The leasing company held the car in their lot for 2 extra months before releasing the end of contract information. In the meantime, The DMV required full payment of registration or my license would be un-renewable. I had to pay the registration fee without owning the car. Then the leasing company billed an extra end of lease charge and wont remove it. The contact person, Brian, was pleasant in conversation, but refused to help, just out of spite.

After I leased a new 2019 QX60 and had a lot of serious issues with the dealership I contacted Infiniti corporate affairs. The level of professionalism and help I received is the reason this is my 3rd Infiniti and will be my go to brand for years to come. They took the time to hear my issues and concerns, they became the middle man between me and the dealership and they made the difference in solving my issues. In the end they did not have to give me any compensation but they went above and beyond. Even after my issues were resolved they called to check on me and make sure I had no further complaints. I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 females derae and LaShondra who were professional and amazing problem solvers.

I contacted Infiniti Complaints from 2007-until 2014 about cracking dash G35. I was always told it was not a recall issue. As of 2014 finding out other Infiniti dash boards are being recalled, I called again and demanded that they give me a complaints ID #. My car has been garaged both at home and at work. They are turning a blind eye that many consumers are having problems with their dash boards and have nowhere to turn. When a consumer calls, all of us should have had #s issued years ago as this left no record. I would have bought another with better service.

I have owned an Infiniti 2004 Q45 with 62K miles that has been garaged most of the time. I intended keeping this vehicle as a collectors item. I also own another vehicle, so it has not been my main transport. Unfortunately, the vinyl around the sides of the drive seat has started to tear on its own. On inspection, the quality of the vinyl is very poor. What a disappointment for a car costing 64K. I will never buy another Infiniti product.

2010 Infiniti G37x - The transmission was destroyed by the transmission radiator when it allowed coolant to flow into the transmission, flushing transmission fluid. (1) Sudden thump suggested an unseen road hazard. (2) After 2 hrs garaged and 2 miles: trans would slam into gear, surge forward 3 secs after full stop; shifting began clunking; trans would slip into N and engine rev; finally at ~30 miles engine light lit, and only 1st gear worked. Repair costs = estimated value of vehicle. Separate Review to be submitted on Jim Coleman Infiniti (Rockville, MD) and Infiniti USA.

With my multiple visits in an Infiniti service department, I have not felt as disappointed and appalled with the customer service that I received as I did at Cerritos Infiniti. Instead of helping me understand what is going on with my car and empathize how concerning how my car performed last night while I was driving with my 2 yr. old and both my parents, I felt confronted and castigated and offended. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and a multi-point inspection last Dec. 28 and as I was driving my car yesterday, the car jerked multiple times as I accelerate.I bring my car to Infiniti for service because of the level of trust that I have with them. But the attitude that Tony ** showed was very unprofessional and demeaning. I work in a hospitality industry and train employees how to treat a customer to provide excellent service and I do know how a TERRIBLE customer service feels like. I would hope Tony would show a bit more compassion and concern than show arrogance and be spite to their customers. I had to bring my husband to his office for him to understand what my concerns are with Infiniti service but apparently he still didnt seem to understand that we are just looking for a simple, outstanding customer service and experience.I am afraid that with this persons show of character and lack of customer empathy, I had changed my mind from trusting Infiniti service and vehicles and would rather go to another higher end, top notch customer rating car makers. I have gone to other Infiniti locations and everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and very compassionate with their customers. My husband ended up pulling our car out of their service department and brought it someplace else that would really take care of our concern and get a better treatment.

60K of crap. Every day I have to use my 2014 QX60 I wonder what will go wrong. First it was the brakes. Front and rear, rotors, pads, the works at around 12K miles. Shortly after was the transmission. At the dealer I couldnt help but notice the 11 other QX60 cars there. I inquired with one of the service techs who informed me that 8 of the 11 were for transmission problems. I have had windshield molding problems, navigation problems, and small button and switches problems, like falling off; ridiculous! Now at 31K miles, the car battery is leaking. Of course the dealer will not fully replace due to the convenience of only a 24 month warranty. The only good thing with this vehicle is the 3 year lease that cant end soon enough!!

Terrible experience altogether. The Infiniti vehicle I leased didnt impress me at all especially for the money I was paying for it. The customer service was terrible. The hidden fees were added. $500 charges for two minor scratches. Deposition fee that I never agreed to and found out that they were added to my contract only in the end of my lease. So after my 39 months lease was over, Infiniti sent me invoice for another $1000. Their customer service is useless. They dont care about customer satisfaction and brand reputation, they care only about money. I will never ever again purchase or lease Infiniti or Nissan vehicle. Prior to leasing Infiniti I had Acura and what a difference it was. The car, the service, and I didnt have to pay a penny extra after my lease was over. Stay away from these people.

What a JOKE!!! I have an Infiniti (2nd one) and it is leased thru Nissan/Infiniti. Anyway, I went to trade in the car on a competitive brand and Infiniti will no longer let you to trade your car in (have the other dealer payoff and buy the car). I have leased for over 30 years and never had a problem trading in car at a different dealer/brand. They said I have to buy the car, register it and pay sales tax then trade to the new dealer and pay another tax and registration for the new car. PATHETIC COMPANY!! No wonder nobody wants their cars any longer. Soon to go the way of the Edsel.

I have a 2009 Infiniti G37x AWD, and at this point, I regret buying an Infiniti and will never buy one again. I have had the car 11 months. It had 67k miles on it when I bought it. Now it has about 83k. About two weeks ago, while driving down the interstate, the service engine soon light comes on. The next day I call the dealer and they say bring it in Monday. My catalytic converter has gone out, which will cost $1,500.00 to replace. I pay to have that replaced. I pick the car up on Tuesday, and Thursday the light comes on again. I take it back to the dealer, and within five seconds, the service tech says, Yep, now it’s your other one.” It’s another $1,500.00 to replace. I just got in the car and drove off. After filing a complaint with my local BBB and Infiniti Consumer Affairs, they offer to pay for the other being replaced. But ICA has to send a credit card to me with the amount they agreed to pay before they can replace the part, and they still have to order it. After speaking to Michele today, she then tells me it could take 4 weeks to get this credit card. These cars are cheaply made. I absolutely hate the 7-SPD transmission really. I could have just got an Altima. It basically looks just like it. Note to all, don’t buy these cars. They are no good as I’ve seen in previous statements. Get a Lexus!

