We bought the Nissan Micra in April 2013, in Oct it met with an accident wherein the front was completely damaged and pressure was high. When it banged the other vehicle however AIRBAGS for the driver seat did not open. It should have opened that is the reason we bought this airbag feature to save the life for thatperson whose driving however it did not met with the expectation and it could have been caused a LIFE. Therefore I want this incident to bring to your notice so that it can be resolved with the compensation. Also on 3rd of Oct 2013 we have given the car to fix at HIND NISSAN at Chandighar and till date it is standing in the same condition without even start repairing of it and the excuses they are giving that brand like NISSAN does not have needful parts available at the showroom. After more than 60 days got to know the exciting news that repair will start on 1st week of December not before and that too if the parts will be available. This is really annoying so please look into the matter and do the needful as your assistance will be appreciated.

My name is Tommy ** with Pro Parts Center. We have be purchasing fleet of NV2500 vans from Central Houston Nissan past couple of years. We have about 12 NV2500 in our fleet. Every single one of the van have had warranty issues with catalytic converter and fuel pumps. I am amazed how Nissan has not issued a recall on this yet. For the most part Central Nissan has taken care of my warranty issues until today. This NV van had 60K miles and I was told by service adviser Anthony that its out of warranty since the catalytic converter has a 50K mile warranty. I explained to him all my other van had the same issues. He advised me the cost will be around $3500 for repairs. Knowing this is an ongoing issue with these vans I wondered why wouldnt NISSAN warranty this one on good faith.Anthony suggested that if I had done their recommended fuel service then this wouldnt have happened. (This angered me more than the $3500 bill.) I told him I even had brought the same vehicle in around 30K miles and had service adviser David ** check on the same issues. He assured me nothing was wrong with this one and noted on my account if the issue arise after warranty that he would take care of it. After I complained and told them the situation was documented in my account prior to the expiration of my warranty, they offered to pay 80% of the cost to repair. I dont understand that if they admit guilt and will pay 80%, why dont they pay the entire balance. This is obviously a defect and should be a nationwide recall. But instead of taking ownership of the problem, Nissan tries to pass the cost to consumers. THIS SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. I will continue to send this message to anyone in Nissan that will take my concern seriously. This will be posted to all Nissan social media account until I get a response. This is terrible service especially to a customer that has a fleet of Nissan vehicles. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN AGAIN!

My airbag light came on and my passenger air bag indicator showed off. I took to my local mechanic who told me there was a voluntary recall P8242 and therefore I needed to go to a dealership since this was covered under warranty. I took my vehicle to Haldeman Nissan in Hamilton NJ and was told it was not covered due to the wrong vin #. I should call Nissan consumer affairs. I was told someone would be back to me by end of day next day. That morning after supplying all information including quote of 4911.52 from dealership to repair (lined up exactly to recall repair) told nothing they could do since wrong vin #. I consider this not standing behind their product. A known issue and they will not fix a vehicle with approximately 60k miles. Last Nissan I will purchase. Also told by mechanic transfer case leaking and due to rust on my rotors they should be replaced. A small amount of rust accumulated since I had been on vacation and car was not used. Felt like they were trying to pull a fast one. Back to Ford/Mazda for me.

Stay away from Nissan. We purchased our certified pre-owned vehicle 8 months ago with 6,000 miles on it, and have had the check engine light come on 6 times. Each time, the Mass Air Flow Sensor being the error code. The dealership fixes it, but yet it keeps becoming a problem. The last time the check engine light came on, it stalled on the highway, nearly having us smashed by a tractor trailer. Yet, the dealership and Nissan continue to give us the run-around and refuse to cancel our loan, or provide us with a reasonable remedy, even after a formal complaint was filed. Do not buy any vehicle from Nissan.

My 2005 Murano was serviced by a dealer for a stalling problem. The dealer stated a need of Cam shaft sensor replacement for a fix. Further, they recommended that the CVT be replaced due to an action of recoiling at deceleration which I mentioned the exactly the same dilemma to a Nissan tech adviser who wrote a ticket. A mechanic test drove my car & was able to verify/duplicate the symptom of the recoiling action aforementioned. I told the Nissan dealer to replace the Cam sensor & the transmission fluids knowing that a warranty doesnt cover the expenses involved with the replacement of CVT.Next day, Oct/29/15, I accidentally discovered on internet that Nissan had extended warranty on CVT to 10 yr/120,000 miles. Consequently, I called the customer rep. to confirm an eligibility. The rep. submitted a ticket for a regional specialist to call me next day which they did. The answer was No because I purchased my car on Aug/16/2005 which is merely (2) months outside window of an extended warranty. I greatly disappointed & called a customer Rep. again to re-open the case for the following reasons: I have never received the notification from the Nissan of an extended warranty on CVT.Im the original owner & it has only 78,000 miles on it. Mine failed at such low miles, then whod buy a car from Nissan. Id have taken the car to a dealer to replace the CVT if Id known the extended program. I love my car & the performance except the mishap of CVT. Im awaiting on a reply from a regional manager this time in a few days for a final decision.

Tried to collect two months when only one was due. Charged a late fee. Does not supply an email address, nor do they answer their phone, just IVR. Extremely poor customer service and planning. They told me without the receipt they cant take it under warranty. How horrible this is. This is ridiculous with Nissan and they charged me $160 but outside the battery is just $75. Ive been dealing with the same issue for over a year and a half. Every time I call to see if they have fixed the problem (after they have told me it will be fixed), they havent. I dont understand how a business can run without doing their job. Ive called at least 15 times and have been told every time it will be fixed. Ive even asked for a call back every time; not once have I gotten one back. After a year and a half, NMAC has impacted my credit score. I planned to purchase a home in September 2013 but will not be able to. My quality of life has been diminished severely due to this issue. I have lost sleep thinking about what NMAC has done to my credit and how I will have to pay for NMACs fault for years to come. I can honestly say I have never thought a car purchase would negatively impact my life like this. I can only imagine how many customers Nissan is losing due to NMAC.

I leased a Nissan Altima in 2006 and made all lease payments until the lease expired. The dealer that originally took the lease went out of business. I was told to continue payments and complied. In 2012 I was told that the payoff was $3,000. I continued to make the payments until that amount and more was reached. I have now been told that I still have to make the payments even though the total payoff has been made. All I want is my title so that the vehicle can be sold. Tonight I find myself online drafting a lawsuit against Nissan because they are still trying to charge me for the vehicle even though I have held up my end of the deal. Somehow they feel that because the dealer went out of business, I am obligated to pay indefinitely for this vehicle. Consumer Affairs at Nissan has been of no use. There is obviously no oversight at this company.

I bought a new 2014 Nissan Versa SV. The automatic transmission would not shift properly during accelerations. The accelerator pedal had to be goosed to force the transmission to shift to safe RPMS. I took the car back to the dealer and they informed me that Nissan does not repair transmissions. They will only replace with new transmissions. Nissan Corp. shipped to the dealer a rebuilt transmission. That transmission continued with the same identical problems as the original. I took the car back and the dealer and was told the transmission was low on fluid. The same problem continued. Approximately 8 months later that transmission stopped working on a major freeway during rush hour. The dealer replaced that transmission. The dealer and the Nissan Corporation informed me that the transmissions were not new but rebuilt ones. The car now has 50k miles on it and I continues to have the same shifting problems with the transmission. The Nissan consumer affairs division and the dealer began to show an attitude of frustration when dealing with me on this issue. They began to avoid me. I am too frustrated to chase these people down to get what I paid for. I feel I have been scammed out of18k I paid for piece of junk. I will never buy another Nissan product.

My 2007 Altima hybrid died now several times without warning, had to tow it to this dealer because they are the only one who can apparently do the diagnostic. So they charge hundreds of $$ to find out that there is a blown fuse, which they replaced, but it blows again. Solution? Change all four engine coils, because this is what causes it. Why? Do not know, but they can try to find out if I agree to pay $160 an hour to investigate some more. Yes, this happens second time on a VERY low mileage vehicle, and yes it is a common problem with Altima Hybrids, but there is not much they can do. And no, they will not call Nissan on your behalf but I definitely should - they even give me a number. So I pay (again) a $1000 dollars for a trivial and premature repair, which should have never happened, and not knowing what causes it.I called Nissan, and after several days of phone calls and interviews, I was they do not see any problem because the car is not under warranty. Really? Privately, all mechanics know that there is a problem, and clearly there is something wrong with the vehicle. And yet not only Nissan refuses to stand behind their product, but they penalize the customers over and over again by making to pay them excessive and unreasonable cost to diagnose a known problem? I guess no more Nissans in my future and I will have to switch cars asap, because I simply cannot afford such an unreliable and unpredictable vehicle. I was lucky it happened when I was only 5 miles away from a dealership. What if you are on a trip? Stay away from Nissans. Oh, they are very very polite.

