I have driven Honda/Acura since 1993 mostly with success until this last Acura. Because of social media, Acura service departments and other local owners as well as my own experience I know my current model of TL had many issues. I unfortunately had several of the models issue GPS disc drive, splitting of the dashboard, Power Steering leaks all of which can be verified by a simple google search. Here is the issue from the social media. They said contact Acura customer representative. The answer I received is that "dashboards crack; but out of good faith we will fix yours for a $1000" which they claim is 50% of the cost. First, dashboards just do not crack. I do live in the south but I park in garages most of the time out of the sun. Second I had a recall on the Power Steering hose. They said it is fixed but I get a leak that I must fix. Confuses you? Yes, me too! They bottom line is there is no such thing as Acura customer support. They are rude and only out to help dealerships.

The transmission broke on my Acura TLX and the cost of replacement is $8400! This car has a long history of transmissions problems and recalls. The dealer so called fixed the issue of the transmission with very minimal work under warranty then 10000 miles later, new problems came up after warranty expired and now the dealer is saying it needs complete replacement. Now I am stuck with a $8400 bill. I will never buy any Acura car again. Acura does not stand by their product or do the right thing by the customer! The top people making decisions at this organization are ruthless and have no loyalty to their customers.

All their cars are nice, reliable power options, great inside and out, last a long time and they have family cars and sport cars depending on your needs. These cars always have looked good and seems to get better with time. The features have got better over time, better radios, better interior design and power everything. At the dealership you can customize your car with tinted windows rims, also custom colors you can change out the interior colors and you can add TVs. Depending on the model of the vehicle you purchased you can sit anywhere from a two-seater to a full-size family vehicle just depends on the preference of your family.

The car is the best that I have driven. It rides smooth... it's good on gas... and I have not had any problems with the car since I got it. I can fit everyone I need in the car comfortably.. everyone has legroom. I love that I don't have to hear anyone complain about being too close to the other. When you see the car you know it's an Acura. It's unlike any other car I have ever seen or ever driven. I would recommend it to everyone.

The Acura car works well with great quality including technology and runs fast. It has a lot more experience and it is also expensive, but it's worth it. The appearance is amazing and they run in different colors. And don't get me started with the features. They're really creative!!! Their upgrade and personalization options are okay. However, I feel this is not their best decision or choice but they can do much better. But basically, great quality and compansive. The passenger seat feels just right. It's very comfortable and I feel secure right in place. Good job.

My car is a 2016. I bought it used. It was in excellent condition. The acceleration is lacking somewhat. It has a hesitation problem. But it's a nice looking SUV. It's smaller than the car I sold when I bought this. That was a Hyundai Santa Fe. The Acura has some convenient things. It has a moon roof. It doesn't use a key to start the car. It's a push button. Mine has fully adjustable front heated seats. They are leather. I'd like to have cooled seat because I live in southern Arizona. Overall it's a good car that's a little hard on gas, however.

I have 2013 Acura MDX. It was good and smooth when the mileage was about 40000-50000 but after the mileage went higher the transmission got problem, it will shake every time I tried to be from 45-50 mile per hour.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought the 2019 RDX about 5 months ago and just brought it back to the dealer for the 3rd time for the same electrical problem. Apparently I found out today that Acura was well aware of the situation however, let the dealers sell the cars with this defect. The dealer and Acura, who dealing with is a nightmare (Acura) stated a patch to the software had to be created to stop the problem. So why would they sell a car that they knew had a defect? So have a "case" open with Acura. I don't even want the IT anymore and will be bringing this to the attention of the WFSB - Channel 3 Eyewitness News so that we can make this misrepresentation known to the public (in Connecticut) anyways. There were 7 other RDXs in the lot waiting to get repaired - I don't know if it is for the same reason but what does that tell you when you see 7 2019 cars needing to be repaired. Don't say you have not been warned. This is totally unacceptable and the customer service is horrible from Acura. My case manager does not return calls and when I spoke with a so called supervisor at Acura she states, "Well you need to deal with your case manager, I don't do that." So what exactly does a supervisor do? This is a nightmare!

I have a 2010 Acura TL, 6 weeks ago while making a turn the driver side CV Axle cracked and broke disabling the car. I had it towed, $150 30 miles to my mechanic. It took 4 weeks to find a replacement CV Axle. Dealers couldn't get them. Apparently there were only 500 of these Axle setups made for this model - there were 12 available in the entire USA. I was "lucky" to get one I am told. Now just a week later, my passenger side did the same thing. CV Axle broke. These cars are garbage!!! I am told it could be as long as 8 months, by the dealer mind you, to locate and get a part from Honda!! I am out of a car. Piece of garbage!!! Sell yours and get a well made car, Tonka, Hyundai or Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet!! Anything but this crap!

There are sedans, that is what I have. Acura also has sports cars and SUVs. They are all similar but they each are sleek and attractive cars. They look sleek and modern. The colors are great, especially white pearl. The leather seats and wood on the dashboard are beautiful. The wheels are unique too. There are engine upgrades as well as stereo, heating/air conditioning, lighting, GPS and display upgrades. They offer satellite radio and cameras and parking sensors. I've had some engine issues, I love the smooth ride though. The standard amount of people can fit in the vehicles. My car is roomy, no one has ever complained. There is good leg room as well. I fit 2 in the front and 3 in the back seat, even with a car seat back there.