Upon purchase of our new JX35, wipers did not work day of purchase. Drove home from dinner in rain w/o wipers. Car was then recalled for a rotor problem. Then on Oct. 20, 2013 at 10 months with under 5,000 miles, the entire dash went blank. Our connected cell phone heated up and we drove home because we were leaving for two weeks to CA. When we returned, we called the dealer because our new car was dead! A tow truck took the car to the dealership on 11/5/2013. We were told it would take 2 days to get a part and repair. Now, Nov. 10, 2013 and still no sign of when the new 2013 JX35 will be repaired. We no longer trust the car since we believe all the electronics and wiring received extensive damage in the electrical malfunction. We have requested a buy back by Infiniti to trade for a new Infiniti. We do not know if anyone else has had any similar electrical problems. We had serviced this car at Infiniti in July for regular maintenance and had not used the auto much since that service! We are awaiting confirmation from Infiniti that they will swap the defective lemon JX35 for a new vehicle!!! We feel this should have been resolved with the dealer long before now!!

It was the luxury experience that I enjoyed very much. A lot of luxury items, XM radio woodgrain wheel, the wheelbase, the rear structure, the engine. Everything was great. Its got all the features that you could hope for. Its got a beautiful Hood, the back is great, the top is it, the horsepower, everything about it. All you have to do is just look forward to it and youll see how to professionally great it is in the engine. They have many different wheels that you can get and there are so many different stock rims all the way to luxury rooms. They also have different wood grain steering wheels that you can purchase also different seating available. Leather seating for those who like to be cool in the summer time. When you look into it and when you sit inside of it its very very spacious, a lot of breathing room and you can stretch your arms out. I really like it if I would recommend it but its just some things that Im not that Im not happy with.

I have an 2008 G35. This year I have had several issues. My car would not turn off without cutting the battery. It happened twice before where I spent 10 mins trying to turn it off pushing the button. After the 3rd time it would not turn off unless we disconnected the battery. We brought it to the shop and was told the computer went bad along with all the electrical in the car and would cost $10,000 to fix!!!!! We took it to Infiniti. I was told that the computer was fine that it just needed fuses and some simple repairs. Fortunately that did fix it and was covered under the insurance. Then I purchased two tires for the back. After 4,000 miles the outside of the tires are bald. Being a mom who only really drives in town maybe 10-15 miles a day with some long distance driving a couple times a month. I had to change one tire without bringing the car to the tire center bc it was flat in my driveway. No big deal right? Once we changed that tire all of a sudden going down the road the slip light came on and then the VDC light came on. Now the VDC is very important bc it drives the car safely and is discouraged not using it To the point that is considered dangerous. (Why would you even make that a option if its dangerous?) I had to stop several times within 20 mins on the side of the road and turn the car off to reset it as actually pushing the VDC button didnt work. This went on for a week. I finally got around to take the car to the tire place to fix the defective tires. After they fixed the tires they reset all the sensors as they do every time they change the tires and I havent had an issue since. We have had no real issues besides this other than the clear coat coming off the hood and the door handle color coming off. I purchased my car in cash for half its value from someone in a bind when it was a year old. This was a limited G35. It has everything Infiniti offered in a vehicle including a racing engine. They made them for only half the year that year. I have over 100,000 miles on my car and these have been the only issues. I am happy with Infiniti however I hate the new designs coming out now.

I own a 2004 Infiniti G35 with 46K miles on it. The car is not a daily driver and is maintained immaculately. My engine has just suffered a catastrophic failure where a bolt inside the short block backed itself out and caused severe damage to the crank, block itself, sprayers, pistons, etc. The repair is costing me over $6,000 and when I contacted Consumer Affairs, they were not interested in hearing any of my issues and were not ready to stand behind their product. I even mentioned to them that I currently own 2 Infiniti cars, the G35 and a QX4, and that I have even owned a third product in the past. The whole process has left a sour taste in my mouth and a deep hole in my pocketbook. I wasnt expecting Infiniti to cover 100% of the damages, but was hoping to get some compensation.

I purchased the flagship Infiniti QX56 on March 27th 2017 from an Infiniti Dealership here in the North East. As of today I havent even put 2500 miles on the vehicle and its been the dealers service 3 times. The A.C. fan coupler and battery drain issues. The battery was just installed by the previous owner in 2015 at an Infiniti dealer and clearly reads that it has an 84 month warranty. However, Mandie from Infinitis North East Consumer Affairs Region stated that the battery warranty was only good for the prior customer and does not carry over to me. I would have to purchase a new battery from them for the tune of $180.00. My dispute was it made no sense because if a battery installed by the dealer with a clear record of warranty from Infiniti who cares who owns it 1st, 2nd or 3rd. The warranty should cover the battery not the person. Im not the only person having these battery drain issues and Infiniti is well aware that their vehicles are doing this. A lot of the online blogs Im reading is that the Infiniti has been experiencing issues with their batteries lasting 2 years max then they start dying. I think they should be investigated.

The car lives up to all internal an external expectations. The quality of each accessory of the car and its internal parts speak very high of the car industry in general. You can fit 2-6 people in this car comfortably. Lots and lots of leg room and each seat is heated when its cold and cool to the touch when its hot out. The safety features rank 1 in the future car industry. Lexus, Audi, Buick cars that I felt would live up to my expectations of cars in the future didnt make or meet my approval.

Like many others with the 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan, my radio has stopped working and I have no control over my A/C. Infiniti had the voluntary recall where they fixed the issue, but of course all they did was put a band-aid on it. The original owner of my car already took it to them to be fixed so I cant even take it to them without them asking for some ridiculous amount to fix it again. If they would not have integrated the controls for the A/C and radio on the same control panel in the first place, we would not have to deal with all this crap now. Of course, calling them is useless, they avoid the issue and try to act like this doesnt happen to thousands of others with the same model. Luxury car huh? I had a JX35 (QX60), one of my worst car ever. First this SUV drive was very poor. The car HP was too weak. It drive like a 4 cylinder car on a large SUV. The electronic panel (dashboard fell off to the floor), the electric component got rusted and needed to be replaced. The prevention collision system was malfunctioning. It activated spontaneously and make my car to stopped completely while driving and even prevented me from stop while I was driving. Even with all this bad experiences I really loved my SUV, it has all the features I wanted. I was extremely comfortable, I really liked the panoramic roof, but I got the worst experienced from Infiniti, Puerto Rico. I took the car to the dealer and after a long talk and trying to get rid of my beloved SUV. I trade my JX35 for a brand new Q60 convertible... A really bad choice. The hard top one got stuck in the upright position semi opened then the car began scratching the car while the hard top was being opened, it began scratching one side and then both side. I took my car 8 time for repair, and they say the car has nothing wrong. Today my car is at the dealer for repairs again with the scratching... I really like the car overall. The driving, the handling, the motor, the interior but these two car were the worst car ever with the worst service ever. Hoping to trade this car again for an Acura or BMW or other SUV.

