My Ford F150 Supercrew 5.4 had #3 at #7 blow out. I had a mechanic put one back in with a Helicoil for $50.00 and the other I bought a kit at O'Reilly, which they have 2 types, one for $30.00 the other for $60.00. I had a mechanic put it in for $45.00. They probably knew about that the heads were no good just like the tires they sold several years back. It would cost them a lot to destroy the heads and make new ones.

I bought a 2013 Ford Focus 2 years ago as a used car. Approx. 25,000 on it. I have had continuous problems with the transmission and now the engine light is on, revealing I need an entire new fuel system! The Valve, gasket, fuel pump, and a new fuel tank!!! $2000.00 worth of work on a car 3 years old. Oh yeah the radio is gone too and needs to be replaced! How does this happen. Nothing is covered by warranty except the clutch. Needless to say I am extremely upset and will not ever buy another Ford. I have written directly to Ford about this but not hopeful that I will hear from them.

The engineers said the crude control started the fire. Thank god I didn't park in the garage. My 01 navagator caught fire around midnight. We all were lucky to get out after it caught my house on fire and I have lost most everything. Screw ford.

We purchased a new ford ranger and from the start gearbox trouble, peter warren warwick farm in Sydney were very very bad at any service and could not return phone calls. But when you want to buy different story, shocking company. 4 times gearbox trouble, bolts falling out. We don't go off road at all, just city use. Ford head office in Melbourne just the same weak as piss, all talk no action once they get your money. No more fords for me in my life again. Rubbish ute and even worse service and just lies from them. No wonder the Australian government has stopped giving the manager's more money for their pockets, taxpayers money!!!

After much persistence, on my part, the problem was finally fixed. The Senior Technician "researched" more and found 4 more tests to pinpoint why this may be happening. The first three were negative in result. The fourth test found the problem. The float at the bottom of the gas passageway (?) before the main part of the gas tank is reached, was STUCK OPEN. So, of course, it did not signal that it was full! When I was told this and informed that a new gas tank was to be installed, I just could not believe that this had not been a checking option before!! I had a very hard time containing myself. The fact that I refused to be "blown off" by their comments on several discussions was the only thing that got it fixed. My respect for this particular Ford Dealership took an amazing downslide!!

I was told it would cost me $972 to replace a water pump. WTF is that. I would feel better if they would have pulled a gun out to rob me instead. That is crazy. How much are mechanics making an hour? The parts were less than $200. The remaining was the cost for labor. I refused the repair and was charged $90 for an inspection. I will get the neighborhood mechanic to do it for less than $100. Ford has lost their mind and my Ford will be up for sale as soon as the repairs are complete.

On 02/08/2019 I simply rolled up my drivers side window, there was a loud pop and the window shattered into a million pieces. There was no apparent reason for this. No bumps or pot holes were driven over in the six miles I had traveled. It wasn't cold, was not running the AC, I had not touched the window in any way. Just simply rolled the window up. Oh, I should mention these are not electric windows, these are hand crank windows. I called my dealer Bill Currie Ford of Tampa, FL. I spoke with service department. They told me to bring it into the body shop and ask for Joe. I did what they told me. Spoke with Joe for less than 2 mins. Explained what has happened, showed him a picture that I had taken. We went back inside, Joe disappeared. After a few mins. James ** handed me an estimate for the repair of the window at the cost of $369.29. I asked about warranty because it just shattered for no apparent reason to this he gave me no response. I explained I could not afford the cost. He said "I can maybe take off $50.00." I thanked him and departed. I then called Ford Customer Care, spoke with April whom was very helpful. Gave me a case number and told me to wait a few hours and call the service manager. I did what I was instructed to do. I called Bill Currie Ford and asked to speak to the service manager, of course on got voice mail. I left a message with my case number and contact info. I called the next day, again getting only voice mail, again left the info. The service manager Mark has yet to respond to my calls. So now I have a car that cannot be secured. I am on the road all day and I am forced to park my car with the window wide open just asking for someone to take advantage of it.

The 2016 Ford Fiesta is a great first car for my twenty year old daughter. It is dependable, and I love the color and the shiny blue really stands out. I bought it new from a Ford dealership and they were amazing and answered all of our questions. My daughter fell in love with the car at the dealership and I felt she would be safe driving it. I also purchased a bumper to bumper warranty and I have never had to use it even once. I really love the car. However, it doesn't have much power to get up and go. The only thing that could make it better is if it had a built in GPS and if the price was cheaper.

Ford PTO failures with Ford Edge, Flex, 500, and Lincoln MKX - As a manufacturer, I am really disappointed with Ford, and this will likely be my last one after being a Ford supporter for years. I have spent $1,800.00 in maintenance on this vehicle in the last 12 months on replacing the engine fan TWICE and the engine fan wiring harness. Now, another $2,800 for the PTO / PDU / transfer case and power steering rack? Thats $5,000.00 in maintenance in the last 12 months. No thank you, Ill probably trade this in on a Lexus and #lastFORDever. Ford gets zero stars. I have had a case open with Ford corporate, nothing material has been done.
