Product Reviews:

This is a great car but the overall experience is marred by some petty greed. The car comes with the ability to remote start; check battery, location, lock unlock; etc. This all comes with a internet connection through AT&T. They want between $180 to $420 per year to keep this service active. That's absurd. My Ford provides these services free of charge. I understand that OnStar operators need to be paid but I am talking about basic tech services here. Is my car charged? When was it last driven? etc. I would love all that OnStar has to offer but I am unwilling to pay for it. Why can't Chevy provide basic informational services like Ford does for free?

I purchased the Malibu brand new with 52 miles in March 2016. The first 6 months was good. The gas mileage did not meet what was specified but it wasn't bad. Towards the end of the year my car wouldn't start after stopping at a local grocery store. I had to wait till 2 hours later for it to mysteriously cut back on. Once it did the air was stuck on high and the radio wouldn't come on. Took it the following Monday to the dealership that determined the computer needed a reboot. Everything was fine for a few more months then the car cut off again. This time the dealership could not find anything. The car continued to cut off randomly at times while driving. Each time two different Chevrolet dealerships could not find the problem or cause. I am concerned for my safety as this occurs while driving. This makes me rethink and question the brand Chevrolet.

Chevrolet Beat is one of the best car in terms of pick up, mileage and road grip. It's very smooth car compared to my other Maruti and Honda cars. Very much suitable for small family and long drive. Beat never cheats in the road, and chances of accident is almost nil. Very good engine, and I hope GM will relaunch its products in India.

I have a 2013 Chevy Sonic that I purchased with 30,000 miles on it from the dealer. There was a recall on the car for the catalytic converter, saying high temperatures from the engine was melting internal components. Of course their fix was not to replace catalytic converters, but to reprogram the ECM running temperature. However they sent the recall slip to the wrong address and by the time I had gone to the dealer I already had a check engine light on, and they wanted 150 dollars to diagnose the problem. I had to get through emissions and get the light off so I went to the local Shell service station. They informed me my catalytic was almost completely melted and malformed on the inside. I contacted Chevy and they said it needed to go to the dealer to get looked at and they would make an appointment, but after a week of no contact from them and a need for emissions so I could register my car, I brought it to Shell and had the work done. Then of course Chevy called and said there was nothing they could do because I had the work done elsewhere. Not offering catalytic converters to customers whose had melted, after acknowledging the ECM they set is causing the issue, is despicable. After spending 1000 dollars on a new car, a part that should never fail, they certainly lost a customer in me with their poor handling of this issue.

We have always chosen Chevrolet. We traded our 18 year old Trailblazer last April. It was hard as we never had to worry about buying big items. Our children have moved on to their adult lives and it's just the two of us. We purchased a Trax and are very pleased with the size and comfort.

My. 2005 Chevy Silverado is asked to do many things including hauling a 3200lb camper around 7 months of the year. The truck is dependable. And I always feel safe even in heavy winds, rough mountain roads or on the Freeway.

Lies! Do not let them pull your credit! The General Manager Chevrolet Jim ** on the River in Tulsa, informed me that they work with all types of credit and that he was certain with a my 560 credit score he could get me in a car. He lied, the car lot stated I needed a co-signer and would have to trade in my current vehicle on top of that. That’s with $2,000 down all for an $18,000 vehicle. Also when the pulled my credit, as to what they called as a “soft hit” turned into 5 inquiries all from my application with them. I would not only NOT recommend them, I will advocate against any potential buyers from even contacting them.

We have bought several trucks for our lawn service and the Chevy has been the most reliable, comfortable and best looking. We are considering buying another Chevrolet Silverado in the near future. The Silverado seems to be the most solid and stable truck we have ever owned. The new Chevrolet Silverados are very nice to look at as well, very stylish and modern. The safety of the Silverado was a huge concern as well since we use the truck to tow our camper and our grandchildren in the summer.

The dealer was in a different town. We had to drive a little was to see the truck. The truck was really nice and had all the things we were looking for in a new truck. The price was another thing that made the truck a little more appealing.

After reviewing multiple issues with this vehicle showing that they are only last 100,000 miles before they're having all kinds of head gasket and antifreeze issues. Chevrolet knows what's going on. They just keep giving their customers the run-around because they're selling garbage. The car that lasts only a hundred thousand miles this day is **. We got older Hondas in the 90s that are lasting over 300,000 miles.