Within a year from buying my Infiniti FX35 from an Infiniti dealership, the fuel gauge began to erroneously display the gas level of my fuel tank. The issue presented itself with fluctuating readings, showing 1/2 tank, then rising up to 3/4, and then decreasing to nearly empty, no matter the amount of gas in the tank. My only defense to this game of Empty Tank Russian Roulette, and the severe headaches/anxiety/burden it presented/posed was to reset my odometer at every full tank, and refuel when the distance traveled totaled close to 340 miles. Currently, regardless of the volume of actual gas in my tank, my gauge reader floats near the E, with the corresponding red light illuminated to add insult to injury. I would randomly check on recall sites to see if this issue has been reported by others, and Ive seen the issue arise in later models and in other model types. The last straw, prompting this post, was my stranded wife and child, where our strategy to guess the fuel level failed us, highlighting the million dollar question: Why do I need to have a strategy to guess the fuel level for a luxury vehicle, with the safety of my family at stake?

The car would shake and jerk between 20-30 mph. We returned the car to Infiniti of Manhattan in 6/1/2013. The service department couldnt provide us with an answer as to when the car would be returned or provide us with an answer as to what is wrong with the car. 6/15/2013 they informed us they would need a new transmission! So we demanded that the get us a new car because this car is obviously defective. The car had less than 300 miles on it at the time of replacement. They told we will not get a replacement contact Infiniti USA. We did and they told us they will do everything to fix the problem. Meanwhile, the transmission had to be ordered from Japan. The car was returned to us 7/16/2013. We made two car payments on a car that we didnt have. Now not even a year later with 7000 miles on the car the transmission fails again! No answer as to when the car will be returned same silence from Infiniti USA. I have tried to break lease, unable to. So I purchased my CPO EX35 about 3 years ago. It has 55k miles and has always been garage kept. However the dash has started peeling all over. I took it to the dealer and they submitted the request to Infiniti. After a couple days the dealer called me to say Infiniti denied the request.I have owned several cars over the years and have NEVER had one with peeling like this on the dash. So I contacted Infiniti directly. I played phone tag with their rep for a week and then when I finally spoke with her she said they will look into it. They call me back about a week later and basically tell me Im outta luck and they wont do anything about it.I have since been looking for another used vehicle and whenever I came across another EX35 I would make sure to take a look at the dash. The majority of the EXs I saw has the exact same peeling on the dash. This leads me to believe its definitely a manufacturing issue. They have already had similar issues with the dash on the FX which they did do a recall for. I have also seen it on the dash of G37s. I take very good care of my vehicles and keep them in mint condition so Im very disappointed in Infinitis lack of quality control and customer service. Given this issue (and others Ive had) plus the abysmal resale value, this is my first and probably last Infiniti vehicle.

I like reading the reviews posted by so many Infiniti owners and its sad that so many people have experienced tardy customer service via their dealers or the manufacturer. Im prone to skipping past reviews of vehicles 5 years or older as the service history is unknown, therefore focus on 4 years (the age of my Infiniti ex30) or new models as Im considering trading up.CUSTOMER SERVICE: It would seem that customer service is quite poor in the USA compared to England. In my last review a year ago I mentioned that Infiniti had increased the price of a SatNaV update from £100 ($120) to £400 but when James read that he offered me the update for the original price when I come in for my next service - thats due in a few weeks so Ill be holding him to that.MILES: I bought the car with 13000 miles on the clock, it was a year old. Two years later and a further 45000 miles added I was concerned about its resale value but was pleasantly surprised that the residual had increased. I was offered £12,000 as a trade in, the car cost £20000 so not bad. Further, I was worried that I was killing my car with the style of driving and the distance but was assured by James that the car was running perfectly and would require brakes only at the next service - so Im happy about that.NEW: I would like a new or newer car; Ive looked at many options amongst the Infinity range as well as others like Nexus, Land Rover, BMW & Audi and I keep gravitating back to Infiniti - why Customer Service, reliability, & feel good factor when I drive it. I have not liked my options with Infinity to date based on cost, design and MPG compared to a BMW 3 or 5 series. I get on average 35 from my 3ltr EX30 diesel and I think its that high because generally I accrue miles on longer distance runs on highways (motorways if youre British) and we pay (the lowest in 3 years - $8 a gallon) so MPGs is a motivator to change. Ive decided to wait for the new version of the 4x4 EX30 expected out in October 2016 but will wait a little longer and try to buy a demonstrator as that can save lots.

Gas tank cannot be fixed and does not keep track of the gas in the tank! Ran out of gas while driving. Infiniti does not think its a safety issue nor can they fix the car after 3 attempts and several more after that. Battery went dead after 8 months. Key could not be recognized after several remote batteries were replaced, OnStar button needed to be replaced. Kept calling the service automatically. Electric window button stopped working with window down. Door panel needed to be replaced. Need I say more?

OK, its now been 14 months and still no apps on my 2014 Q50, which were advertised and promised (not as a new feature, but an included feature that was in all of Infinitis literature and sales brochures). I would have made a different decision about leasing this car if Infiniti had said these are apps that may be available someday. I would like my lease cancelled and the car taken back. I will eat all the money that I put down. That is a relatively inexpensive thing for Infiniti to do. If not, I will be starting a class action lawsuit and even if it doesnt go anywhere the publicity and all the social media posts will be much more expensive for Infiniti in the long run. Or I will just go to small claims court. This will be easy for me, but still require Infiniti to spend more in billable hours than it would for you to spend a few thousand taking my lease back. Kevin in WV, how do I email you? I want to join a suit.

Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 200
Infiniti USA has thumbed their nose at the malfunction of OCS system in 2009 vehicles, ours is a G37. When the OCS is not functioning it turns off the airbags when a passenger sits in the passenger seat. They do not care that your life and the life of your passenger (my husband, my grandson, my mother, my daughter) is at risk for serious injury or death as a result of their negligence. They are negligent in that Infiniti knows very well they have a problem with this system not working as intended when purchased (easy lookup on internet of many owners having this same problem) yet they only recalled back to 2010 to fix the OCS thus requiring 2009 Infiniti owners to fork out $6400 to replace their defective design or not fix and run the risk of death or serious injury. I have called Infiniti USA and their response is this vehicle has no recalls end of discussion.Every owner of a 2009 Infiniti that has problems with the OCS not functioning and turning off airbags when anyone (even my hand) touches the passenger seat should not accept Infinitis answer and file a complaint with their Attorney Generals office and NHTSA. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in June of 2016 and was in a 1999 vehicle... Had the airbags not gone off as intended I honestly do not believe I would be here writing this today so I am very aware of how in a blink of an eye you can be plowing into a vehicle and your only line of defense is working airbags. It is morally incomprehensible of Infiniti to not care for the lives of their customers (or should I say some of their customers).Knowing this I will never purchase another Infiniti and suggest you do the same because somewhere down the line you may have a problem that is not your fault with your expensive Infiniti and it may be one that could determine your safety and the safety of your loved ones and you will have to deal like the rest of the 2009 customers (victims) with absolutely no help from Infiniti.

