Infiniti Automobile Model 2019 Infiniti QX60
I am about to pull out what little hair I have left! We purchased a fully loaded JX35 5/13/2013. Soon after we started to experience transmission problems. The car would shake and jerk between 20-30 mph. We returned the car to Infiniti of Manhattan in 6/1/2013. The service department couldnt provide us with an answer as to when the car would be returned or provide us with an answer as to what is wrong with the car. 6/15/2013 they informed us they would need a new transmission! So we demanded that the get us a new car because this car is obviously defective. The car had less than 300 miles on it at the time of replacement. They told we will not get a replacement contact Infiniti USA. We did and they told us they will do everything to fix the problem. Meanwhile, the transmission had to be ordered from Japan. The car was returned to us 7/16/2013. We made two car payments on a car that we didnt have. Now not even a year later with 7000 miles on the car the transmission fails again! No answer as to when the car will be returned same silence from Infiniti USA. I have tried to break lease, unable to. We have contacted New York State Department of Consumer Affairs awaited their help. Save your money. DONT BUY THIS CAR OR ANY CAR FROM INFINITI!!!!
I made a mistake trusting this dealer when I bought a used car (Infinity QX4). When I drove off I noticed the service engine light soon was on. I thought that it may have been an oil change indicator, like the one my Honda has, that wasnt reset. I drove it home to Portland and the light went out. I looked at the owners manual that said it could indicate a problem with the engine and also said if it is flashing, it needs urgent attention to prevent engine damage. A few days later the light came back and the car hesitated on the freeway and the light started to flash. The salesperson from the dealer called me the day after I had it home and I told him about the light. He said it was probably a minor thing, like it may have been run out of gas or the gas cap may not have been tightened enough, and he told me to call him back if there was any other problems. After the second time the light came and stayed on, I had the car analyzed. It pulled up a P1320 code. This indicates that the coils are going bad. The cost of the repair is about $1000.00. I called back the dealer and they said, “Too bad - we wont help you.” I know this was an as is sale, but this car should have been fixed before selling it for wholesale off. Apparently, the dealer doesnt care about their reputation or doing whats right for their customers. Most brand dealerships would not do this. Stay away from this one!
In September of 2012, I leased an Infiniti JX35 at the 3817 West Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14623 location. Unfortunately, I am very unsatisfied with the car. The navigation in the car has never worked consistently. Sometimes it works. It seems when the weather changes, it stops working. It is very fickle and unreliable. I have brought my car in for service SIX times to fix the navigation system. In addition to the GPS not working correctly, the air bag light keeps flashing on for no reason..
I have a 4 door sedan which seats 5 comfortably. Infiniti has a wide range of models from sports cars and coupes to trucks and suvs. Great engines with lots of power. All wheel drive which comes in handy in the northeast and a very good awd system. Very unique sounding engine along with a stylish new body which they just came out with getting away from the legacy models that have been the same for some time. The upgrades include real leather, nose speakers, sports seats, suspension and engine upgrade. Navigation is also an option, backup camera comes standard.
Infiniti was truly remarkable. The car I got had a beautiful exterior, nice navigation, cool tires and great selection of colors to choose from. It can hold up to a max of about 2000 lbs.. Its strong too and one of a kind. I would recommend this brand of cars to anyone looking to purchase a fancy car. It offers a lot of fancy top notch vehicles that are not too high in price. You are also able to customize your car or pimp it out (however you wanna phrase it) in any way like and it doesnt take very long.
I love Infinitis. They run well, comfortable, and are stylish no matter what year or model. They have something for every taste and are not prone to a lot of mechanical issues and gas efficient. Its a compact car with the feel of a luxury sedan heated seats. It has a backup camera, tinted windows, a bose sound system and a decent sized trunk. The front seats are comfortable and the back seat sits three people. It also has beige leather seats with back seat storage. The newer models have other nice upgrades, but I like the factory features that are in my car.
I have a 2008 G37 under warranty until 9/17/2012. My drivers side floor was experiencing a leak. When I went to the Infiniti dealership of Manhattan, I was informed that the car door had either been worked on or it had been into an accident (an accident on the top of the front door? Pretty sure the Mr. ** was making up excuses to charge me). Mr. ** then proceeded to say that the window is not put in the right spot and is very complicated to get it fixed. The cost was going to be $285. I declined as I see this as red flag. He then told me I have to pay the $139 diagnostic fee, which is unacceptable. I was in no mood to get cheated as I see this as one. I then told him I did not have the means to pay for it. Luckily, he was nice enough to take care of that for me. This company policy practice is unfriendly. How can a luxury brand like Infiniti have such poor customer service?
There are so many car by Infiniti but I chose to buy g35x which is a luxury and sport all in one. This car also is a very reliable car. It is new, unique and fabulous and it has all the feature I was looking for like the heated seats and the stereo system and the pick up of the car.
I made an appointment for the dashboard recall for my 2005 Infiniti FX35. I arrived at the Long Branch, NJ Service Center early for my appointment, and received a loaner car. Within an hour, they called me to come back for the vehicle. Mind you, I live 40 miles away from the nearest Infiniti dealer. They told me I need to come back and make another appointment when the dash comes in. I asked them why would they have me come in for nothing then. They stated that we need to see if its normal wear and tear, or warranty. I said that If its a recall, then it should be replaced either way. They said, not if its normal wear and tear. It was a total waste of time and every time I go in there they want to charge for something. This time they tried to hit me with a $120 evaluation fee. I will never buy another Infiniti again! Also, they will not cover paint chips I have all over my front bumper. The paint just keeps peeling off and it looks like crap. Its a 50K vehicle, new. There is no reason why this should not be in the recall as well.
Infiniti is catching up the last couple of years and offering more variety in their models. It offers many models that will appeal to both the family shopper as well as the performance oriented buyer with models that will carry your whole family or just you and a pal. It is an exciting brand known for performance. This brand offers the cutting edge technology, safety and performance features that every shopper in this category looks for and craves as an auto enthusiast or an informed luxury shopper. It offers all the amenities as standard equipment. Plus a plethora of custom accessories and optional items to make your vehicle stand out from the crowd as your own. Fantastic vehicle. Loved it.
I have been looking to buy a new luxury sedan and was considering a Infiniti Q70 Hybrid, only because the MPG of the non-hybrid for Infiniti is terrible. I actually like the Q70L because of the legroom in the rear, but the Hybrid was not available in it. However, any dealer Ive visited says that they have never seen the Q70 Hybrid and doubt that it is available. When I go to Infiniti website and do a Build and Price, I can build it, yet the quote goes to my local dealers (not so local... 2 hour drive) and they tell me not available. I try to contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs to find out whats going on and they put me back to sales of the dealers Ive already talked to... that know just as little as I do. I guess that is my hint... That it is probably a mistake to be looking at this vehicle in the first place. I get quick and satisfactory replies back from other manufacturers where I have contacted for other issues or questions.
About 8 months ago I leased a QX30 because I have friends who love Infiniti so I was excited to give it a try. This car is a DANGEROUS vehicle. We went to the dealership to try and get out of the lease and roll into something else because they asked us to come in and talk after I emailed my disappointment. All they were concerned about was trying to fleece us out of more money, not help us solve the problem. Here are just a few of the issues with this car: motor shuts off when you come to a stop so that when you try and go out to make a turn, it bogs down and delays (I have almost been hit because we live on a busy highway). The visibility is so poor and there are no added mirror insets on the side view mirrors to help with this problem. When you come to a stop the a/c shuts off and when you go it turns back on except blows hot air, auto door locks with key fobs dont work properly, it will not pair well with my iPhone (apparently has compatibility issues), back tailgate does not always unlatch and is heavy. I was told these parts are made by Mercedes with an Infiniti logo...if it were Infiniti I would be ashamed to have my logo on this car. I do truly hope no one is hurt in this car, myself included.Guess my husband and I will have to continue to draw straws to see who has to drive this plastic heap of junk each day until our lease is up. We were given the opportunity to test drive a QX60 and it was so nice and quiet and drove like a luxury car is should. But then they decided to try and really stick it to us because if you are extremely disappointed, they really dont give a darn. Hopefully we can stop anyone else from making the mistake of purchasing this vehicle and after our experience today, they dont get a good review on customer service either.
My Nissan Infiniti is fifteen years old and still performs miraculously. Great gas mileage, and rarely requires repairs. Its also quite classy in appearance. Has taken me on lengthy road trips without a hitch.
Infiniti is by far the worst car to lease. Not only is the seating very uncomfortable but also created more back problems for me. The lumbar system in these vehicles is horrendous. What is even more upsetting, is their website has been down for days now. I cannot see my payoff amount. When I asked to remove the automatic payments option so I can make the last full payment (so I would not be overcharged with autopay) I was neglected and hung up on 4 different times. Customer service is a complete joke. One guy couldnt even get the volume on his headset to work. Do not lease from this company. Its time for Americans to stick with their bread and butter (Ford, Chevy, etc.)!
This car has been a fun car to drive but the reliability has been a joke. Almost immediately after buying the car the window regulators were messed up and I had to pay to get them fixed. Now the CD player is messed up, its got some CDs jammed in there. And Infiniti is quoting close to $1500 to fix this? Are you kidding me!? These cars are junk. Might as well stick with GM cars. Even if something goes wrong in a GM vehicle it costs under 200 to get it fixed.
Paint clearly was defective and started showing and cracking in few spots just about the 4th year. Wrote to them to get someone to check it out... It took a while for a supervisor NOT to bother but to call and deny the coverage. I read that paint DEFECT is well beyond the basic warranty, however, even after my calls, anyone bothered to have me take it to a dealer to look at, although a dealer I service the car at, advised to call them originally as he was sure it would be corrected! Should have bought my son a Kia or Hyundai!!!!!
