Chevrolet Tahoe repairs and service

Chevrolet, colloquially referred to as Chevy and formally the Chevrolet Division of General Motors Company, is an American automobile division of the American manufacturer General Motors

The 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe is essentially an enclosed pickup truck with three rows, bolstered by the useful space and handy towing capability such a design brings. Despite its relatively poor fuel economy and rich price, this hefty Chevy continues to be a popular seller. There are two V-8 powertrains available with rear- or all-wheel drive, along with a robust 420-hp V-8 and a 10-speed automatic transmission for setting cul-de-sac lap times. The Tahoe also offers excellent infotainment integration and a serene cabin. However, its truck roots cramp its third-row space and are immediately apparent on patchwork pavement. Still, don't confuse it for a lifted minivan.

Product Reviews:

The 2020 Chevy Equinox is a nice sized wagon. The ride is comfortable and the seats are great having the option to add air to your lower back for long drives. The only thing I do not like about this vehicle is that when the wind blows, it goes all over the place, especially if you have your window cracked. Overall, seems to be a good fit for my family!

My Chevrolet is pretty good except I needed a new engine so the car kept breaking down on me and this was only a year in. Luckily I had a warranty on it so I was covered. Otherwise that would have been really bad. I wish the gas was a little better and that it didn't sound like a go cart. I also wish my windows worked better and had the GPS in it. We were going to get those factory installed but then that didn't work. I chose this car model because I was between this and the GMC Terrain. However the GMC Terrain was the first year it was out, I read online you should never buy a car the first year it's out.

I bought a 2015 Traverse LT with 25k miles on it in June 2016 from a dealerships. Now (as of April 2019) I have approximately 88k miles. It has been a complete piece of junk as compared to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Traverse AC system broke ($600) had a partial transmission failure ($2k) rear driveshaft needed to be replaced ($1k), front suspension had to be completely replaced ($1,600)... This car is poorly made and I deeply regret purchasing it. In addition the interior is cheap and the bottom of the front seat is coming apart. Super disappointed in this car. I intentionally bought an American made car and really wish I didn’t. Chevrolet should be ashamed of themselves.

The Chevy that I bought most recently has been a really good car so far. It does not take much gas to fill it up and once you fill it up it will for miles and miles before you have to fill up again. I also like the fact that it is small and you can park it just about anywhere and turn it around on a dime.

I have always said Chevrolet was the best vehicles; but I was wrong. My next car will NOT be a Chevrolet. I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu in 2020 with approximately 40,000 miles. In November of 2021 the car just died as I was driving. My mechanic finally discovered the issue. An electric modulator went out. Since I bought the car used, Chevrolet refused to cover the cost. Thanks Chevrolet for nothing. Won’t waste my money again.

Love the roomy cargo area in my 2006 HHR, and the way the back seats fold down flat. My car has 185,000 miles on it and the engine still runs strong and quiet. On the minus side of the ledger is the lousy service from Chevy mechanics. It's not unusual to have to bring the car back two or three times to fix the same thing. Each time, they try to charge me again.

This is a great car but the overall experience is marred by some petty greed. The car comes with the ability to remote start; check battery, location, lock unlock; etc. This all comes with a internet connection through AT&T. They want between $180 to $420 per year to keep this service active. That's absurd. My Ford provides these services free of charge. I understand that OnStar operators need to be paid but I am talking about basic tech services here. Is my car charged? When was it last driven? etc. I would love all that OnStar has to offer but I am unwilling to pay for it. Why can't Chevy provide basic informational services like Ford does for free?

Love my bolt. Easy to drive. No gas needed. Handles like a dream. Has a lot of great features especially the one pedal feature In the L drive position when you take your foot off of the excellent stir the car comes to a stop.

I would purchase the 2012 Chevrolet HHR LT again but they no longer make this model. Midsize SUV with a lot of room in the back. I have almost 89k miles and not one ounce of trouble. Very comfortable car and easily seats five people. Excellent gas usage and uses regular and flex. Comfortable leg room for long distance driving. Like the style and a way of staying in the SUV. Also had an Explorer Sport at the same time, but chose to use this most often. Tried Kia Soul, Ford Escape, Jeep and Chrysler Sebring. I was amazed at the power this Chevrolet's 4 cylinder car had and its ease of getting in and out. I would have preferred the gas tank be on the driver's side though and the rear window wiper control higher up on the dash, although I didn't use it often.

The A pillars are warped, I need to replace TMPS sensors again, the overhead center console fell and fuel filler neck failed. All of this has happened within the last 60 days. I will complain about this until I have to opportunity to ask management at GM if they care so much about their customers and products why would they allow such a piece of garbage be manufactured? Let alone be sold?I've spent the better part of the last year fighting and beating cancer yet I can't beat a poor piece of crap truck. I've owned this truck since new less than 3 years and documented all of the service and maintenance completed and all has been completed before the manufactured recommended intervals yet this junk truck is falling apart. A 48K piece of garbage. To say I'm disappointed is a understatement.