I love Infinitis. They run well, comfortable, and are stylish no matter what year or model. They have something for every taste and are not prone to a lot of mechanical issues and gas efficient. Its a compact car with the feel of a luxury sedan heated seats. It has a backup camera, tinted windows, a bose sound system and a decent sized trunk. The front seats are comfortable and the back seat sits three people. It also has beige leather seats with back seat storage. The newer models have other nice upgrades, but I like the factory features that are in my car.

My husbands QX80 died, couldnt be started, couldnt be jumped (by a tow truck). It was towed to the local dealership. I purchased the car and 6 days later the engine blew. Long story short, Patrick ** said take it to Garcia. THE ENGINE NEEDED REPLACED. After 2 weeks I got it back. When I got it back the engine ran but the air conditioner was broke so the next day took it BACK FOR AIR CONDITIONER. Then I had this car for 3 weeks and it overheated. The engine light came on...I havent been driving it. I am going to take it in for repairs again but I am afraid I have been too trusting. Now its been 2 months. I am going to take it in. I hope CarHop/UAC make it right. I have had this car two months and Im afraid to drive it anywhere for fear it will break down. I am taking to THEIR mechanic tomorrow. My warranty is good. Ill have it FIXED again. Hmmm fixed...right.Updated on 07/16/2016: Well its been a couple of weeks update. I called 07/15/16 to tell them I had fixed the car. It cost me but I would pay them Aug 1 my July 1 bill. They said no. That if I didnt pay the full amount they would disable my starter. WELL...AN HOUR LATER I CHECKED AND YES ONCE AGAIN STRANDED WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION. I am a single 32 yr who has to not only figure out a way around but I have PTSD. This is not my idea of good customer service. That car altogether has ran for maybe 2 1/2 weeks total. I finally get it working and Garcia turns it off. I need a lawyer.

Submitted an inquiry on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. On October 22, Lauren, Regional Manager over the dealerships in my area responded to the inquiry by calling and introducing herself in a voicemail. I have returned her call and left messages three times on October 23, 2015 and no response. Come on Infiniti. I need help desperately! It appears that Lauren called to introduce herself by phone to enable her to say a call has been made, but she is not really trying to connect with me. At least thats the way it appears. I have a serious issue and I am not hard to get a hold of. It is unacceptable that Ive got to go an entire weekend without having spoken to anyone and my vehicle remains in an immovable state. I have taken my car to two (2) Infiniti dealers and currently it sits in downtown Chicago at the Bermans dealership. Orland Park Infiniti initially had my car, but they say they are unable to fix it. HOW IS IT THAT THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THE INFINITI CANNOT FIX IT?

We purchased 2 Infiniti sedans at the same time last year. We were sold on the hassle free prepaid maintenance plan. It sounded like a great option. If you use it, you pay no additional charges, if you dont use it and decide to trade the car, youre able to get your money back...Sounded great and we purchased the plan with both vehicles. However we decided to trade in one of the cars at an alternate dealer about a year after purchase and we returned to Infiniti of Cool Springs to start the refund with John ** in Finance. The car in question was rarely driven and never even reached the first dealer free initial service mileage requirements, so I expected to get the full refund, however I was told its prorated based on time not use of the product, so I agreed to the prorated refund of a product never used. Needless to say, what was supposed to be a 30 day refund period has now rolled into the 6th month of working with John ** who became non responsive at the dealer level and I ultimately had to escalate to Infiniti Consumer Affairs. To date I have yet to receive a refund. Buyers beware of this prepaid maintenance plan if you remotely think youll trade the car prior to the plans full use.

I purchased the Infinity G37 S 2011 (New). Less than 5 years old and only about 45,000 miles: Adhere to all the appropriate maintenance recommended for this vehicle at the dealership. My automobile was making strange whooshing noise, (no matter what speed) so I brought into the dealership. They stated that it was the tires making the noise, the treads are fine, however uneven due to road conditions and the only way to remove the noise is to replace all of them for over $1,000 dollars. This resolution, without thoroughly examining the tires (only a test-drive) is completely unacceptable. My car is in pristine condition, driven appropriately and handled with care. I did not receive any assistance from Infinity Corporation nor the dealership. For this caliber of luxury car, the tires provided did not fit my vehicle specification, nor should it have to be replaced after such a short period of time and/or mileage. This is not wear and tear but an inferior tire. As for my Bluetooth system, since the purchase of this vehicle, I have had nothing but problems with this unit. Finally, the unit had been replaced (once), after countless deliberations with the Infinity dealership, however, the problems persists. No one, no matter my location, type of phones, can anyone understand me.This system is deplorable, and once again, neither Infinity Corporation nor the dealership had been able to resolve this problem or cared to.

I have had 8 Infinitis in a row, mostly leases. The vast majority have been fantastic experiences. Recently, however, I am left looking for another brand after this lease has expired. I have had issues for over 2 years now with my map screen, radio, and bottom screen going out every 7 minutes since I purchased the vehicle. I have brought the vehicle back numerous time and they have replaced numerous components to no avail. Finally, the service technician figured out what the issue was and, after having my car at the shop for 2 weeks trying to get Infiniti to pay for the TCU, they finally figure out the problem.I contacted Consumer Affairs in hope of getting some fair recompense for my 2 years of inconvenience (I travel a lot in my vehicle, so every 7-minute glitch was extremely aggravating). They agreed to make 2 payments. I was hoping for quite a bit more, maybe I am being selfish, but I spent over 10k on this lease and never has it worked as it shouldve. I asked for them to pay the rest of my lease (10 payments left) or give me an incentive for my next vehicle, and got road blocked by the agent. Every time I called, it routed back to the same guy who would not allow me to speak to any supervisor or anyone other than him. Needless to say, I will not be leasing or buying another Infiniti. It was a great run, but all good things must come to an end I guess.