I love my Infiniti sedan. I bought it used at 85k miles. I have zero problems with it. Just regular maintenance which is reasonable. It rides beautifully. It’s pretty. I would love to get a new one.
Infiniti has so many options to choose from. They are affordable and dependable. The sleek design and high end features make this brand unbeatable. It is top of the line quality and if you dont like any of the base models you can definitely customize it and make it your own. They have tons of features and add-ons to choose from. Also, even if you get a two door you will still have lots of room for that additional person. Not to mention the trunk space. And the SUVs are super roomy and comfortable. You really cant find any other brands quite like Infiniti and I love it. I would recommend this car company to anyone looking.
I purchased a 2006 G35X in February 2012 with minimum miles on it. In October I noticed that my car would blow white smoke occasionally when I cranked up, and it was using a lot of oil in between oil changes. I took the vehicle to the Infiniti dealership for service and I was told by the service consultant that they had to do an oil consumption test before they could do anything else. She never contacted my warranty company about the oil consumption test, so for 5 months they continued to put oil in my car without trying to determine what the real problem was. What the service consultant failed to tell me was that the car had previously been in for the same problem and that they already knew what the problem was.I dropped my car off on March 19th to finally get the repairs done. For 2 weeks they held my car and did nothing to it. I called that Friday to get an update on what was going on and I instantly started getting the run around. Every time I called to get an update, either she was not in or they had not torn my car down or the adjuster had not come to inspect the car. I contacted my warranty company and they said they had emailed the consultant so I called her back and she said she didnt get the email. After some research the email mysteriously appeared. The warranty company denied my claim because of the pictures that the service consultant emailed to them. She told me one thing was wrong with my car, but told the warranty company something else. In the process of trying to extract thousands of dollars out of my pocket, the Infiniti dealership dismantled my entire car. There was nothing left intact but the body. I have been around cars my entire life, even worked on cars before. I have never seen anyone dismantle a whole car just to say that the valves were gummed up. They then wanted to charge me $2500.00 to put the car back together without fixing it. I contacted the dealership where I bought the vehicle and they stepped in and offered to pay for the repairs as a gesture of goodwill. They asked the Infiniti dealership how much it would cost to fix what was wrong and put the car back together and the service consultant told them that the only thing they (Infiniti) would do was put another motor in the car, even though as a customer I said I only wanted the problem fixed and the car put back together. I had to have my car towed away from the dealership which they charged $1300.00 for. It took two trips for the two truck to get my whole car to another facility for repairs. The attached pictures show in detail the condition of my car when it left the Infiniti dealership. The parts were not boxed up. They were just put on the back of a tow truck and dropped off at another facility.I will never take my vehicle to the Infiniti dealership for service ever again. They are in the business of ripping customers off and then lying about it. They have deceptive business practices at the Infiniti of Memphis dealership.
I leased 2019 Qx50 and after a year, one day I got locked out of my car. I had to call the locksmith to open the door as the keys were inside my car. I had to pay $100 out of my pocket and when I contacted the dealership from where I leased the car, they said they couldn’t do anything about that...It’s not my fault if the car give me a trouble.
I bought a brand new INFINITI Q50 Hybrid with technology package in September 2013. Got hit by a deer on Nov 3, 2013 and the car is with the auto body shop till date with no hope in sight... Parts were ordered from Japan but apparently, the new ECM modules were not compatible with the one in the car and now all modules need to be replaced and there is no ETA on the delivery of these parts. I have incurred tremendous stress, frustration and money in paying for rental cars thus far and still using a rental... The car was bought with me putting down $20k and financed for $30k and am still paying the monthly $530 for not using the car! Can I please have my equity ($approx $20k) and the rental car expense back and NISSAN can take the car away...
The Infiniti QX60 has great safety features, but the Navigation/Bluetooth is still in the ox-cart Stone Age. Getting driving instructions also slow and tedious, compared to GMC Onstar, which answers the phone immediately, compared to long wait with Infiniti. And, GMC downloads instructions immediately, compared to tedious, roundabout method with Infiniti. If it were not for the excellent features, I would stick GMC and OnStar, which are far superior to Infiniti.
Terrible experience altogether. The Infiniti vehicle I leased didnt impress me at all especially for the money I was paying for it. The customer service was terrible. The hidden fees were added. $500 charges for two minor scratches. Deposition fee that I never agreed to and found out that they were added to my contract only in the end of my lease. So after my 39 months lease was over, Infiniti sent me invoice for another $1000. Their customer service is useless. They dont care about customer satisfaction and brand reputation, they care only about money. I will never ever again purchase or lease Infiniti or Nissan vehicle. Prior to leasing Infiniti I had Acura and what a difference it was. The car, the service, and I didnt have to pay a penny extra after my lease was over. Stay away from these people.
This car is a gem. It is so good for just casual driving or for any kind of long trips to vacation spots or in general. I use my model of Ultima Infiniti to help me get around the whole world cause it is just that beast. It is very fast, coordinated, good, and very powerful in the engine. It is very bright, colorful and very cool. It is great.
I bought a G37 Infiniti Coupe from Infiniti of Manhattan back in Nov of 2013. After a few months I realized my lower bumper paint was cracking in several areas. I contacted the manager ** and explained to him the issue - he then said bring the car back. I did drop the car off on June 2nd in 2013 and the car bumper was still a mess when we picked it up. ** then stated to me Bring the car back the following week and I will send it back to the body shop. I took my vehicle back and this was an ongoing issue which was never resolved by dealer. I then contacted Infiniti Affairs and made several complaints about this issue back then and still no help. I called recently on February 26, 2015 and spoke to a Claims Agent by the name of ** from Consumer Affair. She stated, I see this been an ongoing issue with Infiniti Manhattan. But Im sorry to tell you they are now closed but go to the nearest dealer in your state and have them take pics of the bumper. I did that the following weekend and went to Ray Catena in Edison N.J. ** a service adviser that assist me at all times took the pics. ** contacted me on March 2nd of 2015 saying Infiniti Consumer Affair Regional Manager came to an Agreement that my bumper isnt a manufacturer issue and they wont be covering my damages. She then went on to say she received the pics of the bumper. Ray Catena employee did state in the email with the pics it was a horrible job done. I then stated when Infiniti of Manhattan had my vehicle it wasnt a manufacturer issue then neither. So she stated they are out of business now and Its nothing we can do. I said thats very unprofessional of Infiniti a Luxury Car Brand to tell customers that they can assist them. She then said, I understand your frustration but the case is now closed. I totally lost it over the phone on her and tell her I wont stop here with this big issue. She then asked, Do you know what body shop your car was at in NYC? I stated, No check your files for my information. Im sure your company has all Infiniti of Manhattan customer files. Her response to me is, We dont have any customer files from Infiniti of Manhattan and maybe you should try to find the owner and he can better assist you. I said to her, Your attitude and poor judgment will help cost Infiniti in the long run. She stated, Well we have no files for them and there is nothing we can do, being that my bumper wasnt a recall. I said to her, I need to speak with your manager, she said to me I will send an email for one to contact you. Its been seven days to be exact as of today - still no call from Infiniti Management. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs again this morning about this terrible service Im having with them. I also have my packet from Infiniti of Manhattan stating the services back in June of 2013 that was performed horribly by them. So I have proof that Infiniti of Manhattan had my car twice and still did my bumper horrible. So being that ** stated Infiniti Consumer Affairs have no files for Infiniti of Manhattan Customers. Guess what - I have found my work order and I will move forward with my evidence and seek Legal Advice. I wont ever buy another vehicle from Infiniti again in Life and I wont recommend my family nor friends. Their Consumer Affairs Suck Majorly and I have read many other customers complaints about them as well. Thanks.
I patch the new QX60 2020. From day one a lot of issues in the car when is very cold. The window glass is not rolling up. Heater is not working. I strongly recommend do not buy the Infiniti. Im not going to buy anymore Infinity. I have a warranty but theyre saying diagnosis theyre going to charge it.
I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 Sedan V6. The air system is stuck on auto and my audio (radio) and rear defroster no longer works. I have no control whatsoever on the entire air system. The problems started in 2009, as I lost control off, and on until about six months ago when everything went dead. I had recall work done on the audio circuit board in 2003 and now that Infiniti dealership in Guelph told me that it is the same part which is at fault. This diagnosis cost me 57 dollars. I called the Woodchester dealership in Mississauga that did the original warranty work and they told me that they no longer will back their work because the Voluntary Service Campaign Audio Finisher Circuit Board recall is over with. This is a total scam that Nissan has managed to sidestep even though they issued a recall. They replaced my part, all right, but this same part was again faulty and an obvious health and safety concern exists here. As far as I am concerned, they should once again replace this faulty part since they probably replaced it with a new one that again is faulty. How can I possibly drive this car when no front windshield air or rear defrost exists especially with winter fast approaching. The least they can do is pay for the part again since the dealership wants to charge me approximately 1700 dollars to replace both the circuit board and the radio. If I dont get satisfaction out of this I will never buy a Nissan vehicle again. There are so many people complaining about this. It is pretty laughable that no one from the government has forced the issue. I guess that will be my next step. Whats your move Nissan? Are you gonna take the responsibility for the vehicle you made or are you gonna wait till someone gets killed because they cant see the road while they are driving?
We are leasing a 2017 QX70 that currently has 6,000 miles. It has been to the dealer twice because the battery keeps dying. The 1st time they just replaced the battery without asking what would cause it to drain. The 2nd time, they finally decided to test the electronics to see why the battery keeps draining. The dealer couldnt confirm this would fix the problem but they think it is the push button start which they tried to say was not factory installed (until they looked up the window sticker). Aside from the inconvenience of a dead battery TWICE, we have had a loaner car for a month and still dont have the car fixed. We filed a report with Infiniti Consumer Affairs who sent the case to their legal team to see if we could break the lease without penalty. Brian, the CA rep assigned to our case takes two to three days to return phone calls. He finally called today to say CA determined we cannot break the lease under the Lemon Law. Our car is still not fixed and the dealer has yet to confirm when we can expect it to be fixed. We will never buy another Infiniti again as this is a joke. The car isnt even used enough to have had its first oil change! And there is no guarantee the push button start is truly the problem, so this could keep happening.
