Infiniti Automobile Model 2025 Infiniti QX80

2025 Infiniti QX80

The 2025 Infiniti QX80 is a bold, full-size luxury SUV designed for three-row comfort, high towing capacity, and modern luxury — but it's not without its caveats.

Powertrain & Performance
The 2025 model debuts a new twin‑turbocharged 3.5 L V6 engine producing about 450 hp and 516 lb‑ft of torque, replacing the previous V8. It pairs with a 9‑speed automatic transmission and offers rear‑ or available four‑wheel drive. Towing capacity tops out at roughly 8,500 lb — besting rivals such as the Escalade and Navigator. Despite the greater output, 0–60 mph takes around 6.1 to 6.8 seconds depending on trim and drive configuration. Fuel economy is rated at EPA‑estimated 17 mpg combined (16 city / 19 highway) for RWD, and drops slightly with AWD. In real‑world highway tests, some models achieved as much as 23 mpg.

Luxury & Interior
The QX80 features premium cabin appointments, including semi‑aniline leather seating, open‑pore ash wood, metal inlays, and quilted materials on upper trims. First- and second-row seats offer heating, cooling, and massage functions — third-row heating is available as well. Ambient lighting with up to 64 customizable colors enhances the upscale feel. Interior space is generous across three rows, and cargo capacity ranges from about 22 cu ft behind the third row up to ~101 cu ft with rear seats folded.

Technology & Features
Dual 14.3‑inch dash-mounted displays serve as the gauge cluster and infotainment screen, while a lower 9‑inch touchscreen operates HVAC and drive modes. The QX80 introduces “Front Wide View” and an “Invisible Hood View” camera system to enhance low-speed maneuvering visibility. A segment-first Klipsch audio system is offered: the Sensory and Autograph trims feature the top-tier 24-speaker, 1,200-W system with Individual Audio zones so front-seat occupants can listen to different audio streams simultaneously.

Safety & Ride
The 2025 QX80 earned IIHS Top Safety Pick+. Standard driver-assist systems include forward collision mitigation, lane‑keeping, blind‑spot/intervention alerts, rear automatic braking, predictive forward collision warning, trailer blind‑spot warning, and more. The optional ProPILOT Assist 2.1 adds hands‑free highway driving capability. Air suspension is standard beyond the base trim.

Driving & Handling
Ride quality is refined on smooth pavement and generally quiet, especially with air suspension. However, body roll is noticeable during aggressive driving. The powertrain feels smooth but not particularly engaging, and added tech and weight slightly slow acceleration despite improved power. Braking performance is solid, offering responsive and controlled deceleration.

Real-World User Feedback
Early owner reports highlight persistent tech and electronics issues. Recurring complaints include glitches with infotainment, navigation, wireless phone charging, volume control, and driver-assist systems. Some buyers faced delayed parts and vehicle repairs, with dealership service often slow or incomplete. One Autograph trim owner reported the dealer bought back the vehicle due to unresolved malfunctions.

Trim & Pricing
Four trims: Pure (RWD or AWD), Luxe, Sensory, and flagship Autograph. U.S. pricing ranges from around US $84,445 for the Pure up to about US $113,000 for a fully loaded Autograph AWD. All trims come with premium appointments and tech upgrades.

Summary
The 2025 Infiniti QX80 represents a bold return to flagship-level luxury for Infiniti, with upgraded styling, strong twin‑turbo V6 performance, and a cabin loaded with tech and comfort features. It delivers among the highest towing capacity and one of the richest sound systems in its class. However, early owners describe frequent software and electronic glitches, and on‑road behavior can feel less refined than competitors in its price range.

2008 FX-35 leather/vinyl tear on driver seat side front top. Replaced in November 2010 under warranty. About 15 months later the same tear in the same area again. Went back on March 1, 2013. Was told my warranty was expired on 03/05/12 and my extended warranty would not cover it. Also, if it happened under a year after if was repaired I could have it fixed at no charge. Around October 2011, both the driver and passenger seat bottom was replaced due to excess cracks and tears. Now 2 years later having the same problem. Poor quality in the leather/vinyl seating.

I bought a new M35X in 2010. I live in Ohio and I bought the AWD version to drive more safely in our winters. The car came equipped with Goodyear RSA tires. I bought the car in April and everything was fine when on flat dry roads. If there were uneven surfaces the front end trembled. When wet, the car had no traction despite being AWD. In winter, it was dangerous to drive and tended to rotated when on ice or snow. It had no traction. I complained to the dealer, Infiniti of Columbus, about the problem and after a test drive, they said nothing was wrong. I tried again, explaining that the car could not accelerate in the snow even with traction control on and would go into slides at slow speeds. The dealer was no help so I complained to the next level. The short of it is that the manufacturer did not care. The Infiniti representative said everything was normal. I started reading message boards and found that others had the same problem. The solution seemed to be tire replacement. The message boards suggested Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. I tried once again to get Infiniti to do something but was turned down. I purchased the MXV4 for this winter and it solved all of my traction, steering, and trembling complaints.I know there are other 2010 M35X owners suffering the same problems. For your own safety, buy a good set of all season tires. You will be amazed at the difference and get furious that Infiniti put a tire on the vehicle with those performance characteristics. I guess there is a reason why Infiniti is a third tier luxury brand. Customer care is non-existent.

I bought a 2013 G37x and have not enjoy it... I feel I made a bad deal and Im paying the price for it but even worse, Infiniti cant help...of course. Ive leased with Honda, Nissan and said to myself two years ago, let me try a luxury line...so I chose Inifiniti. The car is great but the deal was not (2 years with 10 miles/yr at 429.00 monthly payments). Im glad it was two years because I want to get out of it fast since I cant enjoy it because Ive run into the mileage limitation. Now for the good part... I didnt know that theres a disposition fee after the lease expires; a way for dealers to keep you locked on their cars. Im more frustrated than ever...but a lesson to learn from: know your deals and dont get into something fast. Do your research. Yeah, people gonna say I made a bad deal and now hes complaining... The worst is when a dealer cant help you. Infiniti turns their back after they have your money...so no more Inifiniti for me. If money is all they see and care rather than customer satisfaction, then why should I continue with Infiniti? SO to sum it up, I have not driven my car for the last 3 months and will remain this way until December because of the mileage limitation...so dont get caught up on with a low mileage deal.

I am the sole owner of my 2005 Infiniti G35, bought in new September 2005 and only serviced by the dealer up until recently when I realized they are ripping me off. Since I have had it I must say it is by far the worse vehicle I have owned. It has an oil consumption issue in which the dealer has pretended to know nothing about or that they have never seen before. Every 1000 miles I have to put oil in it. I have replaced the cockpit because of a fuel gauge issue, which they have claimed to never have seen before (but first they replaced the sensors in the fuel tank). I have replaced the rack & pinon steering, and did I mentioned the only thing they could do is refer me to a salesperson to purchase a new vehicle. I will never buy another Infiniti. I wish there was an advocate out there for people like me when manufacturer does nothing.

It has been nearly 2 months since I have paid off my auto loan with Infiniti on a 2008 G37S, and they have not sent me my title. I have called and called, and no one has a clue: (a) where the title is, (b) when I can expect to receive it, and (c) what the problem is. They are completely inept. Everyone I talk to tells me something different. One person told me that I overpaid (the payoff amount I was given) by $650, and that they would mail me a refund check. I have not received that either. The reason why I paid off my loan early was because I needed to sell my car since I was moving to Alaska. The person I sold the car to has had it for 2 months without me being able to provide them with a title. No one at IFS cares. Every time I call, they are trying to get off the phone with me from the beginning because they do not have an answer. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and they tell me this is not possible. So what do I do? Sue them? How can I make them give me the title to the car I bought from them? They cant get any more money out of me so they have absolutely no motivation to uphold their end of the contract and send me MY title.

My first Infiniti was an 06 M45. Love the car. It has performed like a champ for five years with very little maintenance outside of what was scheduled. I liked the car so much, I bought a M35X for my wife, and she too loves her car, and it has performed flawlessly. I now own a M56s as well as the M45. My cars are serviced by Infiniti Of Dayton in Dayton Ohio.. The service staff is top notch, and the Service Manager, Don ** goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns are heard and dealt with right away.

There are so many varieties. Im a very big fan of this brand and I have been a fan since the first time I laid eyes on this particular model. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a great car at a great price. The appearance is the best. Its interior styling is suited for anyone with class and style. The overall smooth touch of this vehicle sticks out from any other model. There are many upgrades from having a sunroof added to having leather seats put in. You can also have a front or rear camera added if needed. The passenger capacity has enough room inside for luggage and passenger. You can even carry a pet if you like. The seats adjust just fine.

Purchased a 2004 FX45 in early 2013. Seeing the dash bubbling and condition, I contacted Infiniti. I was concerned that it may be a chemical reaction and possibly not safe to breathe or would compromise the integrity of the dashboard. After my local dealer told me it was out of warranty, I contacted Consumer Affairs at Infiniti. Boy, they were no help. I do not understand why my vehicle that was serviced at my local Infiniti dealer since it was new - never bothered to fix this issue with the previous owner. I thought Volkswagens customer service was bad - but Infiniti not fixing such a blatant issue with their luxury vehicles is just bad for PR and repeat customers. I was going to purchase a newer Infiniti 70 model, but heck if I give them $60k after this.