Day one of ownership of a QX60. Blind spot monitor light goes on and off whenever it wants. We Drove three hours back to have them look at it. They told me to go home and enjoy my new car. Telling me they cant fix anything that isnt coding. I had to take pictures to prove the light would flash and come on because no one would believe me. It cant code if it truly thinks there is a car there that it sees, even when Im on a two lane road and there isnt a car there.Forward crash warning turns itself off when it wants. Many phone calls and I just keep getting brushed off. Two months later it finally codes. They took three weeks to try and fix, but after 2 years and numerous trips back, its still not fixed. We would find it sitting outside in back row at the dealership and not even being worked on. Yet they had it for about three weeks.Brake issues, pedal makes noise. I would push the brake and when I release the brake it would make a noise. Yet they promised they would take care of me and make everything right and is at the highest standards. haha Id hate to see low standards. My service dealership that I take all our vehicles to for oil changes, tells me I have a head gasket leak. I said I have always smelled antifreeze and told the deal I purchased from all the time. They just blew me off like I was just complaining about nothing. Today I was told by my Infiniti dealer that it is normal for all Infiniti to have a head gasket leak. Yes thats right it IS NORMAL for that to happen. Cabin seal on drivers side had pulled out first time I washed it. Paint on rear tail gate was repainted because the paint was bubbling from rust.YES we supposedly purchased this car bran new. Please if anyone else has experienced any of this please contact me. In the last 22 years, 3 of my 5 cars have been an Infiniti. Two I have owned for 3 years with low mileage under 32,000 miles. The last G35 I still own is about 7 years old with only 42,000 miles right now. As a loyal Infiniti owner, the dealership in Coconut Creek, FL said I may qualify for their goodwill loyalty program, but I needed to contact their Customer Affairs division. I contacted Customer Affairs and they requested proof (VIN, etc.) that I had owned the two other vehicles besides the one I currently own. These vehicles were owned 10 to 22 years ago! Well, I found a picture of the M30 from 1990 and a copy of the title for the Q45 from 2000 with the VIN number, which I provided. Upon review by Customer Affairs and the dealership here in FL, it was decided that because Infiniti could not find any information in their system that I had maintenance done at their dealerships and because I did not have the the VIN for the M30, they would not be able to help me. What does maintenance have to do with a defective dash? I keep all my vehicles in prestige condition and waxed and have regular oil changes/maintenance done as needed. Just because I did not have my maintenance done through Infiniti is ** and to expect me to even have information on the two older vehicles was ridiculous. I was lucky to even find what I did as proof that I owned a total of 3 other Infiniti cars. The repair to replace the dash may have cost the company $1,000 at the most. I guess my business wasnt that important. The dash ended up getting sticky and omitting unhealthy vapors that left a film on my windshield. This is not normal and has never happened to any of my cars or to anyone else that I know of. This was a true defect that just happen to occur after my car was out of warranty. Also, the unhealthy vapors the dash was omitting seemed to be of no concern at all or my health. Has anyone else experienced this same sort of issue? With all this said, goodbye Infiniti, hello BMW, Jaguar, Lexus and Mercedes. They would be happy to have my business when I buy a new vehicle in 2013. Not a great outcome or customer appreciation resolution.

Infiniti g20 and I30 are good standard cars. They hold up and last awhile. Although the cv axles and the starter go out. They drive smoothly and have a number of options for upgrades including Bose sound systems and built in navigation. The Infiniti i30 has a standard CD player and stereo with a 6 cd capacity housed in the trunk. It has leather seats and a mesh automatic window cover to help with the heat. Also, the powerful v6 engine, navigation and sound system are extremely useful. It is Bluetooth capable and steering wheel controls make placing phone calls, changing the station, or increasing the volume seamless. Large backseat and passenger seat space are great and there is also front passenger seat heating as well. The back has child lock if needed on both doors. Also, comfortably fits a car seat and two other passengers in the back.

We are leasing a 2017 QX70 that currently has 6,000 miles. It has been to the dealer twice because the battery keeps dying. The 1st time they just replaced the battery without asking what would cause it to drain. The 2nd time, they finally decided to test the electronics to see why the battery keeps draining. The dealer couldnt confirm this would fix the problem but they think it is the push button start which they tried to say was not factory installed (until they looked up the window sticker). Aside from the inconvenience of a dead battery TWICE, we have had a loaner car for a month and still dont have the car fixed. We filed a report with Infiniti Consumer Affairs who sent the case to their legal team to see if we could break the lease without penalty. Brian, the CA rep assigned to our case takes two to three days to return phone calls. He finally called today to say CA determined we cannot break the lease under the Lemon Law. Our car is still not fixed and the dealer has yet to confirm when we can expect it to be fixed. We will never buy another Infiniti again as this is a joke. The car isnt even used enough to have had its first oil change! And there is no guarantee the push button start is truly the problem, so this could keep happening.

We first had the dealership that we purchased it from look at them right after we bought it in 2011 & have since had the Infiniti dealership in town work on the brakes 6 times! 10/29/2011, 1/11/2012, 4/17/2012, 5/24/2012, 10/24/2012 & recently. We want OUT of this car! The brakes were not the only problem with this car. We had the dash replaced, the rear end was replaced due to a defect which has to be addressed every 40k miles, the windshield wipers do not last past a year, the cruise control doesnt work, the air conditioning was blowing hot air, the car would lose traction in the rain etc., etc., etc. The list is so long. We just heard back from Infiniti about getting out of this car and into a new one, since the dealership says that these problems are unusual and Infiniti said that they will not do anything about this car because it is out of warranty (It has 70k miles on it). We really anticipated them realizing this car is a lemon and should not be on the road since it is a safety issue having a faulty brake system. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a car and the local dealership (there is only 1 in town) and now Infiniti itself! The car is messing up again (the engine is dragging and the gas mileage has dropped which is usually the sign we get when the brakes are going again) and it was only in to get serviced 2 months ago. Hate that the only option here is a lawsuit!

Infiniti has the most outstanding features available. Their look is so innovative that any type of person would love this vehicle. It has a variety of models for each type of individual out there. Whatever you are looking for Infiniti has it. They have models from the sleek and savvy to the family and modern. If you are laid back or more outgoing, they have the look for you, too. Infiniti has any type of upgrade or personalization that you want. All you have to do is ask and they will do it for you. And if you dont want all that hoolah then tell them and you dont have to have it. Infiniti is there to meet your needs, not theirs. The passenger capability is also awesome. It is a very roomy vehicle. Its great whether youre just one or two individuals or a family. They have the car for you.

I own a 2006 Infiniti G35 that I purchased new. It now has 136,000 miles on it. I brought it to my dealer about 2 years ago when my doors had rusted and were replaced under a special extended warranty. At that time, I showed them an issue that I was having with my hood. When you raise it, it catches on the corners, in both corners near the windshield. Raising the hood has resulted in bending the corners of the hood and the quarter panels, resulting in paint chipping and rusting. It looks terrible, plus it’s often hard to raise the hood. The dealer told me that this resulted from having service at a non-Infiniti dealer, and that they did not lube the hood hinges as they were supposed to. I have never in my life heard of such an issue or service requirement. This issue is all over the Internet. Its just a very poor design in either the hinges or the hood/quarter panels that should be admitted to by Infiniti. Owners should be provided with restitution in terms of repair and resolution of the problem. I was at a service garage today and the mechanic said that every G35 he has serviced has had the same problem. Is anyone aware of a class action suit regarding this issue?