I am a third time Infiniti buyer and third time was not the charm. My car has been in the shop 5 times in the first 14 months of ownership for brake noise. Noise which is loud enough to be heard inside the house when I enter or exit the driveway. Excuse after excuse from the dealer with no real resolution. First, it was a pin, then a hose and now a spring. I have to fight to get them to reproduce every single time. Ive been told they squeak when theyre cold then they squeak when theyre hot and finally its not a safe issue. When I opened a case with customer service, what a joke. I called 4 times now, twice spoke to the rep and twice left messages. Not a single thing done as a result of my case being opened. The quality of the interior is awful. Leather seats cracking after just a year, silver trim nicks with the slightest pressure. Every silver panel on my car has dents and scratches - looks terrible. The dealer replaced one of them as goodwill and a day later, there were already two nicks on it. The new panel is worse than the old one. I am very frustrated, I wish I had never bought this car. Buyers, beware.
For the second time in over a year I have experienced the same issue with my 2010 G37S sedan. The steering wheel locks and the vehicle wont start. Lights work, most of the common electrical stuff work, except for the windows that wont go up or down. It seems to have something related with me not starting the car for more than a week in both occasions, I have been away on work trips for over a week. The first time the car was under warranty Infiniti claimed that it was a dead battery which I am pretty confident it wasnt because I had the battery checked just before that car was taken to the dealer. Now this past Monday I got back from a work trip to encounter the same problem, only thing is that my warranty had expired a month ago. This time I call roadside assistance, they try the most common things to see if the car would start. No response at all. Steering wheels still lock, they take it to the dealer. I contact Infiniti consumer affairs to let them know to express my anger and how disgusted I am with this issue. They gave me a case # and told me that they were going to try and help me out. After a whole week my car is still at the dealer and the service crew still has no idea whats wrong with my car.
Good variety of cars and large sport utility vehicles. All cars are very nice inside and the finishes of all vehicles are high-end without being over the top. You can easily see that the quality is very good. I have had no issues with any part of my purchased vehicle and there are many features I use on a daily basis. Also, I was able to upgrade my vehicle to include a few must have items for my family. However, I wish there was a third-row seating option for SUV options. Mostly a midsize SUV with the 3rd row would be great.
I bought a new M35X in 2010. I live in Ohio and I bought the AWD version to drive more safely in our winters. The car came equipped with Goodyear RSA tires. I bought the car in April and everything was fine when on flat dry roads. If there were uneven surfaces the front end trembled. When wet, the car had no traction despite being AWD. In winter, it was dangerous to drive and tended to rotated when on ice or snow. It had no traction. I complained to the dealer, Infiniti of Columbus, about the problem and after a test drive, they said nothing was wrong. I tried again, explaining that the car could not accelerate in the snow even with traction control on and would go into slides at slow speeds. The dealer was no help so I complained to the next level. The short of it is that the manufacturer did not care. The Infiniti representative said everything was normal. I started reading message boards and found that others had the same problem. The solution seemed to be tire replacement. The message boards suggested Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. I tried once again to get Infiniti to do something but was turned down. I purchased the MXV4 for this winter and it solved all of my traction, steering, and trembling complaints.I know there are other 2010 M35X owners suffering the same problems. For your own safety, buy a good set of all season tires. You will be amazed at the difference and get furious that Infiniti put a tire on the vehicle with those performance characteristics. I guess there is a reason why Infiniti is a third tier luxury brand. Customer care is non-existent.
This compact SUV handles well, offers relative quiet and comfort, good visibility and fair fuel economy. We like the rear view camera, the leather seating, the moon roof and generous storage space. All wheel drive is great on wet roads. Good audio, bluetooth phone and proximity sensors are a plus in driving and parking. GPS does a neat job. Nice car.
It was the luxury experience that I enjoyed very much. A lot of luxury items, XM radio woodgrain wheel, the wheelbase, the rear structure, the engine. Everything was great. Its got all the features that you could hope for. Its got a beautiful Hood, the back is great, the top is it, the horsepower, everything about it. All you have to do is just look forward to it and youll see how to professionally great it is in the engine. They have many different wheels that you can get and there are so many different stock rims all the way to luxury rooms. They also have different wood grain steering wheels that you can purchase also different seating available. Leather seating for those who like to be cool in the summer time. When you look into it and when you sit inside of it its very very spacious, a lot of breathing room and you can stretch your arms out. I really like it if I would recommend it but its just some things that Im not that Im not happy with.
Overall I dislike the way how they handle the repaint to my 2019 QX50. It took few months to have it take to the shop. It took me 4 times going back and forth to have it test or investigate and took many picture to convince them that it is not a rock-chip. After few months they made a conclusion that they will repaint the area that is peeling (Rear & Front) and Im happy about it but if this ever happen to Toyota or Honda dealership they can deal with it within a week or two. Just saying. Also Im disappointed on how they wont include the Apple CarPlay into 2019 model QX50. It is a new model and every car should have this as basic Apple android connection to the car. But Infiniti decided to not include 2019 model for having Apple CarPlay. My first car was a Infiniti and my thoughts about this is if you want your customer to keep be happy and loyal into Infiniti family, a simple update to Apple CarPlay should be ok and implemented into the early version of 2019 QX50. From everything I have experience, I doubt that I will be continuing being a part of Infiniti for my next car purchase or even recommend it. I dont want my friends or my family to have the same experience that I had. PS. Infiniti could at least update the radio system to have an Apple CarPlay let any other new car in the market. Its 2019 model after all. The car looks great btw but if you have this type of issue (Paint & outdated system) I think I would reconsider purchasing a different brand for a better quality of paint and system.
The car had everything - sunroof, power locks, leather interior, cold air, cruise control, and a Boise system in it. The passenger capacity was great. It held two people in the front seats and three people in the back seats with no problem. It was very comfortable and had leg room not like those little compact cars. I loved that car and when I save up enough money I am thinking about buying another one because that car was worth the money I paid for it. It was sporty and luxury all roll up in one car. And it drives so good. I couldnt believe it. I would be more than happy to own another one.
Approximately 6/6 times my 2002 Infiniti EX35 has cut off on me while on the road. After approximately 15 minutes, Ill try starting it and it will come back on. Twice my grandkids have been in the car. Luckily, no one has run into me. I have taken the car to Infiniti dealership in South Hills repeatedly and they cant find the problem. The last time I took the car to dealership they put in new sensors. However, it has turned off again. I called the dealership, still waiting on a return call from them. Nothing but problems. This is a serious issue. My family and I can be seriously hurt.
There are sports, sedans, SUV models and I believe trucks. Perfect for a single person or a big family. This luxury brand is very reliable and lasts a long time! I have a G35x and it comfortably holds 4 passengers and myself. We always use my car for road trips because it is very spacious. I imagine the SUV would be even better! The appearance is very sleek and expensive looking. I love my LED lights and the way they move with my car when it turns. I also like the inside clock feature which is very eloquent! You can choose an upgraded package that allows you to have Bluetooth features and GPS right on your navigation screen.
My car randomly stopped in the middle of the road, which caused me to drift into the water drainage section, on the side of the road (I was the only car on the road). As I called consumer affairs to get this squared away, they transferred me all over the place and gave me 3 different answers!!! The last guy hung up the phone after I didn’t feel like putting up with his BS. Congratulations Infiniti, you will not only be hearing from my Lawyer, but I will make sure the media will catch wind of this!! Oh, did I mention, I was in my way to pick up my 7 month old son?!? Yeah, you pissed off the wrong parent!!! Parents, do not buy this machine, you and your family will be at risk!!!
My Infiniti 2011 g37 is a reliable car. I have had it for 8 years over 173000 miles. Im hoping I can continue to enjoy my driving experience another 8 years. Oil changes when required are necessary. Regular maintenance, air filter micro cabin, fluid exchanges go a long way.
I purchased the new q50 right when they were released. Over the past year it has required multiple repairs. The computer system has been replaced twice, the door sensing modules break. The radio continues to intermittently work. Most recently the clock went dead and again required service. Additionally it squeaks on the inside. I have attempted to have this repaired but the dealership cannot hear the issue. The dealer informed me the car was a lemon and that I should report it to Consumer Affairs. I truly wish I purchased a Mercedes, although I have had an infiniti for a long time.
I just want to start I am Infiniti loyal customer, this is my 3rd Infiniti. My current car is QX70. About 4 months ago my car would start and shut off. I took it to Oklahoma city Infiniti dealer and they diagnose the issue a day change the break switch with didnt help. Took it the 2nd time and they program the computer and told me this will solve the issues. Same day after I picked the car start doing the same thing + jerking while speeding and slowing down and out power at all. I took it back and they went and changed the engine magnetic head which I dont understand why. Picked the car and 2 days before Christmas while doing shopping with my little girl, while waiting at a traffic light the car shut off. I had to put the gear on park and start the car. This is a safety concerns. I called the dealer the next day and was asked to bring the car. This time I took a video of the car not starting and show it to the service manager which he now have proof. The dealer cant diagnose the issue and I been told by the shop foreman to contact Infiniti consumer affair which I did. After they contact me I been told by OKC dealer I cant no longer bring the car to them since the Infiniti corporate been notify. The consumer affair supervisor informed me that Infiniti cant do anything special to fix the car. What I can do take it to different dealer which about 120 miles which I did and they have the car now. So Infiniti is aware of this issue and I have 3 recorded videos of the issues and wont do anything even its a safety issue. Hope Jacki ** of Tulsa Oklahoma will be able to help. WILL SEE.
