Tesla Cybertruck servicing cost
Tesla is an American electric vehicle and clean energy company based in Austin, Texas, United States. Tesla designs and manufactures electric cars, battery energy storage from home to grid scale, solar panels and solar roof tiles, and related products and services.
The 2025 Tesla Cybertruck remains one of the most distinctive vehicles on the road, standing apart from anything else on the market. With its angular, stainless steel body and futuristic design, the Cybertruck is not just a pickup—it is a bold statement about where automotive design and electric performance are headed. Tesla has continued refining the model since its initial release, addressing build quality, software, and usability while maintaining the radical approach that made it famous.
At first glance, the 2025 Cybertruck looks more like a stealth aircraft than a traditional pickup. Its exoskeleton is made from ultra-hard stainless steel alloy, which Tesla calls “armor-grade.” The sharp lines, flat panels, and polygonal surfaces give it an industrial, sci-fi aesthetic that is as controversial as it is eye-catching. The stainless steel finish resists corrosion and eliminates the need for paint, though fingerprints and smudges are visible under certain light conditions. The frameless design and unpainted surface make it unlike any other production vehicle on the planet, emphasizing durability and futuristic simplicity.
Performance has always been a Tesla hallmark, and the Cybertruck is no exception. The 2025 lineup includes two main configurations: the Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive and the top-tier Cyberbeast. The Dual Motor variant produces an impressive 600 horsepower, capable of launching the truck from 0 to 60 mph in about 4.1 seconds. The Cyberbeast pushes output to roughly 845 horsepower and an astonishing 10,296 pound-feet of wheel torque, cutting the 0 to 60 sprint to just 2.6 seconds—an unheard-of figure for a full-size pickup. Both models deliver a driving experience that feels more like a sports car than a truck, with instantaneous electric torque and seamless acceleration.
Tesla’s traction and stability systems work in harmony with the adaptive air suspension, which can adjust ride height by up to 12 inches. This allows the Cybertruck to clear rough terrain with ease or lower itself on the highway to improve aerodynamics. The suspension automatically adapts to driving conditions, but drivers can also manually raise or lower the truck for off-road adventures or heavy towing. Despite its size and weight, the Cybertruck feels remarkably agile, largely due to rear-wheel steering that reduces its turning radius. The steering response is direct, and the truck’s low center of gravity—thanks to the battery placement—keeps body roll in check even during spirited driving.
Range and charging remain major considerations for electric trucks, and Tesla has pushed boundaries here as well. The Dual Motor model offers around 340 miles of estimated range, while the Cyberbeast delivers roughly 320 miles under normal conditions. With the optional range extender pack, these figures can be boosted by about 130 miles, pushing real-world capability well past 400 miles. The 800-volt architecture allows for extremely fast DC charging, restoring up to 128 miles of range in about 15 minutes on a Tesla Supercharger V4. Owners also benefit from access to Tesla’s growing Supercharger network, which simplifies long-distance travel compared to competitors still struggling to establish consistent charging infrastructure.
Towing and utility are areas where the Cybertruck aims to prove that electric vehicles can compete directly with traditional pickups. The truck’s rated towing capacity stands at 11,000 pounds for the Dual Motor and 11,500 pounds for the Cyberbeast. Payload capacity is approximately 2,500 pounds, competitive with heavy-duty gasoline models. The six-foot composite bed, dubbed the “Vault,” includes a retractable motorized tonneau cover that can support a person standing on top. Built-in power outlets provide both 120V and 240V connections, allowing the truck to serve as a mobile generator for tools, camping gear, or even home backup power. Tesla’s bi-directional charging capability enables the Cybertruck to return energy to a home grid during power outages, functioning as a massive energy storage device.
The cabin continues Tesla’s minimalist design philosophy. The dashboard is dominated by a single 18.5-inch center touchscreen that handles nearly all vehicle controls, from climate settings to off-road adjustments. Behind the steering yoke sits a small digital display for key driving information, while passengers in the rear have access to a separate 9.4-inch screen for entertainment and comfort controls. The interior materials are a mix of durable synthetics and modern composite surfaces designed to withstand heavy use. Seating for up to five adults is spacious, with the panoramic glass roof creating an open and airy atmosphere.
Tesla’s software ecosystem remains a defining advantage. The Cybertruck runs on Tesla’s in-house operating system, offering over-the-air updates that continuously add features and improve performance. The truck includes Tesla’s latest version of Autopilot, with Full Self-Driving (FSD) capability available as an upgrade. This enables semi-autonomous navigation on highways, automatic lane changes, and smart summon functions. For 2025, the software has been fine-tuned for the truck’s size and weight, allowing smoother adaptive cruise control and improved obstacle detection. The vehicle’s 360-degree camera system, ultrasonic sensors, and advanced radar contribute to exceptional situational awareness.
Practical touches show that Tesla designed the Cybertruck for versatility. The frunk (front trunk) offers additional sealed storage, while the rear seats fold flat for even more cargo space inside. The tailgate features an integrated loading ramp, simplifying the process of rolling in ATVs or equipment. Multiple tie-down points in the bed and built-in storage compartments enhance convenience. The air compressor system can power pneumatic tools or inflate tires, reinforcing the truck’s utility role.
Ride quality is one of the most surprising aspects of the Cybertruck. Despite its hard-edged appearance, the adaptive suspension provides a comfortable and composed ride, absorbing bumps effectively. Noise isolation is excellent due to the thick acoustic glass and sealed body panels. The electric drivetrain ensures near-silent operation, creating a futuristic experience where the absence of engine noise amplifies the sense of speed. The steering feels linear and stable, especially at highway speeds, where the truck tracks straight with minimal correction.
The stainless steel construction, while visually striking, presents unique challenges. It is resistant to minor dents and scratches, but serious damage can be difficult to repair due to the rigidity of the material. The unpainted finish also means owners must take care when cleaning or polishing to avoid surface blemishes. Still, the exoskeleton provides unmatched toughness, with Tesla claiming it can withstand impacts that would deform ordinary panels. The windows use laminated glass for improved resistance, though Tesla has tempered its earlier claims about being “bulletproof,” clarifying that the design focuses on strength and safety rather than literal armor.
In terms of safety, the Cybertruck benefits from Tesla’s low center of gravity and reinforced structure. The placement of the battery pack below the cabin floor dramatically reduces rollover risk, while crumple zones and rigid side pillars distribute impact forces effectively. Tesla’s active safety suite includes automatic emergency braking, collision avoidance, and blind-spot monitoring. The driver-assistance systems are seamlessly integrated into the digital display, showing real-time visualizations of nearby vehicles and obstacles.