A customer for 14 years. Leased 5 cars through Infiniti and all I can say is... They have no loyalty and dont seems to give a ** about you as a customer. They misapplied a payment to someone else account ruining my credit score 30 days before I was to close on a house. That started a snowball effect of wrong information and just bad customer service and took 4-5 months before it was cleared up and corrected by the Credit bureaus. After all that I still considered getting another vehicle through them...Being the victim of misinformation once again from one of their customer service supervisors. Multiple attempts to resolve and salvage our relationship were met with nothing but long at min 20-30 min hold times. Leaving messages with supervisors that never get back to you. They just dont seem to care. After being a customer as long as I have been they can suck it. Ill just take my business elsewhere.

The Infiniti also has some of the best appearance and features. The technology within the vehicle is very nice and it has a whole lot of buttons. It also has chrome wheels as well as the sporty look on the inside and outside of the vehicle with leather seats. The upgrades on this vehicle is marvelous. It has various upgrades from the rims, radio system, Bluetooth, etc. and many more different features. The passenger capacity is very roomy. It has large cargo trunk and it is very efficient for the seating in the back and the front of the vehicle. It is a good and great product.

My vehicle is a 2001 Infiniti I-30. I have this car serviced at a local Nissan dealership since I purchased the car there in 2009. The car developed some idle problems and Nissan told me that it was the ECM (the vehicles computer). I had the ECM and a valve replaced 2 years earlier at Nissan, but they indicated that they could not do anything since it was an Infiniti part, but to contact Infiniti consumer affairs because they are likely to help with the problem since this part is over $1000 and should last more than 2 years. They indicated they would do this for a Nissan part.I contacted InfinitI consumer affairs and they instructed me to take it to an Infiniti dealership and get the problem verified. I explained to them that I was just at a Nissan dealership and they are actually the same company, but they insisted. Since I needed to get this problem fixed, I took it there. They kept the car for a week and a half and after all this, they told me they couldnt help because the part was out of warranty. They knew that the part was out of warranty before I took it into an Infiniti dealer and now I was out $145 service fee which they would not pay either.I asked to speak to a supervisor and Yadiri told me there was none. When I insisted, she indicated that a supervisor was not there. When I kept up, Jeane (the supervisor) came on the phone. Jeane indicated that the warranty was not the only issue (contradicting her subordinate) and indicated that car mileage and customer loyalty was also a factor. I indicated to her that I was an extremely loyal customer having my car serviced at Nissan consistently. She ignored my remarks and repeated over and over that they were not going to cover the part. This is ridiculous. Infiniti consumer affairs is a farce. People have purchased new Infinitis because of my vehicle as Ive always loved the performance and told people about it. Even though the car was old - this appealed to my friends because it showed reliability. I will make it my goal in life to get as many people away from the Infiniti cars as I possibly can. If someone at that company was smart, they would read the reviews in this section.

I am a third time Infiniti buyer and third time was not the charm. My car has been in the shop 5 times in the first 14 months of ownership for brake noise. Noise which is loud enough to be heard inside the house when I enter or exit the driveway. Excuse after excuse from the dealer with no real resolution. First, it was a pin, then a hose and now a spring. I have to fight to get them to reproduce every single time. Ive been told they squeak when theyre cold then they squeak when theyre hot and finally its not a safe issue. When I opened a case with customer service, what a joke. I called 4 times now, twice spoke to the rep and twice left messages. Not a single thing done as a result of my case being opened. The quality of the interior is awful. Leather seats cracking after just a year, silver trim nicks with the slightest pressure. Every silver panel on my car has dents and scratches - looks terrible. The dealer replaced one of them as goodwill and a day later, there were already two nicks on it. The new panel is worse than the old one. I am very frustrated, I wish I had never bought this car. Buyers, beware.

I have leased two vehicles from Infiniti, a G35 and a G37. I had no problem when my lease was up on the G35, because I went right into another lease on the G37. I leased the vehicle for 39 months. At the end of the lease term I opted to return the car to the dealership (March 2014). Several months after I turned in the car I received a bill for $300.00, which they said was for processing the return of my leased vehicle (which by the way was in excellent condition and only had 26K miles on it)... Well, okay, so I paid that. I get home from work yesterday to find a letter from a collection agency. It seems that Infiniti sent me to a collection agency for $59.23 that I owed them for the personal property taxes on the car for January - March 4, when I returned the car. One would think that after having a 6 year relationship with Infiniti - paying my payments in a timely manner and ALL personal property taxes that I had to pay to them, someone would pick up the phone and make a phone call to verify that I had received the bill for the $59.23 in personal property tax that I owe them. But no, they just sent me to collections. I JUST received the actual bill from Infiniti a few days ago. I would like to just say, Thank you Infiniti and I will not ever consider leasing or buying another Infiniti again! I am not sure why after 6 years they would think that I would not pay the $59.23 in personal property tax that I owe. I paid them thousands... crazy!!

For those of you that have the dreaded bubbling dash there is good news. Infiniti issued a recall on the dash problem to be repaired at no expense to the owner. I had an 07 fx35 and the dash bubbled in 2010. Had it replaced and received a warranty for 85000 miles or 8 years. The drivers seat tearing is another issue. They will not fix that, nor will they fix the power seat gear issue.

I have had an issue with my lease. I went to INFINITI OF RIVERSIDE and the car salesman was Tahir **. The salesman was completely dishonest and did not do anything he promised to do. I inquired about a lease since my lease was coming to an end. He continued to text me the same day and insisted I go in that very day in order to get a deal. Upon going in to look at the cars I told him I would like to return after speaking with my prior leasing company to make sure that I had all my numbers in order. I told him that I usually go with a Broker and he insisted that he was also a broker and that he can get the same deals. I then told him I was not looking to put any money down at the moment that why I didnt want to get the car that very day. He insisted we go on a test drive and we did. I didnt like vehicles color so I insisted I would come back later. He then told me that if we leased the car that day that Infiniti would take care of all the remaining payments, damage fees, and disposition fees. It sounded good but I still had a budget I wanted to stay under. The budget was that of 400.00. He then said that if we got it that day he would be able to do everything, take my old car that day and that he would take care of everything to return it, pay any fees, and I wouldnt have to worry about anything. All he said was that he would need a down payment in order to make the deal. Originally not wanting a down payment I figured if everything was going to be taken care of then it wasnt a bad deal for a 2 year lease. So I decided to try out Infiniti and so far it has been a horrible experience! He told me I could only get a 3 year lease, then he said for the down payment I would have to write out a blank check for 1,600 as the down payment. He never called Lexus to make sure they came to check the car I had to do that. I have been having to deal with Lexus since not everything has been paid off! So now I still owe Lexus upwards of $600 and I have a higher payment on my Infiniti lease because it was going to be a little higher in order to cover any cost. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever experienced and will be glad to return this car and never do business with a shady company like this! I have tried contacting Ali and all he said was that I should take car of it on my own now. And he stopped responding to me.