My lease end up on 1/3/20, and I returned the vehicle back to Kings Infiniti. And inspection report was made on 1/10/20. My car was return in perfect normal wear condition (I got pics and kings infiniti disclosure statement to proof), and I got charges for excess wear and use damaged front end total $ 500 something. I contacted the infiniti finance, their excuse was I should done the inspection first before I return to dealer, not the dealer. But I was emailed the AIM inspection company before, and also I got the email said that I can return to dealer first then dealer will arrange them for the inspection. So now, Im in the middle of this situation which no one to discuss with. I on the phone with AIM and Nissan back and forth. And very bad experiences.
The salesman and the manager were RUDE and obnoxious. Especially the Asian manager. They refused to return my car keys when I decided not to buy their car. They had me trapped. They tried in vain to trick me. They threatened to ruin my credit. I was so disappointed. I will NEVER enter an INFINITI DEALER again. Thanks for listening.
My car was stolen. The insurance company sent to Infiniti more than the car was worth and refuses to give any money back, even though I put a large downpayment. Horrible company!! Thieves!! Everyone knows a car depreciates as soon as you drive it off the lot. Do not lease through Infiniti ever.
I have owned 8 Infiniti models over the years from a 1991 Q45 all the way to a 2011 G37x. I could not be happier with the cars and the way I was treated by the dealership in Barrington, IL. I will never go anywhere else for service work and plan on buying a Q40 or Q50 next year.
Ive owned my Infiniti G37 a little over 2 years. I recently noticed that the paint on my front bumper was peeling off. Since I live in No. California and purchased the car in So. California, I took it to our local Infiniti dealership and they indicated that someone had painted over the factory paint. Since I bought the car new and have never had work done to the front bumper, I knew that it wasnt me so it must have been done at the factory or Mission Viejo Infiniti where purchased. I called Mission Viejo Infiniti to discuss this and was told they had no record of anything being done to the bumper - of course they didnt. I then contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs and after being sent to 3 different reps, a month later an appointment was made for a rep to check out the paint on my car. Surprise - they said it wasnt the factory paint and they would not be doing anything to repair it.Im so angry right now that I just want to sell my car and have nothing more to do with Infiniti, Im going to try and see where else I can get my car serviced because I want nothing more to do with them and dont want to spend my hard earned dollars there. What kind of warranty is it if they wont take care of the problems that arise. This is very poor customer service!
I had several problems with my Q56 - just own it for 7 months. Dealer and Infiniti tells me that my leaking roof, squeaking brakes, car stalling, and non-working radio is all normal for a brand new car. At one point, I was going in every two weeks for repairs which have not been resolved. I never owned a vehicle with so many problems. I just get excuses from the dealer. They are trying to persuade me that this is absolutely normal. I am very unsatisfied with the vehicle. I will never buy Infiniti again.
After putting a deposit down for a second hand q30 it took 3 months to arrive. The car is registered as a 2 litre even though it is a 1.5 litre engine. Had the car for 5 months and Infiniti still havent managed to get the DVLA to change the log book. I was told the VIP service was available when I bought the vehicle. Now I am told its no longer available which means a 4 hour round trip for a service. Windscreen washer failed and it took them 6 weeks to repair. To top it off wanted me to pick my car up from the service centre two hours away even though the courtesy car was from down the road. They could not drop my car to me. Good car but if you do not live local to a service centre I highly recommend not getting this car.
Infiniti has issues with the transmission on the QX series vehicles. At 14,000 miles my new Infiniti QX60 had to have the transmission replaced. 4 months later and 7,000 miles, the new transmission need to have the valve body replaced. This should not occur on a new car nor new parts... I have requested that Infiniti buy my car back. This car is unsafe.
I have been devastated by the loss of my 37x related to fire. I loved every moment of ownership of that car which I purchased new 3 years ago. I have been searching for assistance on line and called the warranty division but have not received any responses or been able to find help. Local dealer cant do anything as this requires higher level of support and investigation. Can anyone from this site help a Canadian owner reach someone of importance at Infiniti related to the warranty division? I do not wish to provide any details yet hoping Infiniti will respond to my issue. This is an extremely disturbing experience. I dont know where to find an order number as requested below.
I leased an Infiniti JX35 on July 13, 2013. I absolutely loved the vehicle up until February of 2015. In February, I noticed the brake pedal would occasionally sink down almost to the floor when stopping. The pedal would also from time to time start sinking down when I was stopped at a traffic light or stopped In traffic. The car would start to roll if I didnt continue to apply more pressure to the pedal when I was stopped. The real concern was that the brake problem was intermittent, it didnt happen consistently. In February 2015, I took the vehicle to the dealership and they said there was a problem with the Master cylinder, so they replaced it. Upon receiving the car back, the brakes operated normally for only a week. After one week the brake problem returned. I called the dealership and they asked me to bring the car in as soon as I can, so I did in March 2015. The dealership claims they could not get the brakes to repeat this problem. I was now even communicating with the shop foreman, who said to me one time he felt something happen similar to what I was saying, but it happened only once. I went back and forth with the dealership in March. In April, they received authorization to change the ABS controller. After changing the abs controller, the brake problem appeared to be gone. The brake problem returned again in August of 2015 and again of course it is intermittent. It doesnt happen when Im stopped anymore, it just happens when Im stopping. If I dont continue to increase the pressure I apply to the brakes when they sink the car will not stop. The dealership took the car in, kept it for over a week, changed the brake pads and said they could not repeat the problem. They even told me at one time that this is the way the brakes operate on these vehicles. I immediately responded by informing them that these brakes did not operate like this the first 1 1/2 years I was driving it. My daughter drives my car frequently and she even came to me and asked me why do the brakes get so soft occasionally. I chose Infiniti because of their advertised HIGH standards of excellence. Theyre supposed to compare in quality to Lexus, Acura and Mercedes. Well, Ive owned 3 Mercedes in my lifetime and their customer service and quality is second to none. My face to face customer service experience with KM Infiniti has been good, however, they have not been able to fix the issues with my JX35. The quality of this vehicle is on the same level as a Nissan. Not only have had issues with the brakes, but Ive had the rubber gasket on the roof rack come loose, Ive had to replace the driver side sun visor.I chose this car because I wanted a car I could depend on when my grandchildren get into it. I wanted a car I could have confidence in for safety. I have just about every option available on this car and thought it would be a safe car for my family to drive in. As it stands now I am extremely dissatisfied with this car and it doesnt appear Infiniti knows how to fix it! This car is a Lemon!
I didn’t want for it to come to this l, but I feel like others should be warned. In Aug 2016 I leased a 2016 Q50 from Infiniti on Camelback. I love my car and planned to purchase it after the lease, up until these last couple months. In the beginning of October 2018, it started running hot and overheating, on October 24th took it into Infiniti of Scottsdale for an inspection and they gave me the all clear saying they couldn’t replicate the issue and nothing was wrong with my car after having it for 2 days. The service tech told me if it continues to call them back and bring it up.On my way home from the dealership, my car was running hot but not overheating and when I looked in the coolant reservoir, it was pretty much empty after just being filled at the dealership. I called and the service tech said to email him the photos which I did and never received a call back (it was the weekend). I continued to drive my car just adding 1/4 quart coolant, if not more, a day until the “low oil pressure, stop vehicle” light came about 8 days later (800 miles). I then had my car towed to Infiniti on Camelback where I purchased the car and had them look at it for the same issue. I was told that there was sludge in my engine and I had “lack of maintenance.”Before even being asked to provide all my receipt of oil changes, they noted on my car that there was lack of maintenance. They changed the oil at Infiniti on Camelback, still couldnt replicate the losing coolant and overheating issue and once again sent me on my way and told me to continue driving the car. Fast forward to Thanksgiving Day (4 days after getting my car back), we are driving to our families in Surprise Arizona from Chandler Arizona and about 45 minutes into the drive, I try accelerating and it doesn’t do anything. I pull into the suicide lane as I couldn’t do anything else and once the car finally hit about 20 mph the motor seized and started knocking. As it being Thanksgiving, Infiniti on Camelback is closed, we called the Infiniti towing line so they could tow the car in and we would have someone just come get us so we could still enjoy Thanksgiving. We were only quoted 90 minutes for the tow, but sat on the I10 for almost 4 and a half hour. I called Camelback the next day and spoke to the service manager. They refused to give me a loaner, and said that I would need to purchase a battery for $250 and $759 to break my car apart, before they could start the diagnostic on my car. That is ridiculously high for a battery for 1 and why am I being charged labour for something that should be under warranty?I purchase a battery from Infiniti of Peoria for $150 and self installed it. They still refused to do any diagnostic unless I paid them the $750 to break my car down. As my car in the last month had been given the all clear, and now they were saying I never did oil changes and it was my fault the motor and turbos blew. The service manager was VERY rude to me and just kept repeating “your lack of maintenance,” refusing to listen to anything else I had to say or look at any of my maintenance reports.I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with them so I transferred my car to Infiniti of Coulter AFTER speaking with a service technician who said he “doesn’t see why warranty wouldn’t approve it because it been checked 2 times in the last month and I have all my oil records. It sound like the coolant is mixing with the oil.” He told me at first if warranty didn’t approve it, but he didn’t see why they would. It would be $350 to pay, easy, told him to go ahead. I still mind you have not had a loaner vehicle. They did the inspection and to my understand they had all my service records and submitted the claim, the claim came back asking for my photo of the top of my engine which brought the charge up to $1400. I asked him what he thought was going to happen and he said he wasn’t sure but he still didn’t feel like it would be denied. After thinking about it, I really didn’t have any other choice and said go ahead.About a week passed and I heard nothing, I called asking if I would be able to get a loaner and he said yeah I should have something Thursday [on Monday]. I said okay and we left it at that. On Thursday I called to see when the loaner would be ready and he said my claim came back denied so I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner and the price on a used engine and turbo would be $14,000 or he could find a new motor but it would be about $14000 plus my $1,400 I already owe them. I’ve called consumer affairs numerous time and escalated it due to the fact they denied it “due to the sludge being in the engine it an automatic denial for lack of maintenance of the vehicle.” Well come to find out the claim was submitted with 2 service records. Of course they would deny it! I asked the service tech to attach the records so they can reevaluate and was told “no amount of service records can change their decision.”Well come back to this week after waiting since the 23rd or December for a call back from a regional supervisor in consumer affairs, I get the call telling me there will be no other communication and that I am not only responsible for a new motor but continue to pay the lease [done on Nov 1 2019] and any damaged that will be due after turning the lease in. So after paying almost $40,000 for the car, I now will have to pay an additional $20,000 for a motor and $470 a month till November. Not only that, I’ve made 3 payment on a car that’s been sitting at Infiniti with no loaner provided, lost out on not only Thanksgiving but Christmas and New Years with my family because I had no transportation to get there. Not only that but I’ve been having to rely on rides to work or paying for Lyfts. I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience with a company. I’ve personally purchased 2 vehicles from Infiniti and in the last 3 years my dad has purchase almost 6. I was a very loyal Infiniti customer but now I will never be back to any Infiniti or Nissan dealership. I’ve spoked with 3 master techs, without even telling them what’s happened to the car just showed them the videos and photos, ever since one of them have said, “there is a leak in my head gasket and coolant is mixed with my oil.” Sludge take thousands of miles to build in an engine, not only was it taken 800 miles prior and given the all clear AT AN INFINITI DEALERSHIP but the oil was changed 3,000 miles prior, and we still have the oil from that change. Not only did this happen to my car but is now happening to multiple other Infiniti’s and has (to my knowledge in Arizona only) happened to at least 6 others who have had their motor replaced already, through warranty or paying for it themselves. Mind you, I also paid for the 3 years or 45000 miles maintenance package for $499 that Infiniti on Camelback never attached to my lease.
