Product Reviews:
Well, I guess I am not alone. When it comes to Infiniti, I echo the same problems being mentioned on this site (a/c and radio will not turn off) and many others. I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 with only 45K miles and I have to deal with this. I take care of my car but I now have to worry about what else is going to happen to it. Needless to say, it is not going to get fixed. I don't have the money to fix their ** ups. So if anything else goes wrong, I will just drive it until it falls apart. I will never buy Infiniti again, never. I will tell anyone that listens not to buy it. So, let's facebook this one to death, maybe they will listen.Edgar of Stamford, CT

The Infiniti QX60 has great safety features, but the Navigation/Bluetooth is still in the ox-cart Stone Age. Getting driving instructions also slow and tedious, compared to GMC Onstar, which answers the phone immediately, compared to long wait with Infiniti. And, GMC downloads instructions immediately, compared to tedious, roundabout method with Infiniti. If it were not for the excellent features, I would stick GMC and OnStar, which are far superior to Infiniti.Jesse of Wash, DC

I had a schedule on Jan 2, 2019 12 noon to 5 PM to have my QX59 inspected (as required by Infiniti) and made a confirmed appointment (have an email from them Nobody called and nobody showed up wasted 5+ hours.) When called not even an apology. Useless company Infiniti and their inspection Contractor AIM Inspections. Will NEVER get an INFINITI again.Vikram of West Palm Beach, FL

We have had our new QX80 for about 2 weeks. My wife keeps complaining about her legs going numb. She was very uneasy spending the large amount on the vehicle and it's so nice she feels it could be making too big of a statement for our family. I keep reminding her it's a safe suv and we're not making a large statement, we are just buying a truck that fits our family from a dealer that buys from us. Unfortunately I too have been driving it lately and my legs go numb as well. Not sure what to do.Rob of Rochester, MN

The car had everything - sunroof, power locks, leather interior, cold air, cruise control, and a Boise system in it. The passenger capacity was great. It held two people in the front seats and three people in the back seats with no problem. It was very comfortable and had leg room not like those little compact cars. I loved that car and when I save up enough money I am thinking about buying another one because that car was worth the money I paid for it. It was sporty and luxury all roll up in one car. And it drives so good. I couldn't believe it. I would be more than happy to own another one.Freddie of Macon, GA

The company resolved 100% and responded to me directly. I don't believe they even knew this was here. I'm very pleased with Infiniti Financial Services and have leased with them for 15 yrs. this was a very shocking and guess "one off" situation. No need to contact them. Thank you.Jodi of Tempe, AZ

My Infiniti 2011 g37 is a reliable car. I have had it for 8 years over 173000 miles. I'm hoping I can continue to enjoy my driving experience another 8 years. Oil changes when required are necessary. Regular maintenance, air filter micro cabin, fluid exchanges go a long way.Brian of Covina, CA

I took my car in to the Plaza Infiniti dealership to have recall for airbag replaced which I was told would take 2-3 hours. I was provided a loaner car. Mechanic called 5 hours later requesting if I wanted additional work done on car. My flood light changed, and that they had completed the recall and just need to place the dashboard back on. I didn't receive a call back that day on Monday. I called, left advisor voicemail to see if car was ready. The next day on Tuesday no one called and I called several times and left voicemail. No one return my call. Wednesday around noon advisor called and advised that my dashboard had been damaged during replacing recall, and the dashboard was on back order and I would get a call when it comes in. I was like really, no one advised me this on Monday or Tuesday, these huge hole like the vents in dashboard.Consumer Affairs with infiniti has been no help. There are others waiting on dashboard replacements since back in March. Nowhere in the recall letter do the alert this could possibly happen to your vehicle. I am seeking justice because this is not right. I also called a dealership who advised that the dashboard for M35 has been discontinued. The part is not even in production so how are you promising consumers that this will be fixed.Geneva of Florissant, MO

Consumer Affairs is a complete joke. My 2019 Q50 Red Sport has never drove straight which was bought with 49 miles on it and addressed 4 days later but was told it's road crown then set up to drive this way then educated guess of bent strut and has had 3 sets of tires now. They don't acknowledge independent shops service records only the dealerships. They claim I was in a collision causing this damage however there is no evidence of it and they can't acknowledge defects. They said for months I had a bent strut when several of my own inspections said lower control arm has play.Dealership still tried claiming this part was fine and didn't see the grease seeping out of the bushing or the high pressure fuel lines leaking. Following day they magically acknowledge the lower control arm needs replaced due to the bushing. Exactly what my service records pointed to 7 months earlier. Don't trust Consumer Affairs or manufacturer dealerships. Wow guess my mechanics were right. So now they try blaming it on collision and road damage. I'm paying for all repairs out of pocket and getting rid of the car that has too many problems. Dealerships can't diagnose issues properly but can break a engine cover lol.Michelle of Arvada, CO

I'm an FX 35 owner and I'm going insane with the way my dashboard is looking! I noticed four months ago my dashboard had two or three bubbles and as the weather got hotter, my dashboard got worst. I'm in need of some advice as to what I can do about this situation. I bought my Infiniti FX35 34,332 k four years ago!Miguel of Old Bridge, NJ
