My 2013 Lexus ES 350 started leaking not long after we bought it new in August 2013. We have an automatic car wash by our house that we have used for years with no problems. My '13 Lexus always leaks and it has been to the dealership five times to figure out why. I even called them one morning on my way to work because rain was leaking in the roof. I was informed yesterday that the dealership got Lexus involved and that their response was that their car is not designed to go through a high pressure car wash and that it could not be fixed. I was shocked and terribly disappointed by their response. None of my previous cars, nor any of our friends or family who have cars with sunroofs have had a problem at this car wash, but Lexus can't design their car to go through leak free!? If they fixed it or told me they were still going to try and figure it out, it would be a little easier to accept, but to tell the consumer that essentially their car is not built well enough to withstand the same conditions as every other make and model out there indicates to me that it is not fit for operation and not worthy of its price tag!

2017 RX450H been horrible since car- and horrible service dept- nothing like my 2007 Rx400H - vehicle quality and service is apparently no longer a priority to the Lexus company or their service departments. Windshield wiper sensor has never worked properly-- took them 2 yrs to figure out that "sometimes the windshield protectant affects it"... And then a month after this fix I have a interior leak coming from dash -- they claim from a spider??? Hmmm..? And spiders not covered under warranty... I'm left with a stinky car and a $700. Fix. Gas door sometimes does not open. It takes 2 people to hold the button on pry the door open. They are in the process of rescale/fix... Really? And this is a very expensive "luxury" car??? LEXUS REMOTE START is a piece of junk and they will lie and tell you it's the only way to start your car- $8.00 month. You canstart from the fob... Click Lock twice and in third-time long press lock button for more than 3 seconds. The indicators will start blinking and the SUV will start. That's when I realized if they will lie about that they will lie about anything... No longer the company they had been. As soon as I pick up the pile of junk from the repair shop I'm trading it in.

I am very impressed with the Lexus extended warranty. Two years ago, while having my vehicle serviced, I was informed that my steering was defective and leaking. It would need to be replaced. The cost was over $4000.00. My extended warranty covered the entire cost with no copay required. This one repair more than tripled the cost of the seven year warranty. I have had extended warranties with other vehicles that I have had, but none as good as this.

I bought a new brand Lexus IS 350 one month ago. Now with only 600 miles driven, the car brake pads are not working. Lexus warranty also does not cover brake pads because they know that their brake pads' quality is more than **. If I have to change its brake pads in every 600 miles then I have to change my brake pads 100 times until mileage of 6000 miles. Every time I will spend $300 to buy new pads so only pads will cost me $30,000. United States should consider businessing with Japan who sell Chinese products.

They have quite a few models to choose from. Only a few were in my price range though. They could use some less expensive models in my opinion because not everyone can afford 50k+. The car is very stylish and sleek, and very roomy both for passengers and storage. It has leather interior, wi-fi, GPS, driving assist, and is great on gas mileage. There is a ton of features and you can upgrade almost everything. It all adds up quick though and gets rather pricey. The passenger capacity is great. I can fit 5 people in my car comfortably with plenty of room to move. I'm rather short, but my boyfriend is over 6 feet and he sits comfortably in my car.

There are many Lexus fun luxury models. I looked at Extreme Luxury XJ3, XJ1 -- all good models for me, priced different. Very hard to choose the one I wanted and took three months to pick. Waited to test drive till I was sure. Went online to check different models' colors, prices to be sure. Had many things I wanted -- leather seats, CD player, GPS tracking, GPS navigation, and any add-on I could think of for me, heated seats, etc. Love two colors, white and black, and went with black. Overall love the two-door model. Just wanted four people capacity. That's all I would need being childless. Four doors and more room wasn't needed for me. Like the more compact cars anyway. Easier to drive and love it better. Great color and model, and it's the best for me.

Great mileage, wonderful ride and a dream to drive. This car drives like a little sports car even though it's a hybrid. The steering is tight, I only had it a couple of days when I was cut off on the freeway. I would have been in a major accident had I been driving my old Prius. It handles like a dream. Very small turning radius, which also makes it easier to drive.