I purchased a G37 2012 from Carmax and it had 33k miles on it. I have had it a couple years now, always got oil changes on it/maintained it. I’ve never had an issue with this car before - not should I have. It’s got under 100k miles on it. The other day it starts misfiring. I take it to my local mechanic. He sees it needs spark plugs and a fuel injector. Replacing those. Car is still misfiring so the mechanic shop offers to take it to the dealership for diagnosis, on them. INFINITI calls me today and says the motor is bad. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! That’s $10k job that’s not covered under warranty. I owe $13k on this car. What a piece of ** car. I would never buy this brand ever!!! I can’t believe this company exists making such shoddy products and it should be illegal!!!

Infiniti g35 peeling and dashboard cracking! I contacted Infiniti consumer affairs, their twitter, and facebook pages just to get this lousy response: Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with these additional details. We offer our sincerest apologies for your dashboard frustrations. Our department works in tandem with Consumer Affairs, and we see your recent case was carefully reviewed before a decision was made. Were sorry were unable to be of further assistance. At this time, we advise you continue to work closely with the service department at South Motors Infiniti to resolve your dashboard concerns.BASICALLY, we will not be doing anything about our poor quality manufacturing and do not care that you spent your well earned money on our quality, luxury vehicle. If I would have known Infiniti had these many issues I would have never purchased one! I purchased this 07 g35 in 2011 meaning that the dealer most likely had prior knowledge of these defects and sold me this car under false pretenses! So disappointed in this company!

Great appearance, great build, the different features the car offers makes choosing easier, not just one type of appearance but many for others to choose from so not everyone looks alike. The upgrade features on the cars are also great. Since you have many different cars to upgrade from it helps choosing better so you can get the best for your money. It has lots of room to stretch out in and be comfortable while also being in a reliable yet durable car. Function is great especially in the sedan and SUV models.

After I leased a new 2019 QX60 and had a lot of serious issues with the dealership I contacted Infiniti corporate affairs. The level of professionalism and help I received is the reason this is my 3rd Infiniti and will be my go to brand for years to come. They took the time to hear my issues and concerns, they became the middle man between me and the dealership and they made the difference in solving my issues. In the end they did not have to give me any compensation but they went above and beyond. Even after my issues were resolved they called to check on me and make sure I had no further complaints. I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 females derae and LaShondra who were professional and amazing problem solvers.

So I purchased my CPO EX35 about 3 years ago. It has 55k miles and has always been garage kept. However the dash has started peeling all over. I took it to the dealer and they submitted the request to Infiniti. After a couple days the dealer called me to say Infiniti denied the request.I have owned several cars over the years and have NEVER had one with peeling like this on the dash. So I contacted Infiniti directly. I played phone tag with their rep for a week and then when I finally spoke with her she said they will look into it. They call me back about a week later and basically tell me Im outta luck and they wont do anything about it.I have since been looking for another used vehicle and whenever I came across another EX35 I would make sure to take a look at the dash. The majority of the EXs I saw has the exact same peeling on the dash. This leads me to believe its definitely a manufacturing issue. They have already had similar issues with the dash on the FX which they did do a recall for. I have also seen it on the dash of G37s. I take very good care of my vehicles and keep them in mint condition so Im very disappointed in Infinitis lack of quality control and customer service. Given this issue (and others Ive had) plus the abysmal resale value, this is my first and probably last Infiniti vehicle.

I leased my car in 2014. First, it was located in another state. In preparing the car, the paint on the hood apparently peeled off so they had to repaint before it got on the truck. It didnt make sense. Why didnt they just leave it on to transport then pull off at the end delivery? The truck breaks down on the way to our local dealership. So this was delayed 2 extra days. The dealership felt bad about everything so they had a guy bring it to my work. It was raining so we were unable to put the top down and test. He also scraped my right passenger front wheel. That was a battle and a half to prove since no one there documented who even drove my car to me. I got home later that day when it stopped raining and the first time I put down the top, the back window shattered everywhere.Fast forward a year, I take to an Infiniti dealer in another state, because we moved. I just needed an oil change. They scratched my car. They then had to keep my car longer to fix. Then my headliner broke. I took it in to get it repaired. They repaired it but they put a hole in it. So they had to re-do it which mean literally a MONTH at the dealer. Im paying for a convertible and they loan me a plain sedan built for a mom of ten. Finally get my car back and its scratched... Again… So they fix the scratch (kind of) a few days later... Headliner breaks again. They replace...again.Get my car back again... Headliner ropes break. They tell me to bring in the car because they have the part in stock now (because this happens to me more often than they are admitting). I take it in. They give me a brown minivan thing. I drive the brown piece of ** for a week. It stops running at stop signs. It jolts and is just absolutely awful to drive. I call the dealership because Im desperate to have my car back. Anything is better than the brown ** they gave me. They said, oh...they are waiting for an Infiniti engineer to come in on April 7th. Why no one let me know... Can’t say for sure. They did fire the Service manager, Sam, who was handling my account. So no one was working on my car. Awesome! I had to ask to get updates. So then I started talking to Shawn. The new manager is Eric. Ive tried to reach Eric multiple times but he does not return calls.I finally get my car back. It was driven to my house for me. I made the tech stay here while I opened the top and closed it once. Nothing exciting there. However, now the button that you push to move the top up and down has almost all of the chrome scraped off of it to where it hurts your finger to touch. So....here I go calling Infiniti again. Shawn said they will order the part. Meantime, Im working with Kinsi on how to end my lease now. I only have 4 months left. They denied me. I found out by calling again today. Apparently Kinsi hasnt been to work and no one knows when she will be back and they cannot tell me why it was denied. So...The moral of the story here folks... I do NOT recommend Infiniti. Id literally rather walk than buy or lease anything from this company again.

I bought a JX35 in September 2013. I had 5000 miles on it when the transmission began to shutter and shake between 15-20 mph. We took it back to the dealership twice before they agreed to replace the transmission. Then it started making a jarring motion while driving at any speed. It feels like it wants to stop while driving 60 mph. We have taken back to infinifi and were told it is now the new transmission. We also had to have the AC motor blower repaired. I have owned the JX35 for 9 months now and I do not feel safe to drive my family around in this vehicle. I was told the tech would have to call Infiniti on how to handle the transmission this time around. I have made a complaint with Infiniti Consumer Affairs but have not received a response yet. I paid a pretty penny for a car that is not safe to drive. I also had to bring it in for an airbag sensor recall in the passenger side seat.

Infiniti g20 and I30 are good standard cars. They hold up and last awhile. Although the cv axles and the starter go out. They drive smoothly and have a number of options for upgrades including Bose sound systems and built in navigation. The Infiniti i30 has a standard CD player and stereo with a 6 cd capacity housed in the trunk. It has leather seats and a mesh automatic window cover to help with the heat. Also, the powerful v6 engine, navigation and sound system are extremely useful. It is Bluetooth capable and steering wheel controls make placing phone calls, changing the station, or increasing the volume seamless. Large backseat and passenger seat space are great and there is also front passenger seat heating as well. The back has child lock if needed on both doors. Also, comfortably fits a car seat and two other passengers in the back.

I have an Infiniti JX35 2013. In the past 3 years I had to replace both the right and left headlight units at a cost of $1200 each because water leaked into the encasement and caused an electrical shortage. I called Infiniti initially and was told that it was an isolated problem with my own vehicle, but have since read multiple reviews on-line from others with the same issue. Now my R side headlight is fogged up again. I called them today and they were absolutely no help. I was told to take it to a local dealer for an electrical diagnostic starting at $150 cost to me, even though this is the 3rd time to replace the same part, and I have a photograph of the obvious moisture inside of the headlight. The I30, four-door model with leather and good sound system is a mid-level of the brand but it has good workmanship in construction. Its an older model, so design was outdated to more current models. But its attractive and functional design. It also has well-rounded lines with functional interior amenities, controls and easily accessible. Since this was a basic model, it did not contain a lot of bells and whistles. The sunroof was a nice feature and worked well. A larger engine was not needed as the model performed well. The car is listed as seating for five, which was correct, but rear seat leg room was limited. The front passenger compartment was quite narrow for leg room.