Long post... So I purchased a car brand new this past June (less than 3 months ago) from Gunn Nissan in San Antonio’s. Regret #1, buying from Gunn Nissan - bad delivery of a new vehicle. Regret #2, buying a Nissan - I have a lemon and want Nissan to buy it back. This has been an awful few months as a Nissan owners. Two major issues... Delivery of my new vehicle and major mechanical issue.First of all - when I purchased the 2019 Nissan Armada platinum reserved brand new...there were deep scratches in the paint of the bumper and the bumper guard. I noticed this before driving off - shame on me for taking it then. A couple attempts at repairing it - photo attached of first repair when they had it for 24hrs and literally dabbed on some touch up paint (not very well) and left the bumper guard as is. It was finally painted in the body shop (yes, my brand new car) and it appeared that they sprayed bed liner on the bumper guard to cover those scratches. I was not happy with the repair but then again...there was nobody even there to ask how I felt or sign paperwork. I’m a busy person (single mom, 3 kids, multiple jobs and activities and it was not high on my priority list as it had already taken so much of my time. Shame on me again for not making a bigger fuss then).Oh - and it only came with one key and they had to locate floor mats and take from a different vehicle since they couldn’t find the ones that came with mine. I had to go back on a Friday when the person who could program a new car keys was in since they couldn’t locate the second key. I did ask by the way during this time to please just trade it in for a similarly equipped vehicle and the manager was happy to tell me that he’d give me blue book value... It was less than two weeks old at this point and already they had attempted the first cosmetic repair.Fast forward a couple months. Last week I got a message - BCI malfunction and it wouldn’t start. Eventually got it started while waiting for the tow truck and just a few minutes later I couldn’t get it out of park. Took it to dealership next morning. REPAIR #1 Thursday - dropped it off at 8am and picked it up around 2:30 pm that afternoon. They replaced the brake switch - didn’t make it a mile down the road when the same BCI malfunction light came on, turned around and took it right backREPAIR #2 - dropped it off Thursday afternoon around 2:30 pm picked it up Friday around noon. They replaced the brake sensor. Made it about 3 miles this time and the same message came on again... BCI malfunction. Called this time furious and they offered to pick up the car from my work. They pick up my car around 3pm and had it Friday, Saturday (their service dept is open all day Saturday), and Monday - I got a call on Monday around 3:45 which they left a voicemail because I was on the phone with Nissan USA regarding my case and replied to an email I had sent earlier that day checking on the status of repair. In the email and on the voicemail they clearly stated they had replaced the front end collision sensor and did the alignment for it, test drove the Armada and no lights came on. So it was ready but they said they would keep it until the next day (Tues) to drive it again just to be safe. I consider this to have been REPAIR #3 since it was the third part and attempt at repairing it.I emailed Tuesday afternoon thinking I would have had my car by now since the Monday test drive went well. The service advisor replied saying that it looks good and they were out test driving it and if it worked they’d bring it to me shortly. Got an email about an hour later saying they were going to order another part. So to me... REPAIR #4 attempt. I replied... So the light went off again huh and they said yes. Got an email Wed afternoon that part was in and replaced but they wanted to again keep it overnight to be safe. Thursday everything was still good and they delivered my Armada to me Thursday late morning. When they delivered the car the paperwork did not include repair #3 so I didn’t want to sign paperwork. I called the service advisor who told me they never replaced the front sensor even though I have an email and a voicemail stating that they did and it had been completed. He tells me it’s a miscommunication and I didn’t understand but nothing had been replaced. I reluctantly signed the paperwork but figured since I knew I had the voicemail & email as back up I would be good.Lemon law states that you must attempt the same repair 4 times to be considered a lemon. Am I crazy to think it’s a lemon or should I be happy that I don’t have the BCI malfunction message??? The fact that I have them caught in an outright lie is very concerning and shady. This is such an abbreviated version - if you’d like a longer version I have it typed up and ready to share with you - just message me.I could go on and on about how nobody returns calls as well but that’s all just petty I guess at this point and my main concern is a vehicle that is less than three months old with this many issues and the lack of response and deceitfulness of the dealership repairing it. Can’t get through to a manager or get a call returned on many occasions. Once you buy the car they could CARE LESS as soon as that paperwork is signed. I will say that I feel both my salesperson and service advisor were both very nice and just had their hands tied by Gunn management.

We WERE a Nissan family. 2012 Rouge on second transmission. First faulty transmission caught fire after Service Manager assured us the car was fine to drive. This left my 18 year old daughter on the side of a highway with a flaming car. 2015 Rouge CVT needed to be replaced. Sounded like the wheels were going to fall off. 2012 Versa transmission replaced the same week as the 2012 Rouge. Researched the Versa and it had air bags that were recalled and I was never notified. Called Corporate Nissan and spoke with two separate representatives that could have cared less that for safety or reliability. My daughters were both dismissed by service managers that told them their cars were fine. I am a single mom who has purchased 8 Nissans over the past 25 years. After speaking with Corporate Nissan three cars are going to be traded very quickly!!! BUY ELSEWHERE.

Route 23 AutoMall was pleasant when I purchased the lease on my Nissan Maxima, however when my lease was over and I needed to return the car, everything was different. Once a customer, always a customer, think again!Route 23 AutoMall lied about willingness of returning out-of-state license plates to the DMV and instead, salesperson ** kept them in their desk drawer. This action resulted in property tax from Rhode Island for 3 months when I no longer had the car. Returning the plates to RI DMV is the only indicator to stop property tax from being generated. I am seeking $148 from dealership to cover the timeframe (June-August) where I no longer owned the car, but was being charged taxes because salesperson kept the plates in their office and had me believe they were going to mail them back to Rhode Island. When I complained to Route 23 AutoMall, I was given no consideration by the salesperson **, office manager **, office manager **, and instead treated like a bothersome customer.#Route23automall #Nissanlease #Nissancustomerservice #Nissancomplaint #NJNissandealers

Nissan quietly extended the warranty for the CVT (transmission) from 5 year
Nissan quietly extended the warranty for the CVT (transmission) from 5 years/60,000 miles to 10 years/120,000 because of all the problems people are having, everything from shaking to accelerating at stop signs. Its a genuine safety concern. My wifes 2008 Nissan Rogue has the same problem. We took it in for service and they replaced the transmission. However, theyre charging us $2,700 for a new transfer case, a transfer case thats included in the original powertrain warranty that connects to the transmission. The mechanic at Nissan of Bourne in Massachusetts tried to tell me the problem started with the transfer case and not the transmission. I find this hard to believe since Nissan is obviously having issues with the transmission, or else they wouldnt have had to extend the original warranty. There is no reason why Nissan should be charging customers for their own substandard parts. To replace the transmission but not the transfer case which is part of the transmission, is flat-out dishonest. Now well have to spend money we dont have because Nissan wont live up to its own warranty on parts they know are bad. There shouldve been a recall in the first place for safety reasons, but Nissan is trying to mitigate their losses at the expense of their customers. This is not right and it should be addressed.

This is a warning to all potential Nissan customers/owners. Nissan had my Son pay $130.00 for a diagnostic check to see if consumer affairs would fix his transmission that gave out exactly one year after purchasing his car from Paul Blanco dealership. Consumer affairs of Nissan denied his request for repairs due to my Son had too many miles on his car 11k to be exact. Instead of telling my Son this in the beginning, they took my Son $130.00 and went their merry way.I dont understand how a company can do so many people wrong. It is evident that there are issues with the transmissions to Nissan but no one is stopping to see why. I am frustrated to no end as a Mother watching her single parent Son pay for a vehicle he cant drive and if he turns the car back in gets a repo on his record. I needed to write this comment on behalf of my Son. We definitely would hate for someone else to have a similar experience. I pray God will vindicate my Son and the rest of the Nissan customers that have been bullied and robbed by Nissan. Thank you!

I have owned a significant number of Nissan vehicles - 2 Maximas, 2 Pathfinders, 2 Infinitis - and after my recent experience, I will never purchase again. I have a 2017 Maxima in which I knew had a mechanical issue. At the time I made the appointment with local dealership to inspect, mileage was under 60,000 miles. After waiting 10 days for appointment, their assessment was that I need a new front left bearing hub - the challenge, after waiting for the appointment, the mileage was now 60,265 miles and the warranty ends at 60,000. Their suggestion was to discuss with Nissan Consumer Affairs. Nissan position after more than a week of conversations - We dont care that you are a life long customer and that we will lose your future business. We refuse to help you because you are 0.4% out of warranty, even though you had to wait 10 days for your appointment with one of our dealers. So charged close to $200 for the assessment on a part that should be covered under warranty and dealership looking for additional $300 for a repair in which I can purchase an official Nissan part online for $60. No help. No consideration. No further purchases from me on a brand that shows no appreciation for their customers.

I attempted to make two payments to NMAC through my banks bill pay service. The first time, I entered the account number from my statement by hand. The second time, I entered my account number through copy and paste from my statement on NMAC’s website. Both payments were returned for invalid account number. I contacted NMAC’s customer service to inquire and they could not explain why the ACH payments from my bank were returned. I then mailed a check to NMAC for my payment. I prefer to pay my payments in an electronic fashion so I dont have to worry about my check being lost in the mail or a delay with the postal system. I then signed up for recurring payments on NMAC; their only option is to pay once monthly. I prefer to pay specific amounts each check to reduce my interest costs to myself. I guess with Nissan, its their way or the highway. In addition, when I purchased my vehicle from Sheehy of Manassas, I was told my GAP insurance was free. When I reviewed my sales contract, the GAP insurance is included in the contract and the balance reflects my loan with NMAC. How is the GAP free if Im paying for it? The first contract on the vehicle was at 4.99% interest. I was called back and told I dont qualify for that rate. So if I purchase the Sheehy VIP care maintenance service and lockout service, then I can receive 2.09% but lose one of my rebates, which made my payments go up $3 per month. What kind of math classes did Nissan take in college?