I leased an Infiniti 37G in 2014. My lease expired in September of this year, I visited the dealership where I had leased the car the first week of August and inquired about buying a new Infiniti AWD. I contacted the dealer several times trying to get cost and payment terms. I received two quotes, both with very different figures and payment terms. I contacted the dealer a final time the third week of September and told the salesman I had to have the information within the next two days in order to process everything before the lease expired. When I did not hear from him, I purchased another vehicle from a different dealer.I then called to make arrangements to return the leased Infiniti and was told the only person who did that was out with an infected arm. I was told he would be given a message to call me when he returned. I still have not heard from him and it is now the middle of October. I returned the car to a different dealership. Now after two months I have been unable to get Infiniti to release interest in my Personalized tags and have had to buy new tags for the car I purchased. Based on my experience, I would never recommend leasing or buying from Infiniti.

I am currently leasing 2014 QX60. Overall very happy with the car, however certain things make me worry. At about 150 miles (ONE-HUNDRED and FIFTY)... I had to replace my transmission. Not repair or adjust: completely replace it. At about 2900 miles I have noticed issue with fuel-gauge: both computer estimated one, and the arrow one. Computer estimate keeps jumping up and down, and the arrow one is stuck at quarter tank most of the time, randomly moving up and down. I truthfully never know how much gas I have. Auto lights....they are always on, even when it is day time and sun is bright and shining. One of the welds in the trunk is a bit too big, so when trunk opens up it makes a squeaky noise (annoying). Now, I am leasing it, so if tomorrow all 4 wheels falls off... I dont really care... just putting it out there to inform others.

I had the check engine light come on, so I took the car back. They said, Its just low on oil. I was concerned because the oil had just been changed 2,400 miles earlier. Four thousand miles later, the engine spun a bearing, and I took it to them and said there was a problem prior to warranty expiring. They told me, Sorry. I leased a QX 60 with all the bells and whistles. Nice car a bit under powered but it was for the wife. Recently, I turned in the lease and Infiniti claimed there was over $3,000 in repairs. I inspected the vehicle myself after having it detailed, I saw nowhere near the so called damages. After their so called 3rd party inspection, they stated there were chips in the paint and dents, which conveniently cost $300 apiece to fix. I asked them to provide me with pictures of the damage. They refused. At this point, I either was going to pay the so called damages or hire an attorney. Its interesting, the damages were right around what it would have cost me to hire legal council. It is my belief that Infiniti leasing has questionable business practices.

Having worked on and been a part of numerous Infiniti car company dealerships over the last 15 yrs, and now finally owning one of their products, its come to my attention that their brand quality is largely compromised. My situation is as follows. Having a late model Infiniti that was bought used, I concluded nothing is perfect and things would need to be fixed. However, I have never owned a vehicle with a melting dashboard. Having fixed numerous dashboards over the years for Infiniti on the FX models in 2009 to 2011, it had occurred to me that there are many other models with the same problem all the way up until 2012. The dash will crack and ultimately degrade to the point where it is unable to be cleaned/touched or even looked it through the window due to high amounts of glare it produces when driving (melting area becomes very shiny) understood the vehicle is out of warranty, but Infiniti has no remedy or cause for concern to fix these problem cars dashboards. I know there are plenty out there too. No wonder Lexus is the company to be.

I purchased a brand new 2013 QX56 from Holman Infiniti in Maple Shade, NJ.
I purchased a brand new 2013 QX56 from Holman Infiniti in Maple Shade, NJ. Within two months, the car started having issues. The car would simply lose all acceleration power and shut down. This happened first time two months after vehicle purchase. I called Infiniti Roadside Assistance and got it towed back to the dealer. Since the car was so new, Infiniti flagged the car and sent out their own engineers to look at it. Decision was made that it was a defective throttle chamber and the part was replaced. Exactly a week after getting the car back, it did the same exact thing. Again, Infiniti Roadside Assistance towed the car back the dealer. This time, both dealer mechanics and Nissan engineers said we have no clue what the problem is, though the error code thrown by the car was the same as last time. So they said they were going to keep the car for a week and drive it around with a data recorder attached to try to reproduce the problem. Of course, the problem could not be reproduced, so they gave me the car back with the data recorder attached in hopes that when it happens again, it would tell them what the issue is.On top of all this, second time car was towed, towing service damaged the vehicle. The whole front end of the car is damaged with a hole in the hood of the car. Initial estimate is over $4K worth of damages. Dealership initiated a damage claim with Infiniti Roadside Assistance. Their claim company sent me a letter requesting more documentation, which I sent to them. I even got a confirmation letter that they have all the info. I never heard from them since. Claim company Infiniti uses Agero, who does not return my phone calls. Finally, I filed a complaint with Infiniti Customer Affairs, got contacted by their rep who said she would take care of this. Guess what, nothing is happening. At one point, Infiniti customer affairs rep said that Agero is saying that they have no record of me ever making a claim. So now, I have a brand new expensive vehicle which is unreliable and damaged with Infiniti not caring at all. Last time I buy Infiniti and would never recommend their vehicles. Keep shooting yourselves in the foot, Infiniti. For a company trying to make a name in the luxury vehicle market, you should be all over your customers trying to help them.

Decent amount of models but need more in the large sedan category and more sport type cars would be nice. The large SUVs look like a remake of the Nissans. Though I know both are owned by the same there needs to be a difference if someone is going to be paying a higher price. The front looks amazing. Just looks like its angry and is ready to go. The on-board navigation and the whole system though is bad. The infotainment system Infiniti needs to be revamped because it is slow and old. The upgrade options are a little pricey but not as bad as other dealers. Some are worth it like going to the premium but the personalization could be better on them. Back seats have decent amount of leg room though me being a tall guy the person behind me can become squished between the seat. Plus when I get out, the auto bring the seat back can make it even worse and I have to manually stop it.

Bought a new 2011 QX56. Had multiple issues covered under warranty. Thinking I got a lemon! Recently, my wife got stranded on the side of the road with our kids due to another poor quality issue. I paid to have it towed to the dealership where I purchased it. The vehicle has 79K miles. I was told it needed a timing chain and sprockets or a long block. 5K to 12K to fix. Called Infiniti which took a week for them to open a customer care claim and assign a rep to review and follow up. Was told it was out of warranty and there was no support offered. Escalated it to Nissan corporate, which took another 5 days and was told the Qx56 had performed to Nissan’s standards 70K miles and Nissan would not offer any additional support. The corporate rep was correct. Not a lemon, just unreliable and overpriced! Nissan has changed the name twice but it is still the same company making it. Based on all the customer complaints online this is a common problem! I have other choices and will not purchase anything else from Nissan or Infiniti! I hope my bad decisions help you make a better choice!

