't do it at the dealership it is my problem until it breaks. I have reported all this to Chrysler Canada but their answer is "well if the dealer can't find it or won't do it at the dealership then won't do anything" and the rusting bumpers is normal wear due to road conditions. I payed extra for extended warranty even tire warranty. If I hadn't pay the truck off I would have driven it back to the dealership and walked away. They tell me I can come down and trade it one.

I own a Ram 1500 Ecodiesel fairly new that just got diagnosed with overheating conditions and therefore the dealer can NOT release the truck until repaired have been made to the vehicle. However, the corporate department handling the claim says that I have to rent a truck out of my packet for undetermined amount of time until they find out how to fix the recall so they can than release my truck. From one of their mouths I’ve heard that it might take up to six months! Has anyone ever experienced this issue with Chrysler? If so, what’s the easiest route to make them responsible for this kind of down side for consumers like me? Any help is appreciated. I have purchased 3 dodge Rams and 1 Dodge Challenger in the past 5 years. But after this, I am certain they won’t ever see me in their showroom again. It’s just that bad of experience!

2010 Dodge Ram - My truck makes a squeaky noise from the motor, and I'm told it's normal; some do it and some don't. It starts when it warms up after about 1-2 minutes and continues while idling. I have one more garage to check on it, but the dealer it was purchased from says it's normal. I find this hard to believe. I am hoping for a solution. I have 4 friends with the same truck, same year and no noise. I feel as though I'm not being told the truth.