Terrible experience altogether. The Infiniti vehicle I leased didnt impress me at all especially for the money I was paying for it. The customer service was terrible. So after my 39 months lease was over, Infiniti sent me invoice for another $1000. Their customer service is useless. They dont care about customer satisfaction and brand reputation, they care only about money. I will never ever again purchase or lease Infiniti or Nissan vehicle. I am a SEVEN-TIME Infiniti owner. On 11-9-19 we leased a new Infiniti QX-60 from Infiniti of Columbus in Dublin, Ohio. We traded in a 2017 QX-60 coming off lease. One week after the trade in, we received a bill for $2,493.84 from Infiniti Finanacial Services, due immediately for payoff on the OLD lease, which contractually the Dealer was to have paid off. I tried to reach our salesman Stephen ** by phone several times that day, with NO return calls. I then emailed to Mr. ** as to why our now turned in vehicle had not been paid off. He replied by email that their finance/accounting department had told him that the check had been mailed. 10 days later on 11/25/19 I called Infiniti Financial Services who stated that NO payoff check had been received.I again emailed Mr. ** our salesman who again stated that he again checked with accounting who yet again verified the check had been mailed. One week later on 12/2/19 I again called IFS who again stated that no check had been received. I agained emailed and called our salesman repeatedly who no replies this time. I then called the Sales Manager Radu ** at the dealer who said he’d immediately resolve the issue. 3 days later I again called IFS and no payment had been received. I multiple times emailed and called the Sales Manager Radu ** with no replies. On 12/5/19 I then called the Finance manager Mike ** who proceeded to sort the issues out. The next day he got back to me on 12/6/19 and told me the check was NEVER ISSUED as the salesman had told me, until 12/3/19 and that Infiniti Fine isl Services had LOST the check. On 12/7/19 I received a collection letter from IFS, at which time I called Infiniti Consumer Affairs to assist with my payoff issues and lack of customer service from the dealer. I again spoke with Mr. ** the finance manager on 12/9/19 who stated he would overnight another payoff check. That same day I received a call from Austin, a Regional Manager for Infiniti Consumer Affairs in Nashville who stated he would also assist in resolving this matter. On 12/11/19, I spoke with Austin again, as well as an IFS representative who stated BOTH the lost check and the replacement checks had been received and who emailed me a payoff letter. On January 4, three weeks later I received a NEW collection letter from IFS for the original amount as well as a check from IFS for the same payoff amount made out in my name. I called IFS, who stated the account was now in collections with the loss recovery department which was closed on a Saturday. I again called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and requested that the case be re-opened. On Monday 1/6//20, I again called Consumer Affairs as Austin had not called despite my leaving several voicemails at his direct dial number. They connected me to him, and he partied me in with IFS and then the Loss Recovery Department. Austin refused to stay on the line as he was “too busy to continue helping” and stated he would call me in follow up 2 days later. I then spoke with Frank ** at Infiniti Financial Services loss recovery department with my attorney listening in, and Frank proceeded to laugh as he reviewed the case facts. Upon his review, and after spending 75 minutes on the phone with multiple people, in addition to over 4 hours spent on calls and emails prior, Frank proceeded to tell us that IFS had refunded the second payment from the dealer to me instead of the dealer, and simultaneously referred me to multiple collection agencies (several of whom had called me already earlier that day). Mr. ** explained that he indeed could NOT avoid the check erroneously mailed to me and that I had to deposit the check, and mail a personal check along with the bill and collection notice to pay off the 2017 Infiniti, and stated he would no longer pursue collection of this account and refused to e-mail me confirmation of this or our discussion. The next day on 1/7/20 I deposited the erroneously issued check from Infiniti for $2,493.84 and simultaneously mailed a personal check for the same amount via Certified Mail, return receipt requested.Austin, from Infiniti Consumer Affairs called me once on W. 12/8/19, while I was on an emergency phone call. I am a physician and was unable to take his call. Less than 60 seconds later, I called Austin back at Cinsumer Affairs and again left multiple voice mails with NO return call. I hope anyone considering owning/leasing an Infiniti will give second thoughts after reading our horrible saga of repeated failures at giving proper customer service at all levels of management.

My 2007 FX35, which only has 50K miles on it, has several cracks on the vinyl part. Per Infiniti dealer, it’s a wear and tear problem. How would a luxury car seat wear just around 40-50K miles on it! I noticed online that it’s a common problem and mainly for the brick color. They need to recall this cheap vinyl, and replace it regardless of warranty.

We purchased 2 Infiniti sedans at the same time last year. We were sold on the hassle free prepaid maintenance plan. It sounded like a great option. If you use it, you pay no additional charges, if you dont use it and decide to trade the car, youre able to get your money back...Sounded great and we purchased the plan with both vehicles. However we decided to trade in one of the cars at an alternate dealer about a year after purchase and we returned to Infiniti of Cool Springs to start the refund with John ** in Finance. The car in question was rarely driven and never even reached the first dealer free initial service mileage requirements, so I expected to get the full refund, however I was told its prorated based on time not use of the product, so I agreed to the prorated refund of a product never used. Needless to say, what was supposed to be a 30 day refund period has now rolled into the 6th month of working with John ** who became non responsive at the dealer level and I ultimately had to escalate to Infiniti Consumer Affairs. To date I have yet to receive a refund. Buyers beware of this prepaid maintenance plan if you remotely think youll trade the car prior to the plans full use.

I bought my first Infiniti in 2014, I purchased a demo model Q50 S Hybrid for the price of R574, 430 with km12000 on the clock, a simply awesome vehicle with all the bells and whistles. Early this year I was keen to trade up on a new Infiniti when I heard the news that there is only one dealership left in SA and the brand is basically dead in SA.When I bought into the Nissans flagship (Infiniti) the last thing I expected was to be left in this predicament and now (2018) the very dealership Nissan can’t even give me an exact value on my car. I find this extremely poor from such a global brand. Imagine Lexus did the same to their Toyota clients. The least they could have done was to attempt a marketing campaign in South Africa, and by that I dont mean billboards on major highways. One light at the end of this tunnel is the great service I still get from Nissan Melrose Arch who obviously still carry the service contracts on Infiniti. Needless to say I will in future not invest in the Nissan brand again.

I have had an issue with my lease. I went to INFINITI OF RIVERSIDE and the car salesman was Tahir **. The salesman was completely dishonest and did not do anything he promised to do. I inquired about a lease since my lease was coming to an end. He continued to text me the same day and insisted I go in that very day in order to get a deal. Upon going in to look at the cars I told him I would like to return after speaking with my prior leasing company to make sure that I had all my numbers in order. I told him that I usually go with a Broker and he insisted that he was also a broker and that he can get the same deals. I then told him I was not looking to put any money down at the moment that why I didnt want to get the car that very day. He insisted we go on a test drive and we did. I didnt like vehicles color so I insisted I would come back later. He then told me that if we leased the car that day that Infiniti would take care of all the remaining payments, damage fees, and disposition fees. It sounded good but I still had a budget I wanted to stay under. The budget was that of 400.00. He then said that if we got it that day he would be able to do everything, take my old car that day and that he would take care of everything to return it, pay any fees, and I wouldnt have to worry about anything. All he said was that he would need a down payment in order to make the deal. Originally not wanting a down payment I figured if everything was going to be taken care of then it wasnt a bad deal for a 2 year lease. So I decided to try out Infiniti and so far it has been a horrible experience! He told me I could only get a 3 year lease, then he said for the down payment I would have to write out a blank check for 1,600 as the down payment. He never called Lexus to make sure they came to check the car I had to do that. I have been having to deal with Lexus since not everything has been paid off! So now I still owe Lexus upwards of $600 and I have a higher payment on my Infiniti lease because it was going to be a little higher in order to cover any cost. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever experienced and will be glad to return this car and never do business with a shady company like this! I have tried contacting Ali and all he said was that I should take car of it on my own now. And he stopped responding to me.

I purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 in 2006. I am having problems as outlined in a recall issued by Infiniti; however, they are telling me that my car is not part of the recall. When I called the dealership, they said that the previous owner had already taken advantage of the recall so if I want the issue resolved, then I have to pay $650. I have already paid for a new air conditioning compressor and a motor for my passenger side window to find out that the issue was with the audio circuit board. The recall said: On some model year 2003 G35 Sedans manufactured through August 21, 2002, the audio and temperature controls may not operate as expected. When using the audio equipment or the temperature controls, the unit may become inoperative. In some cases, this can be corrected by turning the ignition switch off and back on again. In other cases, the unit remains inoperative and requires service by an Infiniti technician. To prevent this condition, Infiniti has initiated a Voluntary Service Campaign to replace the audio finisher circuit board on these vehicles at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. This campaign affects approximately 23,998 Infiniti G35 Sedans in the United States. The notification letter stated: Thank you for your purchase of an Infiniti 2003 G35 Sedan. Infiniti is committed to providing the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction as part of the Total Ownership Experience program. Through our product performance monitoring, we have identified that the audio and temperature controls may, on occasion, not operate as expected. To ensure your satisfaction and to prevent any inconvenience, Infiniti is replacing the component that controls the audio and temperature controls on your vehicle with an improved version. Your Infiniti dealer may have already contacted you to schedule an appointment and to have this component replaced, at no cost to you. If not, please contact your nearest Infiniti dealer to schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience. This free service should take less than two (2) hours to complete, but your Infiniti dealer may require your vehicle for a longer period of time based upon their work schedule, or parts availability. If you require alternate transportation, please schedule an appointment in advance so your Infiniti dealer can ensure a free service loan car is available for your use.If you have any questions or concerns about your Infiniti G35 Sedan, please contact your Infiniti dealer or contact an Infiniti representative toll free at (800) 662-6200. The 2017 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid we bought is fairly affordable for luxury cars and it is fuel-economic. It is luxurious and has an impeccable safety record. It has a modern and sleek appearance, smooth curved edges, not boxy or bulky. The shape makes for fast and breezy driving. You will have an enjoyable, four-wheel drive. Standard features include: in touch displays, a glowing start button, and LED headlights for more advance and updated models. You can go on the Infiniti site to build your own vehicle. You can upgrade and your entertainment system can be updated. You can personalize your own color and technology like 4g wireless, et al. It is very easy to do. A sedan of a later model can have three rows of three passengers each very comfortably. You can upgrade seating for no additional costs.