I, too, own a 2003 G-35 and have had the expense of $670 to change out the radio circuit board. The repair shop tried to go through Infiniti but my VIN was outside of the range of the recalled vehicles. I think it is ridiculous that with the volume of complaints, Infiniti only chooses to replace a few. The problem was not limited to this specific range of vehicles as can be seen in the many message boards that continue to be the voice of many dissatisfied consumers. I really want Infiniti to make it right with the people who purchased their product and now, have had to be out the expense of the repairs. I really loved this car and would have been an Infiniti customer for life but this is just too much for anyone to just accept. Stand by your products and reimburse people for the money they have had to spend to fix this problem in order to be able to operate their vehicles safely!
Infiniti Q50 hybrid top of the range, 4 wheel drive, active lane control, every extra on the car. Always driven SUVs found the car whilst superb to drive not to my liking, so asked if they would consider buying it back. Now I realize everybody has to make a living but they have offered me what is basically 27,000 pounds less than the car cost new! OK it has 9,000 miles on the clock so I would of expected to lose a reasonable amount. On asking different car main dealers nobody seems interested as soon as you say Infiniti. I am puzzled by this as I thought I was buying a luxury car. My question is does anyone out there know of any reason for this? And any advice on what I could do to get a few thousand more for my car? I would be very grateful.
I am a SEVEN-TIME Infiniti owner. On 11-9-19 we leased a new Infiniti QX-60 from Infiniti of Columbus in Dublin, Ohio. We traded in a 2017 QX-60 coming off lease. One week after the trade in, we received a bill for $2,493.84 from Infiniti Finanacial Services, due immediately for payoff on the OLD lease, which contractually the Dealer was to have paid off. I tried to reach our salesman Stephen ** by phone several times that day, with NO return calls. I then emailed to Mr. ** as to why our now turned in vehicle had not been paid off. He replied by email that their finance/accounting department had told him that the check had been mailed. 10 days later on 11/25/19 I called Infiniti Financial Services who stated that NO payoff check had been received.I again emailed Mr. ** our salesman who again stated that he again checked with accounting who yet again verified the check had been mailed. One week later on 12/2/19 I again called IFS who again stated that no check had been received. I agained emailed and called our salesman repeatedly who no replies this time. I then called the Sales Manager Radu ** at the dealer who said he’d immediately resolve the issue. 3 days later I again called IFS and no payment had been received. I multiple times emailed and called the Sales Manager Radu ** with no replies. On 12/5/19 I then called the Finance manager Mike ** who proceeded to sort the issues out. The next day he got back to me on 12/6/19 and told me the check was NEVER ISSUED as the salesman had told me, until 12/3/19 and that Infiniti Fine isl Services had LOST the check. On 12/7/19 I received a collection letter from IFS, at which time I called Infiniti Consumer Affairs to assist with my payoff issues and lack of customer service from the dealer. I again spoke with Mr. ** the finance manager on 12/9/19 who stated he would overnight another payoff check. That same day I received a call from Austin, a Regional Manager for Infiniti Consumer Affairs in Nashville who stated he would also assist in resolving this matter. On 12/11/19, I spoke with Austin again, as well as an IFS representative who stated BOTH the lost check and the replacement checks had been received and who emailed me a payoff letter. On January 4, three weeks later I received a NEW collection letter from IFS for the original amount as well as a check from IFS for the same payoff amount made out in my name. I called IFS, who stated the account was now in collections with the loss recovery department which was closed on a Saturday. I again called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and requested that the case be re-opened. On Monday 1/6//20, I again called Consumer Affairs as Austin had not called despite my leaving several voicemails at his direct dial number. They connected me to him, and he partied me in with IFS and then the Loss Recovery Department. Austin refused to stay on the line as he was “too busy to continue helping” and stated he would call me in follow up 2 days later. I then spoke with Frank ** at Infiniti Financial Services loss recovery department with my attorney listening in, and Frank proceeded to laugh as he reviewed the case facts. Upon his review, and after spending 75 minutes on the phone with multiple people, in addition to over 4 hours spent on calls and emails prior, Frank proceeded to tell us that IFS had refunded the second payment from the dealer to me instead of the dealer, and simultaneously referred me to multiple collection agencies (several of whom had called me already earlier that day). Mr. ** explained that he indeed could NOT avoid the check erroneously mailed to me and that I had to deposit the check, and mail a personal check along with the bill and collection notice to pay off the 2017 Infiniti, and stated he would no longer pursue collection of this account and refused to e-mail me confirmation of this or our discussion. The next day on 1/7/20 I deposited the erroneously issued check from Infiniti for $2,493.84 and simultaneously mailed a personal check for the same amount via Certified Mail, return receipt requested.Austin, from Infiniti Consumer Affairs called me once on W. 12/8/19, while I was on an emergency phone call. I am a physician and was unable to take his call. Less than 60 seconds later, I called Austin back at Cinsumer Affairs and again left multiple voice mails with NO return call. I hope anyone considering owning/leasing an Infiniti will give second thoughts after reading our horrible saga of repeated failures at giving proper customer service at all levels of management.
Im just very sad that my 2003 Infinity g35 burned to the ground while not even on and no one from Nissan seems to care. The fire department said that it looked like it started from the headlight. Im now out of car. The sad thing is that I want to buy another g35 but my pride wont let me.
The I30, four-door model with leather and good sound system is a mid-level of the brand but it has good workmanship in construction. Its an older model, so design was outdated to more current models. But its attractive and functional design. It also has well-rounded lines with functional interior amenities, controls and easily accessible. Since this was a basic model, it did not contain a lot of bells and whistles. The sunroof was a nice feature and worked well. A larger engine was not needed as the model performed well. The car is listed as seating for five, which was correct, but rear seat leg room was limited. The front passenger compartment was quite narrow for leg room.
After I leased a new 2019 QX60 and had a lot of serious issues with the dealership I contacted Infiniti corporate affairs. The level of professionalism and help I received is the reason this is my 3rd Infiniti and will be my go to brand for years to come. They took the time to hear my issues and concerns, they became the middle man between me and the dealership and they made the difference in solving my issues. In the end they did not have to give me any compensation but they went above and beyond. Even after my issues were resolved they called to check on me and make sure I had no further complaints. I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 females derae and LaShondra who were professional and amazing problem solvers.
I bought a preowned infiniti from Red Noland Infiniti and within 3 weeks it would randomly not start. After spending over 40 days total in their service dept they could not diagnose or fix the issue. Finally after 11 months of ownership and 57 total days in service, Mike Ward Infiniti came up with at least an idea of the problem. However, it is several hundred dollars and may not even be the actual issue. Red Noland told me it was not covered under warranty or the warranty that came with the car. After the 4th attempt at repairing they offered me 40% less than I paid for the car after a few months of very stressful ownership. (Imagine going somewhere, the store or hiking, and your car wont start for over an hour when you get back to it). Infiniti consumer affairs has been less than helpful as well the only competent people are at Mike Ward in highlands ranch. I have had two arbitration cases open with infiniti and even with the bbb, however since the car is over a year old, but still under warranty, they refused to do anything to fix the situation. I have owned 3 infinitis the last 5 years, 2 g35xs, and a q40, and I will never give Infiniti or Nissan another dime for a car! You would think they cared about customers with brand loyalty but thats as big a joke as calling their cars luxury performance sedans.
I will never ever purchase Infiniti again. QX60 2014. The car jerks even after they replaced the transmission. I wish I can have one of the reviewer’s lawyer number so I can get the money back.