I own a 2008 Nissan Rogue. I bought it brand new and drove it off the dealership lot with 8 miles on it. It has every feature that was offered at the time of purchase. I bring it into a dealership for each and every service that has ever been needed (including something as simple as new brakes). I wanted to make sure it was always done right. It was the 3rd brand new Nissan in my household. I thought Nissans were known for their high quality and dependability, but thats not really the case. I did some research and found out that there is a known issue with the CVT transmission in this year and model. So common in fact Nissan, rather than recall all vehicles with this known issue, Nissan decided to extend (double) the warranty (10 years or 120k miles). This vehicle has less than 100k miles on it and its 10+ years old. Two weeks ago the transmission failed. At 99k I am well within the 120k miles BUT, I took delivery in late 07 for this new 08 so I am being told by Nissan North America that I am outside the warranty by 5 months. Because of being a loyal customer excited for the new model year, I am now being penalized and told they cannot cover 100% of the cost of the new transmission. Really? Really! So be warned of getting excited about buying the new model year BEFORE the actual year. It might come back to haunt you later on. Had they actually recalled it, it would have shown up on my report each time I brought the car in for service and I wouldnt be dealing with this issue and having to pay anything for a new transmission. Disappointing to say the least for such a known/common issue.

My SUV was diagnosed with a manufacturing defective transmission and now has issues with the transmission cooler pipes splitting causing cross contamination between the radiator coolant & transmission fluid. Which resulted in a failure to the automatic transmission. The cross contamination had to have a new transmission, transmission cooler hoses & radiator replaced. I called Nissan Corp and they are refusing to take responsibility. I told them that they are putting families in a dangerous situation. I also explained to them when I purchased my vehicle they were well aware of the situation but concealed that information from me and I let them know that I was pregnant at the time with our 4th child and needed the 3rd row thats why we traded, so I did not appreciate that information being concealed from me and putting my children in a unsafe vehicle. Nissan has caused me to almost wreck 3 times. This has caused so much stress on me and my family. I have reached out to Nissan Corp several times with they refused to fix it or return it and give me my money back. And also I delivered my baby 10 days later after I purchased the Pathfinder and the Pathfinder had about 70,000 miles on it already so the transmission could had easily went out at any time since it had known problems that were concealed from me and caused a very dangerous situation for me and my baby because when I bought the vehicle they concealed the information knowing that it could happen at any time and refused to let me know even though my husband and I both asked if anything was wrong with the vehicle and they told us no they check the vehicles before they sell them by their mechanics. Something needs to be done before someone gets killed. My Pathfinder only has 123,000 miles on it.

On March 12, 2012, I went to pickup my newly leased Nissan and found out that the plates on the lease car I was turning in could not be transferred to the new car because the registration had been canceled on 12/30/11 without my knowledge or permission. I had to pay for new plates. I called Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp (NMAC) and was told they knew nothing about my registration being canceled nor did my insurance company. After contacting RMV several times, I found out that my registration had been canceled online. They also told me that my plates had been returned. However, my plates were still on my car when I went to the dealership on March 12. How could they have been returned? I have also continued to pay my lease note and insurance on the car during the past three months without any knowledge of registration cancellation. I spoke with the assistant registrar of RMV in Massachusetts today, 3/15/12, and she told me that the IT department at RMV found that it had been canceled via email by a Loida ** from the Tax and Registration Department at NMAC on 12/30/11. This morning I called NMAC and they told me they now have a note regarding my cancellation that was posted on March 13th. However, they previously had no record and knew nothing about the cancellation and told me they have nothing to do with cancellation and to call the RMV. Now, the story has changed. I drove around for three months with a registration certificate in my car, which I didnt even know was invalid or cancelled. What if I had been in a serious accident? I am also required to pay excise taxes in Massachusetts. I received a letter from Nissan in December that they would be including it in my lease bill in the upcoming months as they usually do. I contacted the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts on 3/12/12 and found that they had not received notification to send Nissan a bill from the RMV, which indicated that something occurred like my registration being canceled. Now, I am afraid that this would happen anytime and frequently. I would then have to pay for new registration, new plates and explain and prove to RMV that it’s not me and why its being canceled. This is a major problem for me. I have contacted the governors office, Attorney General, RMV and Nissan looking for help. I need assistance.

I am the owner of a 2013 Nissan Rogue S AWD Special Edition. Prior to this vehicle I have bought Two and Leased Two, and believe me there is No Loyalty from this company. My complaint with Nissan is - on Sept. 2014 I brought my car to the Dealer MLG #34,387 Newburgh Nissan NY for CVT transmission problems. Whining and over heating causing loss of power while driving on the highway, very dangerous. They found an ABS code C1106. Had no problem until April 2015 and it happened again, whining and over heating causing loss of power while driving on the highway. So I brought it back to the Dealer MLG #45,452 Newburgh Nissan NY and they could not duplicate the problem and NO codes. OK so now I called Consumer Affairs of Nissan and I received a return call from ** (615) 725-7592 who gave my a REF. # **. Told her what was going on and she insisted that I take to a different Dealer for a Second Opinion. So thats what I did, I brought the car over to another Dealer MLG #45,963 April 2015 Middletown Nissan NY and they couldnt duplicate the problem as well and NO codes. And now to top it off, this problem its costing me money to a Rent A Car. OK So I picked up the car and on May 2, 2015 it happened again. On May 4, 2015 I had my friend hook up the scanner to check the system and found a stored code. Transmission Fault code P0744 Torque Converter ECU part # 31036-JM62A. So I brought the car back to the first Dealer Newburgh Nissan NY and thats where car is now, and they wouldnt give me a rent a car so I am stuck home. I left several messages with ** and have not received a call back. Shows you how concerned she is about this problem. I also filed 3 Vehicle Safety Complaints with Safercar, gov...

It sounds like a horror movie! That will cost me time to come back to repair the left side door. (2) Also one of recommendations on the above mentioned invoice stated: Battery soon $194.00. So I went to Auto Advance to test its battery installed in my Nissan, Auto Advance ran two different tests: one is battery good: 583/600 and 595/600, and another result of running the car: good 583/600. So what did it mean on invoice?

Overall experience of buying car was ok. When we were checking out the new car, I noticed dust in the engine compartment and requested that they wipe it clean. The salesman promised that they will take care of this during the detailing process. I did not check when I took the possession and later found out that it was never done. I emailed him with no response, meanwhile he keeps sending me emails about giving them a positive review. They gave me one wrong key for the car. I am trying to contact them to fix the key issue, NO response back from the dealer for over a week. Still waiting. Opened a case with Nissan Customer Service. Took them over 10 days to respond to say that they cannot do anything about this. Only thing I can do is take it to the dealership to evaluate the issue. Dealership is 100 miles away and no reimbursement of travel expenses.

I have two problems with this vehicle (2013 Nissan Rogue). It is only three years old and the transmission is failed twice. I replaced the transmission at 80,000 miles and with a little over 150,000 miles. It is failing again. Second, the car has pearl white paint on it, and it is peeling off across the car. Every area of the car has paint peeling off. I submitting a claim and took the car to the dealer several times. Nissan Consumer Affairs refuses to help defray the cost of these repairs, $4800 for a new transmission and $1500 for the paint job. I have filed complaints with the BBB, Nissan USA and the NHTSA. No one is helping.

Bought 4 years ago. Always maintained. Engines light comes on at 115k and it turns out that the CVT is to blame. Now Im discovering that its very common for these transmissions to only last 100k miles. Its super expensive to replace. After more research it seems to be more of a ($4k) consumable part instead of something you could trust to last for the life of the car. This would be okay, only if the repair cost wasnt going to effectively total the car. And totaled because no one wants to buy a car that is unreliable. The resale value is so low because of these problems? When called, Nissan offered no assistance and was very tight-lipped about this being anything but a rare occurrence. This is definitely a steep drop from the reliability standard I thought Nissan had. Never again?

I purchased a Nissan Rogue 2015 from Koeppel Nissan, Queens NY. It has been in their service department several times for different issues but the main Issue is a Broken Transmission within 6 months of having this car. I had a Nissan Versa 2012 and traded in for this Rogue 2015 and I really regret have done that. Nissan Koeppel has been really unprofessional with me. I found out that they were claiming repairs for my car when my car was not even near their service department. I think that because my car has been IN so many times, they thought that they could claim repairs any time they wanted even when my car was not around.I tried to get in touch with Nissan Consumer Affairs and asked them for support, but they have done anything for me. So I had to contact the BBB and open a complaint. My car still has issues that hasnt been repaired, make noises, the transmission still has issues, the engine is weak, the MPG is only 15 in the city when is supposed to be at least 28, I feel like Im driving a Non-fuel Economy car, Im having issues with my entry Key, the car wont turn on sometimes and the list goes on... And the fact that this dealer in Queens New York was faking some repairs which I confronted on Sep 18th, and because of that I was asked to leave and never come back because I found out that they were lying about my car repairs, at this point, I dont know if they actually fixed my car when my car was actually in their service department.I dont feel safe with this car, I dont believe that they have done anything to my car and Im really disappointed with the service of Koeppel Nissan and Nissan Consumer Affairs. I believe this Nissan Rogue 2015 is a faulty car!!! And I dont want anyone to go through what Im going through, especially as a single mother. I was able to get a meeting with Nissan North America and BBB this month and hopefully they can replace this car or give me back my Nissan Versa. I will keep you posted!

To say Im disgusted would be an understatement. On Saturday when I tried to leave my house my car was humming and driving slow so I assumed the oil was low. I went to have the oil changed and it drove fine for the rest of the day. Monday it started acting up again so I added transmission fluid and did some research online and noticed that Nissan was extending the warranty on the CVT transmission (obviously others were having issues). Im being told now by Nissan that my warranty is VOID since I added transmission fluid. Really?? First of all no one even contacted me. I had to find out when the car starting acting up by doing my own research. If you are shopping for a car DO NOT get a NISSAN. The way they treated me today was horrible. Nissan Consumer Fair showed the worst customer service today, but I guess they carry themselves the way Nissan does.