2013 Infiniti G37 S Coupe - Drivers leather seat color wore off in one year. Infiniti replaced the back seat cover under warranty. After replacement, on the left rear side there were 34 wrinkles about 1.5 inches long each in less than 18 inches. Infiniti has declined to repair this and states, This meets our quality standard but will not provide me with any documentation as to what criteria they are inspecting to. The seat did not have any wrinkles prior to the dealer replacing the cover. A $50,000 car should not have these defects, especially on a new cover less than 60 days old. Do not buy an Infiniti unless you can secure a written warranty as to what they cover regarding their leather seats. This lack of support and service is something that you should not expect in a luxury sport vehicle. I will never buy an Infiniti again.

My car is black with automatic windows. The Bluetooth is nice for playing music. The color is shiny and sleek, and I really enjoy how my color looks. It also fit five people which is standard for a car. That is all the room I really need since I am a single person, but I would not recommend for large families. There werent that many personalization options for my car which is okay because I do not need a lot of the expensive but cool upgrades.

The worst car I ever owned. I bought it brand new. It has less than 25,000 miles on it 2 years later. I have gotten stuck on the road 4 or 5 times with electrical problems (not just the battery). I also got stuck with a flat tire and found out for the first time that this $45,000 lemon did not come with a spare tire. Roadside assistance is a joke. 20 minutes worth of robot menus, another hold for a real person who asks the same questions, and then between 45 minutes to an hour before anyone actually shows and tows the car to the dealer. How do you get home? Your problem. The service department dealer, Manhasset Infiniti, manages to find a $600-$1,000 non-warranty item every time the car is brought in for routine service or a warrantied repair. Everyone is very nice and gives the appearance of being accommodating. But the bottom line is that they are handling you, not your problem.

I took it to my dealer 3 times, the technician did the security sanity check and found no problems and told me its common to hear brake squeaky noise in all Infinitis. So basically, the dealer wont do anything to fix squeaky problem. At this point, my only option is to upgrade factory brake pads to ceramic pads and I am not even sure this will fix the problem. I leased an Infinity Q50 Sport model in 2015. Although the Q50 went through brakes every 13,000 miles and had premature tire wear (noted problem with Q50 Sport Model), we enjoyed the vehicle for the most part. If you do not want to pay for multiple brake jobs and a set(s) of tires prematurely, then this vehicle is not for you. At lease end, Infinity Financial Services sent us our final invoice and put the due date EIGHT DAYS from when we received it. Within a 14 day period, they sent us THREE notices for payment and then told us that we were in violation of the lease agreement! Even after paying early each of the 39 months of the lease, they treated us like deadbeats on the last payment because they set the payment due date EIGHT days after we received it.I sent in the payment in a timely manner (before net 30) and then sent a summary to the President of the North America division of Nissan and asked him to forward said complaint to Executives with IFS. If you want to be treated poorly at lease end with a prefect payment history, then Infinity Financial Services is the financial institution for you. We were going to buy an Infinity for our daughters 16th birthday but, after being treated so poorly at lease end, we have decided to buy another brand with a better financial institution attached to their brand.

Got this JX35 in November of 2013 and have had the following issues with less than 30k miles on the car. Door molding was falling off so it was replaced as the plastic was bowed. Both sun visors fell down and were replaced with new ones. Roof rail seals came out and when I asked the dealer to pop it back in, they told me the whole rail had to be replaced. The instrument cluster and dashboard shut down and restart while driving. And it is very noticeable at night or early morning as I have no gauges to follow in the dark. So the navigation computer was replaced but has not resolved the issue yet and the dealer doesnt know what to do with it. The transmission was very sluggish and when I asked the dealer to check I got a call that it has to be replaced and it was. Now, 5k miles later its doing it again. There have been a couple of recalls in the middle, with recalls on the recalls as the service adviser put it, so they have replaced a bunch of door latches on the car again and again. The latest one is my key. Neither key will work, so I cannot get in the car using the key-less feature and I have a very hard time starting the car even when I hold the key near the start button. The GM at the dealer claims they have informed Infiniti Corporation and I have been waiting for a response for 9 months now! In summation, if I can get in the car and get it started, I may get stuck on the road in the middle of the night with a broken transmission while not knowing where I am or which way to go because all of my instruments have stopped working. Other drivers wont help because the pieces falling off my car has damaged their car and they are angry. At this point, Infiniti is jeopardizing my life and life of others around me very frequently and without remorse. I guessing this will qualify as a lemon but have to check with a lawyer!

Overall I dislike the way how they handle the repaint to my 2019 QX50. It took few months to have it take to the shop. It took me 4 times going back and forth to have it test or investigate and took many picture to convince them that it is not a rock-chip. After few months they made a conclusion that they will repaint the area that is peeling (Rear & Front) and Im happy about it but if this ever happen to Toyota or Honda dealership they can deal with it within a week or two. Just saying. Also Im disappointed on how they wont include the Apple CarPlay into 2019 model QX50. It is a new model and every car should have this as basic Apple android connection to the car. But Infiniti decided to not include 2019 model for having Apple CarPlay. My first car was a Infiniti and my thoughts about this is if you want your customer to keep be happy and loyal into Infiniti family, a simple update to Apple CarPlay should be ok and implemented into the early version of 2019 QX50. From everything I have experience, I doubt that I will be continuing being a part of Infiniti for my next car purchase or even recommend it. I dont want my friends or my family to have the same experience that I had. PS. Infiniti could at least update the radio system to have an Apple CarPlay let any other new car in the market. Its 2019 model after all. The car looks great btw but if you have this type of issue (Paint & outdated system) I think I would reconsider purchasing a different brand for a better quality of paint and system.

Bought a Certified Pre-owned Infiniti Qx56 - great vehicle! Also purchased an extended warranty which has 115,939 miles printed as the expiration. A short while after the purchase the driver seat started to wiggle in certain positions thus we asked the dealer to check it out. Was advised that the seat was not broken. We would have to pay for them to check it now or wait till it actually broke and then see if the item which failed was covered under the warranty! The foam cover on the head sets started to peel off and we wanted to buy new covers. Was told that they could not be sold separately thus we had to purchase new head sets. Pointed out that same was covered under the warranty but was advised that since it was the foam covers which gave out and the head sets was still working they were not covered under the warranty. The rubber cover on the stepping rail started to peel off - again we understood same to be covered but were told that it was only the actual running board which was covered and we had to pay for the rubber cover ourselves. Now the exhaust manifold just cracked but this time Infiniti actually confirmed that same is covered under the warranty! Unfortunately, however, they now claim the warranty expired at 100,000 miles and since we have 102,000 miles on the vehicle we have to pay ourselves.Pointed out we had the Elite plan and that it stated the coverage ran till 115,939 miles but they advised that what we had was only an application and that it was a mistake; it read 115939 thus they really could not assist us in this matter. The dealership (not Infiniti) has offered to fix this time provided we also sign a waiver which prevents us from claiming further items under the warranty, which we find a bit much from a so called luxury brand.Aside of the Infiniti, we own a Nissan (same company as far as Im concerned) - have been happy with both vehicles but their customer service leave a LOT to be desired and I would never recommend anybody to spend money on their warranty plans nor expect anything to be covered under same. Needless to mention that we will never own either of said brands again - a shame as they actually do have a nice lineup of vehicles.

Both dealerships refusing to diagnose my car. All they do is balance tires and saying everything is fixed or just keep denying that there is vibration. They simply refuse to take car and diagnose it as it will require taking suspension apart and checking each part individually and can take time do.Since it is not 1 hour diagnosing job they just lie into my face that balancing fixed it or that they can’t feel anything. They will not even take it for normal test drive. My car under bumper to bumper warranty but dealership simply denying me service. I am forced to take car to independent mechanic to diagnose issue and then pay for repair myself. I buy cars every 3 years and will never bring my business to Infiniti again. And they have many vehicles with different passenger capacities to fit anyones needs. Im happy with the passenger capacity of the vehicle I got. Theres plenty of room for all my passengers. Im also very happy with the appearance and features of the vehicle. Its a very stylish, sporty car. The features are good also very up to date with the new technologies out there.

I understand cars having some issues over time, but the dashboard on my FX35 is completely a manufacturing defect. And it has been proven to be a vendor/supplier issue across the entire Nissan/Infiniti brand. Florida just had a class action suit won against Nissan for Altimas. There were two before this won in different states against Infiniti. My car currently is waiting for the Takata Airbag recall appointment. Why cant they replace the dash when they remove it to replace the deadly airbags? I actually would be willing to help cover part of the cost of the new dash since they already will have to remove it to replace the passenger airbag. What it comes down to it cars are a BIG purchase for MOST people. German cars dont have sticky bubble filled melting dashboards, so why is this a problem for Japanese car manufacturers? If I remember correctly Toyota and Lexus have similar class action suits. I honestly feel that at the very least, these companies should in good faith repair the shoddy materials at 50% of the cost.

