I own a 2014 Audi Q7 TDI and was forced to bring my car in for the diesel gate emissions "fix." My car is ruined and unsafe to drive! I was promised a slight reduction in power and possible loss of 1-2mpg. I am down 4-5 mpg and over 10 mpg while towing a trailer. Car no longer has any mid-range power so I can no longer tow my trailer safely. Audi/VW deliberately understated the changes resulting from the emissions modifications from the diesel gate scandal. Anyone who owns a diesel VW/Audi resist from enrolling in the "fix". It will ruin your car! The fix is a bigger lie than the original diesel scandal! VW/Audi point the finger at the judge and refuse to even diagnose the car.Albert of Hopewell Jct, NY

I have leased 6 Audi's. I purchased my lease 2018 A4 in September, 2020. Audi will not upgrade vehicle to 4G mobile network. local Audi dealership quotes price of $650.00 to upgrade vehicle to 4G. I requested Audi help with half cost $325.00 to the upgrade. Audi, refused. This is how Audi treats a loyal Audi customer. I live the Audi vehicles, but I will never lease or purchase another Audi.Lance of Estero, FL

Variety is great. The vehicle has hands on compatibility and an amazing stereo system stock inside with bass functions of a custom audio input system. Music is great for me and I loved that about the Vehicle. You can't go wrong with a classy, luxurious look. The vehicle has these looks plus the modernization of newer vehicles. The capabilities within its representation actually complements the vehicle's abilities very well. I literally never see small cars with a lot of room but the Audi is made for small vehicle, great gas but holds more passengers than most cars and is about equal to an SUV passenger. Upgrading is Automatic. It also works very well for the car. I personally believe that if you want your dream car and get it drive until it Falls completely apart with this vehicle you would be driving for Eternity. They need to distribute a new vehicle call Audi Eternity.Dazhon of Ok, Oklahoma City

06 a4 power steering rack - Had my power steering rack replaced in July 2014 at the dealer and this July 2015 it went again. It cost $2100 for the job and then expect me to pay another $2100 again on top of all the "routine maintenance." Worst service, even worse reliability. This car has let me down every time. Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy an Audi.dan of Clay, NY

I bought an A4 a year and a half ago used but in incredible condition. Now for my confusing part. The car starts to idle rough, push the turn off button and keeps running for a few seconds. The engine light appears the next day. Ran code and came up timing. I then read it been quite the problem it seems. People having catastrophic engine failure at worst. I then see Audi has been sued.I contact the lawyer firm representing the plaintiffs (on the tensioner failure) and was sent a form because my Audi was one of the models affected. Was told as long as I bring it to an authorized Audi dealership it would be covered 100% and if brought to an independent repair shop $1500 would be covered. Well I called the only dealer near me 50 miles away and was told, "Yes we are aware of the extended warranty and yes Audi will cover it." Okay great!!! Had the car flat bedded there. Got a call they received my car. Great then a service advisor called and said it would be a few days to a week to repair. I was told it a 10 hour job. I said okay. Then a few days later I called back because I had a question. The service advisor told me, "I was just about to write you an email. I have some bad news. Audi will only cover 25% of the repair and need maintenance records." What!!!! What happened to you know all about the extended warranty and look forward to seeing your car. I said as far as the maintenance records they are all listed on Carfax. Was told they can't use that. (Why? Extended warranty companies use them along with Edmunds.) I don't know. Like I said I'm confused completely. It's been over a week and haven't heard a word back from anyone. I will say for the record the employees I did talk to were very polite but polite doesn't answer why I haven't heard back about the status.Mark of Gloversville, NY

Worst car ever purchased, I purchased the car (2018 Audi Q5) from Richfield Audi a couple months ago and their staff does not understand the car or know how to fix it. I am unable to lock doors, the hatchback opens by itself, brakes make a rumbling sound. Richfield Audi has no idea what is going on and they don’t care. There are several more issues with car and called their Manager and he was going to have the service department call me and they never did. Previous to this my car was in the Audi garage for a week and only one problem was repaired, PLEASE NEVER BUY AN AUDI.Shawn of Woodbury, MN