Shame on Nissan! I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated. My steering lock control unit went out and even though there was a petition to get this part recalled I had to pay for the part. It was past the warranty, but I was told that if I took my car to a dealership, I would get a fair review of my case by Megan, the regional consumer affairs specialist, in hopes of warranty assistance. She denied my claim in part because my 2009 Altima had not been to a dealership since 2011, implying that I was not a loyal customer. Why would I take my car to a dealership if there isnt any repairs that need to be done on it? I have owned FIVE , Nissans and bought 1 brand new car and 1 used car from Suntrup, not to mention personal recommendations. I have paid Nissan upwards of $40,000. If that isnt customer loyalty I dont know what is. Complaints have filed with the BBB, FTC, and NHTSA.

Number one, we purchased a new 2013 Nissan Juke from Peltier Nissan in Tyle
Number one, we purchased a new 2013 Nissan Juke from Peltier Nissan in Tyler Texas. The salesman really tried to sell us on the Gold extended warranty program, representing that it would take over when the manufacturers warranty ended, and would cover such things as the motor. They have not been making us aware of all recalls, and in fact, it was my Google research that turned up the timing chain recall, when my wife complained it was making an odd sound. I didnt know there had already been a class action lawsuit filed about this very issue, and presumably, the recall was activated AFTER they were sued. While our vehicle was in for that repair, the drivers seat was ripped by someone there, and they refused to take the responsibility, and were demanding WE pay for the torn seat. I contacted people higher up and we were able to get the seat tear repaired and even though they told us they had to order a new seat cover, after we received the car back, I could see where a repair was made in the seat cover, so it would appear, they were not being completely truthful. Around 70,000 miles or so, my wife, who drives a lot as part of her work, told me that the vehicle was going 70 mph, and suddenly started losing power and depressing the accelerator would not increase the decreasing speed. At the same time, she got a Service Engine light and she called the Peltier NISSAN dealer where she purchased the car. They told her over the phone it would most probably be covered under warranty and they would give her a loaner car. In the next day or so, she was told that the loaner car was now a rental car and she would have to pay for the Turbo, as the extended warranty department was saying the oil was not viscous enough (first tech) and then the second tech said the oil was too viscous (and burned). We had to rent a car from a national chain for a week. Were very much inconvenienced, and had to pay thousands of dollars to get the vehicle back from the dealership. From checking online, there are many other Nissan products that have had the bearings / Turbo to go bad prematurely, and it looks like the techs fall back on the viscosity of the oil problem. An interesting fact was that during repair at Peltier Nissan, when the techs received the new turbo, from the OEM supply place, that turbo was defective right out of the box. We made the representative at Nissan in Tennessee aware of this on the phone with the tech standing right by us, and she didnt seem to care. They were holding the line that somehow, it was OUR fault that THEIR product failed prematurely. It is not known if the bearings they are using are failing prematurely due to metal fatigue or some problem with the metals they are made from, or if there are design flaws in the turbo / engine that are causing these failures. My wife kept proper levels of oil in the car, changed the oil, and they should reimburse us for repairs and the one week rental car expense. Personally, I will make it known to everyone I meet that Nissan and their extended warranty company, are screwing customers, and advise no one to purchase either a Nissan or their GOLD EXTENDED WARRANTY.

Dont Buy A Nissan Vehicle From My Local Dealership. I will only provide one star as there is no Zero that I can provide as a rating. Purchased three Nissan Vehicles from our local dealership. 1st was a 2012 Frontier (SL). Fully certified with less than 6,000 miles in 2015. The following issue came to light AFTER I purchased the truck. Both front and rear bumpers had to be replaced due to damage from the sale person who we found out drove the truck to pull his boat. He off set the bumpers and caused the braces to be pulled down causing the bumpers to pull away from the frame. The brakes were replaced twice at a cost of $680 each time. The initial brake repair was not proper repaired as the dealership used third party parts. Actually told me that and then claim they were Nissan parts - but had faults. Cost me two brake jobs and complete bumper replacements and the story is just starting. When I felt unsafe in the vehicle I was going to sell it back to Nissan. That is when the adjuster informed me that the right side fender has been damaged and repaired. Also the front glass had been replace incorrectly. None of this was on the CARFAX, nor reported to me at the time of sale. Now my wife has a 2017 Nissan Rogue. The vehicle has portions of the front bumper pulling away from the body. The dealership informed me that my wife must have hit a parking block and dragged the frame over the block which has caused damage to the underside of the car. My wife may drive her car less than 3000 a year and SHE did it. No I think when they were preparing the car was sell they hit the lifting rack and caused the damage. The foot lift door doesnt work. No problem the dealership will tell you as they really never work correctly. NICE!I have a 2015 Frontier from the same dealership. I just purchased the vehicle less than one month ago as I need to have a truck. Stupid me - thinking that everything would go well. Fooled me again! Yesterday the truck would not start leaving me well out of my local area. When we tried to replace the battery I found that wires and the battery were so corroded that it needed to replace the wiring and the battery. That was a great cost of funds. What does the 100 point inspect include? So I have been a fool for the third times. This is my fault. But I want everyone to know that you need to find a solid dealership that respect you and values your business.

It was more or less a take it or leave it proposition. It all started on July 6th when we took our 2014 Rogue (which was purchased in 2015) in due to damage to the clear coat. If you are not familiar with clear coat it is the top protective layer applied to the paint job. The damage was caused by bird droppings. We had a car detailer look at it and he informed us that if the dealer attempted to buff it out that it would scratch the paint because the clear coat was so thin. When the car was taken in to the Nissan service department in Duarte, Louisa the body shop manager and Paul ** the sales manager were informed of the situation. When the car was ready for us to pick up (7/10) we found more damage done than when we left it. Over spray on the tail lights, roof rails, side, rear, and spoiler.Since then we have talked to GM Matt, Consumer Affairs and will be calling the BBB. It has been over a month now and we are still in a rental car because every time the vehicle is supposedly ready they seem to find new ways to damage the vehicle. The car is now at the 3rd party body shop which last time we checked (8/10) left spots on the interior seating and shifting counsel. Before going to the body shop the dealer in Duarte scratched the paint trying to do a quick buff job like we warned them not to do. Then when they finally broke down and decided to clear coat the entire vehicle like we requested from the start, they ended up scratching the window frames and still left over spray on side mirrors and tail lights. The car is no longer new thanks to their lack of understanding and attention to detail. We have totally lost enthusiasm in owning our Nissan and feel like our joy of buying a new car and the hard work that went into it has been robbed from us. Then another sales manager called us in and offered us a newer model with a higher monthly rate to help resolve the issue, which just enraged us even more for wasting our time and again being misleading. Never again will we be fooled by Nissan, and the word will spread.

If I could rate Nissan a 0 I would. All around terrible service from the advisors up to management. Brought my vehicle into Pine Belt Nissan of Tomsriver NJ. I had what I believed to be a stress crack across my windshield. The advisor along with the service manager both looked at it, and clearly said they could NOT find any point of impact, obviously with that being said it would be a factory defect. They sent all my info along with photos to Nissan corporate. Who I went back and forth with to have it covered since the glass had NOT been hit. Anyway it had been denied all across the board. Not a single person could provide an explanation on why the glass broke, of course they only work there but know NOTHING. I even asked them if they could Pay half the cost. Again was told NO. I would of happily taken aftermarket glass didnt have to come from the factory. Im guessing Nissan knows nothing of “goodwill”. Customer service is TERRIBLE! They cant even do the right thing for their customers, they would much rather lose them instead. Nissan is pathetic. I would never ever lease or purchase anything from this awful awful company again! Everyone else tell your friends and family! All they could come up with was, Sorry car is not in warranty, spare me Nissan. I will never serve my car in any Nissan service center again. Nissan does not do the right thing and thats the bottom line! Poor product and terrible employees.

So, I had a broken coil spring on my 2009 Versa. I contacted my dealer and told him that my car only had 75k miles, and I thought it was crazy that a coil spring should break with so few miles. I am close to 70 years old, and I drive responsibly, avoiding pot holes etc. I was told by the dealer that this was not covered and it would cost me $450.00 to replace the springs. Being on a fixed income, I thought that was outrageous. I then called Nissan and filed a report, and a factory rep did check into it and again I was denied compensation of any kind. After much searching I finally found the coil springs on sale for $57.42 each, from another Nissan dealer. I also purchased the rubber seats for the top and bottom of each spring for $21.20. So, with parts, sales tax, and shipping my total cost was $147.32. I asked one of my family members if he could install the on my car and he said it would be easy, being that only one bolt needed to be removed before installing the rubber seats and springs. I left the car with him and within one hour he called me and said it was done. WHAT, that quick? He said that it was an easy job, and it only took him about 15 minutes to install both springs. I tried to pay him $50 and he said he didnt want to take advantage of me and handed $30 back to me. So I saved $282.68 that I would have had to pay to Nissan for the same work! I also should mention that my step son said he would like to do about 20 of these coil spring jobs a week. They were that easy! I understand that companies need to make a profit, but come on, this is over the top! This experience has turned me from a extremely satisfied customer to a skeptic about future work to be performed by the dealership.