This is what we sent Infiniti in Aug. after yet another repair in 2 years. My car is a lemon. Since purchasing it 2 years ago, it has been in to have the brakes looked at & repaired at least 7 times! We first had the dealership that we purchased it from look at them right after we bought it in 2011 & have since had the Infiniti dealership in town work on the brakes 6 times! 10/29/2011, 1/11/2012, 4/17/2012, 5/24/2012, 10/24/2012 & recently. We want OUT of this car! The brakes were not the only problem with this car. We had the dash replaced, the rear end was replaced due to a defect which has to be addressed every 40k miles, the windshield wipers do not last past a year, the cruise control doesnt work, the air conditioning was blowing hot air, the car would lose traction in the rain etc., etc., etc. The list is so long. We just heard back from Infiniti about getting out of this car and into a new one, since the dealership says that these problems are unusual and Infiniti said that they will not do anything about this car because it is out of warranty (It has 70k miles on it). We really anticipated them realizing this car is a lemon and should not be on the road since it is a safety issue having a faulty brake system. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a car and the local dealership (there is only 1 in town) and now Infiniti itself! The car is messing up again (the engine is dragging and the gas mileage has dropped which is usually the sign we get when the brakes are going again) and it was only in to get serviced 2 months ago. Hate that the only option here is a lawsuit!
I purchased a QX56 which is their most expensive SUV. The lights started to fog up after it rained or snowed, so I took it to our local Nissan dealer who told me they would not do the warranty work because I did not purchase the vehicle from them. I called Infiniti and asked what my options were. After 3 calls and 54 minutes on the phone, they told me to go to another Infiniti dealer which is a 12-hour drive door to door or pay cash to have the local Nissan/Infiniti dealer do the work and submit the receipts for reimbursement to Infiniti Canada, who then will decide after the work is done whether they will cover the headlights ($1200 each). I should have bought a GM or Ford product!
Infiniti FX35 2012 - Fantastic car, good stability and handling in inclement weather and windy conditions. The controls on the steering wheel are also easy to use. The cameras are helpful in tight spaces as well. The built-in map program works fairly well but you need to pay to update it annually. The car can go almost 500 miles on a single tank of gas for a road trip. The car is a mid-size SUV that handles a lot of items in the cargo area. It is easy to pack different types of items. The car travels well for tall individuals 64 or so in the front sears. The Bose sound system is fabulous too. However, the car does not have intuitive windshield wipers. The exterior mirrors are not heated and they freeze over when it is sleeting. The little gadget box where the lighter is has no purpose as well.
The first contact with Infiniti was a refreshing change from other dealers. The actual sale process went well. After that it was a complete disaster. The car was delivered 10 days late and in a shocking condition. The paint work had faults on every panel. This ranged from deep scratches, paint scuffs etc to badly oxidized paint because of the protective!, transport stickers. The car was returned to the dealership and they agreed that it was a mess and should never had been delivered to a customer in that condition. At this point I indicated that it should be returned and replaced with another vehicle. The dealership refused and said it was company policy to try and resolve the issues. They arranged for the car to go to a local body shop to have paint work correction. This was after a detail expert had inspected the car and refused to do anything with it as the condition was so bad. He also advised them not to take it to the body shop as they did not have the skills to rectify the fault and in his experience things would only get worse. All of this was ignored and the dealership sent the car for repair. Back it came and surprise! It was in a worse condition than before. The dealership insists that the car is okay, but now they want it back to have more paint correction done? I have also got an email sent from the Infiniti Center to a paint detailer advising that they have had issues with paint, transport sticker marks, etc and have several unhappy customers. The dealership deny this and claim it’s not the same problem as my car and was an isolated case? Isolated... it mentioned every model in the lineup and several unhappy customers, how is that isolated? The car is now booked in again to go to another detailer chosen by Infiniti. I will report back on that work at a later date. Infiniti are in denial that they have paint issues. Their customer service is a joke and are as bad if not worse than some small back street outfit. They actually believe that by getting the car paint fixed they are doing me some sort of favor with no mention of any form of compensation or apology for the terrible state of the car or the complete lack of customer service?! My advice--do not buy anything from Infiniti. They are not focused on customer service or product quality. All they want is your money. There are better options out there.
They are a liar. Their mentality of conducting business with consumer were very unethical. Ive leased and purchased vehicle from Mercedes, BMW and Lexus luxury vehicle, but my experience with Infiniti service is the worst. They dont honor their words, they mislead you. Theyll be nice to you at first when you are shopping their vehicle. As soon as the documents are signed, money been paid, then you are nobody to them. They only see the money sign on your face. You would think that oh, you got a luxury vehicle from them, their service should be much better. WRONG. Infiniti is not in any level of comparing with Mercedes, BMW or even Lexus. Whoever had already purchase/lease a car from them, good luck and I sympathy for you. Whoever plan to purchase/lease a vehicle from them, think twice and definitely look elsewhere. Honestly, I can wait for my lease to be over. I will never want to deal with them anymore. I will give Infiniti a minus star.
The Infiniti G series has always been one of my favorite designs. Its sleek and curvy and looks much more expensive than it is. The lakeshore blue color is a perfect combo of gray and blue. My vehicle came fully loaded, and even though the car is almost 9 years old, the features have held up quite well. They were ahead of their time. The car provides a super comfy ride for 5 with plenty of leg room, seat width, arm rests, and cup holders, plus dual temperature controls. Both the car and the dealership experience were excellent. But while I found the perfect car for me, I would have appreciated a greater selection of certified pre-owned vehicles that were low in mileage.
Had a bubbling dash that was fixed only after my class action lawsuit was filed. I have had brake problems before, which I had to pay for and now have them again. This vehicle is a 2004 FX 45 with 26,000 miles on it. Im not afraid of another lawsuit concerning the braking system.
I have a 2006 FX35. We buy these expensive cars because we expect them to last. I have maintained my car impeccably. I do have 175,000 miles and certainly expect things to wear out. However, when the airbag sensor wears out and starts to blink and the tire pressure sensor remains on, I did not expect it to be $1200 for each to repair!!! The front seal needs to be replaced at another $1200 because of how it is mounted. Come on Infiniti, really? Now I am screwed because I cant even sell the car without fixing the problems. It will cost me 40% of the value of the car to be able to sell it. I dont know if the airbags are safe or not. Maybe I should go back to Toyota or Ford where at least the repairs are reasonable.
I purchased my Infinity G37 convertible from Infiniti of Dayton. After that, the following has occurred: Airbag system required replacement twice; engine light is on constantly, requiring replacement of parts; passenger door windows leaked every time it rained; rubber sealing slid from the rear of trunk and spoiler required replacement; the convertible top wouldnt go up; door locks not working (required taking off entire door and changing panel); and both front windows went down on their own, causing my car to be full of ice/water/snow.Also, the following happened: check engine light comes on regularly (I found the gas cap loose, and the bad part is I had to order a new gas cap twice.) and a small leak was found; drivers side door rattles (I found 2 loose bolts that secure the air bags.); the battery was replaced after only 16,000 miles due to bad code; trunk smashed on my fingers (After losing blood, I had no option but to rip my hand out of the slammed trunk, causing permanent nerve damage in my right ring finger and back pain for the past 5 weeks. Findings include weak rear trunk shocks, and I replaced all shocks and added two other parts.); and after car was returned two days later, the convertible top would not open. So the car went in again, and the entire electrical system had to be replaced. My car has been in the shop 23 times in only 16,000 miles. It has added 80 miles round trip to my odometer. Infiniti corporate refused to consider this car a lemon and has determined they will not allow a trade-in! I have had one emergency hospital visit and two orthopedic appointments. I have not been able to take care of my house and have had to pay others to do my usual activities. This is a crime! I will be suing for lemon law and personal injury.
This sport model has the thinnest tires that go flat constantly. In the first 18 months of my lease, I have had 5 flat tires costing $2,500. - Infiniti will not honor their offer of $1,000. To add a tire protection package to my lease. They are a TOTAL Scam of a company and have lost me and my extended family as Infiniti customers.
BUYER BEWARE!!! The test of a great company is when they have to deal with a customer issue and how they resolve the issue and make the customer a long time loyal customer. Just bought a brand new Infiniti 2014 QX60 in January 2015 with less than 525 miles (the car was delivered with the paint issues) and found manufacturer paint defect issues. And Infiniti Affairs has refused to repurchase or trade out the vehicle and have not accepted responsibility for their paint defects. Infiniti Corp has also ignored the dealer, Infiniti of Dayton, who agreed and provided documentation to the BBB that there are manufacturers defects in the paint. Infiniti Corps response is We will cover the costs for repainting half the car....ITS A BRAND NEW CAR...WORST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH! The dealer is pointing their finger at Infiniti Corp and Infiniti Corp is pointing their finger at Infiniti Corp. Both have responsibility with the issue because Infiniti of Dayton did not discover the issue during the vehicle prep process, which was done poorly. Infiniti of Dayton will not respond to my calls for next steps. I have had to contact the BBB and the Attorney General and hope something get resolves from this... very sad state of both companies. DO NOT BUY AN INFINITI!!! I bought Toyota for the last 10 years with no issues... took care of any issue. DO NOT BUY INFINITI!! THE CUSTOMER IS NOT A CONCERN. BUY LEXUS/TOYOTA!!
Infiniti is a great car brand that can help you get to point A to point B whether youre going with a family, solo, or cruising. They have added digital touchscreen maps to help you get the fastest and safest route their system cant think of. Also, the modes of driving fast sport or echo to save gas and help the environment and slow if you are driving in the snow. It has luxurious space for kids to relax in or if you want to go fast, enough room for the driver to feel relaxed as well as the passenger. Even space for 1-4 people. My passengers in the front and backseat have their own 2 cup holders, one in the side door and one in the middle. The seats can be adjusted to their most comfortable and safest spot.
