I have been trying for six months to remove my ex-husband's name from the title of my car, on which I still owe a small sum of money. I have literally spoken to a dozen Nissan reps who have strung me along this entire time - with no solution in sight. They are clearly lying to me at every turn, and I get the strong impression that they are urged to lie when you call about this. I have heard everything from, "Your paperwork fell through the cracks and we'll have this resolved within a week" (that was in January), to "You need to resubmit your notarized forms" (that was in April) - never mind that I already sent it certified mail. I have even asked the motor vehicle commission in my state to call them. Even they can't get a straight answer. My lawyer warned me that they would give me the runaround, since they do not want to remove a second party from a title, in case I default on the loan.I have literally shed tears with some of these people - after trying for months to resolve this. I am battling Stage IV cancer and am begging them to remove his name from the title so that he doesn't end up with the car. They've promised to call me back "immediately" (hasn't happened), transfer me to a supervisor (hasn't happened), process my request immediately (hasn't happened). I'm now entering my sixth month with no resolution. I've told them repeatedly that I could be dead before they get their head out of their behinds and resolve this. While I love the two Nissans I own, I will never finance with them again, and I will let everyone know that they shouldn't either! Shame on NMAC!

I want to warn everyone to stay away from Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland Florida. As my previous post stated my wife bought a brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner. After only 1060 miles the motor blew up after the catalytic converter malfunctioned and parts got sucked into the engine. We have spoke to Nissan headquarters and now they've stopped responding to us. This is what the truck looked like when we went to pick it up. The drive shaft is covered in rust and so is where the exhaust bolts to the engine. Dealership says it normal wear and tear. They're not replacing the driveshaft. They said the rust depends on where the truck was manufactured. It's normal. I went around their lot. No rust under any of the other trucks there. My 2014 Titan and our sons 2014 Frontier has no rust. Not a drop. Here's photos of how it looked with the brand new engine. That's Nissan. @Jenkins Nissan @Nissan. Share this please. Everything under the hood filthy and thanks for the 2 scratches on the front bumper!! Sad thing is that's the 4th vehicle our family has purchased from Jenkins. Way to lose customers. #JenkinsNissan, #Nissan Bonnie **. Next chapter. So as you all know, my wife's new Nissan Desert Runner after having only 1060 miles on it. Had the motor blow up after the catalytic converter mess up. They replaced the motor and converter in 28 days. She picked it up and has driven 51 miles since. Now warning lights are coming on and off for no reason. The brake light, battery light, and a white one in the middle keep coming on. We explained we want the truck replaced. They refused and it's just one problem after another. Contacting The Better Business Bureau and Department of Agriculture tomorrow. My brother in law owns a repair shop in Jacksonville. He said they have jurisdiction over the laws concerning these type issues. Thanks #JenkinsNissan and #NissanCorporate.

I wanted a vehicle that would be low maintenance, fuel efficient, & nice to drive. Instead had disappointment after disappointment & not to mention poor customer service. Constant problem with the push to start button & Nissan dealer asking for $1000 to repair something that should be on recall. :(

My car has been held at Nissan repair shop for 30 days, for a faulty transmission, that a lot of the public has an issue with. I spoke with Nissan customer service (Katey **) on 4/25/2018 case **. I was promised a 2 month credit to my account, for the time lost, and money by not being able to drive my car. I was suppose to receive an email on 4/26/2018 with documents, for this action to proceed with the credit to my account. I NEVER received them yet and it's now May 10, 2018. I called customer service today at 6:45 pm, and Jazmine the representative answered with a nasty attitude, consistently asking me for a payment, when Nissan owes me a credit. She began speaking over me, and would not allow me to answer any of her questions. I then requested to speak with a Manager, she put me on hold, then I heard her mumble a under her breath, then she disconnected the call on me. I called back, and I immediately requested a Manager, his name was Chuck, he also answered with a nasty tone, and was basically flipping me, "Yeah yeah ma'am what's your issue." I then asked if they were happy with their jobs, because I am an innocent customer, who does not deserve the DISRESPECT, I have spent nearly 20,000 with this company. I deserve respect and excellent customer service. They should be fired!