I went in to purchase a car and signed finance agreement on 1/24 though a First Investors out of Sacramento, CA. I was to pay about $340 a month for 66 months on a 2010 Kia Optima with a purchase price of $14,995.00. Interest rate was well of 17%. As I understood it that night, I was fully financed and ready to set up payments. I received a call from another finance company (Summert?) maybe 3 days later saying that they are working with Infiniti to get me finance and wanted to ask me a few questions. I told them that this must be a mistake because Ive already signed an agreement and have been approved for finance. I promptly called the dealership to find out what was going on. Well to sum it all up, financing fell through within 4 days. I offered to return the car in exchange for a refund of my $3,000.00 down payment on car. They insisted that they will get financing for the car. I went in 3 other occasions to return the car since financing was not happening. On February 22, 2012, due to the tag expiring, they offered the car again and they wanted to give me a loaner agreement instead for no cost. I returned the car the next day. They only refunded me the amount that was paid on a debit card, which was $1500.00. Based on the small print on the finance agreement, it says if contract is terminated by any event, the customer shall be obligated to return the vehicle to the dealer within 24 hours of the date of termination and the customer shall be liable to dealer for $1.00 per mile used over and above 25 miles per day average, plus any wear and tear or damage to the vehicle. I purchased the car at 40,900 miles and I returned it to them with 42,342 miles on 02/23/2012. I only received $1500.00 of a refund and should have at least received $2192.00. They were trying to get me to keep the car until they secured financing knowing that they had this small print in an agreement that I didnt have the opportunity to read or see after financing fell through because the contract was no longer valid after it fell through. This wasnt disclosed to me until I had the car for more than 4 days. I feel that I should be entitled to full refund do the fact that they tried to hide and withhold information from me, lender, and my Trustee Jon **. They were dishonest from the beginning to me and the lender. I am a low income mother of two going to college full time and cant afford to be out $1,500 and with no way to purchase a car to get around. I feel that they have enabled me in so many ways and now I can lose my job and funding for school if I cant find funds to purchase a reasonably priced vehicle.

It is a great car and was under 15k in price. It has leather cool and heated seats and a lot of technology. These are great cars that last forever.

I took my car in to Herb Chambers Infiniti Westboro, MA for the airbag recall on Oct 5th 2017. A few days later my airbag light came on. I took my car back to Infiniti and they are saying its not their fault. They will not repair it. I complained to Infiniti consumer affairs and they also said they will not repair it. They said the cost is $2,888. The airbag light was never on until they did the recall work on it and now Infiniti will not repair it.

I have purchased/leased 6 different cars from Infiniti 2 Q70Ls 2 Q50 and 2 QX80s on 1 of the cars, the last one I will ever purchase from Nissan or Infiniti. They returned an electronic transfer back to my bank without me knowing it, So I made scheduled payments per closing and assumed all was well...as a result of that returned transfer which they couldnt explain they showed me 3 straight months of 30 day late payments. They apologized but refuse to correct it with the credit agencies, the only blemish on my credit is a result of their incompetence and laziness. Hi, angry and disappointed Infiniti customer here. I purchased my 2004 Infiniti Fx35 back in 2011. I was very happy with my vehicle until I came back from boot camp. U.S Marines and noticed that my dashboard was bubbling up all over. It look ugly. I feel embarrassed to give people rides. I dont like this car anymore. I did some research about this, and found out that I was not alone. There are hundreds of Infiniti customers who are on the same boat as I am. Most of them took advantage of the extended warranty, which I did not know anything about, did not receive a letter, was not notified until it was already too late.I called my dealership where I bought the vehicle, and they simply said I needed to pay a little over $1,000 to have it replaced. Thats ridiculous! And a little crazy. Like I mentioned above, I am not a happy customer. Called the Infiniti customer affairs number, and they were not willing to help with this matter issue. Case closed. Im screwed.

The model we own and have for sixteen years is Q45. It is the best car we have ever owned with never a mechanical problem. It is a beautiful car as is all their models. Being an older model, it doesnt have the modern technologies as newer models, but what it does have is sufficient for us. We bought the car right out of the showroom without adding any upgrades. I am sure if we wanted to wait, we could have added upgrades but it was fine as is. Our model is a five passenger and gives us plenty of room. Now that we have grandchildren the car seats fit very well and the kids are very comfortable.

My 2013 Infiniti JX35 has been at the dealer since May 30th. Twice as I was driving, the IBA (Intellect Brake Assist) engaged and stopped my car and pulled my seat belt tight. There were no cars coming toward me both times. If a car was driving too close behind me, they would have hit me with the kids in the car. It was the first car in the nation to do this, so technicians from Bosch and Infiniti have flown out several times to try and fix the problem. It happened to them too while driving it too. They said it was too much metal on the bridge I was on and the system thought it was another car about to hit me. They are now trying to update the software. Do I really want to rely on software to drive my car safely? Infiniti Consumer Affairs are the most rude, discourteous people I have come across. They said I would have an answer in 5-10 days. It took three weeks. They did not return one phone call. I had to beg an agent to put me through to a supervisor because my agent didnt call me back in a week. Ridiculous. Finally, yesterday after calling back again to see if there was an answer, I was declined. I wanted my full money back and to get back into a QX56 (what I owned previously). I called the BBB. Infiniti does not back up their cars.

I recently purchased a 2008 Infiniti G35. It was in great condition all around except for some interior paint that was coming off on the inside door handles and on the steering wheel. I figured this was from normal wear and tear and I can live with it. I could possibly fix it up later down the road. Well after having the car for about a month, I noticed that I had paint coming off in my hands when I drove to and from work. I work about 11 miles from my home, only about a 15 min drive. Not far. The paint on the inside door handles and on the steering wheel was a rubber type of back paint, and it was literally coming off in my hands most of the time when I drove. Not normal wear and tear. I did a little research on this problem and it turns out this is a known problem with 07 and 08 and it was fixed in late 08 and 09 models. Great, Ill take it in since Im still under warranty and have them fix it. Before I take it in, I called Infiniti USA, their customer service number, and talked to a lady on the phone and told her about my issue. She told me that she has seen this before. It is a known defect, and to just take it into my local dealership and they will replace the parts. I read about this online and it was the answer I was expecting so I said thanks. The next day, I drove to Tim Dahle Infiniti in Salt Lake City. When I got there, I am told that this is wear and tear and is not covered. I explained that this is not normal wear and tear and is a known defect. He says he can no longer cover this issue, and when Infiniti has done it in the past, it was under a goodwill clause where they do it only for people that have had a long history with Infiniti. The service manager recommends that I contact Infiniti USA to see if they can approve it to be done. Well, I explained that I had already contacted them and they said to just bring it in. We gave them a call again. I get a different story this time, and have to file a request to have a specialist get back to me about this issue. About a week later, I get a call saying this will not be honored or covered under the manufacturers warranty. I specifically came from an Acura TL that I had previously owned to Infiniti because of this lightly better engine specs and on the recommendation of several friends and family members that have Infiniti, but I never had an issue like this with Acura. For a $40,000 car, you would expect a car dealer to honor the warranty that they put on the car, especially for an issue that is well known and documented. They even changed the interior paint in newer models so this problem doesnt happen anymore. With plenty of records online of people having this taken care of under warranty, I find it hard to believe they can do it for some cars and not for all. I am extremely unhappy with how this had turned out. I am hoping Infiniti learns from this and will cover it eventually but well see. For now, I will not recommend Infiniti to anyone again. If anyone knows of a way to convince them to cover this, or any other advice, I would love to hear about it.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at any dealership. It started off from day one, when they tried to talk me out of buying a car up north because of snow, knowing all along that their car had a ton of snow damage on it and they tried to claim it was an Arizona vehicle, which is false.Pictures of the car were not how the car was when we flew in to see the vehicle. Sales Rep Derrick had to go and check what happened to the chrome and why it was painted. Then he had the audacity to state that he told us that before we flew out there. Then why do you look surprised and have to go ask someone why the car was changed??Car had been driven almost 2K miles over what the ad stated, then they told us (after we bought the car) that it was a manager demo and was also driven back and forth from AZ to Colorado. They also voided warranty on the vehicle, and the local Infiniti dealerships would not touch the vehicle because Coulter Infiniti caused red flags because of so many errors they put in the system when doing service on the car.Sales Manager Branden ** is by far the rudest and shadiest person I have ever come across at a dealership. Under carriage of the vehicle, it looked like it went majorly off-roading, and should have over 150K miles on it, but it had 40K. Again, coming from Branden, this car is in mint condition. Do you not even clean cars you sale?Infiniti should be ashamed to have this dealership represent them.

Now the CD player is messed up, its got some CDs jammed in there. And Infiniti is quoting close to $1500 to fix this? Are you kidding me!? These cars are junk. Might as well stick with GM cars. I bought the Q70 for its features but the exterior is nothing special. The car is very average looking and doesnt inspire the same excitement that a Mustang or Corvette would. The car is usually used just for commutes to work so the five person passenger capacity is more than I need. When I have given rides, passengers were comfortable and had space for themselves. There are so many upgrade features! The heated seats, navigation AND weather, and voice recognition are so amazing to have. Ive become so spoiled by the heated steering wheel, especially on these frosty winter mornings! The radar comes in handy, and the rear camera, and makes parking less worrisome. I have to even say the Boss speakers have converted me into a radio listener. Such a great sound. Like that option for AWD available, anti-lock breaking, and Sirius radio available. Love that there is a hybrid version available that gets get great mileage.