FX30 - Despite salemans assurances that Infiniti was expanding their network and would be providing services through Nissan dealers... 7 years on and still stuck with extortionate service fees, dearer parts than you would expect for a classic restoration - cant even have the brakes changed at Quick Fit!! Even had to pay almost £200 for SatNav update as 10 year old roads were not on a 7 year old car!! At least two other comparable luxury car options out there with competitive, reputable, and nationwide servicing capability.
Today I was driving (fortunately only 20-25 mph) and when coming to a bend in the road before going uphill, my steering wheel locked and would not move at all! It caused me to go up onto the sidewalk and when the steering wheel finally went loose so I could turn it again (after wiggling it side to side as hard as I could it somehow released), but it was too late as I couldnt get the car turned fast enough so I crashed into an iron fence. There is significant damage to the fence and my car may be totaled. I am sharing my story because I dont ever want someone else to have this happen to them and end up getting hurt or hurting someone else. It was horrible to not have any control of the vehicle and not be able to do anything about it.
I leased a QX 60 with all the bells and whistles. Nice car a bit under powered but it was for the wife. Recently, I turned in the lease and Infiniti claimed there was over $3,000 in repairs. I inspected the vehicle myself after having it detailed, I saw nowhere near the so called damages. After their so called 3rd party inspection, they stated there were chips in the paint and dents, which conveniently cost $300 apiece to fix. I asked them to provide me with pictures of the damage. They refused. At this point, I either was going to pay the so called damages or hire an attorney. Its interesting, the damages were right around what it would have cost me to hire legal council. It is my belief that Infiniti leasing has questionable business practices.
Infiniti is the luxury brand of Nissan. They are very sporty looking, have leather seats and power everything. The seats are heated, key fob only needed to start vehicle if near, and Bose speakers. The G35 and G37 are what I know most. They are 2 or 4 door sorry, powerful cars. They are rear-wheel drive so caution on rainy or slick roads. There are others including SUV-type vehicles and they are all luxurious. Also, the upgrade options are better wheels, upgraded sound system, GPS, warranty, satellite radio, internet access, auxiliary ports for your phone or iPod, Bluetooth access, boosted engine. With my particular vehicle - the G35 - I have frustratingly small passenger capacity. This is a smaller car and I knew that when I bought it. I also am a bit claustrophobic so Im sure that is part of it. My 2-door seats 4. There are 4-door varieties of this car and they feel more spacious though seat the same amount. Overall Im happy.
One of the Infiniti Q50 selling points was the infotainment system called InTouch. It doesnt work in ANY Q50! Infiniti hasnt done anything to build goodwill. The dealerships have no idea either. I want to return the car!
Having worked on and been a part of numerous Infiniti car company dealerships over the last 15 yrs, and now finally owning one of their products, its come to my attention that their brand quality is largely compromised. My situation is as follows. Having a late model Infiniti that was bought used, I concluded nothing is perfect and things would need to be fixed. However, I have never owned a vehicle with a melting dashboard. Having fixed numerous dashboards over the years for Infiniti on the FX models in 2009 to 2011, it had occurred to me that there are many other models with the same problem all the way up until 2012. The dash will crack and ultimately degrade to the point where it is unable to be cleaned/touched or even looked it through the window due to high amounts of glare it produces when driving (melting area becomes very shiny) understood the vehicle is out of warranty, but Infiniti has no remedy or cause for concern to fix these problem cars dashboards. I know there are plenty out there too. No wonder Lexus is the company to be.
Ive had my FX since 2007 and Ive been a loyal customer of the service department at Clear Lake infiniti, but up until a few years ago I had to go to another location which is about an hour away from the clear lake location. This location is the worst! You are a number get in and out and when you go for just a plain oil change I ALWAYS get that I need a clue of other services that are needed. Anyway, this last time I went and got everything they told me I needed for the car like because I take what they are saying to be a fact. So, I go to look under the hood to give my husband a jump because the battery is dead and I see the air intake hose is not connected. Its sitting pretty next to the belts. I want to whack whatever idiot over there just threw the extra parts when servicing my car. This isnt the first issue Ive had, but it will be my last.
Im in the used car business for over 30 years. We sell on average 60 cars a month. I bought this vehicle 6 months ago for my wife for her birthday. She rides in the same car for 2 years or more as I do too. I noticed online that Infiniti has had a big problem with 2012 Infiniti QX56 white and some consumers are getting Infiniti to fix them. We took hers to the dealer last week. They kept it for 3 days. Then they called and said that there was nothing they could do. the vehicle was 1 owner with no accidents when I purchased it for her. Im sure they refused because its not titled in a individuals name.It would be one thing if I had it on my lot to retail. I have a lot of friends call me and ask whats a good vehicle to buy. Through the years I have taken many vehicles to new car dealers cars that I bought to sell that they did customer satisfaction work on. After this Im done suggesting Infiniti automobiles and I will tell them all how I was treated by them. Also there is a class action suit in the works over this which I will be joining against my good judgment. Lawyers always get the money but I want Infiniti to pay.
Infiniti g20 and I30 are good standard cars. They hold up and last awhile. Although the cv axles and the starter go out. They drive smoothly and have a number of options for upgrades including Bose sound systems and built in navigation. The Infiniti i30 has a standard CD player and stereo with a 6 cd capacity housed in the trunk. It has leather seats and a mesh automatic window cover to help with the heat. Also, the powerful v6 engine, navigation and sound system are extremely useful. It is Bluetooth capable and steering wheel controls make placing phone calls, changing the station, or increasing the volume seamless. Large backseat and passenger seat space are great and there is also front passenger seat heating as well. The back has child lock if needed on both doors. Also, comfortably fits a car seat and two other passengers in the back.
I have changed my car battery 3-4 times for the past 7month. My battery kept dying and if a car (G35/03) is not in use for one day, the car wont start! The A/C starts on its own to the max and it doesnt allow me to stop it. The radio doesnt work at all and CDs got stuck in the CD player for almost one year.I have read other forums which surprisingly, other people had same issues. Therefore, I am urging the Customer Affairs to please, please take this matter seriously since the battery drainage is connected to the wires. You can imagine if something goes wrong with the wires, what would happen to the driver? This is a safety issue. The Miller Infiniti dealership told me that the stereo system is an Infiniti issue and they knew about it. Im quite surprised that the manufacturer knows about the wiring issue and still failed to do something about it or make a recall. There are many costumers that were told that the battery drain is a result of amplifier and radio wires.
I just bought a new Infiniti 2015 Q50. The car is advertised to give me 19 mpg in city, 29 mpg highway and a combined 22mpg city-highway. This vehicle gives me a highway mpg of 12mpg. I drove the car for 1.5 hr just to test it and it did not improve. I took the car to the dealer I originally bought from and they say that the EPA reviews and that they are not responsible for that review. I believe that is unreal for a car to provide less than half mpg than what it suppose to. I called Infiniti and they said the same thing and only provided me with few tips on how to improve it.Also my front passenger seat makes a weird sound (something loose) when I head a pothole. The dealer said that all Q50 makes the same sound and there is nothing they can do in that case. Its a manufacturer problem. I have been with the car for just a month and I am not happy. I would not recommend purchasing this car. I am paying a lot of money to have this type of issue.
Infiniti has really nice selection especially the colors. They have beautiful interiors and lots of combinations. I really love the SUVs and the Sedans and have bought both before. They have the most beautiful cars out there. Infiniti is sleek, modern, but unpretentious. They are stylish and sophisticated, but without the fuss of many other high end models. I love the Sirius XM and sun roof options. But I wish other features were at a more reasonable price point. Bluetooth is cool too but Id love screen integration as standard. There are lots of opportunities for capacity especially in the SUVs. It fits people comfortably and is great for my family. I dont ever have to worry about anyone getting smushed.
I noticed a few bubbles on my dashboard about a year or 2 ago but over the last several months, it has gotten worse and worse and is now at the point where there are thousands. I am VERY disappointed that this is happening to a car that I spent a lot of $ on and is supposed to be a luxury car -- my cousin googled it and found there was a warranty on it and Infiniti admitted to using a poor material on their dashboards which was the reason they are all completely falling apart and bubbling up. I called immediately to see how I could go about getting mine fixed and was advised my warranty expired in October of 2015 -- and that a letter was never sent to me, it went to the original owner (I bought it a year used) and there was NOTHING they would do for me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received -- Infiniti should take pride in their vehicles and should own their mistake and pay for all customers who have been affected -- they then asked me which Infiniti dealer I went to for servicing to which I replied I have gone to the one in Norwood but that was 3-4 years ago as we moved to Cape Cod which is 70 miles from the closest one and it wasnt feasible for me to bring my car there every time I needed it serviced. To replace this dashboard, it will cost around $1,500 or more -- I will never purchase another Infiniti again if Infiniti doesnt do the right thing and help out their customers -- inadequate notifications were sent out and were never followed up on, I was never advised anything of this by my local dealer, and now I am being left to pick up the pieces financially. I am disgusted by the poor customer service I have received and the unwillingness to help me as I am not a valuable enough customer since I dont utilize the dealership for my services -- if Infiniti doesnt do the right thing and pay for the dashboard that was destroyed by their poor materials that they used, not because of the fault of its drivers, I dont think I will ever recommend or buy an Infiniti again -- how am I to know that something like this wont happen with my next Infiniti --- If Infiniti wants to put their consumers first, they should be willing to pay for all of them, as it is not only an embarrassment to me when I drive other people in my car and they immediately ask what is wrong with my dashboard, but it is an embarrassment to Infiniti.
