The Cadillac Motor Car Division is a division of the American automobile manufacturer General Motors Company that designs and builds luxury vehicles. Its major markets are the United States, Canada, and China. Cadillac models are distributed in 34 additional markets worldwide.

Serving as the new entry-point to General Motors' most prestigious brand, the 2020 Cadillac CT4 has the unenviable job of attracting first-time luxury buyers away from established German carmakers such as Audi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz. The sharply-styled CT4 takes over for the now-dead ATS coupe and sedan, but its angular exterior design, tight cabin, and playful handling make it a worthy replacement. The top-spec CT4-V model is Cadillac's way of renewing its commitment to enthusiast drivers, but it's not the spiritual successor to the muscled-up ATS-V. That job now belongs to the CT4-V Blackwing, which we review separately. Need more space for family or cargo? Check out the larger CT5 sedan, which offers a similar driving experience with a roomier cabin.

2003 Cadillac CTS - The plastic covering fell off without my knowledge, I didn't know when or where. When inquiring about repair at the dealer, I was told it would cost $900.00. I know this is a widespread problem especially with the older Cadillac CTS, as I have read other complaints and been told by mechanics this is a design flaw. We presently own 2 Cadillacs and have purchased 5 within the last 10 years. As a loyal GM customer for 20 years, we are dissatisfied that there does not seem to be a practical solution to this seemingly widespread problem for CTS owners, other than replacing part of the trunk. Why can't GM or my dealer (Labadie) make the plastic covering available so anybody can just glue it back in position? It's not "rocket science", it's just a piece of plastic that was glued on.

I really like this brand because of how many vehicles there are. It looks amazing, slender and well built. I like all of the features this brand has. There are a lot of upgrades for this brand and I can make it one of the coolest cars ever. I can personalize it any way I can. It can fit a lot of people in this car, my entire family. I just love this brand of car for its passenger capacity.

Cadillac is a prestigious car and a dream to drive! I love the driving experience. I recommend the Escalade due to the luxurious interior and the smooth ride! I love the rear camera and the sound system! Love the XM radio. Also, the passenger capacity is wonderful. The passengers can plug their own system, which helps when you have kids. The passengers are comfortable and they can also either cool their seats or heat them up! It is one of the quietest rides ever. If you ever get a chance to just ride in one, you will never want to leave the vehicle.

I think the Cadillac is one of the most beautiful vehicles there is. They have a high class look and the interior is always immaculate. They are always one of the first to upgrade to the highest quality of merchandise and are always up to date. The technology is always high class and superb, and I am always happy with the newest gadgets they have. They offer a very good variety of cars and I was very happy when Cadillac started making bigger vehicles. I have a very big family and want to stay with the Cadillac brand but definitely needed the space. The only problem I had is my Cadillac caught on fire eight days after I had it.

We bought this 2004 Cadillac CTS and have put more money in this car than we have put in bills. The car is not new but in fairly good condition or so we thought. It seems like every time we fix one thing, something else happens. We first had the transmission rebuilt, brake hose replaced because it sat for a long time. Now the key gets stuck in the ignition. We have to stick something in the steering wheel column to get it out and we can't tell where the gas needle is on the odometer. Can someone offer some help or is it time for a new car?

Great aesthetic and styling. Excellent road manors, handling, and ride. Very solid power deliver and road control in harsh weather. Excellent interior with comfortable fit and crafting. Rotten reliability. Official Cadillac Certified repair is a joke and a complete scam. Leaking sun roof. Issues with alternators and electrical. A lot of recalls. Overall, love the car but hate the service department and always worry about how long until something else breaks.

Cadillac offers a variety in types of vehicles that would meet your needs for both luxury and style. It is a brand that in my opinion you cannot go wrong with. The appearance of Cadillac vehicles are outstanding. The features are also top of the line from GPS to rearview cameras and self parking. I love the space that you get with Cadillac. I am always very comfortable with the amount of space that I get in my vehicle even with a car full of people.

We purchased a new 2016 Cadillac XTS4 in September 2015 from Cadillac Dealer Taylor Automotive in Toledo, OH. My wife is the primary driver and she drives only 4,000 to 5,000 miles per year. A few months after the purchase the battery was dead after not being driven for only 7 days. The salesman then advised us that the amount of electronic devices in the vehicle will drain the battery in a week or less. Even though he was aware of my wife's minimal driving, no mention of the inadequate battery support system in the vehicle was made until our first dead battery experience. It has occurred 5 times since it was purchased. This means that we must carry a jump start battery pack inside the car (not the trunk) and a tool to remove the key lock cover from the driver's door just to get access to the interior to pop the hood in order to do the jump start. When leaving the vehicle at an airport for a one week or longer trip, you can be assured that the car will require a jump start. How could General Motors have done such a poor, incomplete, inadequate engineering job on what they classify as a "luxury vehicle" for which we paid over $50,000.00? We are looking into the Lemon Laws in OH and we will pursue Legal Action if General Motors fails to correct this problem which is certainly causing many Cadillac owners the same problem. There are many other true Luxury vehicles on the market that do not have this problem because the engineering departments of those car companies figured a way to cut current drain while the vehicle is not being driven or they provided a battery electrical system that is designed to support normal vehicle operation without starting the vehicle every few days just to keep the battery charged. This problem should not exist in any automobile, much less one that represents General Motors' "top line brand" and in this case the largest and most expensive sedan vehicle. I would caution anyone considering the purchase of any new Cadillac vehicle to question the dealer extensively and make sure the car you purchase or lease doesn't have this inherit problem. Even if you are a long term Cadillac driver you should look seriously at other Luxury Vehicle options.

Cadillac has a great selection of sports cars. Srx, escalade, SUV, luxury sedan and many forms of passenger cars that will outperform their fellow cars in their class. It has a sleek design and quality craftsmanship, stylish and super sport. The style of a Cadillac and its components are second to none. Also, it has quality driving controls and interior design and has many choices for upgrade, including 4x4 and leather and sport trims. While riding in the Cadillac the passenger feels quite comfortable in climate control and personal comfort choices. Also, room and comfort are extremely pronounced in these models.

I bought a new 2016 Cadillac CTS a bit over a year ago. The car is a damn good looking machine. However, it’s also been falling to pieces like a cheap piece of junk. The leather interior has already started delaminating from the doors, the heater won’t work, the cue system has gone haywire and a multitude of other serious problems for a new car to be having. I’m disappointed that Cadillac’s quality turned out to be so shoddy. However, dealing with Cadillac as a company has been absolutely infuriating. I have been trying to get them to do the warranty repairs for over six months and they have been absolutely impossible to deal with. They do not stand behind their product. I’ve wanted a Cadillac for a long time and I was really happy the day I bought it but now that I’ve owned one and had to deal with their poor quality control and abysmal customer service I would absolutely warn anyone considering buying a Cadillac not to. Cadillac is a sexy car with some prestige associated with its brand but in reality it’s a poorly made car with one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with.