We purchased a used 2015 QX80 with 65,000 miles on it. We did love the car and was an amazing ride till this week. We had some issues and it was running very rough and the engine light came on. So we had it towed to a local shop and he said the codes it was pulling it was something internal (P0011 & P0021) and we needed to have it looked at from a dealer. So the Local Nissan diagnosed it as stretched timing chains. They said it was right about $4000 to fix it. So this car just has 105,000 miles on it and we paid nearly $38,000 for it. So I have a car that I paid nearly $40,000 dollars for it, I have only put 40 thousand miles on it and I have to put $4,000 into it to get it running. I called the Infiniti Consumer affairs and got nothing but sorry. I explained that I have a stay at home mom with 5 kids and we are on a very tight budget, etc. She then said that I would have to have it towed to Infiniti instead of Nissan???? Same company? They said they cannot have Nissan look at it and this was done by one of their master mechanics. So this means tow it a third time with and pay another diagnose fee for what? Infiniti should step up to the plate here. I asked the girl I spoke with to give me a supervisor and she said there were none. She was reading from a script as you could tell just to get you off the phone. I then asked her how she would feel if you purchased a car for 40,000 dollars and only got 40K out of it and now have to put 4 thousand dollars into it. She said she could not reflect on that? This is what customer service departments have come to? No emotions or anything. Just firmly I cant reflect? I said, (ask your CEO or director how they would feel if their mom of 5 was going through this). Again nothing. After doing research, this is a problem that Infiniti knows about but is doing nothing. Just look around on some blogs and you will find them. As well there are issues with the catalytic converters at $1,300 a piece for both sides. I was just wanting them to do whats right and stand by the product. I am a sales manager that travels the US and trust me that I will share this story with every individual I come in contact with. In my business I tell my people to treat people right and they will come back every time... Treat people like you want to be treated and you just built a successful business. I cannot believe this company and its products. We will never purchase another Infiniti or Nissan and I will make sure my kids remember what we are going through when they make their decisions for a car. I will share this story at every sales meeting, and while visiting clients for sure!!!

Re: 2014 Infiniti QX60 – MILEAGE 21213. Let me begin by saying I am a loyal Infiniti owner. I purchased a 2013 JX35 from Infiniti of Lynbrook and every experience with them was professional and delightful. Their customer service was exceptional. The only reason why I went to Infiniti of Manhasset is because Infiniti of Lynbrook didn’t have the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I assumed that I would receive the same great service at Infiniti of Manhasset so I took a chance with them. I am sorry I took a chance with Infiniti of Manhasset and regret purchasing my vehicle with them.On December 5, 2016 I visited Infiniti of Manhasset interested in seeing and test driving the above referenced vehicle. I was introduced to Michael ** the Used Car Manager and I explained that I was approved by my credit union and I had an Infiniti JX35 before so I was interested in a QX60. He introduced me to the Sales Consultant Benjamin **. Benjamin ** accompanied me on a test drive and we walked around the vehicle to check for dents, scratches and any other issues the vehicle might have had. It was approximately 8pm at that time and dark outside making it impossible to see all the issues the vehicle might have had.I told Benjamin ** that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and the negotiating began. Michael ** explained that there was an $850 “Dealership Fee” and was insisting that I allow him to run my credit through his banks. I explained that I was approved and had no reason to run my credit again. Furthermore, I was unwilling to pay the $850 “Dealership Fee” and I wanted to know why he was so adamant in wanting to run my credit through the banks. Michael **s tone changed to an aggressive manner and he started explaining to me that he wasn’t making any money off of me! He said that he had many hits online for this vehicle and didn’t need my sale. I could take it or leave it. He was going to sell that car. He said the $850 is his commission and the Banks give him a kickback with every inquiry. I told him that I was in the process of purchasing a home and that I didn’t want my credit run again and that I wanted to negotiate the car price based on the listed online price $33,489. In the end $33,249 was agreed upon in addition Benjamin ** and I noticed the vehicle had a small dent and chipped paint in two areas and it was told to me that that would be fixed by Thursday December 8, 2016 when I pick up the vehicle at 11am.Moving forward to Thursday December 8, 2016 I arrive at approximately 2:30pm with my husband Marcus **. We take a look at the vehicle and there is dried gum on the back passenger side of the vehicle, the cup holders were filthy with a blue sticky paste and it was apparent that the car was NOT detailed it had been washed but no special attention was taken to present this car to its new owner. A careful review of the vehicle in the daytime revealed that the rims on the vehicle are scratched and dented. I did not notice this discrepancy on Monday December 5, 2016 when I originally saw the vehicle. I explained that I was unhappy with the rims on the vehicle and my husband asked if they could take clean rims off of another vehicle and switch my rims. Michael ** explained that he could not do that and back in the aggressive, condescending, rude tone he had on Monday said that fixing the rim would cost him money and he wasn’t doing that. He said that he would have the rim detailed the same day that he would have the chipped paint fixed. But he wasn’t spending any money to fix the rims because that wasn’t discussed on Monday. I told him that Benjamin and I didn’t see the rims because it was dark in the parking lot and that shouldn’t matter. My husband explained that he could lose the deal over a rim and again Michael ** went on to explain, continuously mentioning that he could sell this vehicle to someone who was not present in the dealership with a check ready to purchase. Michael ** repeatedly expressing how someone else could purchase this vehicle made me feel as if my money was not wanted or needed in your dealership. I was not applying for a loan I walked in with money to purchase this vehicle outright. Your Used Car Manager made me feel as if my business wasn’t wanted. Could it be because I am **? Was he speaking to me in a rude condescending manner because he could care less about his customers? It is unprofessional to tell a customer that you are not making any money off of them! I believe he made no effort to correct the paint job prior to pick up, I believe he didn’t ensure the vehicle was detailed prior to the 11am pick up time, I believe he saw the rims were scratched and dented but could care less because I am a ** Woman. I am sure if I were a ** Woman he would have never spoken to me in the manner in which he did.Michael ** made me feel like he could care less about my bank check. That I wasn’t important because if I was he would have walked through that vehicle himself to make sure that it was at Infiniti of Manhasset’s standard! His condescending tone made me very uncomfortable and I spent the entire evening regretting my purchase and wishing I went back to Infiniti of Lynbrook where I had purchased my 2013 JX35 two years prior. No one should be left to feel like they are less than or unimportant. When Michael ** left Benjamin **s office we heard him telling the other Infiniti employees that we were complaining about the dented rims and that he wasn’t going to fix or change any rims laughing about it like if we were a joke. This infuriated me! He could have at least waited until we left before he chose to talk about us. The Sales Consultant Benjamin ** was very helpful. He test drove the vehicle with me. He went through all of the vehicles features and he explained that he would handle scheduling my future maintenance appointments. I will never purchase another vehicle from Infiniti Manhasset. As a Correction Officer I fully intend on expressing my horrible experience with this dealership to my co-workers to ensure none of our over 9,000 Officers never have to deal with this type of disrespect. I fully intend on communicating with Infiniti’s corporate office and consumer affairs about my experience with Infiniti of Manhasset.

Absolutely appalled at the customer service experience I have had with Infiniti Consumer Affairs. This is my second Infiniti and I always used to rave about how amazing the cars were and how quality the materials used in them were and that has all changed now that Im having issues with my current car. I bought a pre-owned 2009 Infiniti G37 Convertible with only 1 previous owner and garage kept. I have always used sun visors in my cars to protect the dashboard as much as possible. Over the summer one day when I was taking the visor down one was completely stuck as if it had been glued to my dashboard. I had to tug extremely hard for it to finally come off. I then noticed it was very sticky as if it was melting and extremely shiny. The shine creates a glare/reflection on the windshield which is very dangerous and impairs vision when driving.I went to my local Nissan dealership as the Infiniti dealership was close when I got off work. The 2 service advisors who helped me were extremely helpful and when I asked about the dashboard they immediately knew what I was talking about. They let me know that it has been a common issue amongst many 2008-2009 Nissans and that they have been having to direct consumers to consumer affairs in order to get further assistance. I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs and they let me know that I have to speak with Infiniti Consumer Affairs as my car is an Infiniti. I then called the Infiniti Consumer Affairs number and after speaking with the FL Regional Manager Korby/Corby not sure how her name is spelled, she let me know there was nothing they would do to help. Extremely surprised that I was offered no assistance or guidance on a remedy for the situation.I asked again what can be done as this is a manufacture default and should absolutely be a recall and was given no resolution. She only apologized that the outcome was not favorable to me. How ridiculous? I expect that from a lower end non luxury car manufacturer, but never from Infiniti. Something should be done for the many consumers affected by the manufacturer’s poor material use. When I touch it with my finger a layer of black sticky residue comes off. Its horrible. I cant even clean it or get rid of the sticky shiny residue because anything I use will just stick to it. After researching, I found this is an issue for many other Infiniti G37 owners. I am awaiting a call from someone higher than the Regional Manager, so we will see if I even hear back from someone. I am so disappointed with Infiniti.I will be further complaining to the dealership I purchased from, Infiniti of Tampa Bay who probably knew about this issue when the car was sold to me. Hopefully this issue doesnt become worse and cause any accidents for anyone or else Infiniti will be dealing with lawsuits when they could have done the right thing and fixed their mistake. I cant wait to get rid of this car and move on to a real luxury car and will be telling anyone and everyone my story and to stay away from Infiniti.I even found this complaint from a gentleman online and I agree with him 100%. Numerous consumers have been complaining about the lack of quality, specifically in the 2008-2009 dashboard components of the Infiniti G37. There have been reports of melting and sticky dashboards as a result of poor build quality. These dashboards are costly to replace and should not be the responsibility of the consumer. Infiniti needs to step forward and back the quality claims of their brand and own up to this production flaw.