I took my 2003 G35 into the Infiniti Kearny Mesa, San Diego for service on shuddering brakes, air condition, and radio (wont shut off). Advisor Michelle informed me that there was a recall back in 2003. The vehicle did not require a replacement of the computer circuit board but was replaced any way. About a month ago (08-14-11), the A/C (full blast) and radio came on and would not turn off. The advisor said it would cost $900 to change out the computer circuit board for the A/C and radio. I have conducted research and it appears that many G35 owners have identical problems. Can you assist?
I own a 2004 Infiniti G35 with 46K miles on it. The car is not a daily driver and is maintained immaculately. My engine has just suffered a catastrophic failure where a bolt inside the short block backed itself out and caused severe damage to the crank, block itself, sprayers, pistons, etc. The repair is costing me over $6,000 and when I contacted Consumer Affairs, they were not interested in hearing any of my issues and were not ready to stand behind their product. I even mentioned to them that I currently own 2 Infiniti cars, the G35 and a QX4, and that I have even owned a third product in the past. The whole process has left a sour taste in my mouth and a deep hole in my pocketbook. I wasnt expecting Infiniti to cover 100% of the damages, but was hoping to get some compensation.
I have 2 problems: 1 is timing chain, 2 is exhaust. Check engine light on exhaust need to be replaced. Infiniti manufacturer do want to help at all with timing change. I had to pay $3000 to fix timing chain, and now I have bad exhaust at 80500 and they do not want to help to cover it under warranty. Warranty on exhaust is 80,000 miles. I had this problem since 75000 miles and Infiniti dealership didnt tell me was under warranty until its out of the warranty.
These cars are comfortable, reliable and fun to drive. Infiniti has several models to choose from. From sedans, coupes, compact SUVs to full size, this brand has what youre looking for. Quality materials and precision engineering makes these cars worth their price. Infinitis luxury styled automobile stands out from the competition. Beautifully designed and loaded with tech these cars are great to own and drive. Enjoy your daily commute a little bit more driving an Infiniti. Its big enough to hold my family, our dog, beach picnic stuff and hit the grocery store on the way home. Also big enough to pick up grandma from the airport. And it can be upgraded to leather abs, power steering, park assist, auto breaking, and choice of exterior and interior color.
I purchased 2004 i35 with 46k miles. While still under factory warranty, I noticed oil consumption. I took it to the dealer to start an OCT. By the time they were done, after several 20 mile trips per 1,000 miles to check how much she was consuming, the warranty ran out. I contacted Infiniti customer service. They told me the issue is normal for the 2004 i35. Industry has went from sugar to .... I owned 2000 Maxima with no issues and no oil consumption from 58k to 123k. I thought I was upgrading, wrong! $400.00 note per month. I shouldnt need to add oil to a car barely broken in. **. Never again will this happen.
I had my vehicle in at Coulter Infiniti (AZ) for service for recall work on the timing chain. I had to have it towed back into them several weeks later when the car broke down again. They said it was just a loose battery cable. I knew it wasnt but they insisted that it was. They told me it was all fixed and I could take my long road trip to CA without an issues at all. Of course the car broke down as we got to CA and so I called Coulter Infiniti and they said they couldnt help me. I found Orange Coast Infiniti and they helped a ton. I am 1 month later now and still my car isnt repaired. Orange Coast has been awesome and found out that Coulter installed screws in the last repair on the timing chain and it cause the CAM arm to break and oil to leak out. My QX56 needs an entire new long block due to metal in the engine from this faulty repair. I have been talking with Coulter Infiniti for a month now and they wont back the warranty and insist that I have to have my car towed back to AZ to have the dealer that broke my car fix it. They wont honor service warranty for the repairs at Orange Coast Infiniti. I am a month out of my car, rental bills piling up, $2,000 tear down cost at Orange Coast Infiniti to diagnose the cause of the issue and $26,000 repair bill and NOBODY at Infiniti Corporate helping me or stand behind their warranty with their own dealer!!! I cant afford all of this and an attorney already told me it is a losing battle to go up against a car manufacturer. I would be out thousands of dollars without reimbursement from Infiniti. Infiniti Consumer Affairs is a JOKE. They dont help their customers at all. They just cover up for their crappy dealerships!!! I am so upset and in tears over this. I have no idea where to go or what to do.
The Infiniti Q70 and Q70L are a line of mid-size luxury (executive) cars from Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi Alliance luxury division Infiniti. Its essentially an update to the Infiniti M series with minor cosmetic changes. This car is very good usable for me. I like the design of this car very much. It is flexible and very elegance. Price of this car was in my budget as well. This car is good at handling and nice throaty v-8. It has sensual exterior too. Getting in and getting out is very easy. Car has class and convenient instrumentation. Great Bluetooth and nav. Very comfortable and great styling too. It looks like one of a kind and its very reliable car. However, its hybrid lacks finesse and gas mileage could be better. The 2017 Infiniti Q70 is a viable alternative to American and German cars of the same ilk, but lacks their personalities.
My Infiniti Q45 2002 with 85k miles suddenly shut off in the middle of the interstate while I was going about 65 mph and carrying my grandkids. I was able to get over into the zone between ongoing traffic and merging lanes and turn on the hazard lights otherwise there would have been a major collision. It was a nightmare. We were stuck there for about ten or fifteen minutes before I was able to get over to a shoulder and get towed. Infiniti needs to recall these vehicles. Were all at unnecessary risk. These vehicles are death traps. My blood pressure is through the roof today.
I have a BRAND NEW 2014 Infiniti QX80. Black exterior. Two months after I bought it, the paint started chipping/peeling off the roof and hood. Now I have paint peeling off the hood, roof, bumper and fenders. Been told by an auto body expert that the paint is too brittle. Originally, Infiniti was going to repaint it. Now, they say they arent going to do anything. My tough luck. I am an attorney and I have already filed suit in West Virginia. However, I would love to make this a class action lawsuit against Nissan North America as their product and customer service is terrible. I have seen a lot of people on the internet with paint issues. To that end, if anybody is interested in joining a class action lawsuit against Infiniti, please email me.
Nissan Infiniti has many features like lane assistant when you get off a lane, and has a nine inch touchscreen with Android auto to control stuff you normally do on your Android phone like Google maps, YouTube, take calls and etc. It is touchscreen so you can fill it with all kinds of widgets from the play store. It takes very little gasoline and is the fastest most reliable car. It also has active wipers in bad weather and self parking assistance. You can personalize the dashboard at the front of the vehicle. The seats covers can be changed into aftermarket ones. And the tires are customizable like always. The user capacity is the same like any other four door sedan. Mostly three or four can fit in the back and a person in the front passenger seat. The driver seat and the passenger seats have more dedicated foot room.
I have leased two vehicles from Infiniti, a G35 and a G37. I had no problem when my lease was up on the G35, because I went right into another lease on the G37. I leased the vehicle for 39 months. At the end of the lease term I opted to return the car to the dealership (March 2014). Several months after I turned in the car I received a bill for $300.00, which they said was for processing the return of my leased vehicle (which by the way was in excellent condition and only had 26K miles on it)... Well, okay, so I paid that. I get home from work yesterday to find a letter from a collection agency. It seems that Infiniti sent me to a collection agency for $59.23 that I owed them for the personal property taxes on the car for January - March 4, when I returned the car. One would think that after having a 6 year relationship with Infiniti - paying my payments in a timely manner and ALL personal property taxes that I had to pay to them, someone would pick up the phone and make a phone call to verify that I had received the bill for the $59.23 in personal property tax that I owe them. But no, they just sent me to collections. I JUST received the actual bill from Infiniti a few days ago. I would like to just say, Thank you Infiniti and I will not ever consider leasing or buying another Infiniti again! I am not sure why after 6 years they would think that I would not pay the $59.23 in personal property tax that I owe. I paid them thousands... crazy!!
I purchased used Infiniti with 27k miles on it, and few days later noticed Vibration at highway speeds and during accelerations. I balanced and rotated tires multiple times with no improvement in vibration. Decided to take it to Infiniti dealership. There are 2 dealerships in the area. Both dealerships refusing to diagnose my car. All they do is balance tires and saying everything is fixed or just keep denying that there is vibration. They simply refuse to take car and diagnose it as it will require taking suspension apart and checking each part individually and can take time do.Since it is not 1 hour diagnosing job they just lie into my face that balancing fixed it or that they can’t feel anything. They will not even take it for normal test drive. My car under bumper to bumper warranty but dealership simply denying me service. I am forced to take car to independent mechanic to diagnose issue and then pay for repair myself. I buy cars every 3 years and will never bring my business to Infiniti again. I paid more money for the car because of warranty still active and just refuse to fix it. Service manager at the Infiniti of Novi is just rude and obnoxious. Infiniti is a scam and not a luxury brand. Stay away.
I have a 2005 Infiniti FX35 with constant brake problems, a bubbled dashboard and a driver’s seat that just split in 3 different areas. Ive contacted Infiniti’s consumer affairs only to be told that excessive weight on the seat is the reason it split. What?! I weigh 115 pounds - that is not possible. I am in the process of compiling information and examples of other owners who have the same problems. I am writing a letter to my states attorney general and also to the Better Business Bureau. I dont have the finances to keep replacing brakes every 6 months and the $3,000 just for the material to replace my seat.
I bought a 2007 Infiniti FX 35 and the dashboard started having bubbles all over it due to a manufacturing defect. I was never notified by Infiniti about this defect and a warranty extension issued on it. When I called the dealer I was told that it would be 1500 to replace the dashboard. I called up Consumer Affairs and wrote them a letter explaining the issue. They told me that there is nothing they can do about it and if I dont want to ever buy an Infiniti that is fine by them. Stay away from these cars. Buy Lexus or some other quality luxury car. These cars are cheap and the company does not empower their staff to take care of customers. In these times where every brand wants to offer a differentiated value proposition and experience for its customers, the old-school Infiniti is going in the opposite direction. No wonder they are way behind the other luxury brands.