The Nissan van I have purchased is having problems with its digital dash board (distance, gas, hot/cold readout). I live in Washington, D.C. My vehicle will not pass inspection if they cannot see the mileage on my vehicle. Through discussing this problem with the vehicle inspectors in Washington, D.C. area, they have informed me that most Nissan made cars are experiencing this similar problem. I have also found other Nissan owners who are experiencing the same problems. I feel as though, since this is an important issue and it seems to be a common issue, that Nissan should fix this problem with either no or minimal charge.

Four years ago, I was told a recall had to be done on my 2011 Cross Cabriolet. After the recall work was done, the roof would not close correctly. I have taken the car back to the dealer several times over 4 years. Each time the problem gets worse, not better. Nissan USA is no help. The dealer is no help. Nissan no longer employs mechanics; just employs inept part changers. No wonder Nissan is tanking.

I had my 2011 Nissan Versa towed into the Service Department. They quoted me $1000 to replace the fuel tank. Do they not realize that next month is Christmas??? I said No thank you. I will come by and get my vehicle and take it home and replace the fuel tank on my own. When I arrived Darryl ** and Eric informed me I owed them $55. I asked for what? They said because they had to drive the vehicle in and out of the shop twice. So they are just charging me because they drove my vehicle around. Are they serious??? Really? They did nothing to my car. They only inspected it and looked at it. They did no work whatsoever to it. But they want to charge me $55.I mentioned Ive been in the Air Force for 18 years. Is there any way to waive this. They said no. Wow. They apparently must rip off everyone with what all the comments below say! Everyone seems to have the same complaint and mention being ripped off. I see a pattern here. Hmmm!!! It is also apparent to me that Nissan of Melbourne does not support the military. Seriously if they did would they not have waived the fee??? I plan to mention to every military member I know, and ask them to mention to every military member they know not to go to this place, and not to go to any Nissan at all because they consistently rip people off and do not support the military in my eyes. Would anybody else agree with me?

I have recently had a terrible experience with my 2009 Nissan Rouge CVT transmission and working with the Nissan customer service you should know about. This issue is not new to Nissan. In fact Nissan extended the warranty to 10 years 120,000 miles. However, they never notified customers about this issue until they start to having a problem. Our problem came at 123,000 miles. If you go to Nissans website http://www.nissanassist.com/ProgramDetails.php?menu=2they state that they will provide financial assistance for those customers who may be beyond the warranty period. Nissan just called to tell me that they will not provide any assistance. What a crock. I came to find out that many people who own a 2009 -2013 Rouge or Murano will have issues with their CVT transmission. For those who own Rouge or Murano made between 2009-2013 have your transmission checked out before the warranty expires.

ATTENTION NISSAN ROGUE OWNERS PLEASE READ: I am extremely disappointed in the results of my visit. My 2008 Nissan Rogue of South Brunswick Acme Nissan went in because of a problem the Rogues had with their passenger airbag lights and problem with the sensor in the seat. Ive never had an accident nor problem with the seat. Now Nissan tells me, Sorry, the seat needs to be replaced to the tune of OVER $1400.00. They claim it was covered for 5 years or 50,000 miles. Oh yes and by the way, it was a recalled item at one time! Well gentlemen, I will not have this seat replaced and I will rely on the primary safety seat belt. I have 4 cars in my family, 2 of which are Nissans, and just for your info, I will NEVER and I mean NEVER buy another Nissan as long as I live or take it for service to Nissan. One last thing if I may. Why was I charged over $50.00 just to find out whose problem it was? Oh wait if it was Nissans problem you would absorb the cost but because it was not your problem you passed it on to me. Thank you for making my choice of vehicles in the future easier the next time because it WONT be a Nissan. A letter will follow up to Corporate of Nissan, BBB of NJ, and the Home News Tribune and their sister paper, the Asbury Park Press, Star Ledger, YouTube and anyone else I can inform via electronic media.

2014 Altima SL V6 - New transmission at 11k still has issues. They will tell you they dont have a problem with transmissions but mine shutters at 20-30 and 57-70, very disappointed in Nissan! Offered to let CEO wife drive it for a week or even a engineer or their vendor who makes transmission! 22k and its a lemon! Also own a 2015 Pathfinder! 1k miles transmission shudders. Now 8k miles and will be trading it in on another brand. 2012 Nissan Altima, purchased new, runs like a new one! 100k miles. 1999 Nissan Altima 96k miles runs great! So if you can see, they have a transmission problem and are only replacing if it sets off a code! So the shudder is a normal feature they should advertise in their commercials. Stay away from brand until they get issues fixed! Im done with Nissan.

My brand new car (Nissan Sunny XL petrol), right after the second free service, the car started having problem like heating up of the engine and frequent shutdowns. When checked with the service center, it assured me nothing was wrong with the vehicle and in a perfect condition. I, with my little daughter, drove the car to our relatives next day. On the way, it broke down again while passing a dangerous valley. It stopped more than 20 times during the travel of 200km. When I contacted the service station in charge, he said that he cannot do anything. When asked what should be done next, his answer was, HE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING.I then called Nissan Call Center. With much effort and persuasion, they connected me to the local technician who, after inspection, declared that the problem occurred because of the FAULTY FUEL PUMP and DUPLICATE COOLANT, which the service center used. More than 15 days has passed and in spite of sending a number of mails, no action has been taken until date.

They charged me 6.9% for the loan, but they have my money for a month free of charge. Who knows for how much longer? With MUCH regret, my husband and I purchased a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder from Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale, AZ. I went to that dealership November 2018 thinking I was going to get a Black Friday special, but instead got ripped off. The salesperson stated the pearl color would be an extra charge and we agreed to pay the extra. When I came back to pick the vehicle up because they had to order that color they said, a pure white Nissan Pathfinder was waiting for me. I argued back and forth with the sales manager at that time, and he stated the vehicle I was receiving does not come in Pearl white. I mean they got their sale, so who cares about the color right? I wish to God, I would have just walked away, but I drove off in the white Nissan Pathfinder. In addition, we thought we were purchasing an extended warranty up to 100K miles the reason our payment was outrageous. We were ok with that knowing we would have coverage for a while. The finance guy also talked us into some paint package. I returned to Pinnacle about a year or so later (it should be in the records) to get the paint touch up coverage (not sure of the exact name). We were not given any instructions other than we have that coverage and weve never purchased it with any other vehicles. So, I pull up to the service dept at Pinnacle and was met by the rudest person Ive encountered in a while. He said your car is dirty! Theres a car wash down the street! Go and come back! Well, I was under the impression they would wash it at the dealership, and I was in a hurry on a Saturday with a lineup of errands. I did as he barked out for me to do and returned the vehicle. Pinnacle, please work on your customer service! Its important! I then visit ABC Nissan in Phoenix, AZ in 2021. The second row would not collapse, and we were told it was not covered by the warranty. What? A 2018 with coverage up to 100K miles? Well, guess what, we are NOT covered up to 100K miles. Not sure how we got swindled into paying an outrageous car payment with little to no warranty coverage? So, I call my nice “go to” service advisor Tyler at Coulter Nissan in Surprise, AZ immediately tried to help me and said he could do a one time goodwill coverage. I didn’t go to him in the first place because I was close to ABC Nissan at the time and somehow thought I would receive good service at any Nissan dealership! Tyler is SO awesome and is the ONLY one who represents Nissan well. Tyler said that ABC Nissan could also use the good will coverage so I wouldnt have to move my car from ABC to Coulter. The salesperson at ABC was horrible and kept quoting different pick-up times for when the vehicle would be ready. This was very important as I was traveling from Phoenix back home to California on tight time restrictions for work. The manager at ABC Nissan, Anthony **, finally intervened and tried to hurry the techs along as the salesperson shouldnt have called and said the vehicle was ready if it wasnt! I was in tears and extremely frustrated at this point as I was given 3 different times the vehicle would be ready. Anthony gave me money to go get lunch and to stall for the technicians to hurry and finish the job that was promised hours before my arrival. After several months, my daughter noticed a bolt sticking up in the seat and the seat belt would not work! We were not surprised there were more problems with this Nissan vehicle! I took the vehicle to Pedder Nissan in Hemet, CA. The technician/manager there stated the bolt was never put back properly by ABC Nissan! Whhaatt?? How dangerous?? ABC Nissan must have rushed to get the car out and carelessly did not put the bolt back properly. I should have taken pictures, but Im sure Pedder Nissan has some. The tech at Pedder was kind enough to fix the bolt at no charge. They provided good customer service as I showed up with no appointment and he got me in quickly.More problems with this new Nissan Pathfinder! Apparently, there is some known CVT issue with the Nissan Pathfinder. This issue/dash/radio would go in and out in my vehicle and was random when the dash/radio would work. I took the vehicle to Temecula Nissan where Alex Campagna assisted me. Apparently, Alex was not aware of the CVT issue? He told me they could not help me unless the dash/radio was actually not functioning at the time the vehicle was in their possession. Of course, when I took it to Temecula Nissan, the dash worked fine. I drove away from Temecula Nissan with no resolution! I go to visit in Phoenix again and I can ALWAYS rely on Tyler at Coulter Nissan. He knew exactly what I was talking about before I could even get it out good! He immediately helped me and was able to charge a minimum fee to fix it. Whenever Im at Coulter and dealing with Tyler, I always feel safe and do not worry about getting taken advantage of! Tyler is just a good person and a good representation of Nissan. I shouldn’t have to go to another state to hope for good customer service from a Nissan dealership! I wish I had purchased our recent vehicle from Coulter, but thought we were getting some special deal at Pinnacle. Worst mistake of our lives! Maybe some internal training is needed throughout Nissan for consistent customer service, complete/accurate work, and knowledge of recalls! I would love to have the Pearl Nissan Pathfinder I originally hoped for, but in the meantime, Tyler has helped make my regrets of dealing with Pinnacle Nissan, ABC Nissan, and Temecula Nissan a little better.