I own a 2008 Nissan Rogue. I bought it brand new and drove it off the dealership lot with 8 miles on it. It has every feature that was offered at the time of purchase. I bring it into a dealership for each and every service that has ever been needed (including something as simple as new brakes). I wanted to make sure it was always done right. It was the 3rd brand new Nissan in my household. I thought Nissan's were known for their high quality and dependability, but that's not really the case. I did some research and found out that there is a known issue with the CVT transmission in this year and model. So common in fact Nissan, rather than recall all vehicles with this known issue, Nissan decided to extend (double) the warranty (10 years or 120k miles). This vehicle has less than 100k miles on it and it's 10+ years old. Two weeks ago the transmission failed. At 99k I am well within the 120k miles BUT, I took delivery in late '07 for this new '08 so I am being told by Nissan North America that I am outside the warranty by 5 months. Because of being a loyal customer excited for the new model year, I am now being penalized and told they cannot cover 100% of the cost of the new transmission. Really? Really! So be warned of getting excited about buying the new model year BEFORE the actual year. It might come back to haunt you later on. Had they actually recalled it, it would have shown up on my report each time I brought the car in for service and I wouldn't be dealing with this issue and having to pay anything for a new transmission. Disappointing to say the least for such a known/common issue.

I purchased a new 2015 Nissan PathFinder in October 2015 and the car currently only has 2300 miles. I took my vehicle to Nissan Montclair for inspection because the airbag light was flashing on the dashboard. Upon inspection, they informed me that the 2 front passenger sensors underneath the seat were broken. They stated that they would not fix the issue unless I pay for repairs since they insist that I caused the damage which is absolutely absurd. The comments on the report state "Right front seat damaged due to objects underneath the seat." Attached is an image of the broken sensors and my toddler's plastic snack container which they claimed caused the damage.

The promotion is a complete failure. I am unable to register or to log in; the instructions in the Internet are to enter either the pin code or the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), while the instruction on the colorful mailing is to enter the pin code and repair order invoice. Also, on the mailing is an instruction to "scan to enter". The local employees in S. Burlington are completely uninformed of the sweepstakes. Repeated phone calls to the local office are either not answered, or unanswered by people with no knowledge of the sweepstakes. I called a number once asking for help; a man answered saying there was a problem, but he managed to enter my registration. On the second try, neither my registration nor log in information would work. If Nissan is going to run a sweepstake, it should be done with much more care.

My Nissan runs good and it's been good to me because it's easy to drive and wastes less gas. But the headlights look weird and I think different lights might make it look better. I also think that's a small car but with so much space use. It still great and I love it so much!!!

My problem with NMAC began in December of 2011. I was behind two payments and I was making agreements with NMAC to satisfy those payments. In the past, I have tried to obtain a copy of my title so that I could register the vehicle where I am currently living. Mrs. ** of collections lied to me and told me that the document was requested and it is on its way but it never arrived. I have called NMAC several times to address this matter and they never assist me. They have threatened me about repossessing the vehicle although I have been making payments and keeping the agreements that I have with them. Currently, my vehicle has been sent out for repossession and an account representative by the name of Mrs. ** has been calling my job although she has been speaking with me daily regarding my car loan as the result of a complaint that I have filed against her. Today, she called and threatened the office manager at my job. She has asked personal information about the office manager and I. Mrs. ** has a personal vendetta against me and she is using her position at Nissan to harass me. My job does not want any more calls from NMAC because of this incident and has advised to me to seek legal action against NMAC and Mrs. ** personally. She has informed my employer that her calls are regarding an unpaid bill which is against the law. Mrs. ** is harassing me and I want it to stop immediately. I would like for my account to be assigned to a different department due to the fact that her and John ** and a few other individuals badger me on the phone and treat me as if I am not a person. I would like to file a complaint against Mrs. ** and her supervisors for allowing this to occur.

My wife just had an accident today, 31 Jan 2012. It was a front end collision with her 2003 Nissan Sentra. She rear ended someone when she was driving 50 mph in a 55 mph zone. The braked car moved 75ft before colliding the driver side front end into the truck in front of her. The truck received little damage; however, her Nissan was crushed in the entire driver's side front half. The airbag did not deploy, and she stated the wheels would not turn to avoid the truck in front when she was braking. I took pictures and a video of the car and the entire scene. The police officer stated it was strange the air bag did not deploy, it should have. We just had her car serviced at the local Nissan dealership a couple months prior. I am wondering why the wheels locked when braking and why the airbag did not deploy. The car is totaled.