We all know the Takata airbag recall is huge. But some manufacturers are getting it right, and some are not. AUDI IS NOT. They have limited cars affected by the recall compared to other manufacturers, but my car (2012 Q5) is affected. I called Audi several times and they are not offering any option to pay for a rental car or loaner call. I called the dealer too, but they won't do anything unless Audi pays. Audi told me to call the dealer and then the dealer told me to call Audi. I was just bounced around and around with no answers. My husband owns an Acura and the local dealer paid for his rental car for 2 months while he waited for the replacement part (which came this week). Audi is doing nothing, which I find unacceptable. They want the consumer to be stuck with the risk, which I also find unacceptable. All Audi car owners in this situation should put pressure on Audi to take the approach Acura/Honda is taking (and maybe other manufacturers, I am not sure who else). Based on the experience I've had, I would never buy another Audi.Jessica of Lake Forest, IL

Bought a 2012 Audi S4 and had to replace the front brakes right away due to excessive noise/squeaking. Dealership said new brake pads/rotors would fix it. Did it and then 9 months later, exact same problem. Dealership & Audi headquarters keep telling me that, "The majority of today's vehicles use semi-metallic brake pads, which offer excellent performance. Because of the metal-to-metal contact involving semi-metallic pads, the sounds generated by the brake system under normal operation can be greater than the sounds produced by vehicles equipped with previous-generation brake pads. Depending on the local environment, weather conditions and individual driving patterns, sounds from the braking system may be more or less apparent. Frequent, aggressive brake application increases the wear of the brake components and can reduce the potential for brake noise. Frequent, light brake application allows glazing to develop on the brake surface, which increases the potential for brake noise." I've tried that multiple times and even come down a very steep mountain pass and the brake noise didn't go away. Will never buy an Audi again and hopefully not everyone is treated as poorly as myself.Tom of Hyrum, UT

Audi is a luxury car manufacturer that offers a huge selection of vehicles such as sedans, coupes, convertibles, SUVs, crossovers, and wagons at a affordable price. The appearance of Audi vehicles are really unique and very luxurious. Some features include sport mode, push to start technology, leather interior and even off road mode. You can choose between various colors and you have a large options for upgrades. You can upgrade your car with tinted windows, change wheels, change the interior. Passenger capacity depends on what model of car you purchase. My Audi doesn't really have much room so maybe 3 people can fit in it since the back of the car is really small.John of Mesa, AZ

I got this Audi etron with the security that I would have access to 150kw charging stations that would charge my car in 30 minutes (this is what audi is advertising on their website and what the sales person told me). This was a lie and they don't exist on the East Coast. You are lucky if you can find 1 nearby. The fastest charging time for my audi when it's on 26% is an 1hr and 15 minutes on the only supercharge stations that exist which are 50kw (and if few of these exist, only 15 hour level 2 charging stations). This means if I want to go out of states I can not because it will add an extra 5 hours just to charge the car because unlike the sales guy told me it does not give you 250 miles but 204 miles (this depends on how fast you drive, if you are going uphill, and if you turn on the AC). They also sold me the brand new vehicle with all 4 safety handles missing. I am not comfortable driving the car because if something as simple as safety handles was missed what else could have been missed. I reached out to Bryan who was suppose to be helping me from the customer experience department and he told me there is nothing they can do. The car works fine and the service department is fixing the handles. I informed him that they did not fix or check my car but only took pictures. I informed him that I wanted a copy of my the final results that he told me over the phone and I am yet to receive this in writing so I can pursue litigation. They are trying to wipe their hands on selling me $100,000 car. And now I will fight them in court and I won't ever get another Audi vehicle. Getting this E-tron is the biggest nightmare of my life and neither Audi or the dealership are trying to help me by taking this useless overly priced vehicle back.Yina of Glenwood, NJ