I bought a Nissan about 5 months ago. They were ready and willing to help me in a car. They went out and brought the Nissan to show me. About 3 or 4 months ago the car had places on the hood and trunk of the car. I took the car to the Nissan place in Greer S.C. They looked at it said rocks from the road did this. Well dont you think I would have felt and seen when the rocks would have hit my car? As big as the places are, they would not help me! But if I was going to buy a car they would have been all over me! I took it to a man that paints cars. They said take it to Nissan where I bought it that it was in the paint! They tried to say it was rocks that did it. The man that looked at it picked at it and made it worst.I told him I wish he would stop doing that he was making it worst! Thats when he said he couldnt help me! That paint guy could have charged me to paint the car, but he was honest to tell me that! Somebody told me I could make that man pay for the damage he done to my car picking at it the way he did! I love the way the car rides now but Im afraid it might fall apart any time. Wish I had never bought the car from Nissan. Im very very unhappy with those people and the car the way it looks! I cant afford to trade the car or I would, but not with them! After taking very good care of my 2008 Nissan Altima, I reached the end date of my lease and returned the car to the dealership from whom I took out the original lease agreement, Bridgewater Nissan in Bridgewater New Jersey. The dealer accepted my car and I moved on. Then, I received a letter from NMAC telling me that I owed Nissan $2,167.61! The letter stated that due to Excess Wear And Use, they were assessing me this fee. Now, so as to avoid the appearance of editorializing, heres a few facts on what really happened: 1) I was not present when the actual inspection was done; 2) I took great care of the car during the time I leased (e.g. always garaged) and I put 4 brand new tires on before I turned it in and 3) there is no way of knowing how NMAC arrived at the charges listed on the letter. The only conclusion one can draw is that (as others on this site have asserted), this is simply a way for Nissan to create new revenue streams during a time when American cars are in the ascendancy. So, lesson learned - from now on, I will only be buying/leasing vehicles from reputable sources such as Ford and GM and not from duplistic makers such as Nissan!

Nissan is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned and just recently bought another one like it because I loved the first one so much. It is a Nissan king cab with lots of room. I got it for a fairly decent price and I was lucky to find it. It was just sitting on the lot and it took some haggling to get the dealer to come down where I could afford it. Cape Cod, MA: At the end of Jan. 13, I purchased a high-end 2010 luxury Maxima SV with 33k miles. The dealer pushed a $2000 extended warranty on me saying mine would run out at 36k. When I read it over carefully, I realized that this did not cover everyday issues (exp: brakes, tires, etc.) and every item that was covered were parts/issues that Nissan would be bound by LAW to correct anyway! (I know this as the previous Director of the BBB & of the Consumer Assistance Council in our region working closely with our State Attorney Generals Public Protection Bureau.)As an educated consumer, I cancelled this useless policy, and surprise - in December 13, 6k miles over the ridiculous 36k warranty (less than any other manufacturer to my knowledge), my beautiful Maxima had me, a woman, stranded in a dark parking lot on an icy rainy Sunday night. It was incapacitated due to a faulty part in the steering column connected to the push start. After research I found that there are MANY HUNDREDS of complaints and horror stories regarding this issue & that Nissan had recalled the defective part on 2009 models. Although I expect the 2010 Maximas also contain this defective part. This brought me on a journey to complain to Consumer Affairs and a regional rep. Neither were concerned with standing behind their expensive, luxury, top of the line vehicle, and were not even interested in extending the repair as a goodwill gesture as, after all, I didnt purchase the Extended Warranty! Try as I might, I could not get through to them that they were STILL bound by Implied Warranties in Massachusetts under MGL. Ch. 93A Consumer Protection provisions. Nissan CANNOT develop and sell extended warranties (Express Warranties) in order to avoid what they would be required to do under an implied warranty. Basically: a product must perform properly for a reasonable amount of time or it is the seller/manufacturers responsibility to rectify. Nissan is attempting to coerce purchasers of their vehicles into purchasing expensive extended warranties - therefore GETTING THE CONSUMER TO PAY FOR (NISSANS) RESPONSIBILITY BY LAW. This is fraud & misrepresentation to consumer and an illegal practice! I am SO disappointed in Nissan Corp. This was my fourth Nissan and the other 3 ran forever! Truly, one of the reasons I wasnt worried about an extended warranty is because in the past Nissans were exceptionally reliable. At this time I dont know WHAT is going on with Nissan Corp., but they apparently feel no responsibility towards the consumer if they havent purchased an expensive and unnecessary extended warranty, therefore absolving them of any financial liability (ie - YOU, the consumer, already paid for yours & everyone elses repairs by purchasing this so-called warranty). Ive filed a Consumer Complaint with Consumer Protection and intend to file a MGL. Ch. 93A claim for treble damages. I also intend to inform our Attorney General of this fraudulent practice to gather information to prepare a class action lawsuit to obtain monetary damages for consumers!

It hit 75 degrees today in California and I’m again reminded why I will never buy another Nissan. My AC doesn’t work in my 2014 Nissan Rogue bought new in March 2014 at Dublin Nissan. It hasn’t fully worked since July 2015 when it inexplicably went out in the middle of a road trip in 101 degree weather. My two passengers and I tried to bear it for an hour, but ended up having to pull over for 3 hours to wait til dark to drive home the remaining 2.5 hours. I took the car to Nissan Capitol Expressway two days later where they spent an entire day (and tank of gas) trying to figure out the issue only to come away with no solution. It only seemed to be replicable in 80 degree or above weather and after driving for more than 30 minutes on highways.I knuckled down and made it through the summer, the car had about 18,000 miles at that point and was still in warranty. December 2015 I took the car back to Capitol Nissan for 25k maintenance and had them examine the AC unit again. Another full day of “work” and no solution. The AC continued to work intermittently, I kept up with routine maintenance and always mentioned the AC issues when I was in for service and still under warranty, always at Capitol Nissan. By late spring 2017 the AC had stopped working altogether, no cool air came out at all and the weather was only heating up. In June 2017 I took it to Nissan with 37k miles on it (Nissan warranty stops at 36,000 miles) and had Capitol Nissan spend another whole day working on it.They immediately agreed it wasn’t a functioning unit and spent the whole day with it, by end of day finding a “solution.” This solution was to drain the freon from the system and re-fill, this seemed to solve the problem. I asked the associate why that hadn’t been done before to solve the issue and he said he didn’t know. I then asked how he knew it was fixed and he said he couldn’t guarantee it and re-read me the description of work done like I was a kindergartener who just didn’t understand. He then only charged me for the new AC fluids and “helped” me with the labor cost by charging me $200. I drove away angry and rightfully so as the AC unit stopped working two days later. I called the associate at Capitol Nissan to let them know and never heard back.I then opened a case with Nissan Corporate to have the car declared a lemon as the AC unit will clearly never work. In that call I told them I truly thought this was a one-off case and that until then I had actually liked everything else about my Rogue. I told the representative that if Nissan awarded me the new car I was actually planning on upgrading to the Nissan Murano and would finance that upgrade through them.Nissan Corporate kept my case open for approximately 18 hours only to dismiss it because the car was out of warranty, they offered me one monthly payment ($350) for my troubles. I did not accept this money as it didn’t even begin to cover the amount of time I had spent away from work and the money I had spent fixing this issue. The way Nissan has treated me has made it abundantly clear I will never buy another Nissan and as soon as I am financially able I will be getting rid of this junk Rogue and buying a Toyota.

I had my payment deferred on June 28, 2017. The women told me that the payment was deferred. They have charged me a 30 late fee for the last 5 months, but most of all they destroyed my credit! Called them today, and the guy told that they cant do anything to repair the error in my credit, but took off the 30 dollar payment for this month.

I have always been very proud to say that I have purchased all of my cars from Nissan. I’ve been loyal customer to Nissan for 20 + years, buying all five of my cars and referred many of my family and friends who were looking for a car. My financing company for my Nissan Altima is Nissan as well. I travel many times a year and rent my cars through Nissan. Corona Nissan and Downey Nissan have been my dealerships. Tim ** is my loyal dealership representative who always took care of my car buying experience. Because of him he had proven to me what great customer care and loyalty Nissan has toward their customers. On 1/20/16 I got off work and attempted to head home. The indicator or key was lit up on my dashboard. I figured it was the battery in my remote and I could replace it. I stopped at the store on the way home. My car didn’t start leaving me stranded. After being towed to Carson Nissan, I was informed that the reason it didn’t start was because the Intelligent key malfunctioned and it would cost $1018.23 to fix. I had to borrow money to get this fixed. Looking in the owner’s manual, it clearly states that it is a Malfunction which to me is an issue that needs to be handled by Nissan.I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs in hopes that I could get some kind of financial support with this situation. The agent that contacted me within 24 hours left a message and said they would be making a decision on the matter within 7 business days. I tried to call her back to discuss the situation but receive a callback. I received a call denying my claim. I was told that this decision was based on the year of my car, mileage and my warranty expired back in July. Of course, for me, I was VERY disappointed. As a customer of Nissan I should have had the opportunity to be able to talk to someone that listened. Every time I called Nissan ConsumerAffairs I received an answering machine. The agent I spoke to I felt didnt listen. I believe that this decision was completely unfair. Not one person asked what kind of customer I am to Nissan. I always believed that Nissan took care of their customers but now that isn’t the case. Through the years, I have never contacted Nissan ConsumerAffairs for any kind of assistance. I understand that I am responsible for my car’s wear and tear. I would never take advantage of the company that I have always thought so highly of. However, in this matter, I feel that because my owner’s manual says malfunction this is an issue that Nissan should be responsible for. Due to this decision and how it was handled, I will NEVER buy a Nissan nor will I ever refer my friends and family members again.