I wanted something safe to get me from one place to another and the car I got is very sleek and looks very fancy - like the bat mobile but safer and kids love it too! Theres a variety of colors available for inside and outside of the car and its easy to identify in a crowded parking lot. It fits about as much as most small cars - two in front including the driver and 3 in the back. When necessary it can fit more realistically.

I saw that it recently won the prestigious Wards Automotive top 10 engine in the world! I believe it. It has great acceleration, especially in sport mode. This thing takes off like a rocket. It even handles incredible in the turns too. This is also my first experience in an AWD car and I wont be getting anything else. For the money Infiniti is by far the best dollar for dollar value for any luxury brand. I would recommend checking them out!

On Sept. 2010, both headlights went out as we were driving home at night. We had to drive over one hour with high beams. As there is no Infinite Dealership close to us and the car was out of warranty, we took the car to a Nissan Dealership that has a Infinite Certified Mechanic. We found that we had to replace the whole bucket system which costs over $4000.00 for the headlights! We had it repaired and now one year and one month later, we had another headlight go out and we are looking at an estimated $1500 more for HEADLIGHTS. We called customer service and was treated unreasonably and with no help. No one should have to put out this kind of money for an Infinite M35 (2006) 70,000 miles. Rosa was the unfriendly so-called customer service agent we dealt with. We have to believe that Infinite has had issues with headlights and others have been burned with this kind of repair costs.

I recently purchased my 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe with only 66,000 miles on it, thinking Ive got a great deal. Well since day one of the purchase of this car, I have had problems with the radio and the air controls, as I see everyone else has with these cars. At first, my radio would not work at all and the air is stuck on auto 75. Now day to day, its a surprise every time I get in my car, whether the radio is going to work or not. When it does come on, however, I can only control the volume from my controls on my steering wheel. This now seems to have gone into a further problem which i have read also from another persons statement about the battery. It has now since 2 days ago, it started hesitating on starting as if the battery were going dead. All my lights come on in my dash and I have to restart my car to get them to go off. This seems to be a very big problem with these cars and under warranty or not, I think this issue should be addressed and corrected by Infiniti. With so much going on, I honestly dont even feel safe driving this car because from the other statements, it seems to start just as mine has and goes into something even worse. So what will it take for Infiniti to correct this problem? I am very disappointed.

Infiniti is a good car for all. Foreign but still nice for the cost of parts. Would recommend to all anytime. Very pleased with variety options. The cosmetics and features for this car are wonderful and a small upgrade goes a long way for appeal and overall look of the car. Not that it needs an upgrade at all to begin with but personalizing a car is an amazing feeling. Also very slick and innovative design. Can come in 2-4 doors and a gorgeous car style. It is sharp, attractive, and great on gas mileage. It also has great lifespan for a car. Mine has 345k miles and still smooth sailing. 2-5 seats in the cars and extremely comfortable and safe. A lot of comfortable space and leg room for sure and much space for luggage and anything else you may think of.

I have owned an Infiniti 2004 Q45 with 62K miles that has been garaged most of the time. I intended keeping this vehicle as a collectors item. I also own another vehicle, so it has not been my main transport. Unfortunately, the vinyl around the sides of the drive seat has started to tear on its own. On inspection, the quality of the vinyl is very poor. What a disappointment for a car costing 64K. I will never buy another Infiniti product.

My review is negative because of the car quality not the overall company because I had a great experience with the local dealer here. Im very disappointed with the QX80 2018: Quality of the backup camera and the 360 degrees cameras, this is by far the worst quality of cameras in the car market! It looks like a camera from 10 years ago. The car loves gas too much, Im averaging 11 miles in the city and 13.5 in the highway, I had big engine cars all my life and this car is the worst in that department. You would expect when you pay over 75k for a car a normal backup camera, thats my biggest complaint with the car!!!

After purchasing a certified pre-owned Infiniti I was hoping that my car would be under warranty for the time stated. Well three months after the purchase and my transmission started acting up. Im very surprised that Infiniti would not repair the car. Obviously this review would need many words to explain all the details but heres the bottom line. The customer service is not what you would expect from a car company and too bad I spent 60k to find that out. I have to rate this car company a one star because zero star is not an option.

5 months out of warranty my 2010 Infiniti G37 dash has started melting and is sticky. The car was purchased brand new and the dash has only been cleaned with a dry cloth to remove lint. Two days ago I noticed a spot on the dash that had completely melted and then noticed the two small cracks on the passenger side. I have submitted my information for the class action lawsuit. Ive also had the driver seat leather replaced due to discoloration after 3 years of use and the exterior paint is chipping. This will be my first and last Infiniti.

Temperature control unit - A/C turns itself on at highest speed and becomes stuck. I can feel the effect/pull that this has on the engine. Also, audio unit screen goes blank while playing and cannot be adjusted or shutoff until engine is turned off. Both units, inoperable. Problem sometimes ceases and sometimes persists with engine re-start. [Im also concerned with the safety hazard of the drain of power (on battery/alternator) if both units are involuntarily running full power, if not able to pull over and shut off car. The car has now stalled once while at a traffic light, following the onset of this problem.]I took the vehicle to my mechanic and was informed of a voluntary recall and presented with the paperwork. Campaign ID#: P3104 - Voluntary Service Campaign Audio Finisher Circuit Board. Applied Vehicle: 2003 G35 Sedan (V35). Dealer Responsibility. After numerous times being told (via phone call) that there was no recall, I informed the dealer (Warranty Manager) that I was looking at (and citing from) the voluntary recall paperwork. After spending much time on hold, the Warranty Manager confirmed the recall. I was ultimately informed that my vehicle did not fall within the VIN #s for the first 23,600 vehicles built. Therefore, my vehicle did not qualify for repair under the recall. I was told that there was nothing I could do under the parameters of this recall. I asked for a quote for the repair. Estimated: $700 parts and labor. When I asked if there was anything else I could do, I was suggested to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs. So here I am.

I live in the San Bernardino Valley where the temperatures reach an excess of 106F. I frequently visit my daughter who lives in the high desert of Adelanto with similar temperatures, and I travel to Arizona where I have family. In July I was sent a recall that indicated my passenger airbag inflator has the risk of rupturing, resulting in metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants causing serious injury or death in areas with high levels of absolute humidity. For that reason, I have limited my life, and refrained from having passengers in my car because clearly I care for the life of others more than INFINITI does. I contacted INFINITI today, and to no surprise there is still no repair, or solution in sight. This is my first and last. Toyota is where I should have stayed. L60, here I come.

I bought a 2011 M56s. Driving to work one day my check engine light came on
I bought a 2011 M56s. Driving to work one day my check engine light came on and my car started jerking. So I drove to the Infiniti dealership to have it looked at... Found out the solenoid switch needed to be replaced. They replaced it and about a month later I started hearing this whining noise in the engine took it back to the dealership and they told me my timing chain could be bad. My question was why would that be and does that have anything to do with the solenoid switch they recently replaced. I was told, “No they have nothing to do with each other, but we will have to charge you 1400 bucks to look and see if the timing chain is the problem.” WTF… just to look and see. So I did my homework and found out a couple of people had this issue. Well the fact they lied about the solenoid switch and the timing chain didnt worked together - pissed me off because that was far from the truth. They actually work hand in hand to make sure that the oil is pumped correctly thru the engine. I called a friend of mine who is a certified INFINITI Technician in New Jersey and he told me not only does INFINITI know this is a problem, the technicians across the US knows this is a problem because the solenoid switch cant handle what it needs to handle. Once they goes bad that would cause you to have problems the timing chain - and if the timing chain cant be fixed, you ultimately have to get a new engine. Isnt that some stuff... Not only does Infiniti knows - the dealerships know as well. But the dealerships with put in on Infiniti and say it’s their problem. But you charge people to fix the solenoid switch knowing that he could cause a problem with the timing chain and engine. If you know it’s a problem why do you swap them out knowing it really doesnt fix the issue? This should be a recall issue for Infiniti, but then they tried to say I was out of warranty. The warranty is not an issue if you already know the part was going to be a problem when you built the car. How do I start a class action lawsuit for this…

I bought a ‘05 G35 coupe in 2009 as a preown. From the very beginning, I had issues with that car. First, the engine knocked and started to eat oil more. Gas got replaced. Just after that the moon-roof broke. The dealer tried to make me pay $2000 to fix it while the car was still on warranty. Now the air bag light is blinking. Just to get it checked they asked me $300. They tried to change belts that have 30k on then and my clutch that got wet after 30k (supposedly due to the way I drive) just for that another $2000. They are out of their minds. People, please do not buy that **. It’s over-priced and just a garbage. I was in love with Infiniti. Now I hate myself for spending that ton of money on a car that’s ** and has problems with everything (alignment since new, radio, moon-roof, airbag light flashing, clutch not being able to switch gears, loud engine even being replaced). I don’t know what to say. I hate dealers. They are a bunch of legal criminals that will suck 100 times more money then the repair really cost. And service—what’s that? Buy Infiniti, it means no service. I’m getting a ride off that car and I will never come back to that company.