I am currently an owner of a G35, G35 Cpe, and a 2005 FX35. My biggest problem is with the FX. I have had a dashboard that bubbles and car seats that are ripped on the sides (which are now being covered by black duct tape). Now, my driver side seat is squeaking nonstop. Oh, I forgot about the rear view mirror that just fell off one day. I cannot believe the money that was spent on this car and the shape it is in. I hate driving it. If I was in any condition to purchase a new one, I would. I guarantee it would not be an Infiniti. I have never owned a car which seats rip the way they have. My daughters car, the 2003 Cpe, will start to blast cold air and not stop. But I was told a recall was only made on the sedan. Now that is just stupid. They are the same car. You, guys, make no sense. But I do believe when I go to purchase a new car, I will not get much for my FX because of the ripped and squeaked seats, and it will be your fault.

My Infiniti was purchased on 2010 and I was never notify of this issue. What can I do?

Infiniti manufactured a faulty dash in the Infiniti fx35, which bubbles and cracks (after your warranty is up). Infiniti knows the material is damaged at my fault to the customer. Yet they will not pay for $2500.00 repairs. Infiniti will not discount the repair. However certain customers have been granted this courtesy. I guess Infiniti appreciate certain customers more than others. I have filed a complaint with them as well. There has to be something that can be done... I will never purchase another Infiniti!!

I loved it. Gorgeous and high end for it to be intro to luxury cars. The inside and outside are impeccably gorgeous. The screen inside and the tan interior is amazing. But it gets dirty extremely fast and they dont offer that many varieties in a sedan. It would be better if they had more varieties but what is available is great for an intro to luxury car. My vehicle can seat 4 other people comfortably. But with a car seat in my car I can only seat 2 other people comfortably. With growing family, I need a bigger vehicle that can hold another car seat and transport people. I am extremely interested in upgrading but Im not fully aware of the upgrade options. I am ready for an SUV.

I bought a CPO 2011 FX 35 in 8/14 and that car has been the worst purchase I ever made! The car has stalled out on me at least 10x while in transit, several times with my children in the car; and I have had several close calls in being rear ended! This car has been back to Lynbrook Infiniti every month since 10/14 and spent the entire month of December 2014 at that dealership and is back there now again for the same issue! I have contacted Infiniti HQ and they refuse to look at buying the car back or replacing it - instead telling me that they will send it to another dealership located in NY! Meanwhile I pay for a car thats been in the shop more times than its been in my driveway! My kids refuse to get into the car because of the number of close calls that theyve experienced and I cant blame them!Wish I had read more reviews before I put my family Im danger and wasted time and $.

I have been devastated by the loss of my 37x related to fire. I loved every moment of ownership of that car which I purchased new 3 years ago. I have been searching for assistance on line and called the warranty division but have not received any responses or been able to find help. Local dealer cant do anything as this requires higher level of support and investigation. Can anyone from this site help a Canadian owner reach someone of importance at Infiniti related to the warranty division? I do not wish to provide any details yet hoping Infiniti will respond to my issue. This is an extremely disturbing experience. I dont know where to find an order number as requested below.

My Q50 has 88,000 miles on it and is out of warranty. It has always been meticulously maintained. This week while parking the engine suddenly failed. The local Infiniti dealer inspected the engine and found that it had, in their words, a catastrophic failure. There were no signs of wear or burning. Something in the number two piston tore up. The oil pan showed large chunks of metal. I had expected this engine life to be at least 150,000 miles. Infiniti Customer Service response to my complaint was that the car was out of warranty and I will have to pay for a new engine.

My Infiniti 2003 G35 audio finisher circuit board is defective, which causes the audio and temperature controls to be inoperable. Nissan North America/Infiniti Division issued a 2003 G35 Sedan Audio Finisher voluntary service campaign, but is only covering sedans manufactured up through August 21, 2002. When I called to take steps for the repair of my 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan, I was informed my car was manufactured in December of 2002, and was outside of their voluntary service campaign, even though the defect is a known problem to the 2003 G35 sedans. I am concerned for my driving safety, knowing the AC/Heat is running full blast for the duration of my drive. I commute at least 500 miles from Monday-Friday (not including weekend driving), and I know this will put a huge strain on other mechanical systems in my car, and I can only imagine my time is short, before my entire car is rendered inoperable. Without Nissan honoring this repair, or until I can afford to repair the defect myself, my car has no value even as a trade in. I will never buy another Nissan/Infiniti product, and will start my own personal campaign to convince other consumers, not to buy a Nissan product either.

Infiniti is a great car brand that can help you get to point A to point B whether youre going with a family, solo, or cruising. They have added digital touchscreen maps to help you get the fastest and safest route their system cant think of. Also, the modes of driving fast sport or echo to save gas and help the environment and slow if you are driving in the snow. It has luxurious space for kids to relax in or if you want to go fast, enough room for the driver to feel relaxed as well as the passenger. Even space for 1-4 people. My passengers in the front and backseat have their own 2 cup holders, one in the side door and one in the middle. The seats can be adjusted to their most comfortable and safest spot.

After purchasing a certified pre-owned Infiniti I was hoping that my car would be under warranty for the time stated. Well three months after the purchase and my transmission started acting up. Im very surprised that Infiniti would not repair the car. Obviously this review would need many words to explain all the details but heres the bottom line. The customer service is not what you would expect from a car company and too bad I spent 60k to find that out. I have to rate this car company a one star because zero star is not an option.

I understand cars having some issues over time, but the dashboard on my FX3
I understand cars having some issues over time, but the dashboard on my FX35 is completely a manufacturing defect. And it has been proven to be a vendor/supplier issue across the entire Nissan/Infiniti brand. Florida just had a class action suit won against Nissan for Altimas. There were two before this won in different states against Infiniti. My car currently is waiting for the Takata Airbag recall appointment. Why cant they replace the dash when they remove it to replace the deadly airbags? I actually would be willing to help cover part of the cost of the new dash since they already will have to remove it to replace the passenger airbag. What it comes down to it cars are a BIG purchase for MOST people. German cars dont have sticky bubble filled melting dashboards, so why is this a problem for Japanese car manufacturers? If I remember correctly Toyota and Lexus have similar class action suits. I honestly feel that at the very least, these companies should in good faith repair the shoddy materials at 50% of the cost.