I own a 2003 350z Touring and the outside door handles are complete crap. I dont know if this is planned obsolescence, but the fact that they are made out of cheap plastic and break all the time is ridiculous. Ive been to many Nissan forums and EVERYONE with this model car has had the same issues. Why has there been no recall if its such a popular issue? The plastic on the inside of the handle that holds the spring in place constantly breaks into pieces from the pressure. Also, the window motors have both recently gone out. I had to crawl through the hatch to get in my car today and since the hydraulics went out on the hatch, that made it that much more of a hassle. All of this and I have only had the car for 6 months. What next? I have owned many cars but this is my first Nissan and Ive never felt like there was planned obsolescence like I have with this car. Does anyone know how something gets recalled?

After calling Nissan and having enough with my AC, we decided to Lemon Law my car. Well Nissan (corporate) called me back today and they at this time cant help me. Even though we have been dealing with my AC unit for over a year, dropped over 2500.00+ on my AC, having it several times in the shop for the same problem, had all different pieces changed within the AC and still not fixed!!!! WARNING: Never buy a Nissan as they don’t care about their customers after the vehicle has been purchased!! It’s 105 degrees outside, spent over 2,500+ on my AC…. Still not working properly and Nissan refuses to help!!!! I am so pissed and can’t believe how horrible their customer service is and how they treat their customers!!!! Never ever buy a vehicle from them!!!!

Absolutely horrible service from all aspects of Nissan. Summary: Issue was reported to Nissan Consumer Affairs (CA) and I was told that my car was still under warranty. My vehicle was at McDavid Nissan for 5 days before it was looked at despite having an appointment. Due to the delay in inspecting the vehicle the warranty had exceeded the 3 year warranty window. CA changed. Told me I was out of luck but would examine my case for out of warranty assistance. This would take an additional 3-5 business days. 12+ calls were left unanswered and messages left un-returned about the status of my vehicle. 3 messages left with the service manager were un-returned. No loaner car was provided and I was told I would need to pay to rent a vehicle. The 6 hour job took 9 days to complete.Full Story: I purchased a 2016 370Z NISMO In November 2015. My vehicle developed a water leak in heavy rain on the driver side door. This looks to be a common problem with these vehicles. My vehicle had 33,000 miles and I was told at another dealership that the warranty only covered 32,000 miles. I reported the issue to CA on a survey and was called by a representative. They told me that my vehicle was still under warranty and should take it in. I made an appointment as soon as I could and dropped the vehicle off on a Monday at 4 PM. I was told that no loaner would be provided and that I needed to pay for a rental. This is ridiculous and seems to be the common policy for all Nissan dealers. By Wednesday they had still not inspected the car. Finally, on Friday they called to let me know that they had found the issue and that I would need to approve the charges. I called to find out what the charges were since it was under warranty, but my service rep was out of the office and no one else could help me. On Saturday I was finally able to reach my service rep who informed me that my warranty had expired 3 days prior to me bringing it in and the work would cost $2,000. I called back to CA to figure out why I was told the work would be covered. When I called they told me I was screwed. Even though I had reported the issue inside the 3-year window, and the exact issue I described was found upon inspection, since the service department took so long to inspect the vehicle the warranty had expired. On the following Monday they called me back in and said they would look at my case for out of warranty assistance in 3-5 days but there were no guarantees. I told the dealer to order the parts so that the work could progress while I was waiting. The parts took twice as long to arrive over what I was told. When I called to find out about the status of the parts my calls were ignored and when I left messages no one would return my calls. I called over 8 times on Tuesday to get a status update and all the calls were ignored. I left 2 different messages with the service manager and these calls were never returned. I was again denied a loaner car. During the entire process my issues were treated as my problem and Nissan was of no help. On Wednesday I called again to get a status update, after 3 ignored call and another ignored message to the service manager, I was told that they were still waiting on approval from CA. CA told me they had marked the case urgent, but it could take another day or two. I told them the work would be complete and that I was going to pick up the car because I needed transportation. CA said that if I did that, the case would have to be reevaluated for reimbursement and could change their decision. I told them that this was absurd, and they said they couldnt do anything about it. Later that day CA called to let me know they had finally reached a decision to cover the repairs. I went to the dealership to pick up the car, but it wasnt ready even though I was told it would be. When the car was finally done, they didnt pull it up, they just gave me the keys and told me to go find my vehicle. I will never buy another Nissan and neither will my friends or coworkers.

I recently traded in my 2012 Nissan Versa for a 2015 Nissan Versa Note with
I recently traded in my 2012 Nissan Versa for a 2015 Nissan Versa Note with the Woodfield Nissan dealership in Schaumburg, IL. There was a promotion being run in the Spring wherein Nissan was paying a few months worth of monthly lease payments if satisfied customers were willing to buy or lease another Nissan from the company. I went to the dealership and drove off in my new car. I asked MULTIPLE TIMES, when I traded in my vehicle, if they needed to inspect the car before accepting it in order to properly negotiate my new price/payment. I was repeatedly told that either it didnt matter or that there was nothing to worry about. There was no further explanation given. I am on my 3rd consecutive Nissan (1st Nissan was purchased used, then 2nd and 3rd were leased new) and my husband also has a Nissan Altima. We have never missed, nor have either of us been late, on one payment. NOT ONE. When my credit was run at the dealership, it came back in the top 12% of everyone in the country. 4 months after leaving the dealership, I received a bill from Vital Recovery Services, apparently the go-to creditors for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp in the amount of $200-$250. I called Vital Recovery Services and was informed that there was Excessive Damage to my previous lease. I had not received any notice of this debt prior to the letter from Vital Recovery Services. This was the 1st letter I received from Vital Recovery Services. I offered to pay the debt immediately, before even investigating, if (and only if) my failure to pay immediately would cause harm to my credit history and/or credit report. I was told, by two different customer service specialists with Vital Recovery Services, that I would NOT have this debt reported to any credit agencies. After further research, apparently all leases are inspected by an outside company (meaning that the individual dealerships dont have any part in the decision-making process in regards to the condition of the leases turned in). They have a $500 credit for damages that they give to each customer turning in a lease, and I had somehow exceeded this amount by more than $200 (amounting to more than $700 in damages). Now, my MAIN GOAL of my new lease was to get a monthly payment below $200 (which I was able to obtain). So, it stands to reason that a bill for over $200 would cause me distress. But, I am in the process of buying my 1st home so I paid the bill just to remove any chance of having a negative mark on my credit report. I was told that I wouldnt from Vital Recovery Services and thought that would take care of the problem. Even though I searched online and found hundreds and hundreds of dissatisfied customers who were in the same situation of owing Nissan (and by proxy, Vital Recovery Services) hundreds of dollars for unspecified (and according to everyone we spoke to, undocumented, or at least we were not given any detailed information on the documented damages), I still just paid the $200 - $250 debt so that I wouldnt have issues with obtaining the best possible mortgage rate. But, when my mortgage broker/bank put together my mortgage I had to write a detailed explanation of why I had an outstanding/negative mark from Nissan/Vital Recovery on my Credit History Report. Its bad enough that my husband and I, in our early and mid-thirties, have vowed NEVER to purchase a Nissan again in our lives (as I stated above, we already have owned or leased 4 in the past 5 years between the 2 of us), but paying them off without too much of an argument after my first received collection letter STILL didnt remove the ONLY negative mark on my credit report. Typing this very long review of Nissan is fueled by anger, as is the complaints I filed with the BBB against Vital Recovery, Nissan Motors, and Woodfield Nissan. On top of that, our new Versa Note is making some loud noises and I am so livid. Im dreading the day I have to bring the car into the dealership to get it fixed. Hopefully that goes smoothly but I will amend this review as warranted.

Nissan has to be one of the worst companies known to man. If youre having issues dont even bother to contact consumer affairs because all youre going to get is an Im sorry. Honestly sorry does nothing for the problem I am having. A little over 30 days ago I purchased a certified 2014 Nissan Sentra. All to find out I was infested with German roaches. The dealership refused to fix this issue until I personally went in there and threatened to tell all of their customers they sell cars with roaches in them. What makes it worst is I also need my brakes done and my ac filter changed. But to make things worse the mechanic wont touch my vehicle in the condition that it is in because it is infested with cockroaches. I called Nissan USA and only thing that they could say is Im sorry to hear that. My car has been bombed over 10 times and over a week later I still have only gotten a sorry from Nissan. Quite frankly I dont even want my car back after it had to be bombed 10 times.

I bought this 2015 Nissan Altima Feb. 27th, 2015. It had defects on exterior, signal lamp loose, dashboard bad. 2 weeks later the sway bar fell from underneath. I duct taped it up. Called Reidsville Nissan. Corrected. Now after 1700 miles and 3 months later the radiator went out. New one installed by Nissan store. They drove it and called me. Said it needed a new motor. Really, after 1700 miles. Called consumer affairs and after 2 weeks they said Nissan would not buy back or substitute for collateral. Very unhappy with this decision and have had an account with Nissan 4 years. I feel as if a substitute for collateral would have been good. Now I will be trying to trade for a car. I do feel safe in today. Today I go pick up my new motor Nissan and not happy at all.

