Engine Options: The 2018 Audi Q5 typically comes with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, offering a good balance of power and fuel efficiency. It's mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, providing smooth shifts and responsive acceleration.

Quattro All-Wheel Drive: The Q5 comes standard with Audi's Quattro all-wheel drive system, which enhances traction and stability, especially in challenging driving conditions. This feature contributes to the vehicle's confident handling.

Performance Options: For those seeking even more performance, the 2018 Audi SQ5 is a sportier version of the Q5 with a more powerful engine, sport-tuned suspension, and performance-oriented features.

Resale Value: Audi vehicles are known for retaining their value relatively well over time, which can be a factor to consider if you're thinking about long-term ownership.

Before purchasing a used 2018 Audi Q5, it's recommended to have a thorough pre-purchase inspection conducted by a qualified mechanic. This inspection will help ensure that the vehicle is in good condition and identify any potential issues. My Audi Q7 air conditioner has been serviced by the dealer more than 10 times since I have purchased the car. They continue to try and fix it, but it's never working longer than 4 months. They stated that they don't know why it kept acting up, but they would not give me a replacement for equal value. I contacted their corporate office, and they weren't able to do much either. Any help would be appreciated.

At end of lease- told residual is approx 12K- you would think that's what you could buy it for? Not close- have to go thru their dealer and they tack on over 1k in fees and Audi adds another 300 or so - in theory no termination fee If you buy it but they call it something else- Want to sell it directly to someone else?- Don't even think it's going to happen then they charge what they call fmv- in my case 21k. Bottom line audi finance is a rip off - they tell you when you buy it that residual price is what you pay———NOT.

My 2010 A4 consumed oil from the moment I bought it used at 63,000 miles. It used 1 qt every 1000 miles and according to Audi that's normal. Using their math and Mobil 1 I would never have to change oil as I would have added 10 qts before it was time to change the original 5 qts in the pan. Audi said they fixed the car before I bought it but will not release the service records from the servicing dealer in Florida or from Audi of America. How can you comply with Class Action Settlement if you can't have access to the records. What are they hiding? Never mind, the car broke an engine valve at 101,000 miles, just after my extended warranty expired. Been round and round with Audi Customer No-Care, the Audi Customer Experience they call it. More like a nightmare. After providing all my mileage logs and records, service records and all the receipts from the auto stores from adding oil they say it is with Customer Retention and Resolution. I have filed complaints with several state attorneys general, the EPA and safercar.gov. Next will be letters to the Wall Street Journal, Car & Driver, Road & Track and Consumer Reports. We have to stand up to their arrogance and disregard for US Laws and our rights as owners and consumers. I can't afford a $7,000 repair and still make payments on a car I can't drive.

I had the car for 3 year now but I had problems from day one the car has been to Audi North Cliff in Johannesburg. About 10 times to be repaired and now that I have yet other problem with the car. They telling me that it will cost me +- R7000-00 just to look at where the fault is that is not even to fix it and then parts will be extra on top of the R7000-00, not happy at all.

I bought a A4 Quattro, manual transmission, new in January of 2012 from Hiley Audi in Huntsville, Alabama. The vehicle has had the water pump and one injector replaced under warranty and the PCV valve, various modules and gaskets O rings and other items replaced at my expense as well as the shocks that were leaking more oil than the EXXON Valdez. All of this occurred after the car was barely out of warranty. The service department has actually been quite good at diagnosing the problems associated with the vehicle however the expense of having those issues rectified is prohibitive. Now with a little over 100k miles on the car, it's burning a quart of oil every 600 miles. No one at Audi notified me about the class action suit on these engines for excessive oil consumption however they did notify me of the extended warranty on the cam chain tensioner which after requesting the replacement they refused to repair even while the car was still under warranty! In short, I'm stuck with $6K repair bill for replacing this dog of an engine. The people that work at Audi can only be as good as the management team and in short, the management team at Hiley as well as Audi of America are terrible. On a side note, I have an ACURA RSX that I bought new in 2003 with 200k miles on the odometer that doesn't use a drop of oil and a 1997 BMW 318is with a 168K on the clock that doesn't use any oil either. Basically Audi sells cars that are throwaways after 100,000 miles. In short, if you expect Hiley or Audi of America to stand behind their products, you will be sorely disappointed.

Audi Q7 4.2 - I am extremely disappointed with this SUV. Every 24000 miles it needs new brakes and rotors that cost in excess of $1600. The last brake job, the car squeaks with brand new pads and rotors. Took back to Audi and they said it is brake dust. After 300 miles still have the issue and AUDI Customer Relations is not helping. This is the last Audi I would buy. I would stay away from this manufacturer.

There are 2 words for them... They are horrible!! I have excellent credit, paid all bills either early or on time... Never late. When it was time to return the car that only had 14,000 miles after 36 months, the charges were insane. I have leased over 12 cars (BMW's, Mercedes, Jaguars) and never had such a hard time. I am done completely with Audi. They can take their cars and do whatever they would like.

Very happy with variety. There were a lot of cars to choose from within Audi brand. But I am more interested in cars than SUVs. I love my car a lot. I love the sleek look. I also have variety with radio/aux/satellite radio. The leather seats are great. I am able to fit 5 people in my car comfortably. There is plenty of space in the back seat. The front seat is easily adjusted and can be moved back or forward for more or less space. I also like the sunroof. Cup holders and automatic windows are nice. You can update car with seats, window, sunroom, radio. I enjoy having luxury things in my car. I wish I could have gotten the backup camera. But I'm happy with purchase.

I have an '09 Audi S5 (115K miles) and am absolutely pissed at my owning experience. I, like all other defective FSI engines built during this time, have been experiencing major issues ALL related to carbon build-up. The car has been in the shop 5 times in the last two years because of carbon buildup related issues and has cost me thousands of dollars. Audi refuses to give me a good answer on why my car does not fall under the extended emissions warranty (that they have issued for other VINs with the same problem) and cover all costs related to carbon cleaning for up to 10 years/120K.Audi has no interest in keeping their most core customer base of S owners happy and does not care about keeping their loyalty. The bifurcation of the dealerships, Audi America, and Audi AG has made this even more of a headache. The dealership says they can't do anything until Audi tells them they can, even though they state it is the same problem in my car that is inherent in the cars they have issued an extended warranty. Audi Direct can't tell me anything technical on why my car does not fall under the extended warranty umbrella other than looking at a list of VINs and saying they can't do anything. NO ONE can give me a good explanation. It seems Audi has no interest in actually doing what is RIGHT, no matter the evidence presented to them and owners have no recourse. It's obvious Audi does not give a damn about their customer base once a car is sold. Sadly it seems most class action lawsuits with these problems also exclude S5's. This is mainly because there just weren't enough sold for them to care to issue warranties or adjustments while there were many more A's & Q's sold with the same problem that they HAD to do something about or risk legal action from a large group of owners. I just want an engineer to tell me how my engine issues are different than the other FSI engines with the same problems. HOW?! What will it take for Audi to DO WHAT IS RIGHT and make us S5 owners whole? ?
