Called Nissan customer affairs, opened a case about my Nissan Rogue. My transmission went out on the freeway, had it towed to a transmission shop to have it looked at and repaired at A+ transmission- a national known place. Nissan told me they will not pay the shop nor reimburse me. I have always been a Nissan customer. I have always told everyone Nissan was the way to go when buying a car. Now the hell with that. I telling everyone go Honda or some different other than Nissan. Nissan are piecce of ** car's. Calling opening a case is a waste of time and effort. If anyone has a Nissan trade before anything goes wrong.

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue in January. This summer when I traveled a period of time (about 45 mins.) the a/c would stop cooling. After having it checked by my dealer/service I was told that's normal since it is how the car gets better mpg. The only way I can keep cool on long drives is to turn off the a/c when it stops cooling, wait a period of time and let the a/c reset then turn the a/c back on. This in my opinion is a very poor design and should be redesigned.

They approved a one month extension, then pushed us one day over the 30-day mark by their own incompetence and now refused to remove this one and only credit glitch even though we were longtime, paying on time customers. Nissan is mean-spirited and inconsiderate to their customers and should be blackballed by all of us. In fact, don't even buy Nissan. I was going to buy another Titan, but this pushed me over into the Chevy column for all time no matter what they come up with. They might as well not even exist anymore. They're dead to me.

I have a 2012 Nissan Murano sl awd. I have it in white and I have different shades of white and my headlights hold moisture in them. I told them at the dealership about a year ago too. They didn't see it and now that it is out of warranty they see it. I only have 50,000 mile. I call customer affairs. The lady told me it was nothing they can do for me because it was out of warranty now and she said she couldn't find nothing where I had made a complaint about it. I will not get another Nissan again cause they dont stand behind their stuff. I guess customers don't matter to them. They didnt tell me that your paint and headlights only have 30,000 mile warranty on them. They say that the headlight has to be replaced so right now I am upset about.

I am trying to obtain the service history for my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder and I am not getting any clear answers as to why I cannot obtain the service history for my truck. Nissan consumer affairs staff is not helpful at all and they don't care about the customer. Instead they are telling me to go on the web and pull a carfax report to get my service history. That makes no sense. Will someone with sense from consumer affairs contact me with the right information in regards to my service history.

At first I loved my Nissan Rogue. Bought it brand new. Once winter hit and I attempted to use the AWD but my car was all over the road. My Altima and Cavalier I had prior were much better.

Done in a timely manner. Kept me apprised as the repairs went along. Checked to see if anymore could be done for me. If any issues came to let me know and get my opinion. Check out was easy and car was washed and the inside always had paper on seats and floor so it did not get dirty from the work they did. They smiled and I went on my way.

I recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan XD diesel with the midnight package. Everywhere online Nissan advertises that the midnight package XD comes with a bed liner, floor mats, wheel well flares, and more. The dealership I purchased from was nice when I bought my truck. The next day were complete jerks when I went back to ask for floor mats only. So I called customer service with Nissan and they did not do anything and did not care. Flat out told me I was just out of luck. The truck is a piece of crap. It has no power. It is not a diesel. I do not know how Cummins whatever advertise their name on that piece of junk. Save yourself the hassle. Buy a Dodge or a Ford. Stay away from their junk especially Empire Nissan at Lakewood.

My car decelerates when I get on interstate and I took it to the Nissan dealership. And there's no codes showing up and she told me there's nothing that they can do about it until they have a code. So they rather for the car to kill me than to fix the problem. I will never buy another Nissan. You would think buying a new car you wouldn't have problems with the transmission.

I BOUGHT NISSAN X-trail in 2015 it is still under warranty. My car I-stop (Stop & start function) is not working since last one year. I have been to Nissan many times for the same reason. Till now they have changed few different parts to work it out still it's not working. Now at last they are saying I have to changed I-stop battery which will cost me $350AUS though still under warranty. So I don't why I should pay money if the car system is faulty and still under warranty.