I dont know why I never learn my lesson always coming back to this dealership. When I would search for car loans for bad credit, they would always come up. Been turned down 4x, the last humiliating incident, finally got approved through the help of a friend whos only supposed to cosign with me but ended up having the loan under his name only, my name - hopeless. So we drove home and just before the 2nd week, they called asking for my friends tax returns. Wrong timing coz this a few days before the long weekend. I was able to submit what they want right after long weekend. Now theyre saying bank got suspicious and asking for cosigner. I said, You guys are the ones who decided the loan be put solely under my friends name, and we kept you posted about the delay on the docs being asked so you can somehow keep your bank posted and now we are faced with this. My salesman said, Bank said no cosigner no deal. I said, Ok heres the key... TAKE IT. So they did even if I already put 3,000 miles in it in only a 3 wk time. What I cant forget is the humiliation of taking my stuff out under the heat of the sun and piling them up on the side of the guest parking while I wait for my friend to pick me up. FIRST TIME that I experienced such humiliation, although Im a BIG FAN of the NISSAN JUKE, and 2nd GENERATION NISSAN JUKE IS COMING OUT NEXT YEAR; NEVER MIND AND NEVER AGAIN. Thanks Nissan LB. That review is posted on their website. Customer Relations messaged me and left a number to call in case I want to further discuss and get help, but for 4 days Ive been calling but no ones answering. I thought they are testing me how far can I go about telling my ordeal, so Im escalating it to you.

Usually I service on time at toronto dealer where I bought the car at same location. @ 32200+ KM got the engine oil replaces at sainte foy, QC (I was away with family) as advised by my dealer and 2 recalls performed. @33000+ KM came back to dealer (after my tour), asked about brake fluid flush, which is recommended by Nissan but its not done by dealer (dont know why). I gave my consent to replace if required. And for wheel rotation (which is also recommended by Nissan.)When I picked up my car, I feel there is gas pedal delay in the initial acceleration (between 800 and 1800 RPM). On minutely trying to identify, why there is an uneasiness for me to drive, the usual resistance in the gas pedal that is altered, and the pressure I usually put on the pedal has changed, and which started to get annoying. Usually I use 87 octane fuel. This time I filled 91 octane fuel, still the acceleration is identifiable. Usually I drive in ECO mode, which is sluggish. Normal is better and Sports mode is usually quite peppy. After trying all the combination, I realized this the feedback/resistance, may have been altered. Dont know how and why (forgot to mention I had also asked for bronze cleaning on the car). Dealer has failed to understand the point and they keep on telling me about sensors and error codes. What I realized after studying the matter that the sensor and codes will work nice, when the pedal recognizes the press.Concern of mine is the pressure is gas pedal stars identifying the press after a small delay (maybe we are talking about 5~7 millimeters). Why I am concerned: I have to press more gas pedal now to get to my normal driving habit for years/decades; I am quite concerned now if this pedal will have more issues to offer; Since the pedal feedback/resistance spring may have altered, it may happen, that say when in highway, it will get stuck to a position and send incorrectly send sensors of pedal being pressed even after removing feel from pedal. Now I feel little unsafe in this car. More details can be shared on request.

I came across the mission of your company on your website. Since months I have serious and justified doubts on this mission. Let me explain: My Nissan Trail (1 year old - warranty) that I bought last year in January 2016 in Windhoek, Namibia has been under repair since 27 August 2016 until today (!) after an engine jamming. A long story of promises by the local Nissan dealer has been culminating in a statement by the dealer last Monday, 6 March 2017: We are sorry the engine has no compression and we have to bring it back to repair to the engine workshop. So I am waiting now for more than 7 months for my car with now not any prediction when it is going to be ready. And if it is could Nissan warrant that it is functioning? Engine repair is not standard anymore in Europe, but is overtaxed to customers in Africa. All this questions and more in detail I addressed in a written complaint to Nissan South Africa with not any answer so far. I hope you can address this mismatch between your mission and my experience as soon as possible. A frustrated customer.

I have received one statement in the 5 months I have now had the car. I have not received one email, correspondence, or phone call from these people. And then on 2/1/13, I made another payment which was supposed to be on 1/31/13 and then 2 payments in February as well on 2/23/13. They suck as a car manufacturer and as a lien holder. There was a reason that I had never purchased a car from them after 10 years ago and now I know why. I had leased a car with them for 7 months and got rid of it and now, after 5 months, I am ready to get rid of this car too. The fact is that it is a piece of crap and so is the company. 2009 Nissan Altima Transmission - I just received a call from an Ashley and she said at this time Nissan couldnt offer any type of reimbursement for my transmission. Im just curious to know if they even took into consideration that I took my car to Nissan to have it looked at because the transmission was going into safe mode when it would get hot. We put it on the machine and there were no codes that came up on the transmission so I went ahead and had them change the fluids and filter and whatever it is they do for a transmission service. I leave the dealership and I smell fluid but thought nothing of it. I drive my 60 miles home and the next morning my husband drives his 48 miles to work. When I go outside to take my daughter to school there is a big puddle of transmission fluid in my drive way. I call my husband and when he gets to car after work sure enough there is a puddle of transmission fluid under my car.I called the dealership and they waited till 6 oclock for my husband to drive the car another 50+ miles to see what was going on. Turns out a hose had split and leaked out the transmission fluid. They fixed the hose put transmission fluid back into my car and washed out from underneath car because it was covered in fluid. Then almost 2 months later my cars transmission has all these codes and I need a new one. I didnt ask for the full amount I just feel like Nissan should provide the customer service that they say they will. Theres been numerous problems with the 2009 Nissan and thats why they extended the transmission warranty and the steering lock box which went out in my car and left me and my daughter stranded and a tow bill. I just feel like Im being done unfair and put in a financial situation for servicing my car. I mean would the transmission of went out if it didnt leak out the fluid after the service? I tried calling her back and even left a voicemail but she still hasnt returned my call. I also read the letter online where Kevin Martin said that they were trying to make the repair affordable if car was out of warranty. I just feel Ive been done unfair considering the incident with my car after the transmission service.

Factory tires on the Rogue are junk, so loud on the highway. Acceleration is awful and the gas pedal vibrates. Had issues with something being loose in the driver side door, made a chirping sound when I closed it. Passenger door does the same thing now. Back door hatch makes a noise when turning or backing out of the driveway. Took the dealership and they took it all apart, broke a couple clips for the back trim and put it back on anyways thinking I wouldnt notice. Took it to the dealership I bought it at, the Midwest Regional tech and Service manager messed with my back door to get it to stop making noise and said they would order all new parts for it. They never called me back when the parts came in so I just now have them doing the work. Now my steering wheel shakes a ton when braking on the highway with speed over 50mph, its back in the shop for a second time to figure out the problem after a quick resurface of the rotors. I will never suggest a Nissan to anyone ever again, these cars are junk. Overheard so many complaints about their new Nissans from other customers while I was in the dealership the other day.

Nissan Titan 06 Mechanicals Problems - I recently got several letters regar
Nissan Titan 06 Mechanicals Problems - I recently got several letters regarding recalls on my truck. Let me say this first. Before all this repairs the truck was running just fine. I brought the truck to the Nissan dealer where we always been doing business. To get this manufactures problems done one of the recall was #10V517000 and ECU relay. And the second one #10V074000 fuel sender card. This service recall were performed by Auto Nation Nissan in Kingsland Blvd, Katy, after a few weeks driving in the Bellway 8 about 65 mph. And the truck start jerking and losing power with the motor on pressing the gas didnt work. After this I pull over to see what will be the problem and turn the truck off. After a few min. tried turning on and start normal I press the gas and I got more than 3000 rpm. When I start driving the truck for about 10 min. the truck start doing it again but at this moment the truck stall and was hard to drive until I could pull over again on a gas station I barely make it and I look for gas tank and shows 3/4 of gas. I fill up the tank and tried to go back on the road. But the same thing after a few min. truck was worse. I call the dealer for an appointment and brought the truck on Saturday September 30th. For an inspection. I explain the service person all the details and also at the same time the truck was having another issue, leaking water on the passenger side carpet. The service person told me that, they will check everything but I have to pay for this 3 diagnostic. I told them that, I have brought my truck for problems related at the work you have done in the truck. But if they find any problem that is not related with the issues the truck is having I have to pay for all the diagnostics. After three day in the dealer they call me and told me that the leaking under the carpet was the whole problem and the heater core is leaking coolant and that is why the truck was losing power and stalling. It will cost more the $1000 to get if fix.In my head something told me that this doesnt may sense, since the heater core only works if you put the thermostat to heat. So the heater core wasnt the problem in my understanding. I told them that I will take out the truck for a second word. They told me that I have to pay for three diagnostic according that the problems werent the malfunction on what they did. I told them I wont pay for three diagnostic. I knew they didnt inspect the truck. So the service person got in to argument and at the end he only charge me one diagnostic. At that point I just knew they are a bunch of liars and they wont fix what they cause. I told that I need an writing statement saying everything they say. About this diagnostic. After argument for more the three minutes he when inside the shop and talk to the person who did the diagnostic and put all the false statement. I look online and found a Nissan bulletin according that there is a leaking on the AC drain that is making the passenger floor wet, so I start inspecting where the pics show and that was the problem. It took me 5 min. to find the problem and $10.00 for parts to fixed, I drive around the neighbor and the truck still having the same issues. Except leaking water. Now I have a truck seating in my driveway unworking and I totally upset on Nissan service department for been useless and liar on customers like me. Just for no speak perfect English they think they will liar at me. I record and took pictures on everything I did. When I was fixing the leaking issues. So they have to at least fix at this time the truck. The right way.
