Mercedes-Benz, commonly referred to as just Mercedes, is a German luxury automotive marque. Mercedes-Benz and subsidiary Mercedes-Benz AG are headquartered in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Mercedes-Benz produces consumer luxury vehicles and commercial vehicles.

The 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC300 is better suited for drivers who prefer to luxuriate rather than raise their heart rates. Those seeking a more adrenalized experience will appreciate the separately reviewed AMG GLC-classes, which offer between 385 and 503 horsepower. The GLC coupe also exists for extroverted types. Despite making a humble 255 horses, the regular GLC300 is remarkably quick. Less remarkable are its uninspired handling and mediocre highway fuel economy. The BMW X3 is much better in both regards, and other compact luxury crossovers such as the Volvo XC60 are more capacious. In typical Mercedes-Benz fashion, the GLC's interior blends magnificent materials and cutting-edge tech. While it's more practical than the brand's traditional C-class sedan, the 2022 GLC 300 is less engaging to drive.

Product Reviews:

I recently purchased a SLK280 and have now found that it has a serious and well known engine fault. This was from EMS warning light and fault codes 1200 & 1208 which is for faulty balance shaft. I now understand that this is a well known fault of worn teeth due to material. I am now faced with a 5000 repair bill to repair this. The car is 2007 and has only done 22,000 miles! I have been told that Mercedes are not prepared to offer any contribution to this cost. This is my first Mercedes and one of the reasons I chose it was the perceived Mercedes quality and reliability. I am really disappointed to find a Mercedes engine falling apart after only 22,000 miles.

Mbrace is an embarrassment for Mercedes. Don’t subscribe to this useless service sold by high pressure sales team. Once you subscribe to this service, you already succumbed to few months of charges even if you want to cancel it before the trial period. They will even disconnect your call in the middle of cancellation to defer cancellation for fee more months. The high pressure tactics used by sales team will try to scare you to any extent. Please avoid this bogus service.

One of the most incredible thing. I bought for my daughter (16Y) a GLC300 for 60K in Delray Mercedes with no park aid assist (bip bip bip), amazing nobody telling me that I need to buy a totally useless package in US named "active parking assist" to have this, absurd. Korean, Chinese, American, Italian and even the majority of German cars this is standard, but Mercedes force you to buy a useless huge package to have this small and totally necessary sound warnings park assist.

Dec. 2014 I purchased a new 2015 Mercedes 4matic C class. 2 months later I noticed the engine sounded loud and popping sound near the wheel area when turning. Took it in to dealer who said the engine sound was normal and couldn't hear any noise in the wheel area. 4 months following I took it back for the same thing but to a different dealership who heard the noise. 3 weeks later my new car has had engine mounts replaced because they thought that was the problem and is now having suspension shafts replaced cause they think that may be the problem. Thank God it's under warranty, but I have lost confidence in Mercedes. My car is still at the dealer. I will not buy another Mercedes.

Moved my Mercedes A160 auto to wash it. Washed it, got back in car and it wouldn't start. Ignition key turned but the starter motor was inoperative. Breakdown- took it to main Mercedes dealer for repair under warranty. After a working on the car over the weekend and most of Monday, service manager decided there was a fuse missing. If there was a fuse missing, why did it take Mercedes trained mechanics all weekend (managers words not mine) and most of the following day, to locate a missing fuse, when the fuse panel is staring you in the face underneath the drivers side carpet. Charged me £171. Complete rip off. Will never entertain Mercedes again.

E320 Brake failure - Driving on US1, rush hour, normal speed, suddenly the whole dashboard turned red and says "brake defective, stop vehicle." Don't have time to react. Crashed into 2 other cars after few seconds. Horrible experience. Don't know what to do from here. Anyone any suggestions?

I went to get my car serviced and requested if they would make sure they would wash and clean my car; specifically, vacuum the car trunk. The service fellow assured me that they do it for all cars that they service and it would be done. Well it wasn’t. I expected they would wipe the seats, clean the glass but all they did was a shabby vacuum job and washed the car mats. When I called and complained to Gordon, all he said was sorry they were supposed to vacuum the trunk but I guess they didn’t. He went further to say that they usually don’t clean glass or wipe the interiors at all. But he would mention it to the manager. It was such a cold response from the service provider at Mercedes Benz. He could have said, “Well, whenever you can come by, we will clean your car,” but he offered nothing. Useless cheap service. When you purchase a high-end car, I believe the service and customer care after are very important. It is such a turn off, that I wouldn’t buy another Benz because of the lousy, “give a damn about the customer” attitude.

I took my car for maintenance where the only reason I went there is because the gentleman that sold me my cars I think is great, plus has great customer service. I pay for the maintenance package for my car. There were three items I had concerns with. The location kept my car there for two days and I am still not happy with the navigation system that shut down and was not working. Even after service I had to use my phone for navigation. My main concern was my tire and the guys from service said "don't worry I will have that taken care of for you." I left feeling great thinking my car will be fixed. Navigation again not happy with but my tire was left as it is with more a lot of excessive air. Dangerous to even drive. I called corporate customer service. Was horrible and not comfortable to speak with. The case worker called me and it was a waste of my time. Hold is too long. Getting in touch with anyone in corporate is easy. Also, I called back asking to speak with someone else even asked for the General Manager and they said Ralph ** does not accept calls from customers? That was not customer service orientated at all. When I should not even pay a 200 tire it should have been replaced when it's a tire leak. That is a bad tire which is not my fault. I was shocked on the customer service. Never had I had such horrible experience. One thing is that I would never buy another Mercedes ever again. That is only what I drive and would be the only car I drive, however they will lose a repeat loyal customer with this pity low class service. The case manager Justin did not even try to assist when I was not pleased with the situation, and they told me he doesn't report to anyone? That is false information and every customer has the right to speak with some else. They send me off with a defective bad tire which is not safe to commute in.

Bought a 2019 c300. Major engine problems!!! Now Mercedes is blaming me for oil getting into the coolant, which I’ve seen become a major issue with these cars. It is clearly a Mercedes problem, and will most likely result in a recall. DO NOT buy a Mercedes c300, I can guarantee these issues will be evident. Brian and Mary the service managers are liars, and refuse to even consider any point that goes against their corporate bull!!!

At the dealership I purchased my vehicle from, the sales associate, cashier, service and front desk staff are exceptional. They go over and beyond to make you feel important and welcome to own a Mercedes Benz.