I’m 63 and I’ve owned several high end luxury cars in my lifetime. But there is no experience as amazing as my new 2017 Model S. The ride, the build quality, the radio and sound system all are amazing. Charges super fast and the ride is so quiet. I’ve only had it about 6 weeks but not a single problem. Comfortably seats my family of 5. Can’t believe how much I am enjoying this car. The experience from order to delivery is absolutely first class.Phil of Agoura Hills, CA

I had issues with my Tesla Wall Charger and had previously called twice for assistance and neither one resolved my issue. I called a third time and spoke to Hannah. From the second she answered the phone I knew she was eager to help. She went through the notes that were written from my previous calls and told me we were going to get everything taken care of that evening. And guess what, she did. After being placed on hold for a brief minute, she came back with what I needed to do to take care of my problem. After a few minutes I received a confirmation e-mail that my replacement was being sent. It was such a pleasure to speak to someone that I could not only understand perfectly, but was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.Mike of Youngstown, OH

I am coming up on a year anniversary with the vehicle. Meaning a year without gas stations. The delight has still not worn off of being inside this machine. You appreciate it more when you are in other vehicles, and then go back to your non existent transmission. The smoothness, the velocity, the quiet operation, all to be missed. As is the entire notion of the car of the future. 17" touch screen will always make you feel like James Bond. Literally. The door handles that greet you when you walk up to it. The fact you can get out of the car and it will park itself for you.Electric vehicles, have virtually no maintenance. This makes their reliability, paramount. As if this was not enough, that mere legend behind Tesla alone will be. A new automaker, that produces sustainable, clean energy, zero emission vessels. Not having a tail pipe belching filth into our atmosphere that can/will kill us is the number one point of understanding. This company not only made history in its short span already, but it will continue to rewrite and light the future for us to be brighter. Tesla is nothing short of incredible, and something to be experienced.Steven of Chelmsford, MA

This vehicle is amazing. It drives beautifully. The take off is out of this world. I wish I would have gotten into this vehicle sooner. The technology inside the vehicle sets it apart from any other vehicle I have ever owned before. It is truly a work of art, not just by its design but by the technology and the easiness that brings to my drive. I had my doubts about fully electrical cars but owning this vehicle for over 3 years now, ha won me over and I doubt I will ever try a different brand. One of the things that sets it apart is that it was design from the ground up to be what it is. Rather than using an existing framework and try to adapt a prior model or vehicle to fit the needs.Diego of Los Angeles, CA

This vehicle is the best I've had. Tesla is 5 to 10 years ahead of the competition. Accelerations, comfort supercharging network, panoramic roof not to mention the autopilot that makes the model 3 6 times safer than other vehicles are all advantages of this exceptional vehicle!Dave of Riviere-du-Loup, QC

My Tesla Model 3 was purchased in January of 2018 so, I have over one year of ownership. In that time, I have driven over 20,000 miles without any problems. The Model 3 performs like no other car I've ever owned. Smooth, very quick acceleration, precise handling and a lot of cargo space. One of the best features of Tesla is their ability for over-the-air software updates. I've had 4 updates since buying the car and with each, it is a better car than before. The Autopilot feature makes long drives much more relaxing since it follows along with traffic and advises me when to change lanes for passing.T of Glendale, CA

As the first all-electric vehicle I’ve owned over 30 years of car ownership, I can say with confidence that the Tesla Model 3 is an amazing vehicle. I live in a cold climate and the car performs wonderfully in the cold and snow (with winter tires of course). There is an impact to range when the battery is cold, but it is not substantial, so unless you are driving vast distances every day, it’s no cause for concern. The instant torque, smooth acceleration, and silent ride make this one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. I will never purchase another gasoline vehicle again, and this definitely won’t be my last Tesla. Do yourself a favour and test drive one. See what you are missing and experience the future at the same time.Anthony of Canada, Other
