4cyl. Surprised of the pep. Live in north country. All wheel drive good on roads. Interior has plenty of room. But the Chevy Equinox's back seat does not drop down flat. Inconvenient when have to pack things full in vehicle. With back seat tipping up this is wasted space.

My experience driving the car was awesome. The car met every expectation. I would recommend the equinox for a family just starting out or who have two kids. Great road trip car. Very smooth ride.

Chevy would only tow 25 miles for roadside assistance tow, I find this very unpleasant. Many other brands offer roadside towing and as long as it goes to a branded dealership for service, they don't care if it's more than 25 miles, of course I don't expect them to tow it 500 miles but when the dealership within 25 miles says that they cannot take the vehicle for service before a week, I think it's a valid reason to use a dealership which is 13 miles more than 25, and roadside should cover, it's one of the reasons ill never buy chevy again, on top of the reason that the water pump blew after 16 months and less than 20k miles.

Shortly after I got the car the brake booster went out. They supposedly fixed it. I am still having problems with it. Took it back to have it looked at again and they said there was nothing wrong with it. I'm still experiencing problems with the same brake booster and I don't know what to do. They say there's nothing wrong with it but obviously there is. Sorry but there is nothing good to say about this car!

In February 2017 I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe with 26 miles, brand new. When it hit 2000 miles, the Tahoe stopped by itself, took it to the dealership, found nothing. Second time at 3300 again it stopped, stalled, took it again, found nothing. Third time 4500, took it in, replaced negative battery cable. Fourth time 5357, took it in, replaced fuse box. Really. Unbelievable. Frustrated, not confident in vehicle, safety issue. What to do, suggestions. Anyone.

I like trucks now. This Chevy Avalanche was my very first truck. I don't think I will buy another car just a truck. I love Chevy. I also have a Chevy Suburban. I would never buy anything other than a Chevy next time a Chevy Big truck. I love the color the style of my Avalanche. It is metallic blue green. Sometimes it looks blue sometimes green even purple at times depends on how the light hits. It's perfect color for my Philadelphia Eagles team. Fly Eagles fly. Very stylish and it's great for all our fishing gear and road trips too. I think my suburban is more comfortable on the long road trips so I wish the Avalanche was more comfortable for my shoulder resting area. My arm gets stiff after riding. Also it needs a bumper step to get in and out.

My. 2005 Chevy Silverado is asked to do many things including hauling a 3200lb camper around 7 months of the year. The truck is dependable. And I always feel safe even in heavy winds, rough mountain roads or on the Freeway.

The Chevy Trax is a new car in their lineup. It's a cross between a car and SUV so a hybrid. It was reasonably priced for all the features it offers. We were able to get a great lease deal which helped seal the deal. Chevy has a great reputation and the salesmen were super helpful. My father also worked for Gm his whole life so we tend to buy American. We love the gas mileage and color of the car. The safety features on the Chevy Trax are so good. Also, we feel completely comfortable with letting our teenage daughter drive the Chevy Trax. The keyless start feature is nice on cold mornings. It makes life a little simpler especially in Indiana! The Chevy Trax is an amazing vehicle but I always appreciate more color options. I believe that a sunroof option would be amazing as well. It isn't a loud car which is usually a big complaint of mine. I also do think the seats could be a little more ergonomically designed. The Lower lumbar area is not very comfortable, too

I have a 2013 Chevy Sonic that I purchased with 30,000 miles on it from the dealer. There was a recall on the car for the catalytic converter, saying high temperatures from the engine was melting internal components. Of course their fix was not to replace catalytic converters, but to reprogram the ECM running temperature. However they sent the recall slip to the wrong address and by the time I had gone to the dealer I already had a check engine light on, and they wanted 150 dollars to diagnose the problem. I had to get through emissions and get the light off so I went to the local Shell service station. They informed me my catalytic was almost completely melted and malformed on the inside. I contacted Chevy and they said it needed to go to the dealer to get looked at and they would make an appointment, but after a week of no contact from them and a need for emissions so I could register my car, I brought it to Shell and had the work done. Then of course Chevy called and said there was nothing they could do because I had the work done elsewhere. Not offering catalytic converters to customers whose had melted, after acknowledging the ECM they set is causing the issue, is despicable. After spending 1000 dollars on a new car, a part that should never fail, they certainly lost a customer in me with their poor handling of this issue.

We have had this Chevrolet Astro since 2004 and have had no trouble, except for the air conditioner. We had to replace that. That top coat is peeling but it still runs great. We are sorry they stopped making them. Will be replacing it in a year or two.
