Audi is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. As a subsidiary of its parent company, the Volkswagen Group, Audi produces vehicles in nine production facilities worldwide.

Audi identifies next-level performance by adding an "S" in front of its alphanumeric model names, and that logic applies to the souped-up 2020 Audi SQ8. It's based on the Audi Q8 and slots under the RS Q8 halo SUV. Compared with the conventional Q8, the S model receives understated exterior upgrades such as additional vents, exclusive grille elements, quad tailpipes, and unique wheels. A twin-turbocharged V-8 provides 500 horsepower and Audi's legendary Quattro all-wheel-drive system is standard. If a three-row SUV is more convenient for you, check out the mechanically similar SQ7 model that we review separately.

Product Reviews:

I own a 2013 Audi A6. It came with a 4 year 57,000 mile warranty. My car was perfectly maintained. The engine blew up (ring failed, destroying the block). The car had only 39,000 miles. You would think no problem... Wrong. The warranty had expired by 9 months. So Audi wanted to charge me $10,000 for a new motor. I went through the roof. They then offered to pay half if I bought a $3700 extended warranty (a wash), I said, "See you in court." I called corporate and they said if I didnt take the offer they would rescind it. A not so subtle threat. They came back and said, half price and no warranty. Reluctantly I agreed. The way I was treated by the dealership and the company, it’s obvious that Audi does not stand by its product. I highly recommend that any consumer stay away from Audi product. Bad company.

This brand has a fairly wide variety of models. Including Audi A3 Sedan, Audi Q3, Audi A4, Audi A3 Cabriolet and many more exclusive and family cars. The variety of models range from sedan to cabriolet. I had the Audi A3 Cabriolet, it was a beautiful cobalt blue. It had a nice range of features. Mine was a standard wheel drive. The stereo was very nice as well. You can option this beautiful car out to your heart's content. You can add a turbo, choose your color, change stock stereo set and much more. The capacity in my car was good. However, I would imagine a sedan being much more spacious and better for family than my cabriolet. My cabriolet had enough room for myself and my school supplies, however.

We bought a 2015 A6 7 months ago. This car rides like a dream, has power and comfort. But, you would think as much as you spend on these cars the service would be a lot better. We had our oil changed at Cavender Audi in San Antonio and they would not even reset the oil service alert (you are unable to do it yourself in MMI). Then when your complimentary data service runs out after 6 month you have to pay $800 for 30 months. Toyota's Entune is free, Ford's, SYNC is free and I am sure there are a lot more companies that provide complimentary service like this. Chevy allows you to use your current phone data plan which costs $10 month. So bottom line the car is outstanding but as much as Audi's cost they could at least give you complimentary data or at least let you use your phone company.

Audi offers luxury SUV that's fun with up to date technology. Off road 4 wheel drive that's sleek, roomy, efficient, and good on gas. It's eco friendly and well made. It's also family friendly. It's sporty and has great interior and comfortable seats. It's safe and great for road trips. Best company ever.

Bought this car brand new. I only had one issue during the 120K miles on it. Audi replaced the water pump at a oil change visit and then gave me extended coverage at no charge. (What Auto company does that?) The brakes do need to be replaced about every 25-30k miles. Routine maintenance is not terribly expensive. The car I replaced this car with is a Porsche Macan. I love the drive of the Macan but routine maintenance is very expensive. Spark plugs at 30K. Drain transmission at 40K. Plan on at least 1K per visit. The Audi was very dependable and a great car. My wife bought a 2018 S5 Sportback that is so much fun to drive. This is a great car company and look forward to visiting their manufacturing plant in Germany!!

A very nice variety of models was represented with plenty of available information about each on the occasion of my purchase. The Audi has luxury features, gorgeous body styles. I was taken aback by the amount of quality variety I was exposed to. There is a decent amount of passenger capacity in these cars, but I wouldn't recommend it for families as it would be a bit cramped. For a couple or even a couple with a child, it would be perfect. While I didn't choose to apply any of these upgrade and personalization options, a great many of these were readily available at the time of my purchase. The only problem I encountered was being able to pick my favorite!

I read James's experience because I'm looking for experiences related to Audi on the internet. Me And my husband had a very serious accident with our Audi Q5. It was a miracle no one died or was injured. Please do not use the cruise control! If you want me to better explain, I will ask someone to help me to write the experience in english language. I'm searching for problems Audi related to Cruise control, sudden acceleration and not working airbags. Thanks.

Audi A5 2012 convertible with only 28000 miles, the top do not close completely and at the dealer charge me $160.00 to diagnostic the problem (another shops charge with the same computer $70.00) and call me if I accept $1,277.00 to fix it. Contact the factory and a technician in Germany told me that are a couple of sensors that very rare cause this problem, parts very cheap and easy to replace. (Plastic materials I think). Is anyone at this chat that can help me about this? Who is right?

I am driving an Audi in Hong Kong. I had some paperwork problems with my car and had to contact Audi to get the needed document. The staff is genuinely uninterested and referred me to a automobile association alleging that only the association can get the document for me. So I called the association who explained patiently that the certificate should be issued by Audi the manufacturer, which makes sense. So I called the dealer in Hong Kong again and that staff gave me the same answer, utterly uninterested, and offered no solution to me at all. I don't expect that the dealer can solve my problem quickly and once and for all but at least they can appear to be more helpful. For Audi which aspires to be a top brand in the world, they should be more careful in engaging local dealers. Some are totally unprofessional and may just ruin their reputation. In my case, I will NEVER buy another Audi (because I am terribly pissed off).

The styling of the Audi is incomparable, is definitely not a BMW and definitely not a Mercedes, it has its own niche in the market and it’s just beautiful. I finally found a car brand I love!! I will buy another Audi.
