We have had this Chevrolet Astro since 2004 and have had no trouble, except for the air conditioner. We had to replace that. That top coat is peeling but it still runs great. We are sorry they stopped making them. Will be replacing it in a year or two.Jo of Orange, CA

I absolutely love the Chevrolet vehicle. It has been an amazing car for me. It has been very useful and I haven't had any issues out of it. It's a great all-terrain vehicle. I can get anywhere I need to with the Four-wheel drive. I also love all the room it has inside so that I can haul anything I need to. Favorite vehicle ever I've owned.Christy of Beckley, WV

I've been driving trucks for 15 years and the last 9 I've had a GMC. I loved that truck and when the transmission started to go I decided to buy a new Chevrolet. I decided to buy a Chevy. The truck was dropped of to me by someone at the dealership and had 300 miles on it most of witch from the drive to my house. From the moment I took my first drive (after I already owned it) it was shaking. It always shakes but sometimes it's really bad and dangerous. I told the dealership right away and they fed me a lot of lies. They 100% agree it's shaking but won't fix it or do anything for me. They changed my tires and my truck drove worse than before. I filed 2 claims with Chevy. One asking for a buy back and they denied my claim. Also one for some kind of trade assistance and they offered me $1,500.00. This truck has had other issues since I got it. The check engine light has come on twice and had to be turned off by the dealer. Also the steering wheel tilts to the left even after being aligned multiple times. I would not suggest buying a Chevy. Not only are they not good quality. Chevy does not stand by their products and warranty's. This had been a terrible experience and it's nowhere near over.Vanessa of Brimfield, MA

My C7 is a wonderful car to drive, but it seems like every time I drove it something needs be replaced or repaired. Items replaced or repaired so far: radio, door release cable, engine belt tensioner, passenger seat handle, visor with built-in garage door opener, safety recall to reprogram something, engine makes rattling sounds at low speed. Now GM dealer Best Chevrolet says they need to go inside the engine and replace cams and lifters. The car only got around 10,000 miles. My experience with this new Corvette have been nothing but issues.Rian of Destrehan, LA

I have owned a big variety of vehicles Ford's Dodge Volkswagen Etc. My first car was a Chevy 1968 Chevelle Malibu El Camino. Really nice car. Never had any issues with it. Really tough engine. Great transmission. My second one was a 1969 Chevy Impala. Never had any issues. Both of them nice old muscle cars I put together myself. Put a lot of money into it. Was all Chevy parts. You can't go wrong with them. I put a small block 400 in the El Camino and a 350 in the Impala both with Turbo 350 Transmission. I would recommend Chevrolet product to anybody. I really enjoyed both these vehicles that was in my younger years when it was all about speed and looks. Now it's more about comfort and safety. Chevrolet has all of that wrapped up in their vehicles now. I would recommend it to anybody.Kiley of Longs, South Carolina

I purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Equinox used and haven't had any problems. I get regular oil changes and service checks to prevent unexpected issues. Winter driving is great. Handle and wheel control is outstanding. I went for service recently and a salesman tried to convince me to trade it for a newer model.Latasha of Milwaukee, WI

We purchased a 2016 Chevy Impala for my husband. In the 3 years we have had the vehicle, we have replaced the following items: 2 batteries, 1 starter, 1 purge valve. I am writing a review today in regards to the purge valve. Our check engine light came on and so we took it to our mechanic. The mechanic stated that the purge valve needed to be replaced, so we replaced it. 3 days after we paid for the repair, a letter in the mail came from Chevy stating the purge valve may be bad and to take it to the dealership to be replaced. Since we already replaced the valve, I applied for the reimbursement. Chevy is denying my reimbursement since it was not done at the dealership. This is the last Chevy we will ever own.Melissa of Gilbert, AZ

Worst car I have ever owned. Problem after problem. Just around 100,000 miles and already have replaced so much on this car. Thousands of dollars!!! Water pump, o2 sensor, spark plugs, coil packs, fuel injectors, engine valves, blower motor for AC, timing chain, front hub, goes through brakes and rotors almost yearly. Will tell everyone I know never to buy a Chevy!!!Ashley of Rochester, MN

This is what could happen to your new Chevrolet Suburban Premier. I’ve owned a 2011 and 2016 Suburban LTZ. I’ve also owned two 2018 Suburbans but I was never prepared for what happened to my 2018 Chevrolet Suburban Premier. I purchased a used 2018 Chevrolet Suburban Premier and the engine went out after a little over 100K miles. I understand that it is out of warranty based on miles, but since it’s a one-year-old car I reach out to GM leadership for some assistance.I sent an email to Mary Barra and all the VP listed on their website to get some form of assistance but GM flatly refused. It’s very disappointing that a $65K car, which I always service at a GM dealership monthly, needs an engine after 100K miles. I told them I would never buy another GM vehicle. If it were a company that purchases large quantities of their vehicles they probably would do something. Big companies don’t need assistance; a small guy like me is more in need of their assistance. It’s costing me well over $7000.00 to replace the engine at a Chevrolet dealership.Paul of Lawrenceville, GA

We purchased a 2014 current and last style Impala to be manufactured. The Impala was driven less than 12000 miles. It is without question the finest automobile we have ever had the pleasure of driving. The ride is terrific, provides consistent 29 miles per gallon or slightly better in ideal conditions. The automobile has all the bells and whistles save factory navigation. We enjoy each and every amenities on this vehicle save one item. I'm not a real fan of low profile tires. We will soon remedy the low-profile malady by downsizing from 245 45 r19 to a 17 in wheel which will be very close in total circumference with a much higher sidewall. This will provide a much gentler ride over bumps, bumps and road imperfections and still odometer and transmission will operate correctly. I am currently researching correct replacement wheel so as to accommodate the larger brakes on this vehicle. Offset and bolt pattern must be adhered too. I really believe in days to come current SUV fanatics will come to realize the sedan was a good buggie. For the life of me I do not understand and yet I do. What does not sell you bring off the market! So happy I was able to get one, and almost a new one, suits me. Lots of room and a joy to operate.Ralpha of Mation, Indiana