I got screwed by Infiniti. They sold me a wrecked QX56 truck as new. Really? How low is that? Sell a wrecked car as new? Wow, I am pissed and Im going to fight back. Do not buy Infiniti. I have contacted Sonic, Infiniti of Tysons Corner and their attorney and they are not responding in a timely manner. My safety, patience and goodwill towards the Infiniti brand are wearing thin. Please intervene before this situation becomes an unfortunate PR disaster. In October of 2006, I thought I was buying a brand new 2006 QX56. I paid market rate for a new car, not used and not wrenched. I would have never bought the car had I known it was damaged. Now I found out the car was wrenched, repaired and sold to me as new without my knowledge. I found out about the accident through Carfax in August 2012 when trying to trade in my truck for a new one due to some serious mechanical issues.Apparently, the car was involved in an accident strong enough to deploy the air bags and damage the axle. Jim Coleman Infiniti service record shows the car was repaired and serviced after the accident. I contacted Jim Coleman service department and they confirmed that the car was damaged and serviced by them prior to sending the truck over to Infiniti of Tysons Corner. I feel betrayed, swindled and cheated. They sold me a wrecked truck as new. Unacceptable, this is plain and simple fraud. I paid new car price which means I overpaid. I financed the car which means I paid extra interest on an overpriced damaged car. I insured a car that was not worth the price paid. It was over-insured. Upon trade-in, my trade-in value was depressed due to the fact the truck was in an accident. Airbag deployment is a serious accident with potential frame damage.Safety issue - The car was damaged with air bag deployed. Was the air bag replaced? Would it work now? Was I ever in danger? Was my family in danger? Over the years, the car rattled and vibrated at 60-80 MPH. The dealer’s response was to change tires. Over the year, the brakes would regularly perform inconstantly. My demand is a formal apology and replacement for a new 2013 QX56.

The first contact with Infiniti was a refreshing change from other dealers.
The first contact with Infiniti was a refreshing change from other dealers. The actual sale process went well. After that it was a complete disaster. The car was delivered 10 days late and in a shocking condition. The paint work had faults on every panel. This ranged from deep scratches, paint scuffs etc to badly oxidized paint because of the protective!, transport stickers. The car was returned to the dealership and they agreed that it was a mess and should never had been delivered to a customer in that condition. At this point I indicated that it should be returned and replaced with another vehicle. The dealership refused and said it was company policy to try and resolve the issues. They arranged for the car to go to a local body shop to have paint work correction. This was after a detail expert had inspected the car and refused to do anything with it as the condition was so bad. He also advised them not to take it to the body shop as they did not have the skills to rectify the fault and in his experience things would only get worse. All of this was ignored and the dealership sent the car for repair. Back it came and surprise! It was in a worse condition than before. The dealership insists that the car is okay, but now they want it back to have more paint correction done? I have also got an email sent from the Infiniti Center to a paint detailer advising that they have had issues with paint, transport sticker marks, etc and have several unhappy customers. The dealership deny this and claim it’s not the same problem as my car and was an isolated case? Isolated... it mentioned every model in the lineup and several unhappy customers, how is that isolated? The car is now booked in again to go to another detailer chosen by Infiniti. I will report back on that work at a later date. Infiniti are in denial that they have paint issues. Their customer service is a joke and are as bad if not worse than some small back street outfit. They actually believe that by getting the car paint fixed they are doing me some sort of favor with no mention of any form of compensation or apology for the terrible state of the car or the complete lack of customer service?! My advice--do not buy anything from Infiniti. They are not focused on customer service or product quality. All they want is your money. There are better options out there.

We bought Infiniti just last year and went to get yearly service done. When we went there, they didnt give us any courtesy car but offered us shuttle ride to a nearby shopping center. We were ok with that and opted for shuttle. When we came back from the shopping center the car was not ready. We asked them, they said it is just due for washing and will be done soon. We waited half an hr more and by that time it was 5:10 pm. At that time, they told us that they guy who is supposed to wash our car is out to drop someone. They had no idea when the guy will return and wash our car. We had another activity to take care after that and regretfully we had to pick up our car unwashed. They were not punctual with their commitment. If they offer shuttle service to the customers, that should not be at the cost of service. We are very disappointed by this behavior of such a reputable car company.

I have a 2006 Infiniti FX35 with transmission problems. I called the dealer and gave Mr. ** the option to replace the whole transmission for the estimated price of $7,000. The person that took my phone call even said that transmission problems normally happen around 100,000 miles and he emphasized that his best recommendation is to replace the whole transmission because if they only replace the valve body, I will probably have problems in the future with something else related with the transmission. Scam. They would rather make me spend a lot more money. They don’t lose. The front seat has several cracks on the vinyl part. As per the Infiniti dealer, its a wear and tear problem. How would a luxury car seat wear with just around 80,000 miles on it! I noticed online that its a common problem. They need to recall this cheap vinyl and replace it regardless of warranty. Now, the car is stuck just outside of warranty with the same issues and at my own expense. The 1995 Camaro with 200k original transmission RPM is better than my Infiniti. My Dads old truck (1983) has vinyl seats and looks better than my Infiniti luxury with a cost of above $40K.

Nissan Infiniti has many features like lane assistant when you get off a lane, and has a nine inch touchscreen with Android auto to control stuff you normally do on your Android phone like Google maps, YouTube, take calls and etc. It is touchscreen so you can fill it with all kinds of widgets from the play store. It takes very little gasoline and is the fastest most reliable car. It also has active wipers in bad weather and self parking assistance. You can personalize the dashboard at the front of the vehicle. The seats covers can be changed into aftermarket ones. And the tires are customizable like always. The user capacity is the same like any other four door sedan. Mostly three or four can fit in the back and a person in the front passenger seat. The driver seat and the passenger seats have more dedicated foot room.

I bought a 2003 G35 Sedan in 2012 from Beshoff Infiniti in San Jose. The sales guys were cool from the first meet. However I test drove the car and everything appeared to be fine, radio came on but I couldnt try the disc player being I didnt bring a CD to the dealer. However, after my happy purchase of my new affordable luxury ride, when I got home I wanted to listen to my cd in my new car. I slid the cd in only for it not to be able to go in the dash said it was a error. I instantly called back up to the dealer but of course they were closed. I got in touch with Rick at the dealership and told him that my radio wasnt working when I left and he advised I bring it back up there. I brought the car back the next day didnt even own it for a whole 24 hours yet. They took it to the service area in which they had me sit in a room to tell me my circuit board is going out and it was recalled but I would have to pay for it well over $1200 to fix a radio that was supposed to work when I bought it. I told them that I just drove off with the car and its no way I should have to pay for it. I asked to speak with Rick in which they said he wasnt there and neither was anyone else I bought the car from. So I never got the radio replaced. Now its 2014, I have no radio and I refuse to pay for something that should have been fixed due to manufacturing problems Infiniti is already aware of. You would think they would slash prices being they know the cars are worthless junk. However they hike them up and never mention any possible problems.. I was driving on the freeway Saturday doing about 70 miles per hour and my car lost all power with no warning. The driver behind me veered and hit another vehicle. I totally freaked me out, I could have been killed. I find out the sensors that was recalled, can make this happen and that Infiniti knew of this. I called Consumer Affairs in which they stated my car had 4 recalls and one was the sensors in which was already repaired once. I explained that its happened again and I almost died in which the response was well its nothing we can do and I would have to pay. WITH ALL OF THIS, I AM DONE WITH INFINITI. I DONT EVEN WANT THE CAR ANYMORE.. I HATE I STILL HAVE PAYMENTS. IT SHOULD DEFINITELY BE A LAW AGAINST THIS DEATH TRAP..

I purchased a 2016 QX80 from the Infiniti dealership in Manhasset NY in 2016. Roughly 12 months after our purchase we noticed various paint chips that have occurred in random places around the car in places that cannot be explained by wear and tear or debris impact e.g. inside the door jamb in all 4 doors and the back of the trunk. We brought the car top Infiniti and were denied warranty coverage for the paint chips. We since brought the car to several pain places that all immediately recognized the issue of a sloppy or poorly dried paint job. Now almost a year later, there are many more paint chips and many of existing chips have begun to rust. Nissan/Infiniti is denying our claim.

I called up Consumer Affairs and wrote them a letter explaining the issue. They told me that there is nothing they can do about it and if I dont want to ever buy an Infiniti that is fine by them. Stay away from these cars. Buy Lexus or some other quality luxury car. These cars are cheap and the company does not empower their staff to take care of customers. In these times where every brand wants to offer a differentiated value proposition and experience for its customers, the old-school Infiniti is going in the opposite direction. No wonder they are way behind the other luxury brands.
